本発明の第十一の実施の形態の概要について説明する。以下では、第十一の実施の形態として、第1のクライアント装置と、第2のクライアント装置と、該第1のクライアント装置と該第2のクライアント装置と通信により接続が可能である仲介サーバ装置と、該仲介サーバ装置と通信により接続が可能である管理サーバ装置とを備え、第1のクライアント装置にて利用可能な電子コンテンツの売却要求を、第1のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信する、及び/又は、該電子コンテンツの買取要求を、第2のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信すると、第1のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とする利用不可化手段と、該電子コンテンツの買取要求を、第2のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信すると、第1のクライアント装置にて利用不可な状態とされた電子コンテンツを、第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とする利用可能化手段とを備え、管理サーバ装置が、仲介サーバ装置から売買情報を受信する売買情報受信手段とを備える、電子コンテンツ利用システムにおける、仲介サーバ装置を機能させるためのプログラムを例示して説明する。
本発明の第十二の実施の形態の概要について説明する。以下では、第十二の実施の形態として、第1のクライアント装置と、第2のクライアント装置と、該第1のクライアント装置と該第2のクライアント装置と通信により接続が可能である仲介サーバ装置と、該仲介サーバ装置と通信により接続が可能である管理サーバ装置とを備え、第1のクライアント装置にて利用可能な電子コンテンツの売却要求を、第1のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信する、及び/又は、該電子コンテンツの買取要求を、第2のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信すると、第1のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とする利用不可化手段と、該電子コンテンツの買取要求を、第2のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信すると、第1のクライアント装置にて利用不可な状態とされた電子コンテンツを、第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とする利用可能化手段とを備え、仲介サーバ装置が、第1のクライアント装置による電子コンテンツの売却及び/又は第2のクライアント装置による電子コンテンツの買取に関する売買情報を、管理サーバ装置へ送信する売買情報送信手段とを備える電子コンテンツ利用システムにおける、管理サーバ装置を機能させるためのプログラムを例示して説明する。
次に、本発明の第十三の実施の形態の概要について説明する。第十三の実施の形態では、第四の実施の形態で説明したシステムを応用したシステムを例に挙げて説明する。第十三の実施の形態において説明するシステムは、一例として、電子コンテンツの販売及び中古販売におけるビジネスモデルに使用することができる。
次に、本発明の第十四の実施の形態の概要について説明する。第十四の実施の形態では、第八の実施の形態で説明したシステムを応用したシステムを例に挙げて説明する。第十四の実施の形態において説明するシステムは、一例として、電子コンテンツの販売及び中古販売におけるビジネスモデルに使用することができる。
次に、本発明の第十五の実施の形態の概要について説明する。第十五の実施の形態では、第八の実施の形態で説明したシステムを応用したシステムを例に挙げて説明する。第十五の実施の形態において説明するシステムは、一例として、電子コンテンツに含まれるゲームプログラムを実行し、ゲームを進行させることにより、ゲームの進行状況やプレイヤキャラクタの属性等を記憶したデータである、セーブデータの販売におけるビジネスモデルに使用することができる。
図34は、本発明の実施の形態の少なくとも1つに対応する、電子コンテンツの販売画面を示す図である。販売画面1000には、販売されているセーブデータが対応するゲームプログラム毎に、タイトル1001a、1001b・・・と区分けして表示される。タイトル1001には、セーブデータの内容を表す画像1002、セーブデータの情報を示すデータ詳細1003、セーブデータの種類を表す種類情報1004、価格情報1005、セーブデータを用いて試遊するための試遊ボタン1006、より多くの情報を表示するための読込ボタン1007が含まれる。また、販売画面1000には、情報を並び替える並び替えタブ1008が含まれる。
次に、本発明の第十六の実施の形態の概要について説明する。以下では、第1のクライアント装置と、第2のクライアント装置と、管理サーバ装置とを備える電子コンテンツ利用システムを例示して説明する。
次に、本発明の第十七の実施の形態の概要について説明する。以下では、第1のクライアント装置と、第2のクライアント装置と、管理サーバ装置とを備える電子コンテンツ利用システムを例示して説明する。
上で述べた実施の形態の説明は、下記の発明を、発明の属する分野における通常の知識を有する者がその実施をすることができるように記載した。
第1のクライアント装置にて利用可能な電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とする利用不可化手段と、
第1のクライアント装置にて利用不可な状態とされた電子コンテンツを、第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とする利用可能化手段と
を備え、
利用可能化手段は、所定の利用可能条件を満たすことにより、該電子コンテンツを第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とする、電子コンテンツ利用システム。
管理サーバ装置が、
第2のクライアント装置を操作する第2のユーザによる課金処理により、第2のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とするための利用可能化情報を、第2のクライアント装置へ送信する利用可能化情報送信手段と

