通常,为了提高耳机佩戴的稳固性以及舒适度,会在耳机上设置耳机套。但是现有的耳机套变形量小且可变形区域不大,一方面不利于佩戴的稳固,另一方面在佩戴之后会对用户的耳朵造成挤压,从而会使用户感到不适。
因此,有必要提出一种耳机套和包括该耳机套的耳机组件,以至少部分地解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是为了解决上述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种耳机套和包括该耳机套的耳机组件,该耳机套和耳机组件能够提高用户佩戴时的舒适度和稳定性,并且能够在一定程度上增强耳机套的强度。
本发明一方面提供一种耳机套。所述耳机套由柔性材料制成,所述耳机套具有沿轴向贯穿其中的通孔,所述耳机套包括分别位于所述通孔的两端的第一附接端和第二附接端以及设置于所述第一附接端和所述第二附接端之间的沿径向向外凸出的支撑部,所述第一附接端和所述第二附接端用于将所述耳机套附接至耳机的外表面,所述支撑部用于支撑在用户的耳甲腔中,所述支撑部内限定一空间,使得当所述耳机套套设在所述耳机上时,所述支撑部的内表面和所述耳机的外表面之间间隔开所述空间,其中所述支撑部的内表面还设置有突出的加强筋结构。
根据该方案的耳机套,通过在支撑于用户的耳甲腔中的支撑部内限定空间,使得当耳机套套设在耳机上时,支撑部的内表面和耳机的外表面之间具有间隔,该方案可以使得当用户佩戴耳机之后,支撑部可以根据耳甲 腔中的结构产生形变,从而使得支撑部可以自行调整并适应耳甲腔的结构,进而使耳机套与耳甲腔更贴合,该方案可以提高佩戴的稳固性和舒适度。此外,该方案通过在支撑部的内表面设置突出的加强筋结构,可以在一定程度上增加支撑部的强度,并且有利于支撑部在被耳朵挤压变形之后快速恢复原状。该方案制造方便、成本较低。
可选地,所述加强筋结构包括彼此相交设置的横向加强筋和纵向加强筋。
该方案通过使加强筋结构包括彼此相交设置的横向加强筋和纵向加强筋能够进一步增加支撑部的强度,并且有利于支撑部在被耳朵挤压变形之后快速恢复原状。
可选地,所述支撑部构造为能够在耳朵的挤压下产生形变以使所述空间中的空气经由所述第一附接端和/或所述第二附接端排出。
该方案能够使支撑部可以根据耳甲腔中的结构产生形变,从而使得支撑部可以自行调整并适应耳甲腔的结构,进而使耳机套与耳甲腔更贴合,该方案可以提高佩戴的稳固性和舒适度。
可选地,所述支撑部围绕所述耳机套的周向方向设置在预定位置处。

可选地,所述耳机的外表面设置有沿所述耳机的周向方向设置的定位槽,所述耳机套套设在所述定位槽中。
该方案通过在耳机的外表面上设置沿耳机的周向方向设置的定位槽,一方面可以便于耳机套的装配,另一方面可以将耳机套收纳在定位槽中,从而可以在一定程度上避免耳机套过多地突出于耳机的外表面,从而影响用户的触摸手感。

实施方式1
以下,参照附图对本发明的第一优选实施方式的耳机套和耳机组件进行说明。图1和图2示出了根据本发明的优选实施方式的耳机套,图3示出了根据本发明的优选实施方式的耳机,图4示出了根据本发明的优选实施方式的包括耳机套和耳机的耳机组件,图5为根据本发明的优选实施方式的耳机组件在佩戴到用户的耳朵中时的示意图。
如图1-图5所示,根据本发明的实施例的耳机套1具有沿该耳机套1的轴向贯穿其中的通孔2,通孔2的轮廓与耳机3的外表面的轮廓大致相同。其中耳机套1可通过该通孔2套设在耳机3的外表面上,以形成耳机组件4。
优选地,耳机套1可拆卸地套设在耳机3上,以此方式,当用户意欲使用耳机3时,可以将耳机套1套设在耳机3上,并将套设有耳机套1的耳机3佩戴在耳朵中。而当用户不使用耳机3或不想佩戴套设有耳机套1的耳机3时,则可以将耳机套1从耳机3上取下,由此可以为用户提供多样化的选择。
优选地,耳机套1可以由诸如硅胶、橡胶等柔性的可变形材料制成,以增加用户佩戴的舒适性以及便于用户拆装等。对于该柔性可变形材料,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要进行选择。
如图3所示,优选地,耳机3的外表面设置有沿其周向方向延伸的定位槽5,定位槽5的轮廓与耳机套1的内表面的轮廓大致匹配,从而耳机套1可对应地装配在该定位槽5中。进一步优选地,定位槽5设置成沿周向方向的形状不完全一致,相应地,耳机套1沿周向方向的形状也不完全一致,该优选的实施方式可以在耳机套1的装配过程中产生防呆的效果,从而使得耳机套1可以以预定的取向装配在耳机3上,进而更方便该耳机套1的装设。此外,该方案通过在耳机3上设置定位槽5,可以将耳机套1的壁至少部分地收纳在该定位槽5中,从而可以在一定程度上避免耳机套1的壁过多地突出于耳机3的外表面,从而影响用户的触摸手感。
