其中,还需强调的是,调节机构所连接的百叶片的数量可以为一个也可以为多个,多个百叶片之间可以相互平行也可以互成角度,在调节百叶片时可通过被调节的百叶片之间向外出风,也可以通过被调节的百叶片与固定在出风框内的百叶片之间向外出风。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,导风组件包括多个百叶片,导风组件包括:连接杆,与每个百叶片转动连接,以使所有百叶片共同转动。
在该设计中,导风组件包括有多个百叶片以及与每个百叶片均转动连接的连接杆,从而可通过其中一个或多个百叶片的驱动以及连接杆的带动实现出风方向的调节。
其中,导风组件包括多个百叶片,而与调节机构相连的至少一个百叶片属于主动件,通过主动件的转动以及连接杆的带动使得全部的百叶片共 同转动。
本领域技术人员应当理解,所有百叶片共同转动整体转动,相邻的百叶片之间所呈夹角不变。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,每个百叶片上设有与出风框转动连接的第一转动轴以及与连接杆相连的第二转动轴。
在该设计中,在每个百叶片上分别设有第一转动轴和第二转动轴,其中通过第一转动轴与出风框转动连接,即通过第一转动轴可使百叶片在出风框内旋转,其旋转角度不受限制,可任意旋转,此外,通过第二转动轴与连接杆相连,在第一转动轴与第二转动轴的共同作用,一方面使连接在连接杆上的所有百叶片一同旋转,保持整体的一致性,另一方面,通过第二转动轴和连接杆的限制,使百叶片的极限旋转范围由360度旋转减少至180度旋转,一定程度上减少百叶片在整个空气调节设备移动的过程中发生晃动的可能性。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,第一转动轴的两端分别与出风框的边框相连,至少一个百叶片上设有与边框侧壁配合以限制百叶片旋转角度的限位部;连接杆上开设有避让限位部的避让槽。
在该设计中,第一传动轴的两端分别于出风框的边框相连,以通过出风框的边框对第一传动轴进行固定,即第一传动轴的两端在边框内旋转,此外,至少一个百叶片上设有限位部,通过限位部与边框侧壁进行配合以实现对百叶片旋转角度的限制。
此外,由于限位部需要与边框侧壁进行配合才能实现对百叶片旋转角度的限制,为便于用户操作,将限位部和连接杆均设于出风框的内侧,即进风侧,进而在连接杆上设置避让槽,以提供百叶片旋转时限位部的移动空间。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,还包括:转动卡槽,设于出风框的两端,以在出风框通过转动卡槽与出风口配合时实现出风框的转动。
在该设计中,通过在出风框的两端分别设置转动卡槽,便于出风框整体与出风口绕转动卡槽的轴线进行转动,从而调整空气经出风格栅向外排出的出风方向。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,调节机构的一侧开口形成凹槽,出风格栅置于凹槽内,且凹槽内壁的相对两侧设有卡接于出风格栅的卡紧机构。
在该设计中,通过将调节机构的一侧设有凹槽,将出风格栅通过卡紧机构卡紧于凹槽内,一方面可提供调节机构的支撑,减少调节机构在出风格栅上发生晃动的现象发生,另一方面,仅在凹槽内壁的相对两侧设置卡紧机构,减少对调节机构其它自由度的限制,更利于调节机构在出风格栅上的移动。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,调节机构的开口侧设有与至少一个百叶片配合的连接槽,百叶片的远离连接杆的一侧伸入连接槽内,以在调节机构移动时,通过连接槽带动百叶片转动。
在该设计中,在调节机构的开口侧设有连接槽,通过将百叶片远离连接杆的一侧,即出风侧伸入连接槽内,以实现出风方向的调节。
其中,优选地,连接槽开设在调节机构中凹槽的侧壁上。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,连接筋具体包括:支撑筋,设于出风口的中部,且支撑筋上设有向出风格栅延伸的连接凸台;出风格栅的中部设有与连接凸台对应的连接卡爪,其中,连接卡爪的开口朝向连接凸台,以通过连接凸台和连接卡爪的卡接实现出风口与出风格栅的连接。
在该设计中,连接筋包括设于出风口中部的支撑筋以及设于支撑筋上的连接凸台,由于连接凸台朝向出风格栅延伸,同时还在出风格栅的中部设有与连接凸台对应的连接卡爪,通过连接凸台和连接卡爪之间的配合加强出风口和出风格栅之间的连接,也一定程度上减少在动态移动过程中面框组件的整体稳定。