第2のクライアント装置が、
管理サーバ装置から利用可能化情報を受信する利用可能化情報受信手段と
を備え、
利用可能条件が、
第2のクライアント装置にて受信した利用可能化情報が、利用可能化の対象となる電子コンテンツに対応する利用可能化情報であるという条件を含む、[1]に記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。
第1仮想通貨記憶手段に記憶された仮想通貨に、第1のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨を加算する仮想通貨加算手段と、
第2のクライアント装置又は第2のクライアント装置を操作する第2のユーザに関連付けられた仮想通貨を記憶する第2仮想通貨記憶手段と、
第2仮想通貨記憶手段に記憶された仮想通貨から、第2のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨を減算する仮想通貨減算手段と
を備える、[1]又は[2]に記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。
利用可能化手段が、第1のクライアント装置にて新たな電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とするものであり、
仮想通貨減算手段が、第1仮想通貨記憶手段に記憶された仮想通貨から、第1のクライアント装置にて新たな電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨を減算するものであり、
第1のクライアント装置にて新たな電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨は、第1のクライアント装置にて該新たな電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨と、第2のクライアント装置にて該新たな電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨の合計以上である、[3]に記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。
第1のクライアント装置を、
第1のクライアント装置にて利用可能な電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とする利用不可化手段
として機能させるプログラム。
第2のクライアント装置を、
第1のクライアント装置にて利用不可な状態とされた電子コンテンツを、第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とする利用可能化手段

利用可能化手段は、所定の利用可能条件を満たすことにより、該電子コンテンツを第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とする、プログラム。
第1のクライアント装置にて利用可能な電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とするステップと、
第1のクライアント装置にて利用不可な状態とされた電子コンテンツを、第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とするステップと

第1のクライアント装置による電子コンテンツの売却及び/又は第2のクライアント装置による電子コンテンツの買取に関する売買情報を、管理サーバ装置へ送信する売買情報送信手段

管理サーバ装置を、
仲介サーバ装置から売買情報を受信する売買情報受信手段
として機能させる、プログラム。
第1のクライアント装置にて利用可能な電子コンテンツの譲渡要求を、第1のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信する、及び/又は、該電子コンテンツの買取要求を、第2のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信すると、第1のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とするステップと、
該電子コンテンツの買取要求を、第2のクライアント装置から仲介サーバ装置にて受信すると、第1のクライアント装置にて利用不可な状態とされた電子コンテンツを、第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とするステップと、
仲介サーバ装置が、第1のクライアント装置による電子コンテンツの売却及び/又は第2のクライアント装置による電子コンテンツの買取に関する売買情報を、管理サーバ装置へ送信するステップと、
管理サーバ装置が、仲介サーバ装置から売買情報を受信するステップと
を有する、電子コンテンツ利用方法。
電子コンテンツに関する情報に基づいて、電子コンテンツを分類する分類手段と、
電子コンテンツを、分類に基づいた所定の順序で整列させる整列手段と
を備える、[1]~[5]のいずれかに記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。
第1のクライアント装置又は第2のクライアント装置において、電子コンテンツの内容の少なくとも一部を表示する表示手段と、
第1のクライアント装置又は第2のクライアント装置に電子コンテンツを移転させることなく、第1のクライアント装置又は第2のクライアント装置における入力操作にしたがって、電子コンテンツの内容の少なくとも一部を進行する電子コンテンツ進行手段と
を備える、[1]~[5]、又は[23]のいずれかに記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。
第1のユーザ又は第2のユーザの入力操作による、報知の基準となる基準情報の登録を受け付ける情報受付手段と、
基準情報に基づいて、電子コンテンツに関する情報を、基準情報を登録した第1のユーザ又は第2のユーザに報知する報知手段と
を備える、[1]~[5]、[23]又は[24]のいずれかに記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。

第1のクライアント装置にて利用可能な電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とする利用不可化手段と、
第1のクライアント装置にて利用不可な状態とされた電子コンテンツを、第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とする利用可能化手段と
を備え、
利用可能化手段は、所定の利用可能条件を満たすことにより、該電子コンテンツを第2のクライアント装置にて利用可能な状態とする、電子コンテンツ利用システム。 - さらに、管理サーバ装置を備え、
管理サーバ装置が、
第2のクライアント装置を操作する第2のユーザによる課金処理により、第2のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とするための利用可能化情報を、第2のクライアント装置へ送信する利用可能化情報送信手段と
を備え、
第2のクライアント装置が、
管理サーバ装置から利用可能化情報を受信する利用可能化情報受信手段と
を備え、
利用可能条件が、
第2のクライアント装置にて受信した利用可能化情報が、利用可能化の対象となる電子コンテンツに対応する利用可能化情報であるという条件を含む、請求項1に記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。 - 第1のクライアント装置又は第1のクライアント装置を操作する第1のユーザに関連付けられた仮想通貨を記憶する第1仮想通貨記憶手段と、
第1仮想通貨記憶手段に記憶された仮想通貨に、第1のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨を加算する仮想通貨加算手段と、
第2のクライアント装置又は第2のクライアント装置を操作する第2のユーザに関連付けられた仮想通貨を記憶する第2仮想通貨記憶手段と、
第2仮想通貨記憶手段に記憶された仮想通貨から、第2のクライアント装置にて電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨を減算する仮想通貨減算手段と
を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。 - さらに、管理サーバ装置を備え、
利用可能化手段が、第1のクライアント装置にて新たな電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とするものであり、
仮想通貨減算手段が、第1仮想通貨記憶手段に記憶された仮想通貨から、第1のクライアント装置にて新たな電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨を減算するものであり、
第1のクライアント装置にて新たな電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨は、第1のクライアント装置にて該新たな電子コンテンツを利用不可な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨と、第2のクライアント装置にて該新たな電子コンテンツを利用可能な状態とすることに対応する仮想通貨の合計以上である、請求項3に記載の電子コンテンツ利用システム。 - 電子コンテンツ利用システムがさらに、
電子コンテンツに関する情報に基づいて、電子コンテンツを分類する分類手段と、