可以理解,在未示出的其它优选实施方式中,耳机3的外表面也可以不设定位槽5,而可将耳机套1直接套设在耳机3的外表面。当用户将套设有耳机套1的耳机3佩戴在耳朵17中时,耳机套1可与用户的耳甲腔6 配合,以将耳机3更稳固地佩戴在耳朵17中。
以下对耳机套1的结构进行详细描述。
具体地,如图1所示,耳机套1包括分别位于通孔2的两端的第一附接端7和第二附接端8以及大致位于第一附接端7和第二附接端8之间的支撑部9。
进一步,第一附接端7和第二附接端8分别用于附接至耳机3的外表面,其中第一附接端7比第二附接端8更靠近耳机3的内端10(即扬声器端,如图2所示)设置,也就是说,第二附接端8更靠近耳机3的外端11设置。
支撑部9大致位于第一附接端7和第二附接端8之间,且沿耳机套1的径向方向向外凸出。当用户佩戴耳机3之后,该支撑部9可支撑在用户的耳甲腔6中。结合图6所示,支撑部9构造为折弯结构,且其内部限定一中空的空间12,当耳机套1套设在耳机3上且用户佩戴该耳机3时,该空间12位于支撑部9的内表面和耳机3的外表面之间并将支撑部9的内表面和耳机3的外表面隔开,进一步,在耳朵的挤压之下,支撑部9可产生形变,从而可使上述空间12中的空气经由第一附接端7和/或第二附接端8排出。
为了增强支撑部9的强度,如图2所示,支撑部9的内表面设置有突出的加强筋结构91。优选地,加强筋结构91包括纵横交错的横向加强筋911和纵向加强筋912。在图示实施方式中,横向加强筋911和纵向加强筋912大致互相垂直地设置,可以理解,在未示出的其它实施方式中,横向加强筋911和纵向加强筋912也可以例如彼此成锐角相交设置。
继续参考图2,在图示实施方式中,加强筋结构91包括一个横向加强筋911和多个纵向加强筋912,可以理解,未示出的其它实施方式中,也可以设置其他数量的横向加强筋和纵向加强筋,例如也可以设置多个横向加强筋。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对横向加强筋和纵向加强筋的数量进行具体的设置。
此外,如图2所示,在耳机套1的周向方向上仅设置部分的加强筋结构91。可以理解,可以绕耳机套1的周向方向在支撑部9上均匀间隔地设置多组加强筋结构91,也可以在耳机套1的周向方向上连续地设置一组加 强筋结构91。上述方案可以在一定程度上增强支撑部9的强度,并且可以利于支撑部9在被耳朵挤压之后快速恢复原始形态。
在一个优选实施方式中,可以采用例如注塑成型等一体成型的方式使加强筋结构91与整个耳机套1整体地形成。该方案既可方便耳机套1的制造,又可以保证加强筋结构91紧密、牢固地附接在支撑部9上。当然,也可以采用例如粘附、熔接等其它方式将加强筋结构91附接在支撑部9的内表面上。
优选地,支撑部9围绕耳机套1的周向方向设置在预定位置处,也就是说,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要在耳机套1的预定位置设置上述的支撑部9。进一步优选地,耳机套1的至少与耳甲艇13、耳轮脚18和对耳屏14对应的位置处具有上述支撑部9,而耳机套1的与耳屏15对应的位置处不具有上述支撑部9,也就是说,耳机套1的与耳甲艇13、耳轮脚18和对耳屏14对应的位置的内表面与耳机3的外表面之间间隔开所述空间12,而耳机套1的与耳屏15对应的位置的内表面则贴合至耳机3的外表面。
上述方案可以使得当用户佩戴耳机3之后,支撑部9可以根据耳甲腔6中的结构产生形变,尤其是支撑部9可以根据耳甲艇13、耳轮脚18和对耳屏14这三个结构产生形变,从而使得支撑部9可以自行调整并适应耳甲腔6的结构;而通过使耳机套1的与耳屏15对应的位置处不具有上述支撑部9,可以使耳机套1与耳甲腔6更贴合,该方案可以提高佩戴的稳固性和舒适度,并且制造方便、成本较低。
优选地,如图7所示,耳机套1上还设置有用于与耳轮脚配合的配合部16,配合部16沿着耳机套1的外部轮廓向内凹陷。配合部16的设置可使用户在佩戴套设有该耳机套1的耳机3后使该配合部16与用户的耳轮脚相互配合,即,使得耳轮脚可以接收在该配合部16内,从而可以避免耳轮脚顶住耳机套1而导致耳机套1佩戴不稳固。
具体地,配合部16可以至少由第一附接端7和支撑部9之间的过渡区段形成,该优选方案可以使配合部16更贴合耳轮脚的位置,从而可以提高配合部16和耳轮脚之间的匹配度。进一步优选地,配合部16的外表面形成为平滑的曲面,该优选的实施方式可以提高用户在佩戴耳机套1时的舒 适度。
