一种车下设备舱的底板安装结构
本申请要求于2018年12月19日提交中国专利局的申请号为201811559005.2、发明名称为“一种车下设备舱的底板安装结构”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道车辆的车下设备舱技术领域,特别涉及一种车下设备舱的底板安装结构。
背景技术
目前常见的轨道车辆的车下设备舱的底板安装结构为楔形压紧块压紧,安装底板时不能精准定位,容易产生定位问题。
因此,如何提供一种能够在安装底板时,实现精准定位,避免过定位现象的车下设备舱的底板安装结构是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其包括底板、骨架横梁及滑轨;其中,
所述骨架横梁与所述滑轨相连接,所述底板可在所述滑轨内滑动;
所述骨架横梁上固接有弹性压紧结构,所述滑轨上与所述弹性压紧结构相对应的位置固接有楔形块。
可选地,所述弹性压紧结构为弹性压紧轮。
可选地,所述弹性压紧结构为橡胶压紧轮。
可选地,所述弹性压紧结构为多个,分别设于所述骨架横梁中部及两端。
可选地,该车下设备舱的底板安装结构还包括骨架下边梁,所述骨架下边梁底部设有销孔。
可选地,所述底板上靠近所述骨架下边梁的一端且与所述销孔相对应的位置固接有防脱销。
可选地,所述底板上设有滑轮。
可选地,所述底板包括横向布置的相互对称的两块板材,且两块板材之间设有密封橡胶。
相对上述背景技术,本发明所提供的车下设备舱的底板结构,其具有以下有益效果:
1.底板使用弹性压紧结构压紧,能够准确定位,减少抽拉过程中底板的磨损;
2.防脱销通过螺钉固定于底板上,便于操作,稳定性高。

在具体实施方式中,本发明所提供的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其包括底板1、骨架横梁2及滑轨;其中,所述骨架横梁2与所述滑轨相连接,所述底板1可在所述滑轨内滑动;所述骨架横梁2上固接有弹性压紧结构4,所述滑轨上与所述弹性压紧结构4相对应的位置固接有楔形块8。
在具体实施方式中,本发明所提供的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,所述弹性压紧结构4为弹性压紧轮,所述弹性压紧轮可以为橡胶压紧轮。所述弹性压紧结构4为多个,分别设于所述骨架横梁2中部及两端。
在具体实施方式中,本发明所提供的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其还包括骨架下边梁3,所述骨架下边梁3底部设有销孔,所述底板1上靠近所述骨架下边梁3的一端且与所述销孔相对应的位置固接有防脱销5。所述底板1上设有滑轮6。
在具体实施方式中,本发明所提供的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,所述底板1包括横向布置的相互对称的两块板材,且两块板材之间通过密封橡胶7密封。需要说明的是,所述底板1也可以包括两块以上的板材,具体数量可根据实际需求确定,相邻板材间均可通过密封橡胶7密封。

  1. 一种车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其特征在于:其包括底板、骨架横梁及滑轨;其中,
    所述骨架横梁与所述滑轨相连接,所述底板可在所述滑轨内滑动;
    所述骨架横梁上固接有弹性压紧结构,所述滑轨上与所述弹性压紧结构相对应的位置固接有楔形块。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其特征在于:所述弹性压紧结构为弹性压紧轮。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其特征在于:所述弹性压紧结构为橡胶压紧轮。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其特征在于:所述弹性压紧结构为多个,分别设于所述骨架横梁中部及两端。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其特征在于:该车下设备舱的底板安装结构还包括骨架下边梁,所述骨架下边梁底部设有销孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其特征在于:所述底板上靠近所述骨架下边梁的一端且与所述销孔相对应的位置固接有防脱销。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其特征在于:所述底板上设有滑轮。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的车下设备舱的底板安装结构,其特征在于:所述底板包括横向布置的相互对称的两块板材,且两块板材之间设有密封橡胶。
