手机等移动终端一般设有后壳和后置摄像头,后壳安装有用于后置摄像头进光的装饰圈。装饰圈与后壳的装配间隙较小,当移动终端意外跌落时,装饰圈直接撞击后壳的油漆层,易造成油漆层的开裂。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种壳组件和移动终端。
一种壳组件,包括:
后壳,包括基底和装饰层,所述基底包括相背设置的前表面和后表面,所述装饰层连接于所述前表面;所述后壳开设有贯穿所述基底和所述装饰层的安装孔,所述安装孔由孔壁围设而成;及
装饰圈,穿设于所述安装孔且与所述基底连接;所述装饰圈包括端面和朝向所述孔壁的外周面,所述端面外露于所述装饰层所在一侧;所述外周面包括与所述端面相接的第一区域,所述孔壁包括与所述前表面相接的第二区域,所述第一区域与所述第二区域形成间隙,且所述间隙的宽度从所述前表面向所述后表面处减小,且所述间隙的最小宽度位于所述前表面的延伸平面与所述后表面的延伸平面之间。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳的实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
作为在此使用的“终端设备”指包括但不限于经由以下任意一种或者数种连接方式连接的能够接收和/或发送通信信号的装置:
(1)经由有线线路连接方式,如经由公共交换电话网络(Public Switched Telephone Networks,PSTN)、数字用户线路(Digital Subscriber Line,DSL)、数字电缆、直接电缆连接;
(2)经由无线接口方式,如蜂窝网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)、诸如DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器。
被设置成通过无线接口通信的终端设备可以被称为“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括但不限于以下电子装置:
(1)卫星电话或蜂窝电话;
(2)可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统(Personal Communications System,PCS)终端;
(3)无线电电话、寻呼机、因特网/内联网接入、Web浏览器、记事簿、 日历、配备有全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)接收器的个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA);
(4)常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器;
(5)常规膝上型和/或掌上型无线电电话收发器等。
参考图1和图2,在一实施例中,移动终端10为智能手机。移动终端10包括终端设备100和壳组件200,壳组件200连接于终端设备100。具体地,终端设备100可以包括显示屏110和摄像头模组120,显示屏110可用于显示信息并为用户提供交互界面,摄像头模组120可用于拍摄照片或者视频等。壳组件200位于显示屏110的背向可显示区的一侧,显示屏110和壳组件200之间可以形成安装空间,以用于安装移动终端10的电池、电路板等电子元器件。电路板上可以集成移动终端10的处理器、基带芯片、储存芯片、电源管理模块等。壳组件200盖设于终端设备100的电路板、电池、摄像头模组120上,以对终端设备100的电子元器件起到保护作用,且壳组件200还能够起到装饰效果,以美化移动终端10的外观。在图2所示实施例中,摄像头模组120位于显示屏110的背向可显示区的一侧,摄像头模组120连接于电路板,用户可以通过摄像头模组120执行照片拍摄、视频录制等功能。在其他实施方式中,移动终端10也可以为平板等。
参考图3、图4和图5,在一实施例中,壳组件200包括后壳210和装饰圈220,后壳210盖设于终端设备100并与终端设备100固定连接。例如,在一实施例中,后壳210采用点胶方式与终端设备100形成可靠的连接。后壳210进一步包括基底211和装饰层213,基底211大致呈矩形块状,基底211包括相背设置的前表面212和后表面214,装饰层213连接于前表面212。基底211的材质可以为塑胶,装饰层213的材质可以为油漆或者油墨。在基底211材质为塑胶的实施例中,装饰层213外露以使用户能够直接观察到装饰层213的外观,且用户能够直接触摸装饰层213的外表面。由于后壳210的面积相对较大,移动终端10的外观的主要部分可以通过基底211上的装饰层213来呈现。例如,装饰层213可以呈现图案或者渐变效果,以美化移动 终端10的外观性能。在其他实施方式中,基底211的材质可以为金属例如铝合金、镁合金或者不锈钢等,基底211的材质还可以为陶瓷或者玻璃,且装饰层213外露以用于呈现所需的外观效果。
后壳210开设有贯穿基底211和装饰层213的安装孔215,安装孔215由孔壁217围设而成。装饰圈220的材质可以为不锈钢或者铝合金或者镁合金等,装饰圈220穿设于安装孔215且与基底211连接。在一实施例中,装饰圈220包括一体成型的本体221和抵持部223,抵持部223凸设于本体221的外周,抵持部223位于后表面214所在一侧且与基底211固定连接。例如,抵持部223和后表面214之间可以设置双面胶或者点胶层,以使装饰圈220能够与后壳210形成可靠的连接。