优选地,在本实施方式中,耳机套1具有统一的壁厚,也就是说,无论是第一附接端7、第二附接端8还是支撑部9,其壁厚均相同。需要说明的是,此处提到的支撑部9处的壁厚为其主体壁厚,不包括其上设置的加强筋结构91。对于壁厚的具体数值,本领域技术人员可以根据例如耳机的实际大小以及用户的耳朵的大小等因素进行具体地设置,例如,为了适应不同个体之间耳朵的大小,可以针对同一耳机设计不同尺寸的多个匹配耳机套,相应地,这些耳机套之间的壁厚尺寸也可能存在差异。
如图1和图7所示,优选地,耳机套1的外围尺寸从第一附接端7至支撑部9的径向最外端逐渐变大,且从支撑部9的径向最外端至第二附接端8逐渐变小。进一步,在本实施方式中,支撑部9的径向最外端与第二附接端8大致处于同一平面,该优选的实施方式使得耳机套1的第二附接端8可以大致地接收在耳甲腔中,而不会从耳甲腔向外突出太多,从而可以使耳机套的结构更紧凑、精致。
上述方案通过使耳机套1的外围尺寸从第一附接端7至支撑部9的径向最外端逐渐变大,且从支撑部9的径向最外端至第二附接端8逐渐变小,可以使耳机套1与耳朵的结构更匹配。
根据本发明的实施例的耳机套1和耳机组件4,通过在支撑于在用户的耳甲腔6中的支撑部9内限定空间12,使得当耳机套1套设在耳机3上时,支撑部9的内表面和耳机3的外表面之间具有间隔,该方案可以使得当用户佩戴耳机3之后,支撑部9可以根据耳甲腔6中的结构产生形变,从而使得支撑部9可以自行调整并适应耳甲腔6的结构,进而使耳机套1与耳甲腔6更贴合,该方案可以提高佩戴的稳固性和舒适度。此外,该方案通过在支撑部9的内表面设置突出的加强筋结构91,可以在一定程度上增加支撑部9的强度,并且有利于支撑部9在被耳朵挤压变形之后快速恢复原状。该方案制造方便、成本较低。
实施方式2
图8和图9示出了根据本发明的第二个优选实施方式的耳机套100。其中,图8为根据本发明的第二优选实施方式的耳机套的立体示意图,图9为图8中的耳机套沿A-A线所截的截面图。除了耳机套100的壁厚的设 置之外,根据本实施方式的耳机套与根据上述实施方式的耳机套具有大致相同的结构。
下文对根据本发明的第二个优选实施方式的耳机套进行详细说明。
具体地,如图8所示,耳机套100包括分别位于通孔的两端的第一附接端70、第二附接端80以及支撑部90。
进一步,第一附接端70和第二附接端80分别附接至耳机3(如图3所示)的外表面,其中第一附接端70比第二附接端80更靠近耳机3的内端10设置,也就是说,第二附接端80更靠近耳机3的外端11设置。
如图8和图9所示,优选地,耳机套100的外围尺寸从第一附接端70至支撑部90的径向最外端逐渐变大,且从支撑部90的径向最外端至第二附接端80逐渐变小。进一步,在本实施方式中,支撑部90的径向最外端与第二附接端80大致处于同一平面。
上述方案通过使耳机套100的外围尺寸从第一附接端70至支撑部90的径向最外端逐渐变大,且从支撑部90的径向最外端至第二附接端80逐渐变小,可以使耳机套100与耳朵的结构更匹配。
支撑部90大致位于第一附接端70和第二附接端80之间,且沿耳机套100的径向方向向外凸出。当用户佩戴耳机之后,该支撑部90可支撑在用户的耳甲腔6(如图5所示)中。结合图9所示,支撑部90构造为折弯结构,且其内部限定一中空的空间120,当耳机套100套设在耳机3上且用户佩戴该耳机3时,该空间120位于支撑部90的内表面和耳机3的外表面之间并将支撑部90的内表面和耳机3的外表面隔开,进一步,在耳朵的挤压之下,支撑部90可产生形变,从而可使上述空间120中的空气经由第一附接端70和/或第二附接端80排出。
为了保证耳机套100紧密且牢固地附接在耳机上,且为了保证支撑部90的变形量和用户的舒适度,如图9所示,耳机套100在第一附接端70和第二附接端80处的壁厚大于耳机套100在支撑部90处的最大壁厚。也就是说,耳机套100的壁厚在第一附接端70和第二附接端80处较厚,且在支撑部90处较薄。其中第一附接端70处的壁厚和第二附接端80处的壁厚可以相同也可以不同。
上述方案可以保证耳机套100紧密地附接在耳机3上且不易脱落,从 而可以提高佩戴的稳固性,并且制造方便、成本较低。
