本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种省力订书机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种省力订书机,其包括:上盖、钉道组件、用于支撑上盖和钉道组件的支架座、用于与钉道组件配合的钉板、底座,支架座安装在钉板上,所述的上盖和钉道组件均通过转轴与支架座转动连接,其还包括辅助压板,所述的辅助压板与底座转动连接,所述的辅助压板与上盖之间设有带动上盖摆动的连接机构,所述的钉板滑动连接在底座上,并且钉板与底座二者之间可由锁紧机构锁紧。
更好地,所述的辅助压板为一端开口、另一端封闭的凹槽,开口端的两侧壁设有支撑臂,所述的辅助压板位于上盖的上方且通过支撑臂与底座转动连接。
更好地,所述的带动上盖摆动的连接机构为:所述的辅助压板与上盖之间设有压杆,所述的压杆安装在上盖上,所述的辅助压板两侧壁与压杆二端相抵,这样的结构简单;且通过该机构可以改变辅助压板与上盖的连接点,从而增加上盖的施力。
更好地,所述的辅助压板上凹槽的两侧内壁分别设有滑槽,所述的压杆的两端分别滑动配合在辅助压板的滑槽内,这样压杆滑动更平稳。

更具体地,所述的扣钩包括主体,所述的主体中部与底座转动连接,所述的主体的一端设有钩板,所述的钩板与滑块上的缺口配合,主体另一端设有平面,所述的底座上设有与主体另一端平面相对的插孔,所述的插孔内设有顶柱,顶柱卡在插孔内且自由滑动,顶柱按下时推动平面使主体的扣钩插入滑块的缺口中而限制滑块移动,顶柱拉出时,顶柱离开平面而使主体的扣钩离开缺口而解除对滑块的限制。
更好地,还包括尾盖,所述的尾盖罩在上盖和钉道组件的连接处,所述的尾盖的前端与上盖连接,所述的尾盖与支架座转动连接。
更好地,钉板和底座之间还包括复位机构,使顶板和底座由正常位置和省力位置间自动复位,这样避免用手去动作。
更好地,所述的复位机构包括压簧,压簧置于钉板和底座之间,顶板和底座正常位置时受压,这种结构比较简单。

更好地,所述的按钮与底座之间设有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端与底座连接,另一端与按钮连接,按钮锁定部由卡口挡住。
更好地,所述的解锁槽的前端为扩张后形成的让位口,所述让位口与解锁槽之间还设置弧线过度,使钉板往回移动时按钮锁定部能顺利进入解锁槽,防止按钮锁定部被让位口卡住。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1)订书机正常位置时,通过设置辅助压板并与上盖摆动连接,能增加上盖的力臂,从而比一般订书机省力。
2)还由于钉板与底板之间滑动连接,钉板带动钉道组件和上盖后移而辅助压板不动,形成省力位置,其能够进一步增加辅助压板的力臂,因此,装订时,辅助压板可以更省力,订书机能够装订更厚的装订物。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图、实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
为方便叙述,将订书机钉板移动前的位置称为正常位置,钉板移动后的位置称为省力位置。所使用的方位词,如前、后等均为按特定方向进行描述,而不是对本发明保护范围的限制。
实施例1。
如图1、图2所示,省力订书机包括:上盖1、钉道组件2、用于支撑上盖1和钉道组件2的支架座3、用于与钉道组件2配合的钉板4、底座5,支架座3安装在钉板4上,所述的上盖1和钉道组件2均通过转轴与支架座3转动连接,上盖1上装有用于推顶订书针的刀片1.1,上盖、钉道组件以及钉板相配合实现装订。
本发明省力订书机与传统订书机的不同之处在于:其还包括辅助压板6,所述的辅助压板6与底座5转动连接,所述的辅助压板6与上盖1之间设有带动上盖1摆动的连接机构,所述的钉板4滑动连接在底座5上,通过锁紧机构锁住钉板4。
设置辅助压板6并通过连接机构作用于上盖上,等于延长了上盖力臂,因此,可以提高上盖对订针的压力,能够装订更厚的纸张,或者装订时更为轻松省力。
为了更好地增加辅助压板的力臂,还将上盖、钉道组件以及顶板后移,即相对底座后移至省力位置。由于辅助压板和底座连接,辅助压板不移动,上盖后移后,辅助压板对上盖的施力力臂增加。
上述上盖摆动是指装订时辅助压板6带动上盖的工作过程,上盖会相对辅助压板6进行摆动,并不局限于这种形式,其本质是辅助压板6带动上盖下压而完成装订过程。
本实施例中,所述的辅助压板6为一端开口、另一端封闭的凹槽,开口端的两侧壁设有支撑臂7,所述的辅助压板6位于上盖1的上方且通过支撑臂7与底座5转动连接。辅助压板采用凹槽结构,可以罩在上盖外,与原有订书机容易配合,整体性和稳定性都好。
