본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 청소 로봇 제어 장치 및 청소 로봇 제어 방법이 공개된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 장치는 작업툴 주변의 열화상을 획득하고, 열화상 신호를 출력하는 열화상 카메라, 상기 작업툴 주변의 영상을 획득하고, 영상 신호를 출력하는 영상 카메라, 지정 지점에 레이저를 조사하는 레이저 포인터, 및 상기 열화상 신호에 기초하여 상기 지정 지점을 파악하고, 상기 레이저 포인터를 제어하며, 상기 영상 신호를 이용하여 상기 작업툴이 상기 지정 지점을 중심으로 원운동을 하도록 상기 작업툴을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
Description
본 출원은 청소 로봇을 제어하는 청소 로봇 제어 장치 및 청소 로봇의 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 제철 공정을 수행하는 설비 내부의 노즐 사이에 쌓인 분진 퇴적물을 제거하는 청소 로봇의 제어 장치 및 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.
제철 공정을 수행하는 설비에는 다양한 형태의 분진 퇴적물이 쌓이게 된다. 예를 들면, 분광 형태의 철광석에 용융로에서 발생한 환원 가스를 불어넣어 유동시켜서 환원철을 생산하는 설비인 유동로 내부에는 노즐이 존재하며, 설비를 운영함에 따라 노즐 주변으로 분진 퇴적물이 쌓이게 된다. 이러한 분진 퇴적물을 제거하지 않으면, 환원 가스의 압력 손실이 발생하고, 가스 유동이 원활하지 못하게 되어 환원효율이 낮아지는 등의 문제가 발생된다. 따라서, 이러한 분진 등을 제거할 필요가 있다.

본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 방법의 상기 작업툴을 제어하는 단계는 상기 중심 위치로 레이저를 조사하는 단계, 및 상기 유동로 내부의 영상을 획득하고, 상기 영상을 이용하여 상기 작업툴을 이동시키는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 청소 로봇이 청소하는 설비의 일예를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이고, 도 2는 도 1에 나타낸 노즐의 단면도를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇이 청소하는 설비의 경우, 복수개의 노즐들(1)을 포함할 수 있다. 노즐들 각각의 중심부(C)에는 홀이 배치될 수 있다.
도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 노즐들(1) 주변으로 분진 퇴적물이 쌓여있을 수 있으며, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 장치가 적용되는 청소 로봇은 이러한 분진 퇴적물을 제거하는 것일 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 장치가 적용되는 청소 로봇의 일실시예의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면으로서, 청소 로봇은 제어 장치(100), 작업툴(200), 매니퓰레이터(manipulator)(300), 본체부(400), 및 작동툴(500)을 포함할 수 있다.
제어 장치(100)는 센서 및 제어기 등으로 구성될 수 있으며, 작업툴(200)의 위치를 제어하거나, 작업툴(200)의 위치에 따라 작업툴(200)로 인가되는 힘을 조정할 수 있다. 제어 장치(100)의 구체적인 구성이나 동작은 도 4 내지 10 등을 참조하여 후술한다.
작업툴(200)은 매니퓰레이터(300)의 끝단에 설치되어 설비에 형성된 퇴적물을 제거하고 수거할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 작업툴(200)은 회전날 등을 포함하는 회전 블레이드 및 흡입기 등을 포함할 수 있으며, 회전 블레이드를 회전시켜 퇴적물을 분쇄한 후, 흡입기 등을 이용하여 분쇄된 퇴적물을 수거할 수 있다.
매니퓰레이터(300)는 복수개의 암들과(310, 320, 330) 복수개의 회전형 액츄에이터(340, 350)을 포함할 수 있다. 회전형 액츄에이터(340, 350)는 제어 장치(100)의 제어에 따라 작동될 수 있으며, 이로 인해 매니퓰레이터(300)는 작업툴(200)을 원하는 위치로 이동시킬 수 있다. 도시하지는 않았지만, 암(330)에는 작업툴(200)을 수직 방향으로 이동시키기 위한 액츄에이터가 포함될 수 있으며, 암(330)과 작업툴(200) 사이에는 압력 센서가 배치될 수도 있다.
본체부(400)는 로봇 본체(410)와 이동부(420)를 포함할 수 있다. 로봇 본체(410)는 매니퓰레이터(300) 또는 작업툴(200)을 제어하기 위한 다양한 구성요소들이 배치될 수 있다. 이동부(420)는 로봇 본체(410)를 포함한 청소 로봇을 원하는 장소로 이동시킬 수 있다.