优选地,支撑部90围绕耳机套100的周向方向设置在预定位置处,也就是说,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要在耳机套100的预定位置设置上述的支撑部90。进一步优选地,耳机套100的至少与耳甲艇13(如图5所示)、耳轮脚18(如图5所示)和对耳屏14(如图5所示)对应的位置处具有上述支撑部90,而耳机套100的与耳屏15(如图5所示)对应的位置处不具有上述支撑部90,也就是说,耳机套100的与耳屏15对应的位置贴合至耳机3的外表面。
该方案可以使得当用户佩戴耳机3之后,支撑部90可以根据耳甲腔6中的结构产生形变,尤其是支撑部90可以根据耳甲艇13、耳轮脚18和对耳屏14这三个结构产生形变,从而使得支撑部90可以自行调整并适应耳甲腔6的结构;而通过使耳机套100的与耳屏15对应的位置处不具有上述支撑部90,可以使耳机套100与耳甲腔6更贴合,该方案可以提高佩戴的稳固性和舒适度,并且制造方便、成本较低。
优选地,如图8所示,支撑部90上设置有一配合部16,该配合部16在耳机套100的轴向方向上向内凹陷,以用于在用户佩戴后与用户的耳轮脚配合,即,使得耳轮脚可以接收在该配合部16内,从而可以避免耳轮脚顶住耳机套100而导致耳机套100佩戴不稳固。
在一个优选实施方式中,为了便于耳机套100的制造,耳机套100可以采用例如注塑成型的方式一体形成。该方案可以提高耳机套100的制造便利性。
根据该实施方式的耳机套100,通过在支撑于用户的耳甲腔6中的支撑部90内限定空间120,可以使得当耳机套100套设在耳机3上时,支撑部90的内表面和耳机3的外表面之间具有间隔,而通过使耳机套100在支撑部90处的壁厚较小,可以使得当用户佩戴耳机3之后,支撑部90可以根据耳甲腔6中的结构产生形变,从而使得支撑部90可以自行调整并适应耳甲腔6的结构,进而使耳机套100与耳甲腔6更贴合。此外,本申请通过使耳机套100在第一附接端70和第二附接端80处具有较大的壁厚,可以保证耳机套100紧密地附接在耳机3上而不易脱落。上述方案可以提高佩戴的稳固性和舒适度,并且制造方便、成本较低。

  1. 一种耳机套,其特征在于,所述耳机套由柔性材料制成,所述耳机套具有沿轴向贯穿其中的通孔,所述耳机套包括分别位于所述通孔的两端的第一附接端和第二附接端以及设置于所述第一附接端和所述第二附接端之间的沿径向向外凸出的支撑部,所述第一附接端和所述第二附接端用于将所述耳机套附接至耳机的外表面,所述支撑部用于支撑在用户的耳甲腔中,所述支撑部内限定一空间,使得当所述耳机套套设在所述耳机上时,所述支撑部的内表面和所述耳机的外表面之间间隔开所述空间,其中所述支撑部的内表面还设置有突出的加强筋结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述加强筋结构包括彼此相交设置的横向加强筋和纵向加强筋。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述支撑部构造为能够在耳朵的挤压下产生形变以使所述空间中的空气经由所述第一附接端和/或所述第二附接端排出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述支撑部围绕所述耳机套的周向方向设置在预定位置处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述耳机套的至少与耳甲艇、耳轮脚和对耳屏对应的位置处具有所述支撑部,且所述耳机套的与耳屏对应的位置处不具有所述支撑部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述耳机套的外围尺寸从所述第一附接端至所述支撑部的径向最外端逐渐变大,且从所述支撑部的径向最外端至所述第二附接端逐渐变小。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述耳机套具有统一的壁厚。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机套,其特征在于,所述耳机套在所述第一附接端和/或所述第二附接端处的壁厚大于所述耳机套在所述支撑部处的最大壁厚。
  9. 一种耳机组件,其特征在于,包括耳机和如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的耳机套,所述耳机套可拆卸地套设在所述耳机上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的耳机组件,其特征在于,所述耳机的外表面设置有沿所述耳机的周向方向设置的定位槽,所述耳机套套设在所述定位槽中。
