具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1-4所示,一种电子烟烟嘴,其包括硬质基材10,所述硬质基材10外部设置有软质基材20。在其中一个实施例中,所述硬质基材10包括硬质塑料,不锈钢,玻璃中一种,可以理解的,其它起支撑作用的硬质基材同样适用。所述硬质基材10内部设有上下贯通的通孔(未示出),所述通孔在用户抽吸时主要起烟雾通道的作用,可以理解的,如果是自动点烟的电子烟,可以在通孔内单独隔离出感应气道。
在其中一个实施例中,所述硬质基材10大致成扁平状,所述硬质基材10设有相对较宽的底端12以及相对较窄的顶端11,所述底端12用于与烟弹主体31连接,所述底端12的形状为长方体形,圆筒形等任意形状。在其中一个实施例中,所述底端12与烟弹主体31的连接为可拆卸连接,例如卡接、螺接等。可以理解的,用卡扣卡死等其它固定连接方式同样适用,本实施例中采用卡扣结构19将烟弹主体31与烟嘴固定连接。本实施例中顶端11为长方体形,可以理解的,顶端11也可以为圆筒形,椭圆筒形等任意形状。
所述顶端11与底端12之间设有内凹端18,在其中一个实施例中,所述内凹端18设置在硬质基材10的前后两面,在其中一个实施例中,在内凹端18上设置有凹槽14,所述软质基材20嵌入凹槽14后,整个内凹端18的外表面为平滑的弧形面。
所述硬质基材10内部设有上下贯通其顶端11和底端12的通孔,所述通孔位于顶端11的开口为出烟口17。
用户抽吸时,可以从顶端11的出烟口17吸出烟雾,嘴唇抵靠在内凹端18的软质基材20上,获得一个舒服的触感。
所述软质基材20可由任何合适的弹性材料形成,例如,可以是硅树脂、乳胶或热塑性弹性体(TPE)中的一种。还可以是EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物及其制成的橡塑发泡材料)或者软质硅橡胶中的一种,可以理解的,其他软质环保材料同样适用。
所述硬质基材10相对的两侧设有凹槽14,两块所述软质基材20分别嵌入凹槽14处。
在其中一个实施例中,所述软质基材20为片状。进一步的,所述软质基材20为圆形、方形、椭圆形中一种,更进一步的,所述软质基材20为中间厚两端薄的片状。所述凹槽14形状与所述软质基材20形状相适配。
在其中一个实施例中,所述软质基材20高温熔融后粘连在凹槽14处。
如图5、图6所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述软质基材20环绕硬质基材10一周设置,所述软质基材20为套筒状,套设在硬质基材10外周。在其中一个实施例中,所述硬质基材10内凹端18上设有限位凸起13,所述软质基材20开设有与限位凸起13配合的限位孔21,所述限位凸起13卡入限位孔21中,从而防止软质基材20滑落。
可以理解的,在硬质基材10靠近顶端11和底端12位置的外周各设置一圈限位凸起13,将软质基材20套设在限位凸起13之间同样起到限位作用。
如图7-9所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述烟嘴的硬质基材10大致为圆筒状,并且所述硬质基材10分为上下直径不同的两段,即上段15和下段16。所述硬质基材10内部设有贯通上段15和下段16的通孔,所述通孔顶端为出烟口17,其中上段15直径相对较小,下段16直径相对较大。所述上段15外周设有环形的凹槽14,所述软质基材20环绕上段15一周设置,所述软质基材20为 套筒状,嵌入凹槽14处,所述软质基材20嵌入凹槽14后,整个上段15的外表面为平滑的弧形面。
在其中一个未示出的实施例中,所述硬质基材10不设置内凹端18,即所述顶端11与底端12之间不设置偏向电子烟烟嘴中轴线的曲面或直面,进一步地,所述硬质基材10为圆柱形、棱台形、圆台形中一种。更进一步的,所述硬质基材10表面设置有凹槽14,所述软质基材20设置在凹槽14内;或者所述硬质基材10不设置凹槽14,所述软质基材20直接设置在所述硬质基材10表面上。
