Description

小型激光辅助定位电路板打孔机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电路板打孔装置,具体涉及一种薄铜板打孔装置,能够进行手动与数控两种模式下的电路板打孔,属于集成电路板加工机械技术领域。
背景技术
目前,公知的电路板打孔机采用人工目测定位然后手动启动台钻打孔或者CCD图像处理然后大型机床自动打孔的方式在印刷好的电路板上打孔。采用人工打孔,工作效率极低,雇佣人员多,耗费成本高,并且由于人员疲劳、注意力不集中等因素生产线的报废率高,加工质量难以保证,还会带来钻头断裂等问题。大型的CCD自动打孔机价格昂贵,适合那些进行大批量生产,有稳定的产品输出方的企业采用。对于中小型企业,若采用CCD自动打孔设备,工厂需要大量的资金引入设备,而市场竞争激烈,中小型企业难以保证市场的加工需求,会导致企业承担巨大的运营风险。
技术问题
为了解决大型CCD打孔机价格昂贵,中小型企业难以承担购机费用,普通人力加工加工效率低、加工品质不稳定的问题, 本发明提供一种小型数控电路板打孔,该打孔机机不仅能进行精度更高的电路板样品快速手工加工,而且能进行电路板的小批量数控生产。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案:
在一个尺寸为50cm×40cm的底座上,安装一组两轴的二轴模组构成x-y坐标面,在底座上还装有引导钻孔机构的竖直导轨和机床控制器,竖直导轨与二轴模组一起构成x-y-z坐标系。模组上安装夹紧电路板所用的夹具,使夹具能在模组的带动下在与底座平行的面上在x或y方向自由移动。安装在竖直导轨上的钻孔机构包括提供钻孔的动力的电机和控制钻孔装置上下移动的升降电机和激光定位器以及电压转换装置。
电压转换装置将转换后的电压提供给钻孔的电机、钻孔装置移动电机、二轴模组以及机床控制器。机床控制器采用STC89C52RC单片机作为主控芯片,装有矩阵键盘,五向按键,急停按钮和LCD显示屏。通过矩阵键盘选择电路板打孔机的工作模式及输入参数,通过读取五向按键的值来调整二轴模组的位置,急停开关用于紧急情况下停止机床的工作,LCD显示屏显示当前台钻的工作状态。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是,在较低的成本下实现电路板的小批量自动打孔或进行精度更高的电路板样品快速手工打孔,减少了钻头折断等问题出现的概率。

在图1所示实施例中,小型激光辅助定位电路板打孔机,包括钻头夹具1、电路板夹具2、电路板夹紧把手3、电路板夹具活动端4、矩阵键盘和LCD显示屏5、急停旋钮6、五向按键7、二轴模组X轴驱动电机8、二轴模组X轴滑块9、二轴模组X轴导轨10、二轴模组Y轴导轨11、二轴模组Y轴驱动电机12、激光头13、钻孔机构14、竖直导轨15、底座16和机床控制器17;
钻头夹具1用以夹紧打孔用的钻头安装在钻孔机构14下部,由钻孔机构14内部的电机提供钻孔动力,钻孔机构14上还装有激光头13,其发射出激光指示钻孔位置,钻孔机构14安装在竖直导轨15上,可沿竖直导轨15上下运动;竖直导轨15安装在底座16上,底座16上还安装有二轴模组X轴导轨10、机床控制器17以及二轴模组X轴驱动电机8,二轴模组X轴导轨10上安装有二轴模组X轴滑块9,二轴模组X轴滑块9与底座16上表面接触,二轴模组X轴滑块9在二轴模组X轴驱动电机8带动下可沿x轴左右移动,二轴模组X轴滑块9上安装有二轴模组Y轴导轨11和二轴模组Y轴驱动电机12,二轴模组Y轴导轨11上安装有电路板夹具2,电路板夹具2在二轴模组Y轴驱动电机12的带动下可沿Y轴前后移动,电路板夹具2上有电路板夹具活动端4,在电路板夹紧把手3的带动下左右移动,夹紧电路板;机床控制器17上装有矩阵键盘和LCD显示屏5、急停旋钮6和五向按键7。

  1. 一种小型激光辅助定位电路板打孔机,其特征在于,所述的小型激光辅助定位电路板打孔机包括钻头夹具(1)、电路板夹具(2)、电路板夹紧把手(3)、电路板夹具活动端(4)、矩阵键盘和LCD显示屏(5)、急停旋钮(6)、五向按键(7)、二轴模组X轴驱动电机(8)、二轴模组X轴滑块(9)、二轴模组X轴导轨(10)、二轴模组Y轴导轨(11)、二轴模组Y轴驱动电机(12)、激光头(13)、钻孔机构(14)、竖直导轨(15)、底座(16)和机床控制器(17);
