Abstract
L'invention concerne un catalyseur de nettoyage de gaz d'échappement pour le nettoyage de gaz d'échappement déchargés à partir d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant : un substrat de type wall-flow ayant, délimité par une paroi de séparation poreuse, une cellule côté introduction, la partie d'extrémité sur le côté d'introduction de gaz d'échappement est ouverte, et adjacente à la cellule côté introduction, une cellule côté décharge, la partie d'extrémité sur le côté de décharge de gaz d'échappement est ouverte; et une couche de catalyseur formée à l'intérieur de la paroi de séparation. La couche de catalyseur comprend une première région formée de manière à suivre la direction dans laquelle la paroi de séparation s'étend à partir de la partie d'extrémité du côté d'introduction de gaz d'échappement, une seconde région formée de manière à suivre la direction dans laquelle la paroi de séparation s'étend à partir de la partie d'extrémité du côté de décharge de gaz d'échappement, et une troisième région dans laquelle la première région et la seconde région se chevauchent l'une l'autre. Le rapport (Din/Dmid), du diamètre de pore Din est calculé à partir de la distribution de pores dans la première région, sur le diamètre de pore Dmid calculé à partir de la distribution de pores dans la troisième région, est de 1,2 ou plus.