在其中一个未示出的实施例中,所述软质基材20与硬质基材10的连接方式包括但不限于粘接、嵌套。
在其中一个实施例中,还提供了一种烟弹,包括烟弹主体31以及设置在烟弹主体31顶端的烟嘴,所述烟弹主体31内部设有储液腔。所述烟嘴为前述实施例中任一所述烟嘴。
在其中一个实施例中,还提供了一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括一种烟弹,所述烟弹为前述实施例中的烟弹。
在其中一个实施例中,还提供了一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括前述任一实施例中的烟嘴。
本发明通过在烟嘴的硬质基材10上设置软质基材20,从而使得用户的嘴唇与烟嘴接触时获得一个柔软、舒服的触感体验。同时使用硬质基材10与软质基材20相配合的方式保证了烟嘴的可靠性,减少被污染的风险,延长使用寿命。
参见图10、11、12以及图17,本发明还提供一种电子烟100,该电子烟100包括烟弹以及与所述烟弹电性连接的电源装置41,烟弹包括烟弹主体31以及设置在烟弹主体31顶端的烟嘴,所述烟弹主体31内部设有储液腔49。在其中一个实施方式中,所述烟嘴为前述实施例中任一所述烟嘴。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,烟弹也可以命名为雾化器。烟嘴设置在烟弹主体31的一端,烟弹主体31相对烟嘴的另一端与电源装置41可拆卸地连接。
参见图12-图14及图21-图24,本实施例提供的电子烟100整体呈扁平的棱柱状,因此在放置或者收纳的过程中,具备较好的防翻滚性能。从电子烟100的径向横截面来看,其横截面近似呈六边形,即一对角为锐角,而其他两对角为钝角,且相对的边互相平行。具体地,电子烟的外周面包括第一表面61、第二表面62、第三表面63、第四表面64、第五表面65以及第六表面66。第一表面61和第二表面62相互平行且关于电子烟的中心轴对称设置,第三表面63和第四表面64相互平行,第五表面65和第六表面66相互平行,第三表面63的两侧分别与第一表面61、第六表面66连接,第六表面66远离第三表面63的一侧与第二表面62连接,第五表面65的两侧分别与第一表面61、第四表面64连接,第四表面64远离第五表面65的一侧与第二表面62连接。第一表面61至第六表面66均为平直面,且第一表面61的面积和第二表面62的面积相等,第一表面61或第二表面62的面积大于第三表面63至第六表面66中任意一个的面积,第三表面63至第六表面66的面积均相等,因此,用户可以通过第一表面61或第二表面62平稳地放置电子烟,防止电子烟任意翻滚。第一表面61和第三表面63、第五表面65之间的夹角均为钝角,第二表面62和第四表面64、第六表面66之间的夹角也均为钝角,而第三表面63和第六表面66之间夹角以及第四表面64和第五表面65之间的夹角均为锐角。当用户握持电子烟时,靠近手掌的第一节指关节和与第一节指关节连接的第二节指关节之间的夹角为锐角,远离手掌的第三节指关节和第二节指关节之间的夹角为钝角,如此,第一节指关节、第二节指关节分别与第五表面65、第四表面64贴合,第三节指关节与第二表面62贴合,或者,第一节指关节、第二节指关节分别与第六表面66、第三表面63贴合。第三节指关节与第一表面61贴合,符合人体工学,使得用户的握持手感较佳。进一步地,相邻两表面之间采用曲面连接,具体地,第一表面61和第三表面63及第五表面65之间、第二表面62和第四表面64及第六表面66之间、第三表面63和第六表面66之间、第四表面64和第五表面65之间均采用曲面连接,使得用户不会被棱角硌到,使得用户体验 更好。第一表面61和第二表面62之间的距离小于第三表面63和第四表面64之间的距离,第一表面61和第二表面62之间的距离也小于第五表面65和第六表面66之间的距离,且第三表面63和第四表面64之间的距离等于第五表面65和第六表面66之间的距离,因此,电子烟整体大致呈扁平状,用户可以直接捏住第一表面61和第二表面62,从而可以对电子烟进行抽吸。