需要强调的是,为便于连接卡爪与连接凸台的连接,将连接卡爪的开口设为朝向连接凸台,此外,由于连接卡爪与连接凸台之间为卡接,即通过将连接凸台卡入到连接卡爪的开口内,简化安装操作,减少额外连接件的设置。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,出风口沿长度方向的两侧分别设有卡接结构,每个卡接结构与出风框的一端同轴卡接,以实现出风框的转动。
在该设计中,通过在出风口的两侧设置卡接结构,以便于对出风框进行卡接,同时,由于卡接结构与出风框的一端同轴设置,在对出风框卡接后,可通过二者周面之间的滑动实现出风框在出风口内的转动,从而可对出风方向进行调整。
在一种可能的设计中,进一步地,连接筋内设有沿进出风方向贯通的过风孔。
在该设计中,通过在连接筋内设置过风孔,且将过风孔设为沿进出风方向贯通,从而在空气流动的路径上减少风阻,也减少经出风口向外出风的风量损耗。
本申请第二方面技术方案提出了一种空气调节设备,包括本申请第一方面技术方案中任一面框组件。
根据本申请的空气调节设备,由于空气调节设备内设有本申请第一方面技术方案中的面框组件,因此具有上述任一技术效果,在此不再赘述。

为了能够更清楚地理解本申请的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附 图和具体实施方式对本申请进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请,但是,本申请还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本申请的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图2描述根据本申请的一些实施例。
如图1和图2所示,本申请提出一个实施例的面框组件2,包括:出风口22;出风框12,设于出风口内,且出风框12上设有出风格栅122;导风组件14,设于出风框12内,且导风组件14内设有至少百叶片142;调节机构16,可移动地设于至少一个出风格栅122上,且调节机构16的一端与至少一个百叶片142相连,以在调节机构16在出风格栅122上移动时,调节百叶片142的朝向,其中,出风格栅122的设置方向与百叶片142的设置方向不平行,出风口22的长边的中部设有沿宽度方向设置的连接筋24,连接筋24与出风格栅122相连。
根据本申请的面框组件,通过在出风口22内设置出风框12,以对导风组件14进行固定,且由于在出风框12上设置出风格栅122,以对出风范围进行限制,此外,通过在出风框12内设置通过调节机构16与出风框12相连的导风组件14,一方面通过导风组件14与出风格栅122的配合,进一步对出风范围进行限制,另一方面,通过调节机构16的设置,在调节机构16处于出风格栅122的不同位置时,可对出风方向进行调整。
特别地,在空调控制导风组件转动的机构出现故障时,可手动通过调节机构调整出风方向。
此外,通过在出风口22长边的中部设有与出风格栅122相连的连接筋24,通过将连接筋24沿宽度方向设置,可增强出风口22和出风格栅122之间的连接,在面框组件整体发生振动时,提高出风格栅122的稳定性。
可以理解地,出风格栅122与百叶片142的设置方向不平行,即出风框12上设有沿第一方向设置的出风格栅122,百叶片142沿第二方向设置,第一方向与第二方向不平行,更利于通过出风格栅122与百叶片142的相互配合。
其中,调节机构16可移动地设在至少一个出风格栅122上,即调节机构16可设在一个出风格栅122,也可设在多个出风格栅122上,根据出风框12的大小以及百叶片142的大小设置调节机构16所对应的出风格栅122的数量,提高产品适用性。
此外,通过调节机构16与出风格栅122之间的移动连接更易于对出风方向的调整。
需要说明的是,调节机构16在可移动地设于出风格栅122的基础上,其一端与至少一个百叶片142相连,从而可通过对与调节机构16相连的百叶片142进行调整,实现出风方向的改变。
其中,还需强调的是,调节机构16所连接的百叶片142的数量可以为一个也可以为多个,多个百叶片142之间可以相互平行也可以互成角度,在调节百叶片142时可通过被调节的百叶片142之间向外出风,也可以通过被调节的百叶片142与固定在出风框12内的百叶片142之间向外出风。
如图1所示,在上述实施例中,进一步地,导风组件14包括多个百叶片142,导风组件14包括:连接杆144,与每个百叶片142转动连接,以使所有百叶片142共同转动。
