Description

一种中心线策划装置 技术领域
本发明涉及生产技术领域,具体涉及原材料加工的辅助设备。
背景技术
在原材料上加工各种形状,需要找出原材料的中心线,例如,在圆管、方管上加工槽或孔,首先需要找出圆管、方管的中心线,使加工的槽或孔的中心落在所述中心线上。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题:简便地找出原材料的中心线。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种中心线策划装置,包括固定支架、活动支架,活动支架活动连接在所述固定支架上,第一连杆的首端铰接在固定支架上,第二连杆的首端铰接在活动支架上,第一连杆的尾端与第二连杆的尾端铰接,第一连杆的长度等于第二连杆的长度;第一连杆首端与固定支架的铰接点为第一铰接点,第二连杆首端与活动支架的铰接点为第二铰接点;活动支架和固定支架夹持在原材料的两侧,连接所述第一铰接点与所述第二铰接点的连线的中点落在所述原材料的中心线上;第一连杆尾端与第二连杆尾端的铰接处设有划线工具。
活动支架能够相对固定支架移动,接近或远离固定支架,以适应不同外径的原材料。
由于第一连杆与第二连杆长度相等,且,活动支架和固定支架夹持在 原材料的两侧时,连接所述第一铰接点与所述第二铰接点的连线的中点落在所述原材料的中心线上,即,第一连杆首端与第二连杆首端之间的连线中点落在所述原材料的中心线上,因此,第一连杆、第二连杆、第一连杆首端与第二连杆首端之间的连线构成一等腰三角形,等腰三角形的高与中线重合,无论第一连杆首端与第二连杆首端之间的距离怎样变化,即,无论原材料的外径怎样变化,第一连杆尾端与第二连杆尾端的铰接点始终落在原材料的中心线上,如此,划线工具始终处于原材料的中心线上。沿原材料的长度方向拖动本发明所述的中心线策划装置,所述划线工具即能在原材料的外侧壁上划出一条原材料的中心线。
本发明利用等腰三角形中线与高重合的原理,设计所述中心线策划装置,方便工人寻找并确定方管、圆管等轴类零件的中心线,为原材料的进一步加工奠定基础。

具体实施方式
如图1,一种中心线策划装置,包括固定支架10、活动支架20、第一连杆30、第二连杆40、第三连杆60、划线工具。
活动支架20通过丝杆机构连接在所述固定支架10上。固定支架上设有滑轨11,活动支架配合在所述滑轨上。丝杆机构的丝杆螺母51安装在活动支架上,丝杆机构的丝杆52首端枢接在固定支架上,丝杆机构的尾端设有旋转把手53。转动所述旋转把手,丝杆通过所述丝杆螺母驱动活动支架沿固定支架的滑轨移动,活动支架远离或接近固定支架,以适应不同外径的原材料。
固定支架10设有一对第一滚筒12,活动支架20设有一对第二滚筒22,一对第一滚筒旋转中心线所在平面平行于一对第二滚筒旋转中心线所在平面。如此,当固定支架和活动支架相向夹紧在原材料左右两侧时,位于原材料左侧的一对第一滚筒能够同时紧靠在原材料的左侧,位于原材料右侧的一对第二滚筒能够同时紧靠在原材料的右侧,保证所述的中心线策划装置稳定地夹持在原材料上。
第一连杆30的首端铰接在固定支架上,第二连杆40的首端铰接在活动支架上,第一连杆的尾端与第二连杆的尾端铰接,第一连杆的长度等于第二连杆的长度。
参考图2,所述划线工具包括划线套筒70和划线笔,划线笔插设划线套筒中,第一连杆30的尾端开设第一铰接孔,第二连杆40的尾端开设第 二铰接孔,划线套筒的上半部分插设在第一铰接孔和第二铰接孔中,实现第一连杆的尾端与第二连杆的尾端的铰接。划线套筒能够沿第一铰接孔和第二铰接孔作轴向移动,划线套筒能够在第一铰接孔和第二铰接孔内转动。
一对第一滚筒12中接近第一连杆30尾端的第一滚筒上设有外螺纹,或者,一对第二滚筒22中接近第二连杆40尾端的第二滚筒上设有外螺纹,第三连杆60的首端螺接在设有外螺纹的第一滚筒或第二滚筒上。第三连杆60的尾端开设条形槽61,划线套筒70的下半部分开设滑槽71,划线套筒的下半部分配合在所述条形槽中,条形槽的侧壁配合在所述滑槽中,条形槽的侧壁能够沿滑槽滑动。