参见图10和图11,本实施例的烟弹包括烟弹主体31和设置在烟弹主体31顶端的烟嘴,烟嘴包括烟嘴盖22和软质基材20,其中,烟嘴盖22即为上述实施例中所述的硬质基材10。结合图17,烟弹主体31还包括壳体27,壳体27大致呈上端具有开口的中空筒状结构,壳体27内设置有至少一个储液腔49。烟弹主体31主要由第一密封件25和壳体27构成,其中第一密封件25设置在壳体27的上端。壳体27的下端还配合设置有第二密封件35,第二密封件35、壳体27以及第一密封件25围成的空间即为储液腔49,用于容置气溶胶形成基质,例如含有尼古丁或者不含有尼古丁的烟液,或者为其他类型的气溶胶形成基质。壳体27的底部的壁体上开设有与储液腔49连通的注液孔491,注液孔491内设置有注液塞492。可以通过注液孔491向储液腔49内注入气溶胶形成基质后,再用注液塞492密封注液孔491;或者,注液塞492预先密封注液孔491,通过注液针头刺穿注液塞492后向储液腔49内注入气溶胶形成基质,完成后,拔出注液针头,注液塞492自行恢复密封。壳体27由透明或半透明材料制成,本实施方式中,壳体27由透明或半透明的塑料制成,例如,聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)或者聚醚砜树脂(PES)。所述注液塞492由弹性材料制成,以便于其在注液针头拔出后能够自密封。
参见图12、13、18,当烟弹插入到电源装置41上之后,形成完整的电子烟100。本实施例的电子烟100没有设置机械按键来触发雾化电路的导通,而采用的是传感器感应触发。当用户在烟弹的烟嘴上进行抽吸动作时,因气流流速或者气压的变化,会导致传感器47被触发产生信号,传感器47反馈该信号到电源装置41内的PCB控制板上,PCB控制板控制雾化电路导通,使烟液被雾 化形成烟雾供用户吸食。传感器47可以是气流传感器也可以是气压传感器。
参见图18和图19,传感器47设置在电源装置41内。具体的,传感器47设置在传感器安装座51之中,而传感器安装座51连接在电源装置41上用于连接烟弹所在的一端,即,传感器安装座51靠近烟弹设置。而USB插口设置在电源装置41远离烟弹的一端,如此设置,使得传感器47靠近烟嘴,传感器47和烟嘴之间的通路的距离缩短,有利于提供通路的密封性。参见图19,传感器安装座51的外表面朝向烟弹所在的一侧向上延伸形成延伸座44,延伸座44的外表面向内贯通直至与传感器安装座51的用于安装传感器47的容置腔连通。
参见图11,烟弹的第二密封件35上设置有第一感应气道通孔36。同时结合图17和图18以及图19,壳体27的下端形成有延伸端口271,延伸端口271插入第二密封件35之中,而第二密封件35开设的第一感应气道通孔36与延伸端口271相连通。壳体27之中开设有感应气道32。具体地,感应气道32沿壳体27的轴向设置在壳体27的壁体内,感应气道32与储液腔49相互隔离,感应气道32的下端即为延伸端口271,感应气道32的两端分别贯通壳体27的上、下两端面,感应气道32的两端分别插设在第一密封件25和第二密封件35之中。第一密封件25和第二密封件35均由密封材料制成,例如,硅胶或橡胶,由此,可以确保感应气道32的密封性。气密件24盖设在第一密封件25的上端,气密件24包括密封部241以及插入部242,密封部241沿烟弹径向水平设置,而插入部242则自密封部241的下表面朝向电源装置41所在一侧延伸,即,沿烟弹轴向竖置设置。密封部241覆盖在壳体27以及第一密封件25的上表面,因此气密件24也开设有通孔以供感应气道32与外界连通,具体地,所述通孔设置在密封部241上,且贯穿密封部241的上、下两端面。插入部242穿过第一密封件25后伸入到壳体27的内腔中。烟嘴盖22设置在气密件24的外部,具体地,烟嘴盖22为下端开口的中空筒状结构,烟嘴盖22套设在密封部241、第一密封件25以及壳体27外,烟嘴盖22和壳体27卡扣连接。当烟嘴盖22和壳体27连接到位时,烟嘴盖22的上端面至少部分与密封部241相抵持,烟嘴盖 22的上端面上设置有与出烟通道30连通的出烟口17和感应气道32连通的出气口23。