작동툴(500)은 조이스틱(joystick)과 같은 레버형 입력장치일 수 있으며, 매니퓰레이터(300)를 조정하기 위한 신호를 출력할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 장치의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면으로서, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 장치(100)는 열화상 카메라(110), 영상 카메라(120), 레이저 포인터(130), 센서부(140) 및 제어부(150)를 포함할 수 있다.
열화상 카메라(110)는 작업툴(200)과 인접한 위치, 예를 들면, 작업툴(200)이 연결된 암(330)에 부착될 수 있으며, 작업툴(200)이 이동할 수 있는 범위에 대한 열화상을 획득하고, 열화상 정보를 포함하는 열화상 신호를 출력할 수 있다.
영상 카메라(120)는 작업툴(200)과 인접한 위치, 예를 들면, 작업툴(200)이 연결된 암(330)에 부착될 수 있으며, 작업툴(200)이 이동할 수 있는 범위에 대한 영상을 획득하고, 영상 정보를 포함하는 영상 신호를 출력할 수 있다.
레이저 포인터(130)는 작업툴(200)과 인접한 위치, 예를 들면, 작업툴(200)이 연결된 암(330)에 부착될 수 있으며, 제어부(150)의 제어에 따라 일정 지점에 레이저를 조사할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 레이저 포인터(130)는 노즐(1)의 중심부(C)에 레이저를 조사할 수 있다.
센서부(140)는 매니퓰레이터(300)의 각종 액츄에이터나, 기타 필요한 위치에 배치될 수 있으며, 설치된 위치에서의 압력 등을 측정하고, 측정된 압력에 대한 정보를 제어부(150)에 제공할 수 있다.
제어부(150)는 열화상 카메라(110)로부터 입력된 열화상 신호, 영상 카메라(120)로부터 입력된 영상 신호, 및 센서부(140)로부터 입력된 압력 정보 등을 이용하여 레이저 포인터(130) 및 작업툴(200)의 위치 및 동작 등을 제어할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제어부(150)는 열화상 신호, 영상 신호, 및 압력 정보에 응답하여 매니퓰레이터(300)의 각종 액츄에이터 및 작업툴(200)의 회전 블레이드 등의 동작을 제어할 수 있다. 제어부(150)는 작업툴(200)과 인접한 위치, 예를 들면, 작업툴(200)이 연결된 암(330)에 부착될 수도 있고, 로봇 본체(410)에 배치될 수도 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 장치가, 청소 로봇의 작업툴을 움직이는 방법을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
먼저, 제어부(150)는 노즐의 위치를 파악하고, 노즐의 위치를 이용하여 작업툴을 일정 지점(예를 들면, 도 5의 P1)으로 이동시킨다.
다음으로, 제어부(150)는 작업툴(200)이 상기 노즐의 중심을 중심점으로 원운동을 하도록 제어할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제어부(150)는 작업툴의 현재의 위치가 P1라면, 다음 위치가 P2가 되도록 작업툴의 위치를 제어할 수 있다. 이때, 제어부(150)는 상기 노즐의 중심(P0)으로 레이저가 조사되도록 레이저 포인터(130)를 제어할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 방법을 설명하기 위한 동작 흐름도이다. 도 6에 나타낸 각 단계는 제어부(150)에 의해 수행될 수 있다.
먼저, 제어부(150)는 열화상 카메라(110)로부터 입력된 열화상 신호를 이용하여 노즐의 위치를 파악할 수 있다(S100 단계). 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 설비에는 분진 퇴적물이 쌓여있기 때문에 노즐의 위치를 파악하는 것이 용이하지 않다. 그러나, 노즐의 온도가 다른 부분과 다르기 때문에, 열화상 신호를 이용하면 노즐의 위치를 파악할 수 있다. 이때, 제어부(150)는 영상 카메라(120)로부터 입력된 영상 신호를 추가적으로 고려하여 노즐의 위치를 파악할 수도 있다.
다음으로, 제어부(150)는 레이저 포인터(130)를 이용하여 노즐의 중심부에 레이저를 조사할 수 있다(S200 단계).