本实施例中,所述的辅助压板6与上盖1之间设有带动上盖1摆动的连接机构具体为:所述的辅助压板6与上盖1直接设有压杆8,所述的压杆8安装在上盖1上,所述的辅助压板6上凹槽的两侧内壁还分别设有滑槽9,所述的压杆8的两端分别在辅助压板6的滑槽9内,并可以在滑槽内滑动,滑槽可以引导压杆移动,这种结构最为简单。
所述的压杆8可转动地固定在上盖1上,这样在订书机工作时,压杆8也可以在滑槽9内转动,避免辅助压板和上盖错位,不影响辅助压板和上盖的正常工作,所述的钉板4与底座5之间的活动连接更好为滑动连接,滑动连接可以采用常规方式,比如底座5侧边设置滑道,钉板4二侧直接置于滑道中滑动。
本实施例中钉板和底座的滑动连接方式为:还包括滑块10,所述的钉板4与滑块10由螺钉连接,滑块的尾部还设置卡口20,钉板尾部插在卡口20内,然后用螺钉连接,这样可以避免钉板4晃动。
所述的底座5设有滑道11,所述的滑道11的两侧设有卡槽12,所述的滑块10设有滑条13,所述的滑块10位于滑道11内且滑块10两侧的滑条13滑动配合在卡槽12内。这样,既能保证滑块的稳定,又便于滑块的移动。
正常位置时,钉板4和滑块10前部由滑道11前端53限位,并通过锁紧机构而锁紧。为更省力,需将钉板从正常位置调整到省力位置,调整钉板位置后,通过锁紧机构将钉板4锁住,这样能更好地工作。
所述的锁紧机构包括按钮,所述的按钮和钉板或底板卡扣配合,关闭按钮时,钉板与底板扣住而无法移动,开启按钮时,钉板与底板脱离而可以移动。
本实施例的锁紧机构包括:扣钩14,所述的扣钩转动安装在底座5上;滑块,所述滑块上设有用于扣钩配合的缺口15;开关,所述的开关设在底座上,控制扣钩14的启闭,本实施中开关采用下述的顶柱17;挡块21,所述的挡块位于滑条13下方;挡板22,所述的挡板设在滑道的尾部,用于阻制挡块;这样滑块移动到省力位置时,挡板挡住滑条上的挡块,再按下(关闭)开关,扣钩插入滑块上的缺口而阻止滑块滑动,滑块由扣钩和挡板前后限位而锁住,从而使装订机构能够正常装订;开关开启时,扣钩脱离滑块上的缺口而使滑块能够滑动,从而使装订机构能够改变装订位置。
理论上,滑块的位置可以根据需要调整至任意位置,然后通过锁紧机构锁紧即可。本实施例中,订书机只需要正常位置和省力位置两个位置,相对应的滑块也只需要二个位置,因此,对滑块进行限位的缺口15只需一个,只要省力位置时,扣钩14能扣入滑块缺口15而锁住即可。
更具体地,所述的扣钩14包括主体,所述的主体中部30与底座5转动连接,所述的主体的一端设有钩板16,所述的钩板16与滑块10上的缺口15配合,主体另一端为平板28,其靠近底座滑槽的侧壁,所述的底座5上设有与主体另一端相对的插孔(图中未画出),所述的插孔内设有顶柱17,顶柱的两端设有凸块25,两个凸块正好将顶柱限位在插孔内, 凸块之间的长度大于底座侧壁的厚度,因此,顶柱17可以卡在插孔内且来回自由滑动,所述的顶柱17与扣钩14的主体的另一端平板28相抵,顶柱按下时推动平板28而使主体旋转,主体钩板16进入滑块10上的缺口15而锁住滑块10;当拉出顶柱17时,顶柱17离开平板28而解除对主体的限制,滑块可由外力移动,这样可通过按下顶柱17使扣钩和滑块钩住,或者拉回顶柱17允许扣钩和滑块脱离。
为了保证扣钩14的稳定性,所述的底座5的滑道11内设有挡块18,所述的扣钩14主体上相对挡块18的另一侧设有凸钮27,所述的挡块18和凸钮27配合形成限制扣钩14主体过度摆动的结构,见图7。通过挡块和凸钮,限制了扣钩的活动范围,避免扣钩在滑槽内脱落。
还包括尾盖19,所述的尾盖19罩在上盖1和钉道组件2的连接处,所述的尾盖19的前端与上盖1连接,所述的尾盖19与支架座3转动连接。尾盖19对上盖和钉道组件的连接处起到保护作用。
所述尾盖的前端设有卡扣23,上盖上设有卡孔24,所述卡扣卡入卡孔中连接,这样能更方便地固定尾盖。
参见图12,正常位置时,根据杠杆原理可知:F*L=F1*L1,F1=F*L/L1,F1=F*106/67=1.58*F;F2*L3=F1*L2,F1=F2*L3/L2,F1=F2*101/45=2.24*F2,得到:2.24*F2=1.58*F,F2=1.58/2.24*F=0.70*F,可省力30%。
参见图13,钉板移动至省力位置时,根据杠杆原理可知:F*L=F1*L1,F1=F*L/L1,F1=F*106/67=1.58*F;F2*L3=F1*L2,F1=F2*L3/L2,F1=F2*101/26=3.88*F2,得到:3.88*F2=1.58*F,F2=1.58/3.88*F=0.40*F,可省力60%。
从上可知,本发明设置辅助压板就能实现比常规订书机省力的效果,移动钉板至省力位置后,可以达到省力60%的效果。
