Claims (6)

  1. 一种高粘度双组份胶水的混胶方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    对树脂组分预热处理;
    对树脂组分脱气处理;
    对固化剂组分预热处理;
    使用螺杆泵计量输送预热后的树脂组分至动态混合器内;
    使用齿轮泵计量输送预热后的固化剂组分至动态混合器内;
    树脂组分和固化剂组分在动态混合器内混合成双组份胶水;
    混合后的双组份胶水从动态混合器的后端输出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高粘度双组份胶水的混胶方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    使用压盘泵或柱塞泵输送预热和脱气后的树脂组分至螺杆泵的输入端前。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的高粘度双组份胶水的混胶方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    在使用压盘泵或柱塞泵输送树脂组分前对树脂组分进行过滤处理。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的高粘度双组份胶水的混胶方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    对树脂组分的输送管道进行持续加热。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高粘度双组份胶水的混胶方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    输送预热后的固化剂组分至用于计量的齿轮泵的输入端前。
