为了排除轨道列车前方的障碍物,列车的前端设置有清障装置,在冬季积雪严重的轨道上清障装置也可以清除轨道上的积雪,以避免列车运行过程中列车前方的障碍物及积雪卷入列车底部对列车造成损害。如图1所示,列车的车体10固定有清障装置20,清障装置20包括前部框架21,悬臂梁22和安装座23。前部框架21和悬臂梁22通过螺栓固定,悬臂梁22的上端和安装座23固定,安装座23通过两个安装点悬臂式的安装方式与列车的车体10固定。清障装置在前部框架21受载荷时,后部的安装点既承受剪切力同时还需要克服悬臂梁造成的弯矩,受力状态不好,导致清障装置所承受的载荷较低。
因此,清障装置载荷较低,是本领域技术人员急需要解决的技术问题。

发明内容
本申请实施例中提供了一种清障装置及轨道列车,以解决轨道列车的清障装置载荷较低的技术问题。
本申请实施例提供了一种清障装置,用于安装在轨道列车的端车,包括:
前部组件,包括清障件和两个前部安装座,所述前部安装座与所述清障件固定,所述前部安装座用于与所述端车的车体固定;其中,所述清障件用于置于轨道上方随着所述列车的前进排除所述列车前方的障碍物;
后部安装座,位于所述前部组件的后方且用于与所述端车的车体固定,两 个所述前部安装座和所述后部安装座位于一个三角形的三个顶点处;其中,所述前部组件和所述后部安装座之间通过支撑结构连接。
本申请实施例还提供一种轨道列车,包括端车和上述的清障装置,所述清障装置固定在所述端车下部的前端。
本申请实施例由于采用以上技术方案,具有以下技术效果:
清障装置通过两个前部安装座和一个后部安装座能分别与端车的车体固定,且两个所述前部安装座和所述后部安装座位于一个三角形的三个顶点处,即清障装置和端车的车体的三个固定点呈三角形排列,受力状态较为均衡,结构稳固。在清障件受载荷时,清障件会把力的作用传递给两个前部安装座和后部安装座,受力状态较为分散和均衡,进而本申请实施例的清障装置的载荷能力较高,相应的,清障装置的清障能力也较强。

如图2,图3,图4和图5所示,本申请实施例的清障装置,用于安装在轨道列车的端车。如图6,图7和图8所示,所述清障装置包括:
前部组件100,包括清障件和两个前部安装座120,所述前部安装座120与所述清障件固定,所述前部安装座120用于与所述端车的车体固定;其中,所述清障件用于置于轨道上方随着所述列车的前进排除所述列车前方的障碍物;
后部安装座200,位于所述前部组件的后方且用于与所述端车的车体固定,两个所述前部安装座120和所述后部安装座200位于一个三角形的三个顶点处;其中,所述前部组件和所述后部安装座200之间通过支撑结构连接。
本申请实施例的清障装置通过两个前部安装座和一个后部安装座能分别与端车的车体固定,且两个所述前部安装座和所述后部安装座位于一个三角形的三个顶点处,即清障装置和端车的车体的三个固定点呈三角形排列,受力状态较为均衡,结构稳固。在清障件受载荷时,清障件会把力的作用传递给两个前部安装座和后部安装座,受力状态较为分散和均衡,进而本申请实施例的清障装置的载荷能力较高,相应的,清障装置的清障能力也较强。
需要说明的是,所述清障件置于轨道上方的方式,既包括清障件直接接触的置于轨道之上的方式,也包括清障件与轨道之间具有一定间隙置于轨道上方的方式,可以根据实际需要进行选择。
实施中,如图6,图7和图8所示,所述前部安装座120包括:
竖向设置的前部安装板121,所述前部安装板121与所述清障件固定,且用于与车体端墙固定。
前部安装板与车体端墙固定,使得在清障件受载荷时,车体端墙对前部安装板起到了支撑的作用,固定更为稳固。
图9为图4所示的B-B剖视图。如图9所示,关于前部安装板121与车体端墙固定的固定方式,可以是通过螺孔和螺栓将前部安装板与车体端墙固定。
实施中,如图8所示,所述前部安装座120还包括:
竖向设置的支撑筋板122,所述支撑筋板122与所述清障件固定,且固定在所述前部安装板的前端侧以支撑所述前部安装板121,所述支撑筋板122用 于在所述前部安装板121受到所述车体端墙施加向前的力的作用时支撑所述前部安装板121;