从图12、图13可知,一般情况下有如下公式:F2=F*(L/L3)*(L2/L1);订书机从正常位置到省力位置,钉板4相对底座5后移,L、L3不变,L2很小变化,而L1增加很多,因此,如果钉板移动至省力位置时,施力F2比原始正常位置的施力F大大减小。
实施例2。
如图13-23所示,省力订书机,其包括:上盖1、钉道组件2、钉板4、底座5,所述的上盖1外设有辅助压板6,所述的辅助压板6与上盖1通过压杆8滑动连接,所述的钉板4与底座5滑动连接。
本实施例与实施例1相比,主要有下述不同之处。
所述的压杆8二端分别固定滑动件81,滑动件81滑动配合在辅助压板6的滑槽9内,这样压杆8能更好地滑动。
所述的钉板4与底座5的滑动连接方式发生变化,所述的钉板4设有辅助板41,所述的辅助板41位于钉板4下方,所述的钉板4与辅助板41固定,辅助板和钉板之间的固定形式不限,用螺钉、销柱、焊接等等方式均可,所述的底座5的二侧边上设有滑动槽51,辅助板41的二侧进入滑动槽51内,可在滑动槽51引导下移动,从而使钉板4在底座5上滑动。通过钉板安装辅助板,可以有效避免对钉板结构的影响,而且制造起来更为便利。
实施例1订书机从正常位置和订书机省力位置变换中,钉板与底座的滑动均需要手动操作,本实施例中,钉板与底座设置复位机构,具体为压簧,正常位置位置时,压簧处于爱压状态,见图21,由正常位置向省力位置变化时由压簧回复驱动,见图23,比较省力。
本实施例中,所述的锁紧机构包括前锁紧机构和后锁紧机构,所述的前锁紧机构对订书机正常位置的定位,后锁紧机构对订书机省力位置的定位,具体为对钉板4和底座5在这二个位置时进行定位。
本实施例的前锁紧机构具体为:所述的辅助板41上设有解锁槽42,所述的解锁槽42的后端为槽扩大后形成的卡口43,对应订书机正常位置;所述的解锁槽42的前端为沿解锁槽42扩张后形成的让位口44,对应订书机省力位置。
所述的按钮77包括按钮部771、锁定部772,锁定部772与解锁槽42宽度相配合,其在解锁槽42中可移动,底座5侧壁上设置按钮孔57,按钮部771置于按钮孔57中,所述的按钮77锁定部772进入卡口43时抵住卡口43,限制辅助板41移动。
所述的后锁紧机构具体为:其包括滑道51上方设有的阻挡件52和钉板4上设有的挡口42及压簧48,所述的阻挡件52和挡口42相抵而使钉板4限位,此时,压簧48阻止钉板4后退。
所述的底座上设有压簧槽46,辅助板41上设有压簧座47,压簧48位于压簧槽46内,其一端与底座相抵,另一端与压簧座47相抵,订书机平常状态时,压簧48受压簧座47压缩;订书机需省力位置时,通过按钮77解除辅助板41锁定,压簧48驱动辅助板移动,从而带动钉板4、钉道组件2、上盖1、辅助压板6至省力位置,进行省力装订。
为方便按钮操作,所述的按钮77与底座5之间设有复位弹簧55,所述复位弹簧55的一端与底座5连接,另一端与按钮77连接,按钮锁定部772由卡口43挡住,此时复位弹簧55处于自然状态。当按下按钮,复位弹簧55开始压缩,按钮锁定部772移动至与解锁槽42正对,钉板在压簧48弹力作用下后移至按钮锁定部772处于让位口44位置,按钮锁定 部772会被复位弹簧55推动至让位口44内,限位弹簧再次处于自然状态,按钮复位,这样按钮操作方便,按钮的表面能与底座的侧壁保持在同一平面上,也较为美观。
所述让位口44与解锁槽42之间还设置弧线441过度,使钉板往回移动时按钮锁定部772能顺利进入解锁槽42,防止按钮锁定部772被让位口44卡住。
如同实施例1所示,正常位置操作时,本发明订书机可以作为正常的省力订书机使用。
当需要更加省力时,即进入省力位置,按压按钮,使按钮锁定部772从辅助板底部的卡口43中向里移动至锁定部772与解锁槽42正对时,同时回复弹簧75受压,钮锁定部772解除对辅助板41的阻挡,辅助板在压簧48的回复力作用下从辅助板底部的卡口43脱离,在解锁槽42的引导下顺着按钮锁定部772往后移动,直至阻挡件52和挡口42而定位,此时,按钮锁定部772在回复弹簧75的弹力作用下进入让位口44,在此过程中,辅助板带动钉板4、钉道组件2、上盖1、辅助压板6均移动至省力位置,辅助压板和上盖之间通过滑动实现相对移动,从而延长了辅助压板的施力力臂,装订时比较省力,具体见实施例1的说明。
当要回复正常位置时,用手推动上盖或其他与上盖组合在一起的部件,驱使辅助压板441沿弧线441使锁定部772从让位口44移至解锁槽42并由解锁槽42引导,至锁定部772对准卡口43位置时由回复弹簧15驱动锁定部772进入卡口43而将辅助压板441锁住。

Claims (19)

