[0041] 本实施例的较佳实施方案中, 相对于现有技术, 相当于将第二粘接层 130的中 孔加大以作为收容孔 103, 将透气网板 121的外形缩小, 从而使得透气网板 121和 第二粘接层 130的收容孔 103形成错位, 第一粘接层 122和第二粘接层 130在外圈 直接胶合, 形成防水环, 保证防水功能不变; 且防尘网 120和第二粘接层 130的 厚度之和为 0.3mm, 节省了一层透气网板 121的厚度 0.05mm, 有效减小了扬声器 箱 100在出声孔 101外侧的安装空间。

[权利要求 1] 一种扬声器箱, 包括扬声器箱主体和防尘网, 所述扬声器箱主体具有 出声孔, 所述防尘网贴设于所述扬声器箱主体的外侧并对应覆盖所述 出声孔, 其特征在于, 所述防尘网包括封盖于所述出声孔上的透气网 板以及粘贴于所述透气网板与所述扬声器箱主体之间的第一粘接层, 所述第一粘接层上设有与所述出声孔对应的透声孔, 所述透气网板对 应覆盖所述透声孔; 所述扬声器箱还包括贴设于所述第一粘接层的第 二粘接层, 所述第一粘接层夹设于所述第一粘接层与所述扬声器箱主 体之间, 所述第二粘接层上设有收容所述透气网板的收容孔, 所述透 气网板在所述第一粘接层上的正投影与所述第二粘接层在所述第一粘 接层上的正投影互不重叠。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的扬声器箱, 其特征在于, 所述第二粘接层的厚 度大于所述透气网板的厚度。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的扬声器箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一粘接层的厚 度等于所述第二粘接层的厚度。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的扬声器箱, 其特征在于, 所述第二粘接层的厚 度为 0.15mm±0.02mm, 所述透气网板的厚度为 0.05mm±0.01mm, 所 述第一粘接层的厚度为 0.15mm±0.02mm。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的扬声器箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一粘 接层的外侧周向轮廓形状与所述第一粘接层的外侧周向轮廓形状相同
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的扬声器箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一粘 接层为防水双面胶; 且 /或, 所述第二粘接层为防水双面胶。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的扬声器箱, 其特征在于, 所述扬声器 箱主体包括壳体和固定于所述壳体上的发声单体, 所述壳体上设有所 述出声孔, 所述发声单体和所述防尘网分别安装于所述壳体的两相对 侧。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的扬声器箱, 其特征在于, 所述壳体包括塑料支 架和嵌设于所述塑料支架内的金属片体, 所述塑料支架与金属片体注 塑成型为一体; 所述发声单体具有振膜, 所述金属片体与所述振膜正 对, 所述出声孔对应贯穿所述金属片体。
[权利要求 9] 一种移动终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端设备包括外壳以及如 权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的扬声器箱, 所述扬声器箱通过所述第二粘 接层与所述外壳粘接固定。
