本发明涉及耳机技术领域,特别是指一种可以提供舒适佩戴体验的耳机。
背景技术
随着耳机技术的进步,其在工作、生活中的应用也越来越广泛。特别是蓝牙耳机,由于应用了蓝牙技术而实现免持,可以让用户免除电线的牵绊,因而在市场上越来越受欢迎。
在免除了电线牵绊的同时,蓝牙耳机的防丢失性能也相应遭受弱化,因此对蓝牙耳机佩戴时的牢固性提出了更高的要求。现有技术中,蓝牙耳机的类型一般包括入耳式和挂耳式,两者各有优缺点:①入耳式耳机是依靠过盈配合在外耳道的耳塞而实现固定,用户的个体之间存在差异,每个人的外耳道大小不一样,导致存在不同个体佩戴入耳式耳机时松紧程度不一致的问题,因此需要配备多种型号的耳塞来满足不同用户的需求,并且存在长时间佩戴耳朵容易胀痛、佩戴不舒适的问题;②挂耳式耳机则是依靠钩在耳轮上的挂钩,不仅会让耳机整体变得更大而不便存放,同时钩在耳轮上也影响美观;③另外,还有头戴式、颈挂式耳机,都较为笨重,同样佩戴舒适性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耳机,可以提供一种全新的佩戴方式,既能够实现牢固佩戴,也具有良好的适配性,可适应不同个体的差异。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种耳机,包括置于耳甲腔的主体和置于耳甲艇的耳钩,所述耳钩具有弹性;所述主体与所述耳钩之间形成有用于容置耳轮脚的凹槽;所述主体与所述耳钩配合以夹持耳轮脚而实现所述耳机的佩戴。
所述耳钩的截面包括支撑部和变形部;所述支撑部分别连接所述主体和变形部。
优选地,所述支撑部为一截自所述主体的边缘向耳朵方向延伸的柔性件。
优选地,所述变形部为一截自所述支撑部的末端向内、向所述主体方向翻卷的弹性件。具体地,所述变形部的径向尺寸大于耳甲艇;所述变形部呈C形,或者所述变形部呈螺旋形,如阿基米德螺旋形。
所述耳钩在其长度延伸方向上包括第一钩部和第二钩部,所述第一钩部的尺寸大于所述第二钩部,且所述第一钩部的内侧配合所述主体以夹持耳轮脚,所述第二钩部的外侧与耳甲艇的内壁贴合。
所述主体面向耳朵的一面凸出形成有出声部,所述出声部与人耳的外耳道相对设置且所述出声部的端面设置有出声孔;所述出声部与所述耳钩设置在所述主体的相同侧面上。具体地,所述出声部的侧面为曲面。
优选地,所述主体为覆盖在耳机壳体面向耳朵一面的软质体,所述软质体与所述耳机壳体可拆卸连接;所述出声部、耳钩均成型于所述软质体上,所述出声部与所述耳钩之间形成有所述凹槽。具体地,所述主体为硅胶材质制成。
或者,所述耳钩与所述主体一体连接,且所述耳钩为硅胶材质制成。
所述凹槽内设置有充电接口。
所述耳机是蓝牙耳机。
所述主体与耳甲腔侧壁贴合的表面设置有过气槽,所述过气槽能够连通外耳道与外界。
优选地,所述过气槽为长条形的槽状结构。
优选地,所述过气槽的深度为0.2~0.5mm、宽度为0.5~2mm。
优选地,所述过气槽的宽度沿着远离所述主体的方向呈渐变增大的趋势。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下技术效果:
①通过主体配合在耳甲腔内、耳钩配合在耳甲艇内,两者之间形成的凹槽可以“抱住”耳朵的耳轮脚,以使耳钩与主体配合而夹持住耳轮脚,实现耳机在耳朵上的固定,且该佩戴方式新颖、佩戴牢固且无需插入外耳道、更加舒适;

上述耳钩2的截面包括支撑部21和变形部22;支撑部21分别连接主体1和变形部22,以实现变形部22在主体1上的连接;变形部22可被挤压变形以适配不同个体耳甲艇B的形状和/或尺寸,实现变形部22在耳甲艇B内的过盈配合,从而保证与主体1配合实现对耳轮脚C的夹持,进而达到牢固佩戴耳机的目的。
进一步地,上述支撑部21为一截自主体1的边缘向耳朵方向延伸的柔性件,支撑部21向外延伸的长度以满足耳甲艇B的深度为准。具体地,上述变形部22连接于支撑部21的末端。
同时,上述变形部22为一截自支撑部21的末端向内、向主体1方向翻卷的弹性件,当耳机佩戴于耳朵时,变形部22能够过盈地塞置于耳甲艇B内,提高耳机于佩戴耳朵时的牢固性。具体地,变形部22的径向尺寸大于耳甲艇B,当变形部22塞置于耳甲艇B时,变形部22会被压缩变形并稳定地卡在耳甲艇B内,进而让耳机可以牢固地佩戴于耳朵,并让耳机具有良好的适配性。
其次,上述变形部22呈C形。