其中,所述前部安装板的前端侧是所述前部安装板的朝前的一侧。
上述结构的支撑筋板的存在,在清障件受载荷,车体端墙对前部安装板施加向前的力的作用时,支撑筋板支撑所述前部安装板,分散前部安装板受到的力,进而使得前部安装座更加坚固耐用。
实施中,如图2和图5所示,所述后部安装座用于固定在所述端车的车体底架宽度方向的中间位置,两个所述前部安装座相对于所述后部安装座对称设置。
上述位置的前部安装座和后部安装座,各个受力较为均衡,进而使得清障装置坚固耐用。
关于清障件的结构,所述清障件可以包括:
承载件,两个所述前部安装座与所述承载件固定;
清障板111,所述清障板111固定在所述承载件朝前的一侧,所述清障板111用于置于所述轨道上方随着所述列车的前进清除所述列车前方的障碍物。
清障件包括承载件和清障板两部分,即清障板是可以与承载件分离的结构。清障板作为最初直接与障碍物接触的部件,承受的载荷较高,因此与其他部件相比,损耗会较快。这样,在清障板发生损坏时,可以对清障板进行单独的更换;同时,也为单独调整清障板的高度提供了前提条件。
为了进一步提高轨道列车的清障装置的载荷能力,作为一种可实施的方式,所述承载件整体是一个箱式的承载件。
为了进一步提高清障装置的载荷能力,作为另一种可实施的方式,如图6,图7和图8所示,所述承载件还可以是包括两个承载箱112的形式,一个所述承载箱112之上固定一个所述前部安装座120;
所述清障板是两个,一个所述清障板固定在一个所述承载箱朝前的一侧,一个所述清障板111用于置于所述轨道的一个走行轨的上方。
承载件采用两个承载箱的形式,一方面,单个承载箱的体积较小,进而单个承载箱的载荷能力较高,另一方面,在单个承载箱损坏时,只需要单独更换该损坏的承载箱即可。所述清障板采用两个清障板的形式,一方面,单个清障板的载荷要求降低了,另一方面,在单个清障板损坏时,只需要单独更换该损坏的清障板即可。
实施中,如图6,图7和图8所示,两个所述承载箱112的结构对称,且并排固定在一起。这样,一方面两个承载箱之间没有间隙,最大可能的避免了列车前方的障碍物进入列车的底部的可能性;另一方面,在两个承载箱受到的载荷高低不同时,受到载荷较高的承载箱会传递载荷至载荷较低的承载箱,进而降低承载箱损坏的几率。
如图8所示,承载箱由上下两层盖板,前板,后板,侧板和若干加强筋板组成的封闭式箱式结构。箱式结构能大大提高清障装置的结构的稳定性和载荷能力。
如图2,图3,图5和图6所示,关于前部组件和后部安装座之间的支撑结构可以是支撑杆300;所述承载箱112和所述后部安装座200之间通过所述支撑杆连接。
支撑杆结构简单,便于安装,能将前部组件受到的载荷传递通过支撑杆传递至后部安装座。
关于承载箱和支撑杆的连接,实施中,如图6所示,每个所述承载箱朝后的一侧具有前部轴孔座310;
一个所述前部轴孔座310的轴孔和一个所述支撑杆一端的轴孔通过轴实现孔轴的间隙配合,使得所述支撑杆与所述承载箱连接的一端能够转动。
支撑杆与所述承载箱连接的一端能够转动的方式,在清障件受到载荷作用的时候实现自动转动微调,避免在所述支撑杆与所述承载箱连接的一端出现应力集中,从而提高整个清障装置的载荷能力。
实施中,所述清障件置于轨道上时,所述前部轴孔座的位置位于所述轨道 的一个走行轨上方。
轨道的走行轨上方存在障碍物的情况下,清障板与走行轨相对的位置受到的载荷较高,采用前部轴孔座的位置位于所述轨道的一个走行轨上方的结构,能够将载荷较快较多的经前部轴孔座和支撑杆传递至后部安装座。
实施中,如图6所示,所述后部安装座200包括:
横向设置的后部安装板210,用于与所述端车的车体底架朝向地面的一侧固定;
两个后部轴孔座320,固定在所述后部安装板210朝向地面的一侧,一个所述后部轴孔座的轴孔和一个所述支撑杆一端的轴孔通过轴实现孔轴的间隙配合,使得所述支撑杆与所述后部安装座连接的一端能够转动。