参考图4和图5,装饰圈220包括端面222和朝向孔壁217的外周面224,端面222外露于装饰层213所在一侧。装饰圈220的外周面224包括与端面222相接的第一区域226,安装孔215的孔壁217包括与前表面212相接的第二区域218,第二区域218朝向第一区域226,第一区域226与第二区域218形成间隙,且间隙的宽度从前表面212向后表面214处逐渐减小,间隙的最小宽度位于前表面212的延伸平面与后表面214的延伸平面之间。上述结构也可作如下表述:间隙的宽度从装饰层213向基底211的背向装饰层213的一侧减小,间隙的最小宽度位于远离装饰层213的一侧且与装饰层213存在间隔。可以理解的是,可以作平行于终端设备100的厚度方向的几何平面并以该平面为参考面,以该参考面切断装饰圈220和后壳210,获得装饰圈220和后壳210在任一位置的横截面,前表面212与参考面的交线包括与孔壁217相接的线段,后表面214与参考面的交线包括与孔壁217相交的线段,间隙的最小宽度处位于两条线段的延长线之间。上述结构,使得装饰圈220的外周面224与孔壁217之间的最小距离位于装饰层213以下的位置,在移动终端10意外跌落时,最小宽度处的装饰圈220与后壳210的基底211相撞击,避免了装饰圈220直接与装饰层213相撞击,从而可以有效避免意外跌落时装饰圈220撞击装饰层213导致装饰层213开裂。可以理解的是,间隙的宽 度逐渐减小这一特征不是必须的,例如,在移动终端10的厚度方向上,间隙的宽度的变化趋势为向后表面214处减小、间隙的最小宽度位于前表面212的延伸平面与后表面214的延伸平面之间即可,因此,间隙的某些位置处的宽度可以先变小再变大,这种情形包含在本申请的保护范围内。
在一实施例中,第一区域226与端面222的夹角为钝角。具体地,参考图4,第一区域226为曲面,该曲面的母线与移动终端10的厚度方向的夹角为锐角,端面222为平面。第一区域226与端面222的夹角可以通过以下方式获得:过第一区域226的任一母线作第一区域226的切平面,该切平面与端面222的夹角为钝角,且装饰圈220的端面222和第一区域226被夹设在钝角的区域内。参考图5,在另一实施例中,端面222与参考面的交线、第一区域226与参考面的交线正交,且第一区域226的任一位置处的母线与移动终端10的厚度方向平行。第二区域218为曲面,第二区域218的母线与移动终端10的厚度方向的夹角为锐角,即第二区域218与前表面212的夹角为钝角,且基底211的第二区域218和前表面212被夹设在钝角的区域内。当然,在其他实施方式中,第一区域226与端面222的夹角为钝角、第二区域218与前表面212的夹角为钝角的特征可以同时满足。
参考图6和图7,装饰圈220和后壳210的孔壁217的间隙内可以填充黏胶层230,黏胶层230不仅可使得装饰圈220与后壳210牢固连接,而且可以作为装饰圈220与后壳210之间的缓冲层,以使移动终端10在意外跌落时,缓冲装饰圈220对后壳210的冲击,以避免装饰层213被装饰圈220撞击而开裂。
参考图8和图9,壳组件200可以包括套环240,套环240夹设于间隙内。套环240的材质可以为硅胶或者橡胶等,以使套环240具有弹性,套环240同样可以作为装饰圈220与后壳210之前的缓冲层,以使移动终端10在意外跌落时,缓冲装饰圈220对后壳210的冲击,以避免装饰层213被装饰圈220撞击而开裂。进一步,参考图8和图9,第一区域226和第二区域218中的至少一个开设有容置槽,套环240的部分结构容纳于容置槽内。容置槽的作 用在于,其可用于套环240的定位,使得套环240能够卡设在容置槽内,以利于套环240、装饰圈220与后壳210的组装,并能够防止套环240在组装过程中在装饰圈220上滑动造成位置的偏斜。
参考图10和图11,装饰圈220可以包括一体成型于本体221的凸起250,凸起250凸设于第一区域226且位于间隙内。凸起250处的最小宽度可以小于间隙的最小宽度,凸起250的作用在于,其能够在移动终端10意外跌落时与后壳210接触,以缓冲装饰圈220对后壳210的冲击,避免装饰层213被装饰圈220撞击而开裂。当然,凸起250也可以形成于后壳210的基底211上,其作用不变,此处不再赘述。
参考图3,在一实施例中,装饰圈220开设有第一通孔228,第一区域226围设于第一通孔228的外周。终端设备100包括功能器件,功能器件穿设于第一通孔228且与装饰圈220连接,功能器件包括闪光灯、对焦传感器和指纹识别模组中的任一种。其中,闪光灯在摄像头模组120的拍摄过程中可用于为摄像头模组120补光,对焦传感器则可用于辅助摄像头模组120的对焦,以提升拍摄的质量。指纹识别模组可用于采集用户的指纹信息,以使移动终端10能够验证用户的身份。
进一步,装饰圈220开设有第二通孔229,壳组件200包括盖板260,盖板260盖设于第二通孔229的背向后表面214的一侧。摄像头模组120设于盖板260的背向前表面212所在的一侧,第二通孔229可用于摄像头模组120的入光。第二通孔229与第一通孔228间隔设置,第一区域226围设于第二通孔229的外周。盖板260呈透明状,其透光率可以在90%以上,盖板260的材质可以为蓝宝石或者钢化玻璃,环境光线能够穿过盖板260并经由第二通孔229入射至摄像头模组120,并进一步入射至摄像头模组120的感光元件上。
参考图12,图12为本申请实施例提供的终端设备100的结构示意图。该终端设备100可以包括射频(RF,Radio Frequency)电路501、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器502、输入单元503、显示单元 504、传感器504、音频电路506、无线保真(WiFi,Wireless Fidelity)模块507、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器508、以及电源509等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图12中示出的终端设备100结构并不构成对终端设备100的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