为了便于将感应气道32和出烟通道30(即,插入部242的内腔)在烟嘴盖22上有效隔离,从烟弹的轴向截面上来看,密封部241的上端面部分向下凹陷形成连通槽2411,连通槽2411位于密封部241上的通孔的一侧,出烟通道30的上端贯穿连通槽2411的槽底壁后与连通槽2411连通,感应气道32通过密封部241上的通孔与出气口23连通。烟嘴盖22上位于出气口23的一侧对应出烟口17沿烟嘴盖22的轴向向下设置有两端开口的连通管221,该连通管221的上端开口即为出烟口17,连通管221的竖直部分与气密件24的密封部241的连通槽2411的周壁相互贴合,即,连通管221插设在连通槽2411内,从而在烟嘴盖22的内侧将出气口23与出烟口17隔离。连通管221的下端开口与出烟通道30的上端开口错开设置,从而可以防止烟雾直冲出烟口17,造成用户呛烟。在本实施方式中,软质基材20与气密件24一体成型,软质基材20和气密件24均由硅胶或橡胶制成。具体地,软质基材20包括相对设置的固定端201和活动端202,固定端201设置在密封部241上,活动端202能够相对气密件24活动。活动端202的内表面上沿烟弹的轴向向下延伸有凸部203。烟嘴盖22的相对两侧开设有凹槽14。安装时,烟嘴盖22套设在气密件24外,而软质基材20的形状与凹槽14的形状相匹配,两片软质基材20分别嵌设在对应的凹槽14内,凸部203与烟嘴盖22的内壁相抵持,从而固定活动端202,防止活动端202相对烟嘴盖22任意活动。用户抽吸时,嘴唇贴在软质基材20上,使得用户的体验更佳。由于软质基材20和气密件24一体成型,一方面,便于软质基材20和气密件24的生产,另一方面,也使得软质基材20和气密件24的安装更为简单、方便。
出烟通道30在图17和图18中均有标注,具体的,出烟通道30为气密件24的插入部242的内腔,出烟通道30在电子烟100的上端最终与出烟口17连通。参见图20,烟嘴盖22的一端设置有进气口28,而烟嘴盖22的下段与壳体27以及第一密封件25之间预设有间隙,从进气口28进入的外部气体可沿着该 间隙进入到烟弹之中,气密件24的插入部242外侧环设有通气管26。具体地,通气管26的上端插设在第一密封件25上,通气管26的下端与雾化头80连接,通气管26套设在插入部242外,进气通道29包括插入部242与通气管26之间的间隙通道。参见图20,虚线以及箭头即为表示烟弹被抽吸时的气流走向。进气通道29还包括烟嘴盖22和壳体27之间的间隙、第一密封件25上的槽口251、第一密封件25和密封部241之间的间隙以及第一密封件25和插入部242之间的间隙。气密件24的插入部242下方设置有雾化头80,雾化头80的一端固定设置在壳体27的下端,且雾化头80收容于储液腔49内。雾化头80包括雾化套管81、吸液元件48和发热元件39,吸液元件48和发热元件39收容于雾化套管81内。雾化套管81的两端分别与通气管26的下端以及壳体27的底部连接。通气管26的上端与第一密封件25连接,吸液元件48通过雾化套管81上的导液孔82从储液腔49当中吸收烟液并且供给到发热元件39。在雾化电路被导通时,发热元件39即可在电源装置41的电驱动下加热雾化吸液元件48吸收的烟液,形成烟雾,烟雾从烟嘴流出以供用户抽吸。在其中一个实施方式当中,吸液元件48包裹设置在发热元件39的外侧,而发热元件39为呈中空螺旋状的发热丝,中空部位形成雾化腔50,烟雾形成在雾化腔50当中。当抽吸时,从进气通道29进入的外部气流即可带走雾化腔50当中形成的烟雾,从出烟通道30流出。所述发热丝可以是镍丝、不锈钢丝、镍铬合金丝或黄铜丝。雾化套管81、第二电极37均可以由黄铜或者不锈钢制成。所述不锈钢可以是316不锈钢或304不锈钢,316不锈钢、304不锈钢耐腐蚀性能好,且较为环保。通气管26的下端设置有限位凸台261,用于在安装吸液元件48时,对吸液元件48起到限位作用。第二电极37安装在雾化套管81的下端内,绝缘件52夹设在第二电极37和雾化套管81之间。