后部安装板实现了与端车的车体底架的固定,支撑杆与所述后部安装座连接的一端能够转动的方式,在清障件受到载荷作用的时候实现自动转动微调,避免在所述支撑杆与所述后部安装座连接的一端出现应力集中,也而避免出现过大的多余弯矩,从而提高整个清障装置的载荷能力。
图10为图3所示的A-A剖视图。如图10所示,关于后部安装板210与端车的车体底架的固定方式,可以是通过螺孔和螺栓将后部安装板210与端车的车体底架固定。
实施中,如图6所示,所述支撑杆是长度可调的支撑杆,以根据安装空间调整所述支撑杆的长度。
长度可调的支撑杆,可以根据安装空间调整所述支撑杆的长度,避免由车体的焊接公差和支撑杆本身的公差导致装配安装困难。
实施中,如图5和图6所示,两个所述前部轴孔座310相对于所述后部安装座200对称设置。
上述位置的前部轴孔座和后部安装座,各自受到的载荷较为均衡,进而使得清障装置坚固耐用。
以上,清障装置的结构都能提高清障装置的载荷能力,通过上述结构的清 障装置可实现载荷达到700千牛。清障装置的清障能力不仅与载荷能力有关,而且与清障装置将障碍物从列车前方清除到轨道的两侧的能力有关。
为了提高清障装置将障碍物从列车前方清除到轨道的两侧的能力。实施中,如图5和图6示,所述清障板111与其下的所述走行轨斜交,且所述清障板的内端位于所述清障板的外端之前,以使所述清障板推动的障碍物随着所述列车的前进能沿所述清障板滑到所述轨道之外;
其中,所述清障板的内端是所述清障板位于所述轨道的两个走行轨之间的一端,所述清障板的外端是所述清障板位于所述轨道外的一端。
以上结构的两个清障板,形成倒V形,在列车前进时,倒V形的两个清障板在推动障碍物随着所述列车的前进时,由于其倒V形的形状,障碍物会沿着清障板滑到轨道之外,进而落到轨道两侧的地面上。
实施中,两个所述清障板的夹角可以是大于90度小于180度。
实施中,两个所述清障板的夹角还可以是大于等于100度小于等于170度。
实施中,如图5所示,两个所述清障板的夹角为158度。夹角158度的倒V形的两个清障板,能有效清除列车前方轨道上的障碍物,尤其是在冬季,轨道上的积雪可通过清障板及时快速地清除出轨道,保障轨道列车的行车安全。
实施中,如图6和图8所示,所述清障件还包括:
两个挡板130,一个所述挡板130固定在一个所述承载箱朝前的一侧且连接在所述清障板111之上,所述挡板的内端位于所述挡板的外端之前,以使所述挡板推动的障碍物随着所述列车的前进能沿所述挡板滑到所述轨道之外;
其中,所述挡板的内端是所述挡板位于所述轨道内的一端,所述挡板的外端是所述挡板位于所述轨道外的一端。
设置挡板的意义在于,将与障碍物接触的部分分为下方的清障板和上方的挡板,如果需要调整清障的高度,只需要调整清障板的高度即可,而清障板的高度可以设置的较小,使得清障板的重量较轻,便于调整清障板的高度;挡板用于阻挡障碍物进入到后面的承载件和轨道内,而沿着挡板滑到轨道之外,进 而落到轨道两侧的地面上。
实施中,如图8所示,所述挡板130和与所述挡板连接的所述清障板111的倾斜程度一致。
这样结构的挡板和与所述挡板连接的所述清障板,便于安装;同时挡板和与所述挡板连接的所述清障板之间也没有间隙,避免障碍物落入轨道内。
关于挡板的结构,如图8所示,所述挡板130包括弧形部131,所述弧形部131沿其高度具有弧度,所述弧形部的上端用于向下压所述挡板推动的障碍物。
所述弧形部的上端向下压所述挡板推动的障碍物,避免了障碍物越过挡板和承载件进入到轨道内,进而进入到列车的底部。尤其是在障碍物是积雪时,所述弧形部的上端向下压紧所述挡板推动的积雪,避免了积雪越过越过挡板和承载件进入到轨道内,进而进入到列车的底部。
实施中,所述弧形部的弧形半径可以是大于等于150毫米小于等于200毫米。
实施中,如图8所示,所述弧形部的弧形半径为180毫米。弧形半径为180毫米的弧形部,能有效清除列车前方轨道上的障碍物,尤其是在冬季,轨道上的积雪可通过清障板和挡板及时快速地清除出轨道,保障轨道列车的行车安全。
为了便于挡板和清障板的固定,如图8所示,所述挡板130还包括:
平直的平板部132,连接在所述弧形部131下端,所述清障板与所述平板部可拆卸的固定连接,且所述清障板相对于所述平板部的位置能上下调节以调节所述清障板相对于轨道的高度。