다음으로, 제어부(150)는 영상 카메라(120)로부터 입력된 영상 신호를 이용하여 작업툴(200)의 위치를 제어할 수 있다(S300 단계). 예를 들면, 도 5에서 설명한 것과 같이, 제어부(150)는 먼저 레이저 포인터(130)에서 조사된 레이저를 이용하여 노즐의 중심 위치를 파악하고, 작업툴(200)이 노즐의 중심을 중심점으로 원운동을 하도록 매니퓰레이터(300)를 제어할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 장치의 제어 동작을 설명하기 위한 도면으로서, 제어부(150)의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다. 제어부(150)는 스티프니스(stiffness) 모델(151), 프릭션(friction) 모델(152), 제어기(153), 및 피드백부(154)를 포함할 수 있으며, 도 8에 나타낸 제어부(150)의 구성들 각각은 하드웨어적인 구성으로 구현될 수도 있고, 소프트웨어적으로 구현될 수도 있다. 또한, 도 7에서 액츄에이터(155)는 도 3의 매니퓰레이터(300)를 구성하는 복수개의 액츄에이터들 중 하나 이상일 수 있다. 또한, 도 7의 액츄에이터(155)는 작업툴(200)을 수평 방향으로 움직이는 구성일 수 있다.
도 7에서, X_d는 작업툴이 위치하기를 원하는 목표 위치를, X_m은 작업툴의 실제 위치를, P_A는 작업툴을 제1 방향으로 움직이도록 하는 액츄에이터의 압력인 제1 압력을, P_B는 작업툴을 제1 방향과 상이한 제2 방향으로 움직이도록 하는 액츄에이터의 압력인 제2 압력을 각각 나타낸다. 상기 제1 방향과 상기 제2 방향은 서로 직교하는 방향일 수도 있고, 서로 반대 방향일 수도 있다.
먼저, 작업툴의 목표 위치(X_d)와 실제 위치(X_m)의 위치 오차(e_x)를 구한다. 실제 위치(X_m)는 작업툴을 제어하는 액츄에이터들(예를 들면, 도 3의 매니퓰레이터(300)를 구성하는 액츄에이터들)의 상태를 검출하여 파악할 수 있다. 또한, 목표 위치(X_d)는 작동툴(도 3의 500)로부터 입력되는 신호에 기초하여 파악할 수 있다.
다음으로, 위치 오차(e_x)를 스티프니스(stiffness) 모델(151) 및 프릭션(friction) 모델(152)에 입력시켜 제1 오차(e_1) 및 제2 오차(e_2)를 구한다. 도 8은 스티프니스 모델(151)의 일실시예이며, 도 9는 프릭션 모델(152)의 일실시예이다. 스티프니스(stiffness) 모델(151) 및 프릭션(friction) 모델(152) 각각은 입력되는 위치 오차(e_x)에 대응하는 제1 오차(e_1) 및 제2 오차(e_2)를 출력한다.
다음으로, 제1 오차(e_1) 및 제2 오차(e_2)를 합산하여 목표 힘(f_d)을 구한다.
또한, 피드백부(154) 제1 압력(P_A)과 제2 압력(P_B)의 압력 차이를 측정 힘(f_m)으로 구하고, 제어기(153)는 측정 힘(f_m)이 목표 힘(f_d)이 되도록 제1 압력(P_A)과 제2 압력(P_A)을 조정한다. 이를 위한 제어기(153)는 PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative) 제어기 또는 PI 제어기 등이 사용될 수 있다.
이와 같은 구성을 통해, 작업툴의 목표 위치와 작업툴의 실제 위치의 차이가 작아짐에 따라, 작업툴에 가해지는 힘도 작아지도록 액츄에이터가 제어된다. 즉, 작업툴이 목표 위치에 가까워지는 경우에는 일반적을 노즐 등 청소할 대상물(예를 들면, 노즐 등)에 가까워지는 경우이다. 따라서 목표물에 가까워진 경우에는 액츄에이터가 작업툴에 가해지는 힘도 작아지도록 함으로써, 작업툴이 청소할 대상물에 부딪치더라도 작업툴이 큰 힘을 받지 않게 된다. 이로 인해 작업툴이 손상되는 것이 방지될 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 청소 로봇 제어 장치의 제어 동작을 설명하기 위한 도면으로서, 제어부(150)의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다. 제어부(150)는 제어기(156) 및 피드백부(157)를 포함할 수 있으며, 도 10에 나타낸 제어부의 구성들 각각은 하드웨어 모듈로 구현될 수도 있고, 소프트웨어 모듈로 구현될 수도 있다. 도 10의 서보 밸브(158) 및 선형 액츄에이터(159)는 도 3의 매니퓰레이터(300)를 구성하는 복수개의 액츄에이터들 중 하나 이상일 수 있다. 구체적으로, 서보 밸브(158) 및 선형 액츄에이터(159)는 작업툴(200)을 상하로 움직이는 구성일 수 있다.