在该实施例中,导风组件14包括有多个百叶片142以及与每个百叶片142均转动连接的连接杆144,从而可通过其中一个或多个百叶片142的驱动以及连接杆144的带动实现出风方向的调节。
其中,导风组件14包括多个百叶片142,而与调节机构16相连的至少一个百叶片142属于主动件,通过主动件的转动以及连接杆144的带动使得全部的百叶片142共同转动。
本领域技术人员应当理解,所有百叶片142共同转动整体转动,相邻的百叶片142之间所呈夹角不变。
在上述实施例中,进一步地,每个百叶片142上设有与出风框12转动连接的第一转动轴1422以及与连接杆144相连的第二转动轴1424。
在该实施例中,在每个百叶片142上分别设有第一转动轴1422和第二转动轴1424,其中通过第一转动轴1422与出风框12转动连接,即通过第一转动轴1422可使百叶片142在出风框12内旋转,其旋转角度不受限制, 可任意旋转,此外,通过第二转动轴1424与连接杆144相连,在第一转动轴1422与第二转动轴1424的共同作用,一方面使连接在连接杆144上的所有百叶片142一同旋转,保持整体的一致性,另一方面,通过第二转动轴1424和连接杆144的限制,使百叶片142的极限旋转范围由360度旋转减少至180度旋转,一定程度上减少百叶片142在整个空气调节设备移动的过程中发生晃动的可能性。
如图1所示,在上述实施例中,进一步地,第一转动轴1422的两端分别与出风框12的边框相连,至少一个百叶片142上设有与边框侧壁配合以限制百叶片142旋转角度的限位部1426;连接杆144上开设有避让限位部1426的避让槽。
在该实施例中,第一传动轴的两端分别于出风框12的边框相连,以通过出风框12的边框对第一传动轴进行固定,即第一传动轴的两端在边框内旋转,此外,至少一个百叶片142上设有限位部1426,通过限位部1426与边框侧壁进行配合以实现对百叶片142旋转角度的限制。
此外,由于限位部1426需要与边框侧壁进行配合才能实现对百叶片142旋转角度的限制,为便于用户操作,将限位部1426和连接杆144均设于出风框12的内侧,即进风侧,进而在连接杆144上设置避让槽,以提供百叶片142旋转时限位部1426的移动空间。
在上述实施例中,进一步地,还包括:转动卡槽,设于出风框12的两端,以在出风框12通过转动卡槽与出风口22配合时实现出风框12的转动。
在该实施例中,通过在出风框12的两端分别设置转动卡槽,便于出风框12整体与出风口22绕转动卡槽的轴线进行转动,从而调整空气经出风格栅122向外排出的出风方向。
在上述实施例中,进一步地,调节机构16的一侧开口形成凹槽,出风格栅122置于凹槽内,且凹槽内壁的相对两侧设有卡接于出风格栅122的卡紧机构162。
在该实施例中,通过将调节机构16的一侧设有凹槽,将出风格栅122通过卡紧机构162卡紧于凹槽内,一方面可提供调节机构16的支撑,减少调节机构16在出风格栅122上发生晃动的现象发生,另一方面,仅在凹槽 内壁的相对两侧设置卡紧机构162,减少对调节机构16其它自由度的限制,更利于调节机构16在出风格栅122上的移动。
在上述实施例中,进一步地,调节机构16的开口侧设有与至少一个百叶片142配合的连接槽164,百叶片142的远离连接杆144的一侧伸入连接槽164内,以在调节机构16移动时,通过连接槽164带动百叶片142转动。
在该实施例中,在调节机构16的开口侧设有连接槽164,通过将百叶片142远离连接杆144的一侧,即出风侧伸入连接槽164内,以实现出风方向的调节。
其中,优选地,连接槽164开设在调节机构16中凹槽的侧壁上。
在上述实施例中,进一步地,连接筋24具体包括:支撑筋242,设于出风口22的中部,且支撑筋242上设有出风格栅122延伸的连接凸台244;出风格栅122的中部设有与连接凸台244对应的连接卡爪,其中,连接卡爪的开口朝向连接凸台244,以通过连接凸台244和连接卡爪的卡接实现出风口22与出风格栅122的连接。
在该实施例中,连接筋24包括设于出风口22中部的支撑筋242以及设于支撑筋242上的连接凸台244,由于连接凸台244朝向出风格栅122延伸,同时还在出风格栅122的中部设有与连接凸台244对应的连接卡爪,通过连接凸台244和连接卡爪之间的配合加强出风口22和出风格栅122之间的连接,也一定程度上减少在动态移动过程中面框组件的整体稳定。
需要强调的是,为便于连接卡爪与连接凸台244的连接,将连接卡爪的开口设为朝向连接凸台244,此外,由于连接卡爪与连接凸台244之间为卡接,即通过将连接凸台244卡入到连接卡爪的开口内,简化安装操作,减少额外连接件的设置。
