Abstract

본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는, 베이스부 및 상기 베이스부 상에 각각 복수의 행 및 열로 배치되어 서로 교차하는 데이터 배선 및 게이트 배선; 상기 데이터 배선과 동일한 방향으로 연장되며, 인접한 두 개의 데이터 배선 사이에 배치되는 전원 배선; 상기 데이터 배선 및 게이트 배선과 연결되는 박막 트랜지스터; 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 구동되는 반도체 발광소자; 및 상기 반도체 발광소자와 오버랩 되는 한 쌍의 잔여 조립 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
