所述中框300包括至少两个框板及位于所述框板之间的中框弯折装置33。所述显示面板200包括面板弯折区20,与所述中框弯折装置33相对设置。
所述面框装置400包括至少一面框以及设置于所述面框上的面框弯折装置50、面框滑动装置60及面框弹性装置70。面框弯折装置50与所述中框弯折装置33相对设置。所述面框内设置有一开口,所述显示面板200卡合至所述开口内。
当所述显示面板200处于弯折状态时,所述中框弯折装置33与所述面框弯折装置50形成一第一腔体500,所述面板弯折区20被弯折至所述第一腔体500内。当所述显示面板200处于非弯折状态时,所述面框弯折装置50通过支撑所述中框弯折装置33,使所述面板弯折区20处于展平状态。
在一种实施例中,所述显示面板200为柔性显示面板,可以发生弯折或弯曲。
所述显示面板200还包括位于所述面板弯折区20一侧的第一区21和位于所述面板弯折区20另一侧的第二区22。当所述显示面板200处于弯折状态时,所述第一区21与所述第二区22相对设置。
所述外壳100包括至少一壳体。

在一种实施例中,所述第一轮齿51及所述第二轮齿52为半圆形。
所述第一轮齿51位于所述面框第一侧壁411的边缘,所述第二轮齿52位于所述面框第二侧壁421的边缘。所述第一面框41上的第一轮齿51与所述第二面框42上的第二轮齿52啮合。第一面框41与第二面框42发生相对转动时,二者同步转动。
在一种实施例中,由于二者过程中的转动夹角范围为0~180度,因此面框侧壁边缘处只需设置半圆形轮齿即可。
在一种实施例中,所述第一轮齿51还包括第一支撑平面511,所述第二轮齿52还包括第二支撑平面521。所述第一支撑平面511及所述第二支撑平面521用于支撑所述中框弯折装置33。
当所述显示面板200处于展平状态时,所述第一支撑平面511与所述第二支撑平面521位于同一水平面上。所述第一支撑平面511用于支撑所述第一活动板331,所述第二支撑平面521用于支撑所述第二活动板332,以保证所述显示面板200在展平状态下的平整性。

所述面框弯折装置50还包括至少一个一体化设置的连接板53、至少两个相对设置的铰接板。两个所述铰接板54突出且垂直于所述连接板53一侧的表面,两个所述铰接板分别设置于所述连接板53两端。
两个所述铰接板分别为第一铰接板541、第二铰接板542,彼此相对设置,且分别设于连接板53两端。所述第一面框41、所述第二面框42与所述连接板53可以发生0~90度的相对转动,第一面框41与第二面框42之间的夹角的范围为0~180度。
在一种实施例中,所述第一铰接板541及所述第二铰接板542上还设置有第一通孔543和第二通孔544,一所述第一通孔543与一所述第一轮齿51对应,一所述第二通孔544与一所述第二轮齿52对应。
在一种实施例中,所述第一轮齿51上还设置有与所述第一通孔543对应的第三通孔512,所述第二轮齿52上还设置有与所述第二通孔544对应的第四通孔522。

所述第一转轴及所述第二转轴可转动式穿过位于所述第一面框41上的所述第一通孔543和所述第三通孔512;所述第一转轴与所述第二转轴位于同一直线上,第一面框41以该直线为轴,可以与连接板53发生相对转动,其转动范围为0~90度。
所述第三转轴及所述第四转轴可转动式穿过位于所述第二面框42上的所述第二通孔544和所述第四通孔522;所述第三转轴与所述第四转轴位于同一直线上,第二面框42以该直线为轴,可以与连接板53发生相对转动,其转动范围为0~90度。
所述第二面框42与所述第一面框41的转动方向相反。因此,所述第一面框41与所述第二面框42之间的夹角的可调整范围为0~180度。在一种实施例中,所述第一面框41、所述第二面框42可以分别相对于连接板53发生转动,二者之间没有关联性。

当所述可折叠显示设备处于弯折状态时,显示面板200被弯折,中框弯折装置33与面框形成第一腔体500,面板弯折区20被弯折后置于所述第一腔体500内。所述第一活动板331及所述第二活动板332同时也进入所述第一腔体500内。所述第一活动板331或所述第二活动板332带动所述第一构件61远离所述第二构件62。所述第三构件71远离所述第四构件72,弯折区能自然扩张外形,让应力释放,以避免因折弯而导致的损毁。
当所述可折叠显示设备处于非弯折状态时,显示面板200处于展平状态。面板弯折区20、所述第一活动板331及所述第二活动板332远离所述第一腔体500。所述第一活动板331或所述第二活动板332带动所述第一构件61靠近所述第二构件62。所述第三构件71靠近所述第四构件72。提供所述可折叠显示设备预拉力,保证显示面板200的平正。另外,所述第一轮齿51上的第一支撑平面511托举所述第一活动板331,所述第二轮齿52上的第二支撑平面521托举所述第二活动板332,进一步保证了所述显示面板200的平整性。

- 一种可折叠显示设备,其包括外壳,至少包括一壳体;中框,安装至所述外壳,所述中框包括至少两个框板及位于所述框板之间的中框弯折装置;显示面板,安装至所述中框,所述显示面板包括面板弯折区,与所述中框弯折装置相对设置;面框装置,安装至所述外壳,所述面框装置包括:至少一面框,所述面框内设置有一开口,所述显示面板卡合至所述开口内;面框弯折装置,与所述中框弯折装置相对设置;当所述显示面板处于弯折状态时,所述中框弯折装置与所述面框弯折装置形成一第一腔体,所述面板弯折区被弯折至所述第一腔体内;当所述显示面板处于非弯折状态时,所述面框弯折装置通过支撑所述中框弯折装置,使所述面板弯折区处于展平状态。

- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示设备,其中,所述面框装置还包括至少一面框滑动装置;所述面框滑动装置包括:第一构件,所述第一构件上设置有第一凸起;第二构件,所述第二构件上设置有第一凹槽;当所述显示面板处于非弯折状态时,所述第一凸起靠近与所述第一凹槽,并与所述第一凹槽对接;当所述显示面板处于弯折状态时,所述第一凸起远离所述第一凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示设备,其中,所述面框装置还包括至少一面框弹性装置;所述面框弹性装置包括:第三构件,所述第三构件包括第二凸起;第四构件,所述第四构件包括第二凹槽;弹性件,设置于所述第二凹槽内;安装板,与所述第四构件刚性连接;当所述显示面板处于非弯折状态时,所述第二凸起靠近与所述第二凹槽,并挤压所述弹性件与所述第二凹槽对接;当所述显示面板处于弯折状态时,所述第二凸起远离所述第二凹槽。