实际操作中,动作所述旋转把手53,调整固定支架10和活动支架20之间的距离,适应原材料的外径,使一对第一滚筒12和一对第二滚筒22紧靠在原材料的左右两侧,同时,手动控制所述中心线策划装置的高度,使划线笔的划线底端与原材料接触。其中,设第一连杆首端与固定支架的铰接点为第一铰接点,第二连杆首端与活动支架的铰接点为第二铰接点,连接所述第一铰接点与所述第二铰接点的连线的中点落在所述原材料的中心线上。
之后,手工拖动所述中心线策划装置,使其沿原材料的长度方向移动,划线笔在原材料的外侧壁上划出原材料的中心线。
由于划线笔在划线过程中,其划线底端有损耗而逐渐缩短,为此,本发明所述第三连杆60在第一滚筒或第二滚筒外螺纹的驱动下及划线套筒70在第一铰接孔、第二铰接孔的导向下下降,第三连杆拉动划线套筒70沿第一铰接孔、第二铰接孔逐步下行,划线套筒70带着其内的划线笔下行,以保证划线笔的划线底端与原材料的外侧壁接触,进而保证原材料的中心 线得到顺利划出。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种中心线策划装置,包括固定支架(10)、活动支架(20),活动支架活动连接在所述固定支架上,其特征在于:第一连杆(30)的首端铰接在固定支架上,第二连杆(40)的首端铰接在活动支架上,第一连杆的尾端与第二连杆的尾端铰接,第一连杆的长度等于第二连杆的长度;
    第一连杆首端与固定支架的铰接点为第一铰接点,第二连杆首端与活动支架的铰接点为第二铰接点;
    活动支架和固定支架夹持在原材料的两侧,连接所述第一铰接点与所述第二铰接点的连线的中点落在所述原材料的中心线上;
    第一连杆尾端与第二连杆尾端的铰接处设有划线工具。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种中心线策划装置,其特征在于:活动支架(20)通过丝杆机构连接在所述固定支架(10)上;
    固定支架上设有滑轨(11),活动支架配合在所述滑轨上;丝杆机构的丝杆螺母(51)安装在活动支架上,丝杆机构的丝杆(52)首端枢接在固定支架上,丝杆机构的尾端设有旋转把手(53)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种中心线策划装置,其特征在于:固定支架(10)设有一对第一滚筒(12),活动支架(20)设有一对第二滚筒(22),一对第一滚筒旋转中心线所在平面平行于一对第二滚筒旋转中心线所在平面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种中心线策划装置,其特征在于:一对第一滚筒(12)中接近第一连杆(30)尾端的第一滚筒上设有外螺纹,或者,一对第二滚筒(22)中接近第二连杆(40)尾端的第二滚筒上设有外螺纹, 第三连杆(60)的首端螺接在设有外螺纹的第一滚筒或第二滚筒上;
    所述划线工具包括划线套筒(70)和划线笔,划线笔插设划线套筒中,第一连杆(30)的尾端开设第一铰接孔,第二连杆(40)的尾端开设第二铰接孔,划线套筒的上半部分插设在第一铰接孔和第二铰接孔中,划线套筒能够沿第一铰接孔和第二铰接孔作轴向移动,划线套筒能够在第一铰接孔和第二铰接孔内转动;第三连杆的尾端与划线套筒活动连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种中心线策划装置,其特征在于:第三连杆(60)的尾端开设条形槽(61),划线套筒(70)的下半部分开设滑槽(71),划线套筒的下半部分配合在所述条形槽中,条形槽的侧壁配合在所述滑槽中,条形槽的侧壁能够沿滑槽滑动。