도 10에서, P_C는 작업툴을 제3 방향으로 움직이도록 하는 제3 압력을, P_D는 작업툴을 제3 방향과 상이한 제4 방향으로 움직이도록 하는 제4 압력을 각각 나타낸다. 제3 방향과 제4 방향은 서로 반대 방향일 수 있다.
먼저, 제어부(150)로 목표 압력(P_d)이 입력된다. 목표 압력(P_d)은 사전에 설정될 수 있으며, 분진 퇴적물을 제거하면서도 작업툴(200)이나 노즐(1) 등이 손상되지 않을 수 있는 압력값일 수 있다.
피드백부(157)는 제3 압력(P_C)과 제4 압력(P_D)의 차이를 측정 압력(P_m)을 출력한다. 제어기(156)는 측정 압력(P_m)이 목표 압력(P_d)이 되도록 서보 밸브(156)를 제어할 수 있다. 이를 위한 제어기(156)는 PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative) 제어기 또는 PI 제어기 등이 사용될 수 있다. 이와 같은 방법으로, 제어부(150)는 매니퓰레이터와 작업툴 사이의 압력이 일정한 압력을 유지하도록 할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 본 발명은 전술한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의해 한정되는 것이 아니고 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의해 한정되며, 본 발명의 구성은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 그 구성을 다양하게 변경 및 개조할 수 있다는 것을 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 쉽게 알 수 있다.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는상기 센서부로부터 측정된 압력이 일정한 압력을 유지하도록 상기 매니퓰레이터를 제어하는 청소 로봇 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 청소 로봇 제어 장치는상기 복수개의 액츄에이터 중 적어도 하나 이상의 액츄에이터의 압력을 측정하는 센서부를 더 포함하는 청소 로봇 제어 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는상기 센서부로부터 측정된 압력에 응답하여, 상기 작업툴의 목표 위치와 상기 작업툴의 실제 위치의 차이가 작아짐에 따라, 상기 작업툴에 대하여 작용하는 힘이 작아지도록 제어하는 청소 로봇 제어 장치.
- 분광 형태의 철광석에 용융로에서 발생한 환원 가스를 불어넣어 유동시켜서 환원철을 생산하는 설비인 유동로 내부를 청소하는 청소 로봇을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,상기 유동로 내부의 열화상을 획득하고, 상기 열화상을 이용하여 상기 유동로 내부에 설치된 노즐의 위치를 판단하는 단계;상기 노즐의 위치에 따라 상기 청소 로봇의 작업툴을 이동시키는 단계; 및상기 유동로 내부의 영상을 획득하고, 상기 영상을 이용하여 상기 작업툴이 원운동을 하도록 작업툴을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 청소 로봇 제어 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 작업툴을 제어하는 단계는상기 중심 위치로 레이저를 조사하는 단계; 및상기 유동로 내부의 영상을 획득하고, 상기 영상을 이용하여 상기 작업툴을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 청소 로봇 제어 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 청소 로봇은복수개의 암과 복수개의 액츄에이터로 구성되는 매니퓰레이터; 및상기 매니퓰레이터의 끝단에 배치되는 작업툴을 포함하는 청소 로봇 제어 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 청소 로봇 제어 방법은상기 매니퓰레이터와 상기 작업툴 사이의 압력이 일정한 압력이 되도록 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하는 청소 로봇 제어 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 청소 로봇은레버형 입력 장치로서, 상기 작업툴의 작동을 제어하는 작동툴을 더 포함하는 청소 로봇 제어 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 청소 로봇 제어 방법은상기 작업툴의 목표 위치와 상기 작업툴의 실제 위치의 차이를 감지하는 단계; 및상기 차이가 작아질수록, 상기 작업툴에 인가되는 힘이 작아지도록 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하는 청소 로봇 제어 방법.