参见图19,烟弹的第二电极37的下表面与第二密封件35的下表面沿烟弹的纵长轴向错开布置并设置间距H,也就是说,二者不在一个水平面,其中,第二密封件35的下表面更靠近电源装置41,也就是说第二密封件35的下表面 更靠下设置。结合图17、图18以及图20,雾化腔50位于烟弹的第二电极37的上方,那么当未被抽吸走的烟雾冷凝之后形成的烟液可能会从第二电极37与绝缘件52之间的缝隙流出。由于第二密封件35的下表面更靠下设置,而且如前所述的,当烟弹插入到电源装置41上的烟弹收容腔412上之后,延伸座44即可插入或者至少部分插入到第二密封件35之中,使得感应气道32的外周圈被密封,即使有烟液从第二电极37与绝缘件52之间的缝隙流出,也因第二密封件35将延伸座44包裹,从而将设置在延伸座44上的第二感应气道通孔43与设置在第二密封件35上的第一感应气道通孔36保护,进而防止泄漏的烟液从第二感应气道通孔43与第一感应气道通孔36流入到传感器安装座51之中,污染传感器47而影响传感器47的灵敏性。
在其中一个实施方式当中,第二密封件35可以由具备弹性性能的硅胶或橡胶制成,使得密封性能较强。第二电极37作为正极接触,而且,烟弹的第二电极37与负极接触38也可以交换极性,第二电极37与负极接触38构成了烟弹的电极接触组件,即在另一个未示出的实施方式当中,标号37为负极接触,而标号38则为正极接触。与此类似的,设置在电源装置41上的两个电极接触45也可以交换极性。只要使得电源装置41能够通过两个电极接触45、第二电极37、负极接触38与烟弹电性连接,为烟弹提供电能即可。发热元件39包括发热段391以及分别连接于发热段391两端的第一引脚392和第二引脚393。发热段391呈螺旋筒状结构,吸液元件48包覆在发热段391外。在本实施方式中,雾化套管81和通气管26相互连接构成第一电极,雾化套管81的下端部分向下延伸形成负极接触38。为了实现发热元件39与第二电极37、第一电极的电性导通,在其中一个实施方式中,发热元件39的第一引脚392夹设在负极接触38和绝缘件52之间,发热元件39的第二引脚393夹设在第二电极37和绝缘件52之间;在另一个实施方式中,发热元件39的第二引脚393与第二电极37焊接,发热元件39的第一引脚392与雾化套管81和/或通气管26焊接,雾化套管81和通气管26由导电材料制成。具体地,可以是发热元件39的第二引脚 393夹设在第二电极37和绝缘件52之间并与第二电极37点焊连接,发热元件39的第一引脚392与通气管26的内壁相贴合并与通气管26的内壁点焊连接。
参见图10、图12、图15和图21至图24,本实施例的烟弹的壳体27从外表来看包括两部分,即视窗部33和储液部34,其中视窗部33作透明处理,而储液部34则作模糊化处理,例如做成不透明的或者半透明的,使二者在视觉上有清晰的分别。另外,视窗部33相对于储液部34向外凸设,使得二者在视觉上进一步有较为清晰的分别。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,视窗部33还可以相对储液部34向内凹陷,或者,视窗部33的周侧与储液部34的外表面之间无高度差。为了使得视窗部33能够露出,使得用户能够通过视窗部33观察到储液部34内存储的烟液量,电子烟还在第一表面61和第二表面62上各设有一个六边形的窗口部。电子烟的第一表面61至第六表面66均包括第一段和第二段,第一表面61至第六表面66的第一段分别由烟嘴盖22对应的侧面构成,第一表面61至第六表面66的第二段分别由电源装置41的外壳的对应的侧面构成。窗口部可以开设在第一表面的第一段和第二表面的第一段上,即,开设在烟嘴盖22上;也可以开设在第一表面的第二段和第二表面的第二端上,即,开设在电源装置41的外壳上;还可以一部分开设在第一表面的第一段和第二表面的第一段上,另一部分开设在第一表面的第二段和第二表面的第二端上,只要使得视窗部33能够通过窗口部露出即可。在本实施方式中,窗口部包括第一视窗缺口67以及第二视窗缺口411。第一视窗缺口67设置在烟嘴盖22的下端,视窗部33的一部分通过第一视窗缺口67露出,储液部34的一部分被烟嘴盖22遮挡。当烟弹插入到电源装置41上的烟弹收容腔412上之后,储液部34的另一部分被电源装置41的外壳所遮挡,从外部无法看到储液部34,而视窗部33的另一部分则由于电源装置41的外壳上端开设有第二视窗缺口411,该第二视窗缺口411的形状与视窗部33的另一部分适配。当烟弹插入到电源装置41上的烟弹收容腔412上之后,视窗部33通过第一视窗缺口67、第二视窗缺口411露出,从而用户可以通过视窗部33观察储液腔49的内部情形。另外, 由于视窗部33凸出设置,因此,视窗部33与第二视窗缺口411相配合时,对烟弹的安装起到导向作用。可以理解地,视窗部33可以只设置一个,相应地,窗口部也只设置一个。
