优选地,如图4所示,支撑部9围绕耳机套1的周向方向设置在预定位置处,也就是说,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要在耳机套1的预定位置设置上述的支撑部9。进一步优选地,耳机套1的至少与耳甲艇13、耳轮脚18和对耳屏14对应的位置处具有上述支撑部9,而耳机套1的与耳屏15对应的位置处不具有上述支撑部9,也就是说,耳机套1的与耳屏15对应的位置贴合至耳机3的外表面。
该方案可以使得当用户佩戴耳机3之后,支撑部9可以根据耳甲腔6中的结构产生形变,尤其是支撑部9可以根据耳甲艇13、耳轮脚18和对耳屏14这三个结构产生形变,从而使得支撑部9可以自行调整并适应耳甲腔6的结构;而通过使耳机套1的与耳屏15对应的位置处不具有上述支撑部9,可以使耳机套1与耳甲腔6更贴合,该方案可以提高佩戴的稳固性和舒适度,并且制造方便、成本较低。
进一步优选地,继续参考图4,支撑部9沿其周向方向的壁厚不一致,且支撑部9与耳甲艇13、耳轮脚18和对耳屏14这三点对应的位置处的壁厚最薄。该优选的方案有利于减少支撑部9对耳朵的上述三个部位的压迫,从而利于提高用户佩戴的舒适性。
优选地,如图6所示,支撑部9上设置有一配合部16,该配合部16在耳机套1的轴向方向上向内凹陷,以用于在用户佩戴后与用户的耳轮脚配合,即,使得耳轮脚可以接收在该配合部16内,从而可以避免耳轮脚顶住耳机套1而导致耳机套1佩戴不稳固。
在一个优选实施方式中,为了便于耳机套1的制造,耳机套1可以采用例如注塑成型的方式一体形成。该方案可以提高耳机套1的制造便利性。
如图1和图6所示,优选地,耳机套1的外围尺寸从第一附接端7至支撑部9的径向最外端逐渐变大,且从支撑部9的径向最外端至第二附接端8逐渐变小。进一步,支撑部9的径向最外端与第二附接端8大致处于同一平面。
根据本发明的耳机套1和耳机组件4,通过在支撑于用户的耳甲腔6中的支撑部9内限定空间12,可以使得当耳机套1套设在耳机3上时,支撑部9的内表面和耳机3的外表面之间具有间隔,而通过使耳机套在支撑部9处的壁厚较小,可以使得当用户佩戴耳机3之后,支撑部9可以根据耳甲腔6中的结构产生形变,从而使得支撑部9可以自行调整并适应耳甲腔6的结构,进而使耳机套1与耳甲腔6更贴合。此外,本申请通过使耳机套1在第一附接部71和/或第二附接部81处具有较大的壁厚,可以保证耳机套1紧密地附接在耳机3上而不易脱落。上述方案可以提高佩戴的稳固性和舒适度,并且制造方便、成本较低。
应当了解,以上仅详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,本发明并不限于上述优选实施方式,本领域技术人员可以对上述实施方式进行适当的修改和变形。
本发明已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。此外本领域技术人员可以理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。本发明的保护范围由附属的权利要求书及其等效范围所界定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种耳机套,其特征在于,所述耳机套由柔性材料制成,所述耳机套具有沿轴向贯穿其中的通孔,所述耳机套包括分别位于所述通孔的两端的第一附接部和第二附接部以及设置于所述第一附接部和所述第二附接部之间的沿径向向外凸出的支撑部,所述第一附接部和所述第二附接部用于将所述耳机套附接至耳机的外表面,所述支撑部用于支撑在用户的耳甲腔中,所述支撑部内限定一空间,使得当所述耳机套套设在所述耳机上时,所述支撑部的内表面和所述耳机的外表面之间间隔开所述空间,其中所述耳机套在所述第一附接部和/或所述第二附接部处的最小壁厚大于所述耳机套在所述支撑部处的最大壁厚。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述第一附接部具有第一附接端,且所述第二附接部具有第二附接端,所述耳机套的壁厚自所述支撑部的径向最外端至所述第一附接端和/或所述第二附接端分别逐渐增大。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述支撑部构造为能够在耳朵的挤压下产生形变以使所述空间中的空气经由所述第一附接端和/或所述第二附接端排出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述支撑部围绕所述耳机套的周向方向设置在预定位置处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述耳机套的至少与耳甲艇、耳轮脚和对耳屏对应的位置处具有所述支撑部,且所述耳机套的与耳屏对应的位置处不具有所述支撑部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述支撑部沿其周向方向的壁厚不一致,且所述支撑部与耳甲艇、耳轮脚和对耳屏对应的位置处的壁厚最薄。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述支撑部包括用于与耳轮脚配合的配合部,所述配合部在所述耳机套的轴向方向上向内凹陷。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述耳机套的外围尺寸从所述第一附接端至所述支撑部的径向最外端逐渐变大,且从所述支撑部的径向最外端至所述第二附接端逐渐变小。
  9. 一种耳机组件,其特征在于,包括耳机和如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的耳机套,所述耳机套可拆卸地套设在所述耳机上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述耳机的外表面设置有沿所述耳机的周向方向设置的定位槽,所述耳机套套设在所述定位槽中。