平直的平板部和平直的清障板,固定起来很方便。由于所述清障板可拆卸的固定连接在所述挡板的下端,且所述清障板相对于所述挡板的位置能上下调节;这样,与障碍物接触的部分分为下方的清障板和上方的挡板,如果需要调整清障的高度,只需要调整清障板的高度即可,而清障板的高度可以设置的较小,使得清障板的重量较轻,便于调整清障板的高度。这样,在需要调节清障 高度的时候,只要调节清障板就能调节所述清障板相对于轨道的高度实现清障高度的调节。同时,在清障板损坏时,只需要更换该损坏的清障板即可,不需要更换挡板。
图11为图4所示的C-C剖视图,如图11所示,关于平板部132与所述清障板111固定的固定方式,所述清障板111具有竖向设置的安装用长孔,所述平板部132具有螺孔;
通过所述安装用长孔,所述螺孔,螺栓和垫片将所述清障板与所述平板部固定,且通过调整所述安装用长孔相对于所述螺孔的位置实现清障板高度的调节,所述垫片用于遮盖所述长孔。
这样,通过调整所述安装用长孔相对于所述螺孔的位置就能实现对清障板高度的调节,调节起来非常方便。
实施中,如图4所示,所述挡板中的弧形部和平板部的远离所述轨道一侧的外侧边缘为导向外边缘134;
所述导向外边缘134从其上端向下端向所述轨道内倾斜,以使位于所述导向外边缘处的上方的障碍物在落下时能落在所述轨道之外的地面。
这样,在所述导向外边缘处的上方的障碍物在落下时,下方是没有遮挡的,能够直接落在轨道之外的地面。
实施中,如图6和图8所示,所述挡板还包括:
弧形延伸部133,连接在所述弧形部131上端的外侧且凸出于所述弧形部131,所述弧形延伸部的上端向下弯以向下压所述挡板推动的障碍物;
所述清障件置于所述轨道上时,所述弧形延伸部位于所述轨道之外,以使所述弧形延伸部推动的障碍物在落下时能落在所述轨道之外的地面。
所述清障件置于所述轨道上时,所述弧形延伸部位于所述轨道之外,所述弧形延伸部的上端向下弯以向下压所述挡板推动的障碍物,避免了障碍物越过弧形延伸部进入到轨道内,进而进入到列车的底部。尤其是在障碍物是积雪时,所述弧形延伸部的上端向下压紧所述挡板推动的积雪,避免了积雪越过越过所 述弧形延伸部进入到轨道内,进而进入到列车的底部。
图12为图6所示的清障装置的支撑杆的示意图;图13为图12所示的支撑杆的爆炸分解示意图。如图12和图13所示,所述支撑杆包括:
支撑部,包括管型杆体331和固定螺母332,所述固定螺母332固定在所述管型杆体331的一端,且所述固定螺母的螺孔与所述管型杆体的中空部分相连通;
可动螺母333;
具有轴孔的连接杆334,所述连接杆334的外侧具有外螺纹;
所述连接杆334穿过所述可动螺母333和所述固定螺母332,通过转动所述连接杆调整所述连接杆334和所述支撑部的相对位置以调整所述支撑杆的长度,在所述可动螺母和所述固定螺母之间附加一个拧紧力矩以锁定所述支撑杆的长度。
上述结构的支撑杆,可以很便捷的实现支撑杆长度的调整。
实施中,如图13所示,可动螺母333和固定螺母332之间设有防松垫圈335。
实施例二
本申请实施例的一种轨道列车,包括端车和实施例一所述的清障装置,所述清障装置固定在所述端车下部的前端。

  1. 一种清障装置,用于安装在轨道列车的端车,其特征在于,包括:
    前部组件,包括清障件和两个前部安装座,所述前部安装座与所述清障件固定,所述前部安装座用于与所述端车的车体固定;其中,所述清障件用于置于轨道上方随着所述列车的前进排除所述列车前方的障碍物;
    后部安装座,位于所述前部组件的后方且用于与所述端车的车体固定,两个所述前部安装座和所述后部安装座位于一个三角形的三个顶点处;其中,所述前部组件和所述后部安装座之间通过支撑结构连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述前部安装座包括:
    竖向设置的前部安装板,所述前部安装板与所述清障件固定,且用于与车体端墙固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述前部安装座还包括:
    竖向设置的支撑筋板,所述支撑筋板与所述清障件固定,且固定在所述前部安装板的前端侧以支撑所述前部安装板,所述支撑筋板用于在所述前部安装板受到所述车体端墙施加向前的力的作用时支撑所述前部安装板;
    其中,所述前部安装板的前端侧是所述前部安装板的朝前的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述后部安装座用于固定在所述端车的车体底架宽度方向的中间位置,两个所述前部安装座相对于所述后部安装座对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述清障件包括:
    承载件,两个所述前部安装座与所述承载件固定;
    清障板,所述清障板固定在所述承载件朝前的一侧,所述清障板用于置于所述轨道上方随着所述列车的前进清除所述列车前方的障碍物。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述承载件是箱式的承载件。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述承载件包括两个承载箱,一个所述承载箱之上固定一个所述前部安装座;
    所述清障板是两个,一个所述清障板固定在一个所述承载箱朝前的一侧,一个所述清障板用于置于所述轨道的一个走行轨的上方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的清障装置,其特征在于,两个所述承载箱的结构对称,且并排固定在一起。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述支撑结构是支撑杆;所述承载箱和所述后部安装座之间通过所述支撑杆连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清障装置,其特征在于,每个所述承载箱朝后的一侧具有前部轴孔座;
    一个所述前部轴孔座的轴孔和一个所述支撑杆一端的轴孔通过轴实现孔轴的间隙配合,使得所述支撑杆与所述承载箱连接的一端能够转动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述清障件置于轨道上时,所述前部轴孔座的位置位于所述轨道的一个走行轨上方。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述后部安装座包括:
    横向设置的后部安装板,用于与所述端车的车体底架朝向地面的一侧固定;
    两个后部轴孔座,固定在所述后部安装板朝向地面的一侧,一个所述后部轴孔座的轴孔和一个所述支撑杆一端的轴孔通过轴实现孔轴的间隙配合,使得所述支撑杆与所述后部安装座连接的一端能够转动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述支撑杆是长度可调的支撑杆,以根据安装空间调整所述支撑杆的长度。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的清障装置,其特征在于,两个所述前部轴孔座相对于所述后部安装座对称设置。
  15. 根据权利要求7所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述清障板与其下的所述走行轨斜交,且所述清障板的内端位于所述清障板的外端之前,以使所述清障板推动的障碍物随着所述列车的前进能沿所述清障板滑到所述轨道之外;