电源装置41的外壳由金属制成,烟嘴盖22由塑料制成,由此使得二者在视觉上很容易区分,并且无论是握持还是拿捏电子烟,用户的手始终位于电源装置41的外壳上,由金属制成的电源装置41的外壳给用户来更加细腻、光滑的触感。
每个视窗部均包括第一边73、第二边74、第三边77、第四边78以及第一竖直边和第二竖直边。第一竖直边和第二竖直边相互平行且均沿电子烟的轴向设置,第一边73、第二边74位于第一竖直边和第二竖直边的上端,第三边77、第四边78位于第一竖直边和第二竖直边的下端,第一边73的两端分别与第一竖直边和第二边74连接,第二边74远离第一边73的一端与第二竖直边连接,第三边77的两端分别于第一竖直边和第四边78连接,第四边78远离第三边的一端与第二竖直边连接。第一边73和第四边78相互平行,第二边74和第三边77相互平行。第一竖直边和第一边73及第三边77之间的夹角均为钝角,第二竖直边和第二边74及第四边78之间的夹角均为钝角,第一边73和第二边74之间的夹角以及第三边77和第四边78之间的夹角均为锐角。第一边73至第四边78的边长均相等,第一竖直边和第二竖直边的边长相等,且第一竖直边或第二竖直边的边长大于第一边至第四边中任意一个的边长。如此,使得两个六边形的窗口部可以沿电子烟的轴向更多的暴露视窗部33,从而可以更好的观察储液腔49内的烟液量。由于在本实施方式中,视窗部包括第一视窗缺口67和第二视窗缺口411,因此,第一竖直边被分割成第五边71和第六边75,第二竖直边被分割成第七边72和第八边76。第一视窗缺口67有两个,分别开设在第一表面61的第一段以及第二表面62的第一段上,第二视窗缺口411对应有两个,分别开设在第一表面61的第二段以及第二表面62的第二段上。两个第一视窗缺口67分别贯穿第一表面61的第一段的底端以及第二表面62的第一段的底 端,每个第一视窗缺口67均包括第一边73、第二边74、第五边71及第七边72,第五边71和第七边72相互平行且均沿电子烟的轴向设置,第一边73的两端分别与第五边71、第二边74连接,第二边74远离第一边73的一端与第七边72连接;两个第二视窗缺口411分别贯穿第一表面61的第二段的顶端以及第二表面62的第二段的顶端,每个第二视窗缺口411均包括第三边77、第四边78、第六边75及第八边76,第六边75和第八边76相互平行且均沿电子烟的轴向设置,第三边77的两端分别与第六边75、第四边78连接,第四边78远离第三边77的一端与第八边76连接。当烟弹插入烟弹收容腔412中,且安装到位时,同一表面上的第五边71和第六边75位于同一直线上构成第一竖直边,同一表面上的第七边72和第八边76也位于同一直线上构成第二竖直边,第一边73和第四边78相互平行,第二边74和第三边77相互平行,即,两个第一视窗缺口67与对应的第二视窗缺口411各自配合形成一个六边形的窗口部。视窗部33有两个,每个视窗部33均与对应的六边形窗口部相匹配,两个视窗部33均是六边形凸起。由于第六边75和第八边76相互平行,因此,可以使得烟弹十分顺畅地插入烟弹收容腔412中。此外,第五边71的边长与第七边72的边长相等,第六边75的边长与第八边76的边长相等,但是,第五边71或第七边72的边长大于第六边75或第八边76的边长,如此,烟弹插入的行程缩短,使得用户可以快速安装烟弹。两个六边形的窗口部分别关于第一表面61的中线及第二表面62的中线对称设置,使得六边形的窗口部的设置更加美观。