在上述实施例中,进一步地,出风口22沿长度方向的两侧分别设有卡接结构,每个卡接结构与出风框12的一端同轴卡接,以实现出风框12在出风口22内的转动。
在该实施例中,通过在出风口22的两侧设置卡接结构,以便于对出风框12进行卡接,同时,由于卡接结构与出风框12的一端同轴设置,在对 出风框12卡接后,可通过二者周面之间的滑动实现出风框12在出风口22内的转动,从而可对出风方向进行调整。
在上述实施例中,进一步地,连接筋24内设有沿进出风方向贯通的过风孔246。
在该实施例中,通过在连接筋24内设置过风孔246,且将过风孔246设为沿进出风方向贯通,从而在空气流动的路径上减少风阻,也减少经出风口22向外出风的风量损耗。
本申请提出的再一个实施例的空气调节设备,包括本申请上述实施例中任一面框组件2。
根据本申请的空气调节设备,由于空气调节设备内设有本申请上述任一实施例中的面框组件2,因此具有上述任一实施例的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
以上结合附图详细说明了本申请的技术方案,通过本申请的技术方案,通过在出风框内设置通过调节机构与出风框相连的导风组件,一方面通过导风组件与出风格栅的配合,进一步对出风范围进行限制,另一方面,通过调节机构的设置,在调节机构处于出风格栅的不同位置时,可对出风方向进行调整。
在本申请中,术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (11)
- 一种面框组件,其中,包括:出风口;出风框,设于所述出风口内,且所述出风框上设有出风格栅;导风组件,设于所述出风框内,且所述导风组件包括至少一个百叶片;调节机构,可移动地设于至少一个所述出风格栅上,且所述调节机构的一端与至少一个所述百叶片相连,以在所述调节机构在所述出风格栅上移动时,调节所述百叶片的朝向,其中,所述出风格栅的设置方向与所述百叶片的设置方向不平行,所述出风口的长边的中部设有沿宽度方向设置的连接筋,所述连接筋与所述出风格栅相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面框组件,其中,所述导风组件包括多个所述百叶片,所述导风组件包括:连接杆,与每个所述百叶片转动连接,以使所有所述百叶片共同转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的面框组件,其中,每个所述百叶片上设有与所述出风框转动连接的第一转动轴以及与所述连接杆相连的第二转动轴。
- 根据权利要求3所述的面框组件,其中,所述第一转动轴的两端分别与所述出风框的边框相连,至少一个所述百叶片上设有与所述边框侧壁配合以限制所述百叶片旋转角度的限位部;所述连接杆上开设有避让所述限位部的避让槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的面框组件,其中,还包括:转动卡槽,设于所述出风框的两端,以在所述出风框通过所述转动卡槽与所述出风口配合时实现所述出风框的转动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的面框组件,其中,所述调节机构的一侧开口形成凹槽,所述出风格栅置于所述凹槽内,且所述凹槽的内壁的相对两侧设有卡接于所述出风格栅的卡紧机构。
- 根据权利要求6所述的面框组件,其中,所述调节机构的开口侧设有与至少一个所述百叶片配合的连接槽,所述百叶片的远离所述连接杆的一侧伸 入所述连接槽内,以在所述调节机构移动时,通过所述连接槽带动所述百叶片转动。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的面框组件,其中,所述连接筋具体包括:支撑筋,设于所述出风口的中部,且所述支撑筋上设有向所述出风格栅延伸的连接凸台;所述出风格栅的中部设有与所述连接凸台对应的连接卡爪,其中,所述连接卡爪的开口朝向所述连接凸台,以通过所述连接凸台和所述连接卡爪的卡接实现所述出风口与所述出风格栅的连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的面框组件,其中,所述出风口沿长度方向的两侧分别设有卡接结构,每个所述卡接结构与所述出风口的一端同轴卡接,以实现所述出风口的转动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的面框组件,其中,所述连接筋内设有沿进出风方向贯通的过风孔。
- 一种空气调节设备,其中,包括:权利要求1至10中任一项所述的面框组件。