射频电路501可用于收发信息,或通话过程中信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器508处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频电路501包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM,Subscriber Identity Module)卡、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(LNA,Low Noise Amplifier)、双工器等。此外,射频电路501还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。该无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通信系统(GSM,Global System of Mobile communication)、通用分组无线服务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)、码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)、宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)、电子邮件、短消息服务(SMS,Short Messaging Service)等。
存储器502可用于存储应用程序和数据。存储器502存储的应用程序中包含有可执行代码。应用程序可以组成各种功能模块。处理器508通过运行存储在存储器502的应用程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器502可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端设备100的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器502可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器502还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器508和输入单元503对存储器502的访问。
输入单元503可用于接收输入的数字、字符信息或用户特征信息(比如指纹),以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,在一个具体的实施例中,输入单元503可包括触敏表面以及其他输入设备。触敏表面,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面上或在触敏表面附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器508,并能接收处理器508发来的命令并加以执行。
显示单元504可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及终端设备100的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元504可包括显示面板。可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。进一步的,触敏表面可覆盖显示面板,当触敏表面检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器508以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器508根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图12中,触敏表面与显示面板是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面与显示面板集成而实现输入和输出功能。可以理解的是,显示屏110可以包括输入单元503和显示单元504。
终端设备100还可包括至少一种传感器505,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板的亮度,接近传感器可在终端设备100移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的 大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于终端设备100还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路506可通过扬声器、传声器提供用户与终端设备100之间的音频接口。音频电路506可将接收到的音频数据转换成电信号,传输到扬声器,由扬声器转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路506接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器508处理后,经射频电路501以发送给比如另一终端设备100,或者将音频数据输出至存储器502以便进一步处理。音频电路506还可能包括耳机座,以提供外设耳机与终端设备100的通信。
无线保真(WiFi)属于短距离无线传输技术,终端设备100通过无线保真模块507可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图12示出了无线保真模块507,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端设备100的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器508是终端设备100的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端设备100的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器502内的应用程序,以及调用存储在存储器502内的数据,执行终端设备100的各种功能和处理数据,从而对终端设备100进行整体监控。可选的,处理器508可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器508可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器508中。