  1. 省力订书机,其包括:上盖、钉道组件、用于支撑上盖和钉道组件的支架座、用于与钉道组件配合的钉板、底座,支架座安装在钉板上,所述的上盖和钉道组件均通过转轴与支架座转动连接,其特征在于:其还包括辅助压板,所述的辅助压板与底座转动连接,所述的辅助压板与上盖之间设有带动上盖摆动的连接机构,所述的钉板滑动连接在底座上,并且钉板与底座二者之间可由锁紧机构锁紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的辅助压板为一端开口、另一端封闭的凹槽,开口端的两侧壁设有支撑臂,所述的辅助压板位于上盖的上方且通过支撑臂与底座转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的带动上盖摆动的连接机构为:所述的辅助压板与上盖之间设有压杆,所述的压杆安装在上盖上,所述的辅助压板两侧壁与压杆二端相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的辅助压板上凹槽的两侧内壁分别设有滑槽,所述的压杆的两端分别滑动配合在辅助压板的滑槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的压杆二端分别固定滑动件,滑动件滑动配合在辅助压板的滑槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:还包括滑块,所述的钉板连接在滑块上,所述的底座上设有滑道,所述的滑道两侧设有卡槽,所述的滑块设有滑条,所述的滑块位于滑道内且滑块两侧的滑条滑动配合在卡槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的锁紧机构包括按钮,所述的按钮和钉板或底板卡扣配合,关闭按钮时,钉板与底板扣住而无法移动,开启按钮时,钉板与底板脱离而可以移动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的锁紧机构包括:扣钩,所述的扣钩安装在底座上;滑块,所述滑块上设有用于扣钩配合的缺口;开关,所述的开关设在底座上,控制扣钩的启闭;挡块,所述的挡块位于滑条下方;挡板,所述的挡板设在滑道的尾部,用于阻制挡块。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的扣钩包括主体,所述的主体中部与底座转动连接,所述的主体的一端设有钩板,所述的钩板与滑块上的缺口配合,主体另一端设有平面,所述的底座上设有与主体另一端平面相对的插孔,所述的插孔内设有顶柱,顶柱卡在插孔内且自由滑动,顶柱按下时推动平面使主体的扣钩插入滑块的缺口中而限制滑块移动,顶柱拉出时,顶柱离开平面而使主体的扣钩离开缺口而解除对滑块的限制。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述钉板和底座之间还包括复位机构,使顶板和底座由正常位置和省力位置间自动复位。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的复位机构包括压簧,压簧置于钉板和底座之间,顶板和底座正常位置时受压。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:包括辅助板,所述的辅助板位于钉板下方并与辅助板固定连接,辅助板与底座滑动配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的底座的二侧边上设有滑动槽,辅助板的二侧进入滑动槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的锁紧机构包括前锁紧机构和后锁紧机构,所述的前锁紧机构对订书机正常位置的定位,后锁紧机构对订书机省力位置的定位。

  16. 根据权利要求14所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的后锁紧机构为:其包括滑道上方设有的阻挡件和钉板上设有的挡口及压簧,所述的钉板移动中由阻挡件阻挡而使钉板限位,压簧阻止钉板后退。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的按钮与底座之间设有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端与底座连接,另一端与按钮连接,按钮锁定部由卡口挡住。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的省力订书机,其特征在于:所述的解锁槽的前端为扩张后形成的让位口,所述让位口与解锁槽之间还设置弧线过度。
