- 재료를 용융시켜 대상물에 인가하는 작업에 사용되는 다기능 멜팅건으로서,몸체부와 손잡이부를 구비한 하우징;상기 몸체부 내부에 장착되고 전방으로 연장되며 내측에 수용공간을 구비한 실린더부;상기 몸체부의 후방을 관통하여 상기 실린더부의 수용공간까지 연장되고, 선단에 패킹이 장착되며, 상기 수용공간의 전후방으로 이동 가능한 피스톤부;상기 피스톤부를 전방으로 이동시키는 작동 레버;투입구를 구비하고 상기 몸체부에 장착되어 상기 투입구가 실린더부의 수용 공간에 연통하는 호퍼부; 및상기 실린더부의 외측에 근접하게 배치되어 실린더부를 가열하는 발열부;를 포함하고,상기 실린더부의 선단에는, 선단에 토출구가 형성된 토출캡 또는 전면이 폐쇄된 밀폐캡 중 하나가 선택적으로 장착되고,상기 호퍼부의 투입구를 통해 투입되어 상기 수용공간에 적재된 고상의 재료는 상기 발열부에 의해 가열된 실린더부의 열에 의해 용융되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다기능 멜팅건.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 몸체부의 상면에 제1 개구부가 형성되고, 상기 실린더부의 상면 중 상기 제1 개구부에 대응하는 영역에 제2 개구부가 형성되며,상기 제1 개구부 및 상기 제2 개구부를 개폐하는 덮개부가 구비되며,상기 덮개부를 이동시키면 상기 제1 개구부와 상기 제2 개구부가 동시에 개방되어 상기 수용공간이 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다기능 멜팅건.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실린더부의 선단에는 토출캡이 장착되고,상기 작동 레버를 조작하여 상기 피스톤부를 전방으로 이동시키면 상기 패킹에 의해 상기 수용공간에 용융된 액상의 재료가 상기 실린더부의 전방으로 이동하며, 상기 토출캡의 토출구를 통해 외부로 토출되도록 구성되는, 다기능 멜팅건.
- 제2항에 있어서,복수의 홈이 형성되고 각 홈에 상기 대상물이 개별적으로 수납되는 거치 트레이를 더 포함하며,상기 거치 트레이는 상기 제1 개구부 주변의 거치 돌기에 거치되고, 거치 시 상기 각 대상물은 하부 일부가 상기 제2 개구부를 통하여 상기 수용공간에 진입하도록 구성되는 것인, 다기능 멜팅건.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 실린더부의 선단에는 밀폐캡이 장착되고,상기 작동 레버를 조작하여 상기 피스톤부를 전방으로 이동시킴에 따라 상기 용융된 액상의 재료는 상기 패킹과 상기 밀폐캡 사이에서 수위가 점점 올라가고,상기 수용공간에 진입한 상기 대상물의 하부 일부가 상기 액상의 재료에 잠켜 상기 액상의 재료가 대상물에 피복되도록 구성되는 것인, 다기능 멜팅건.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 손잡이부의 내부에는 상기 발열부에 전압을 인가하는 배터리가 내장되는 것인, 다기능 멜팅건.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재료는 초콜릿이고, 상기 대상물은 건빵인, 다기능 멜팅건.