终端设备100还包括给各个部件供电的电源509。优选的,电源509可以通过电源管理系统与处理器508逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源509还可以包括一个或一个以上 的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管图12中未示出,终端设备100还可以包括蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体实施时,以上各个模块可以作为独立的实体来实现,也可以进行任意组合,作为同一或若干个实体来实现,以上各个模块的具体实施可参见前面的方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种壳组件,包括:
    后壳,包括基底和装饰层,所述基底包括相背设置的前表面和后表面,所述装饰层连接于所述前表面;所述后壳开设有贯穿所述基底和所述装饰层的安装孔,所述安装孔由孔壁围设而成;及
    装饰圈,穿设于所述安装孔且与所述基底连接;所述装饰圈包括端面和朝向所述孔壁的外周面,所述端面外露于所述装饰层所在一侧;所述外周面包括与所述端面相接的第一区域,所述孔壁包括与所述前表面相接的第二区域,所述第一区域与所述第二区域形成间隙,且所述间隙的宽度从所述前表面向所述后表面处减小,所述间隙的最小宽度位于所述前表面的延伸平面与所述后表面的延伸平面之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳组件,其特征在于,所述第一区域与所述端面的夹角为钝角。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的壳组件,其特征在于,所述第二区域与所述前表面的夹角为钝角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的壳组件,其特征在于,所述间隙内填充有黏胶层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的壳组件,其特征在于,所述壳组件包括套环,所述套环夹设于所述间隙内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的壳组件,其特征在于,所述第一区域和所述第二区域中的至少一个开设有容置槽,所述套环的部分结构容纳于所述容置槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的壳组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈包括一体成型的本体和凸起,所述凸起凸设于所述第一区域且位于所述间隙内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的壳组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈包括一体成型的本体和抵持部,所述抵持部凸设于本体的外周,所述抵持部位于所述后表面所在一侧且与所述基底固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的壳组件,其特征在于,所述基底的材质为塑胶,或者金属,或者陶瓷,或者玻璃;所述装饰层的材质为油漆,或者油墨。
  10. 一种移动终端,包括:
    终端设备,及

  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述装饰圈开设有第一通孔,所述第一区域围设于所述第一通孔的外周;所述终端设备包括功能器件,所述功能器件穿设于所述第一通孔且与所述装饰圈连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述功能器件包括闪光灯、对焦传感器和指纹识别模组中的任一种。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述装饰圈开设有第二通孔,所述第一区域围设于所述第二通孔的外周;所述壳组件包括盖板,所述盖板盖设于所述第二通孔的背向所述后表面的一侧。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组设于所述盖板的背向所述前表面所在的一侧。

    壳组件,包括后壳和装饰圈,所述后壳连接于所述终端设备;所述后壳包括基底和装饰层,所述后壳开设有贯穿所述基底和所述装饰层的安装孔, 所述安装孔由孔壁围设而成;所述装饰圈穿设于所述安装孔且与所述基底连接;所述装饰圈包括朝向所述孔壁的第一区域,所述孔壁包括朝向所述第一区域的第二区域,所述第一区域与所述第二区域形成间隙,且所述间隙的宽度从所述装饰层向所述基底的背向所述装饰层的一侧减小;所述间隙的最小宽度位于远离所述装饰层的一侧且与所述装饰层存在间隔。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一区域和所述第二区域中的至少一个与所述终端设备的厚度方向的夹角为锐角。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述间隙内填充有黏胶层。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述基底的材质为塑胶,或者金属,或者陶瓷,或者玻璃;所述装饰层的材质为油漆,或者油墨。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述装饰圈开设有第一通孔,所述第一区域围设于所述第一通孔的外周;所述终端设备包括功能器件,所述功能器件穿设于所述第一通孔且与所述装饰圈连接;所述功能器件包括闪光灯、对焦传感器和指纹识别模组中的任一种。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述装饰圈开设有第二通孔,所述第一区域围设于所述第二通孔的外周;所述壳组件包括盖板,所述盖板盖设于所述第二通孔的背向所述基底的一侧;所述功能器件包括摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组设于所述盖板的背向所述装饰层的一侧。