    其中,所述清障板的内端是所述清障板位于所述轨道的两个走行轨之间的一端,所述清障板的外端是所述清障板位于所述轨道外的一端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的清障装置,其特征在于,两个所述清障板的夹角大于90度小于180度。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的清障装置,其特征在于,两个所述清障板的夹角大于等于100度小于等于170度。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的清障装置,其特征在于,两个所述清障板的夹角为158度。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述清障件还包括:
    两个挡板,一个所述挡板固定在一个所述承载箱朝前的一侧且连接在所述清障板之上,所述挡板的内端位于所述挡板的外端之前,以使所述挡板推动的障碍物随着所述列车的前进能沿所述挡板滑到所述轨道之外;
    其中,所述挡板的内端是所述挡板位于所述轨道内的一端,所述挡板的外端是所述挡板位于所述轨道外的一端。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述挡板和与所述挡板连接的所述清障板的倾斜程度一致。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述挡板包括弧形部,所述弧形部沿其高度具有弧度,所述弧形部的上端用于向下压所述挡板推动的障碍物。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述弧形部的弧形半径大于等于150毫米小于等于200毫米。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述弧形部的弧形半径为180毫米。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述挡板还包括:
    平直的平板部,连接在所述弧形部下端,所述清障板与所述平板部可拆卸的固定连接,且所述清障板相对于所述平板部的位置能上下调节以调节所述清 障板相对于轨道的高度。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述清障板具有竖向设置的安装用长孔,所述平板部具有螺孔;
    通过所述安装用长孔,所述螺孔,螺栓和垫片将所述清障板与所述平板部固定,且通过调整所述安装用长孔相对于所述螺孔的位置实现清障板高度的调节,所述垫片用于遮盖所述长孔。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述挡板中的弧形部和平板部的远离所述轨道一侧的外侧边缘为导向外边缘;
    所述导向外边缘从其上端向下端向所述轨道内倾斜,以使位于所述导向外边缘处的障碍物在落下时能落在所述轨道之外的地面。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述挡板还包括:
    弧形延伸部,连接在所述弧形部上端的外侧且凸出于所述弧形部,所述弧形延伸部的上端向下弯以向下所述挡板推动的障碍物;
    所述清障件置于所述轨道上时,所述弧形延伸部位于所述轨道之外,以使所述弧形延伸部所承接的积雪在落下时能落在所述轨道之外的地面。
  28. 根据权利要求13所述的清障装置,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括:
    支撑部,包括管型杆体和固定螺母,所述固定螺母固定在所述管型杆体的一端,且所述固定螺母的螺孔与所述管型杆体的中空部分相连通;
    可动螺母;
    具有轴孔的连接杆,所述连接杆的外侧具有外螺纹;
    所述连接杆穿过所述可动螺母和所述固定螺母,通过转动所述连接杆调整所述连接杆和所述支撑部的相对位置以调整支撑杆的长度,在所述可动螺母和所述固定螺母之间附加一个拧紧力矩以锁定所述支撑杆的长度。
  29. 一种轨道列车,其特征在于,包括端车和权利要求1至28任一所述的清障装置,所述清障装置固定在所述端车下部的前端。