凹槽14有两个,且靠近出烟口17设置,两个凹槽14分别设置在第一表面61和第二表面62上。一个凹槽14的相对两侧分别向第三表面63、第五表面65延伸,另一个凹槽14的相对两侧分别向第四表面64、第六表面66延伸,如此,凹槽14可以尽可能多的嵌设软质基材20。第三表面63、第四表面64、第五表面65以及第六表面66靠近出烟口17的部分均向靠近电子烟的中心轴的方向收缩,如此,用户将电子烟置于口中抽吸时,体验更佳。
参见图11、图12、图14以及图15,本实施例的电子烟100,烟弹外侧设 置有卡合槽311,而电源装置41的烟弹收容腔412的侧壁对应设置有卡合凸起42,当烟弹插入到烟弹收容腔412内时,卡合凸起42滑入到卡合凹槽311之中,从而限定烟弹的轴向位移。在其中一个实施方式中,第四表面64的第二段在靠近其顶部处部分向内凹陷形成指示标记421,卡合凸起42对应指示标记421设置在第四表面64的第二段的内侧,卡合凹槽311设置在壳体27的侧壁上,由此,用户可以根据指示标记421和卡合凹槽311将烟弹准确地插入烟弹收容腔412中。可以理解地,指示标记421还可以设置在其他表面上,只要与卡合凸起421的位置对应即可。
进气口28设置在用于连接第三表面63的第一段和第六表面66的第一段的曲面上,如此设置,使得进气口28较为隐蔽。而在用于连接第四表面64的第一段和第五表面65的第一段的曲面上设置有一与进气口28形状、尺寸相同的开口,使得电子烟整体更加美观。
在其中一实施例当中,参见图11和图16,电源装置41的烟弹收容腔412底部设置有预制槽46,设置预制槽46的目的在于,若烟弹与电源装置41之间并非通过如前所述的卡合位凸起42与卡合凹槽311之间的配合实现卡扣连接时,则可以在预制槽46当中设置磁性体,使得烟弹与电源装置41之间以磁吸的方式进行配合。而如果烟弹与电源装置41之间为卡扣连接,那么预制槽46则为盲槽,充当泄露的烟液的容置槽,避免烟弹的预制腔40无法收容较多的烟液。烟弹的预制腔40主要由壳体27的下端侧壁以及第二密封件35的侧壁围成,用于将第二电极37和负极接触38收容,并容纳部分泄露的烟液。
参见图11和图15,第一感应气道通孔36设置在烟弹底部且相对靠近烟弹的侧壁,即:第一感应气道通孔36并未设置在烟弹底部的中心位置,而对应的,第二感应气道通孔43也并未设置在烟弹收容腔412的中心位置,且延伸座44凸伸于烟弹收容腔412内,这样就给用户限定了特定的方向,也就是只有第一感应气道通孔36与第二感应气道通孔43相正对的时候才可将烟弹插入到烟弹收容腔412之中,并实现电性导通。假设在第一感应气道通孔36与第二感应气 道通孔43错开时,欲插入烟弹,则烟弹在延伸座44的抵顶作用下将无法顺利插入。
以上所述实施例仅是为充分说明本发明而所举的较佳的实施例,本发明的保护范围不限于此。本技术领域的技术人员在本发明基础上所作的等同替代或变换,均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括第一表面、第二表面、第三表面、第四表面、第五表面以及第六表面,所述第一表面和所述第二表面相互平行,所述第三表面和所述第四表面相互平行,所述第五表面和所述第六表面相互平行,所述第三表面的两侧分别与所述第一表面、所述第六表面连接,所述第六表面远离所述第三表面的一侧与所述第二表面连接,所述第五表面的两侧分别与所述第一表面、所述第四表面连接,所述第四表面远离所述第五表面的一侧与所述第二表面连接,所述第一表面和所述第三表面、所述第五表面之间的夹角均为钝角,所述第二表面和所述第四表面、所述第六表面之间的夹角也均为钝角,而所述第三表面和所述第六表面之间的夹角以及所述第四表面和所述第五表面之间的夹角均为锐角。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一表面和/或所述第二表面上设置有六边形的窗口部,所述电子烟还包括储液腔以及用于观察所述储液腔内的烟液量的视窗部,所述视窗部通过所述窗口部露出。