上述耳钩2在其长度延伸方向上包括第一钩部2a和第二钩部2b,第一钩部2a的尺寸大于第二钩部2b,且第一钩部2a的内侧配合主体1(如下述的出声部4)以夹持耳轮脚C,第二钩部2b的外侧与耳甲艇B的内壁贴合。
上述主体1面向耳朵的一面凸出形成有出声部4,出声部4与人耳的外耳道D相对设置且出声部4的端面设置有出声孔5,当耳机佩戴于耳朵时出声孔5对准外耳道D的入口;出声部4与耳钩2设置在主体1的相同侧面上。此外,主体1内置有耳机工作所需要的电路等元器件(常规设计,图中未示出),使得出声部4能够向外发出声波。
进一步地,上述主体1为覆盖在耳机壳体6面向耳朵一面的软质体,软质体与耳机壳体6可拆卸连接;上述的出声部4、耳钩2均成型于软质体上,也即出声部4与耳钩2一体成型,耳钩2的连接强度得以保证,也可以避免两者的连接位置存在不平顺的凸起等结构,让耳机佩戴于耳朵时更具舒适感;此外出声部4与耳钩2之间形成有上述的凹槽3。主体1与耳机壳体6可拆卸连接,可以实现耳机的两种不同材质零件的分别加工,而且主体1为与耳朵接触的零件,采用软质体制成后,其本身所具备的弹性可以提高耳机佩戴时的舒适性,同时可以满足耳钩2变形的需要。
同时,上述出声部4的侧面为曲面41,以达到贴合外耳道D入口内壁的目的,佩戴更加舒适。
其次,上述主体1为软胶类材质制成,如硅胶等。
此外,上述主体1也可以是耳机的整个外壳部分,则耳钩2则可以是通过焊接等方式一体连接在主体1上的硅胶件,使得主体1具有足够的硬度,而耳钩2则具有一定的弹性以进行变形。
上述凹槽3内设置有充电接口7,充电接口7连接于耳机内部的电路和电池,以实现耳机放置于耳机盒时对耳机的充电,同时充电接口7隐藏于凹槽3内,可以避免佩戴时的不适感。
上述耳机可以是蓝牙耳机。
上述主体1与耳甲腔A侧壁贴合的表面设置有过气槽8,过气槽8能够连通外耳道D与外界。通过在主体1与耳甲腔A侧面配合的位置设置过气槽8,使得外耳道D与外界有一条稳定的连通通道,当耳机向外耳道D发出声波引起空气震动时,多余空气可以沿着过气槽8进出外耳道D,可以有效减弱外耳道D内空气的震动,降低耳压,从而起到对耳朵(尤其是耳膜)的保护作用;其次,由于外耳道D内空气的震动减弱,让耳机发出的声波,尤其是其中的低频声波可以更加稳定地传播给用户,无需调整音量,无论佩戴松紧都能让各种用户长时间、稳定地体验低音;再者,由于过气槽8实现了耳机佩戴于耳朵时外耳道D与外界的连通,使得外耳道D与外界之间可以更好地通气,可以有效避免长时间佩戴耳机时导致的耳町潮湿油化、容易滋生细菌的问题。
进一步地,上述过气槽8为长条形的槽状结构,且过气槽8的深度可为0.2~0.5mm、宽度可为0.5~2mm。条形凹槽结构的过气槽8可以让过气槽可好地穿过主体1侧面的区域。
其次,上述过气槽8的宽度沿着远离主体1(也即上述的出声部4)的方向呈渐变增大的趋势,使得外耳道D与外界可以更好地通气,保证耳机发出的低频声波可以更加稳定地传播给用户。
再者,上述主体1(也即上述的出声部4)的上方、下方均设置有若干过气槽8,以分别对应耳甲艇B和耳甲腔A。上述过气槽8的方位布置,不仅可以提高耳机的美感,而且由于该位置主体1的宽度较小,可以让过气槽8设置得尽量短,提高美感的同时还可以提高佩戴的舒适感。
参考图4和图5所示,本发明的佩戴过程为:
将出声部4、耳钩2分别对准人体的耳甲腔A和耳甲艇B,并将耳机推入耳朵,使得出声部4贴紧耳甲腔A、其出声孔5对准外耳道D并伸入,并使得耳钩2嵌入耳甲艇B,耳钩2的变形部22被挤压变形以过盈地配合在耳甲艇B内,同时耳钩2与出声部4配合以夹紧耳轮脚C,完成耳机佩戴于耳朵。
参考图6所示,为本发明的第二实施例。
与第一实施例不同的是,在第二实施例中,上述变形部22呈螺旋形。呈螺旋形的变形部22在满足可压缩变形的同时,还可以让变形部22可以更加牢固地塞置于耳甲艇B内。
进一步地,上述变形部22可以呈阿基米德螺旋形。
通过上述方案,本发明通过其主体1配合在耳甲腔A内、耳钩2配合在耳甲艇B内,两者之间形成的凹槽3可以“抱住”耳朵的耳轮脚C,以使耳钩2与主体1配合而夹持住耳轮脚C,实现耳机在耳朵上的固定,且该佩戴方式新颖、佩戴牢固且无需插入外耳道、更加舒适;耳钩2具有弹性,其具有一定的变形量,可以适配不同个体的耳朵,具有良好的适配性;耳机佩戴于耳朵时,耳钩2隐藏于耳甲艇B内并被耳机的背面遮挡,不会影响耳机佩戴时的美观。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (20)

  1.  一种耳机,其特征在于:
    包括置于耳甲腔的主体和置于耳甲艇的耳钩,所述耳钩具有弹性;
    所述主体与所述耳钩之间形成有用于容置耳轮脚的凹槽;
    所述主体与所述耳钩配合以夹持耳轮脚而实现所述耳机的佩戴。
  2.  如权利要求1所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述耳钩的截面包括支撑部和变形部;所述支撑部分别连接所述主体和变形部。
  3.  如权利要求2所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述支撑部为一截自所述主体的边缘向耳朵方向延伸的柔性件。
  4.  如权利要求2所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述变形部为一截自所述支撑部的末端向内、向所述主体方向翻卷的弹性件。
  5.  如权利要求4所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述变形部的径向尺寸大于耳甲艇。
  6.  如权利要求4所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述变形部呈C形。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述变形部呈螺旋形。
  8.  如权利要求7所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述变形部呈阿基米德螺旋形。
  9.  如权利要求1所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述耳钩在其长度延伸方向上包括第一钩部和第二钩部,所述第一钩部的尺寸大于所述第二钩部,且所述第一钩部的内侧配合所述主体以夹持耳轮脚,所述第二钩部的外侧与耳甲艇的内壁贴合。
  10.  如权利要求1至9任一所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述主体面向耳朵的一面凸出形成有出声部,所述出声部与人耳的外耳道相对设置且所述出声部的端面设置有出声孔;所述出声部与所述耳钩设置在所述主体的相同侧面上。
  11.  如权利要求10所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述主体为覆盖在耳机壳体面向耳朵一面的软质体,所述软质体与所述耳机壳体可拆卸连接;所述出声部、耳钩均成型于所述软质体上,所述出声部与所述耳钩之间形成有所述凹槽。
  12.  如权利要求11所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述出声部的侧面为曲面。
  13.  如权利要求11所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述主体为硅胶材质制成。
  14.  如权利要求1所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述耳钩与所述主体一体连接,且所述耳钩为硅胶材质制成。
  15.  如权利要求1所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述凹槽内设置有充电接口。
  16.  如权利要求1所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述耳机是蓝牙耳机。
  17.  如权利要求1所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述主体与耳甲腔侧壁贴合的表面设置有过气槽,所述过气槽能够连通外耳道与外界。
  18.  如权利要求17所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述过气槽为长条形的槽状结构。
  19.  如权利要求18所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述过气槽的深度为0.2~0.5mm、宽度为0.5~2mm。
  20.  如权利要求17所述的一种耳机,其特征在于:
    所述过气槽的宽度沿着远离所述主体的方向呈渐变增大的趋势。
