取杯运杯装置4可采用直流伺服电机,通过同步带传动方式带动末端执行机构进行横向纵向移动,以根据控制装置的运杯路径控制信号将杯子12从冷藏柜1中取出并移动至搅拌注水装置3处。直流伺服电机可通过改变输出波形进行速度与距离的调控。
水泵6可为不锈钢稳压输出水泵,可通过改变电流大小进行输出水压的调控。水泵6在杯子12中封装的是粉料时,还可以根据控制装置5的控制信号将热水锅炉7内的水泵入搅拌注水装置3。
由上述内容可见,本实施例在咖啡制作时,通过控制装置控制的搅拌注水装置对杯子中的粉料或鲜奶等液体原料进行搅拌,并在粉料或液体原料搅拌完成后注入咖啡酿造器现磨酿造的咖啡,实现了多种不同口味咖啡的制作;通过将粉料或液体原料封装在杯子中实现了粉料或液体原料的全过程密封保存,能防止粉料或液体原料受潮变质,保质时间长,也通过密封保存使得粉料或液体原料不易洒落至咖啡机的其它地方,避免了对机器内部的污染,更加卫生。
参照图1,进一步作为优选的实施方式,还包括咖啡渣回收装置8,所述咖啡渣回收装置8回收咖啡酿造器2萃取完毕后掉落的咖啡渣。
具体地,咖啡渣回收装置8可带有封闭保存功能,以将咖啡渣与咖啡机内部隔离,避免咖啡渣对咖啡机内部造成影响,延长了咖啡机的使用寿命。
参照图1和图3,进一步作为优选的实施方式,还包括供电装置11,所述供电装置11与控制装置5连接。
具体地,供电装置11用于为咖啡机供电。供电装置11可采用直流或交流电源。
参照图2和图3,进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述搅拌注水装置包括第一电机,所述第一电机连接控制装置,所述杯子12中设有搅拌叶片14,所述第一电机与搅拌叶片14磁耦合。
具体地,第一电机可以是高速直流电机,可通过改变电流大小进行搅拌时间和搅拌速度的调控。搅拌注水装置的高速直流电机在控制装置的驱动下,以磁耦合的传动方式带动封装有粉料或液体原料的杯子12中的搅拌叶片14高速转动,对杯子12中的粉料或液体原料进行搅拌,同时搅拌注水装置通过硅胶管连接咖啡酿造器,将已酿造好的咖啡注入已完成粉料或液体原料搅拌的杯子中。
参照图3,进一步作为优选的实施方式,还包括第二电机,所述第二电机连接控制装置,所述咖啡豆容器内设有切刀装置,所述第二电机驱动咖啡豆容器转动,进而带动切刀装置切开咖啡豆的外包装。
具体地,咖啡豆容器可以保存未拆除包装的咖啡豆,如袋装的咖啡店等,此时,咖啡豆容器内可增设切刀装置。第二电机可以是减速电机,可在控制装置的驱动下带动咖啡豆容器转动,进而带动切刀装置切开咖啡豆的外包装。
参照图1和图2,进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述冷藏柜1内设有用于存放杯子12的货道系统,所述杯子12上设有杯盖13。
具体地,货道系统可以是货架、搁架等,且层数可不止一层,即可以包括多个存放杯子的层。
本实施例还通过杯盖来对粉料或液体原料进行封装,延长粉料或液体原料的保质时间。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述杯子上设有密封膜。
具体地,杯盖也可以由密封膜来代替,同样可对粉料或液体原料进行封装。
以杯子中封装的液体原料是鲜奶为例,应用本发明的咖啡机来制作带有奶泡的咖啡,其实现过程如下:
咖啡研磨器与控制装置连接,通过控制装置对其供电,将咖啡豆容器中的咖啡豆进行研磨成粉,并掉落至咖啡酿造器中;
咖啡酿造器通过特氟龙管与咖啡豆容器管路连接;
水泵与控制装置连接,将热水锅炉中的热水泵入咖啡酿造器,对咖啡酿造器中的咖啡粉进行萃取,萃取完毕后咖啡渣掉落至咖啡渣回收装置中;
控制装置与取杯运杯装置连接,控制装置发送坐标指令(即运杯路径控制信号,通过计算得出),驱动取杯运杯装置对存放于冷藏柜中封装有鲜奶的杯子进行取杯操作,并将其送入搅拌注水装置中;
控制装置与搅拌注水装置连接,控制装置对搅拌注水装置供电,驱动搅拌注水装置的高速电机以磁耦合的传动方式,带动杯子中的搅拌叶片高速转动,对杯中的鲜奶进行搅拌并产生细腻的奶泡,搅拌注水装置通过硅胶管连接咖啡酿造器,将已酿造好的咖啡注入已完成鲜奶发泡的杯子中。
与现有的技术相比,本实施例将新鲜牛奶封装于杯子中,通过全新的全自动咖啡机进行咖啡制作,通过对封装于杯子中的鲜奶以搅拌发泡的方式进行发泡操作,并在发泡完毕后注入现磨酿造的咖啡,形成了一种全新的咖啡制作方式,避免了现有的其他全自动咖啡机中新鲜牛奶清洗不及时导致管道污染的卫生问题,丰富了咖啡的口感和质感;同时也不会因鲜奶在管道内壁的粘附而需要定时清洗管道,机器使用与维护更方便。
如图4所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种咖啡机的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
通过控制装置控制取杯运杯装置控制信号将杯子从冷藏柜取出并运送至搅拌注水装置中;
通过控制装置控制搅拌注水装置对杯子中的粉料或液体原料进行搅拌;
通过控制装置控制咖啡研磨器将咖啡豆容器内的咖啡豆研磨成粉,并使得咖啡粉掉落至咖啡酿造器中;
通过控制装置控制水泵将热水锅炉内的水泵入咖啡酿造器,对咖啡酿造器内的咖啡粉进行萃取;
通过控制装置控制搅拌注水装置将咖啡酿造器酿造好的咖啡注入已完成粉料或液体原料搅拌的杯子中。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述通过控制装置控制搅拌注水装置对杯子中的粉料或液体原料进行搅拌这一步骤,具体为:
通过控制装置发送第一电机控制信号给搅拌注水装置的第一电机,驱动第一电机以磁耦合的传动方式带动杯子中的搅拌叶片转动,从而对杯子中的粉料或液体原料进行搅拌。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,还包括以下步骤:
通过控制装置发送第二电机控制信号给第二电机,驱动第二电机带动咖啡豆容器转动,进而带动切刀装置切开咖啡豆的外包装。
本方法实施例与咖啡机实施例相配套,咖啡机实施例中的内容均适用于本方法实施例中,本方法实施例所具体实现的功能与上述咖啡机实施例相同,并且达到的有益效果与上述咖啡机实施例所达到的有益效果也相同。
与图4的方法相对应,本发明实施例还提供了一种咖啡机的控制系统,包括:
至少一个处理器;
至少一个存储器,用于存储至少一个程序;
当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,使得所述至少一个处理本发明所述的一种咖啡机的控制方法。
上述方法实施例中的内容均适用于本系统实施例中,本系统实施例所具体实现的功能与上述方法实施例相同,并且达到的有益效果与上述方法实施例所达到的有益效果也相同。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做作出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种咖啡机,其特征在于:包括冷藏柜、咖啡酿造器、搅拌注水装置、取杯运杯装置、控制装置、水泵、热水锅炉、咖啡豆容器和咖啡研磨器,所述冷藏柜内存放有杯子,所述杯子内封装有粉料或液体原料,
    所述取杯运杯装置连接控制装置,根据控制装置的控制信号将杯子从冷藏柜取出并运送至搅拌注水装置中;
    所述搅拌注水装置连接控制装置,根据控制装置的控制信号对杯子中的粉料或液体原料进行搅拌;
    所述咖啡研磨器连接控制装置,根据控制装置的控制信号将咖啡豆容器内的咖啡豆研磨成粉,并使得咖啡粉掉落至咖啡酿造器中;
    所述水泵连接控制装置,根据控制装置的控制信号将热水锅炉内的水泵入咖啡酿造器,对咖啡酿造器内的咖啡粉进行萃取;
    所述搅拌注水装置还连接咖啡酿造器,将酿造好的咖啡注入已完成粉料或液体原料搅拌的杯子中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种咖啡机,其特征在于:还包括咖啡渣回收装置,所述咖啡渣回收装置回收咖啡酿造器萃取完毕后掉落的咖啡渣。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种咖啡机,其特征在于:还包括供电装置,所述供电装置与控制装置连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种咖啡机,其特征在于:所述搅拌注水装置包括第一电机,所述第一电机连接控制装置,所述杯子中设有搅拌叶片,所述第一电机与搅拌叶片磁耦合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种咖啡机,其特征在于:还包括第二电机,所述第二电机连接控制装置,所述咖啡豆容器内设有切刀装置,所述第二电机驱动咖啡豆容器转动,进而带动切刀装置切开咖啡豆的外包装。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种咖啡机,其特征在于:所述冷藏柜内设有用于存放杯子的货道系统,所述杯子上设有杯盖。
  7. 一种咖啡机的控制方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    通过控制装置控制取杯运杯装置控制信号将杯子从冷藏柜取出并运送至搅拌注水装置中;
    通过控制装置控制搅拌注水装置对杯子中的粉料或液体原料进行搅拌;
    通过控制装置控制咖啡研磨器将咖啡豆容器内的咖啡豆研磨成粉,并使得咖啡粉掉落至咖啡酿造器中;
    通过控制装置控制水泵将热水锅炉内的水泵入咖啡酿造器,对咖啡酿造器内的咖啡粉进行萃取;
    通过控制装置控制搅拌注水装置将咖啡酿造器酿造好的咖啡注入已完成粉料或液体原料搅拌的杯子中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种咖啡机的控制方法,其特征在于:所述通过控制装置控制搅拌注水装置对杯子中的粉料或液体原料进行搅拌这一步骤,具体为:
    通过控制装置发送第一电机控制信号给搅拌注水装置的第一电机,驱动第一电机以磁耦合的传动方式带动杯子中的搅拌叶片转动,从而对杯子中的粉料或液体原料进行搅拌。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种咖啡机的控制方法,其特征在于:还包括以下步骤:
    通过控制装置发送第二电机控制信号给第二电机,驱动第二电机带动咖啡豆容器转动,进而带动切刀装置切开咖啡豆的外包装。
  10. 一种咖啡机的控制系统,其特征在于:包括:
    至少一个处理器;
    至少一个存储器,用于存储至少一个程序;
    当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,使得所述至少一个处理器实现如权利要求7-9任一项所述的一种咖啡机的控制方法。