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述窗口部包括第一边、第二边、第三边、第四边以及第一竖直边和第二竖直边,所述第一竖直边和所述第二竖直边相互平行且均沿所述电子烟的轴向设置,所述第一边、所述第二边位于所述第一竖直边和所述第二竖直边的上端,所述第三边、所述第四边位于所述第一竖直边和所述第二竖直边的下端,所述第一边的两端分别与所述第一竖直边和所述第二边连接,所述第二边远离所述第一边的一端与所述第二竖直边连接,所述第三边的两端分别于所述第一竖直边和所述第四边连接,所述第四边远离所述第三边的一端与所述第二竖直边连接,所述第一边和所述第四边相互平行,所述第二边和所述第三边相互平行,所述第一边至所述第四边的边长均相等,所述第一竖直边的边长和所述第二竖直边的边长相等,所述第一竖直边或所述第二竖直边的边长大于所述第一边至所述第四边中的任意一个的边长。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟的顶端设置有出 烟口,所述第一表面和所述第二表面在靠近所述出烟口处各开设有一个凹槽,所述电子烟还包括两片软质基材,两片所述软质基材分别设置在两个所述凹槽内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一表面至所述第六表面均为平直面,所述第一表面的面积和所述第二表面的面积相等,所述第一表面或所述第二表面的面积大于所述第三表面至所述第六表面中任意一个的面积。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一表面和所述第二表面之间的距离小于所述第三表面和所述第四表面之间的距离,所述第一表面和所述第二表面之间的距离也小于所述第五表面和所述第六表面之间的距离。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括烟弹以及与所述烟弹可拆卸连接的电源装置,所述第一表面至所述第六表面均包括第一段和第二段,所述第一表面至所述第六表面的第一段分别由所述烟弹的对应的外侧面构成,所述第一表面至所述第六表面的第二段分别由所述电源装置的对应的外侧面构成。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述视窗部包括第一视窗缺口和第二视窗缺口,所述第一表面的第一段和所述第二表面的第一段上各开设有一个所述第一视窗缺口,相应地,所述第一表面的第二段和所述第二表面的第二段上各开设有一个所述第二视窗缺口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟弹包括壳体以及套设在所述壳体上的烟嘴盖,所述壳体包括储液部以及两个设置在所述储液部外表面上的所述视窗部,所述第一视窗缺口开设在所述烟嘴盖上,所述视窗部的一部分通过所述第一视窗缺口露出,所述储液部的一部分被所述烟嘴盖遮蔽,所述电源装置包括外壳,所述第二视窗缺口开设在所述外壳上,当所述烟弹与所述电源装置连接时,所述视窗部的另一部分通过所述第二视窗缺口露出,所述储液部的另一部分被所述外壳遮蔽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述视窗部凸设在所述储液部的外表面上,所述视窗部与所述第二视窗缺口的配合,对所述烟弹和所述电源装置的安装起到导向作用。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一视窗缺口包括所述第一边、所述第二边、第五边以及第七边,所述第二视窗缺口包括所述第三边、所述第四边、第六边以及第八边,当所述烟弹与所述电源装置连接时,所述第五边和所述第六边配合构成所述第一竖直边,所述第七边和所述第八边配合构成所述第二竖直边,所述第五边的边长与所述第七边的边长相等,所述第六边的边长与所述第八边的边长相等,所述第五边或所述第七边的边长大于所述第六边或所述第八边的边长。
  12. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第三表面、所述第四表面、所述第五表面以及所述第六表面靠近所述出烟口的部分均向靠近所述电子烟的中心轴的方向收缩。
