Description
本发明属于环保除尘技术领域,具体涉及一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置。
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平和生活质量都在不断的提高,且无论是生产还是生活,人们的节奏都在不断的加快,无论是生产还是生活大多都实现了智能化和自动化,且对于环境的质量要求也越来越高,这就促生了除尘设备的产生。工厂加工生产所产生的废气含有大量的灰尘、有害物质等,直接排放进空气中会严重危害环境,故需要进行过滤净化处理。现有的很多粉尘治理设备多存在着净化效率不高、效果不好等问题,影响了使用的效果,需要不断的进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,包括主体支架,还包括箱体和加强支架,所述的箱体位于主体支架上部,所述的加强支架位于主体支架下部,所述的箱体底部连接有灰斗,灰斗底部连接有卸灰组件,所述的灰斗和卸灰组件设于主体支架和加强支架所围的空间内。
进一步的,所述的主体支架上还固定有控制装置。
进一步的,所述的箱体上设有进风口和出风口,箱体的内部分为进风腔、除尘腔和出风腔,所述的进风口与进风腔连通,所述的出风口与出风腔连通。
进一步的,所述的箱体底部上还设有引气斗,所述的灰斗上还设有进风管,所述的引气斗和进风管间通过进风调节阀连接。
进一步的,所述的灰斗与除尘腔相连通,所述的除尘腔内设有除尘滤袋,所述的除尘腔内壁上位于除尘滤袋的两侧设有移动滑轨,移动滑轨上设有空气喷吹装置,所述的除尘滤袋顶部设有连接杆,连接杆的另一端与箱体相连,所述的除尘滤袋正上方的箱体上还设有除尘滤袋更换口。
进一步的,所述的箱体顶部还设有提升阀,所述的引气斗一端与进风腔相连,其相连处设有一可开合的进风挡板,所述的进风挡板由提升阀控制开合。
进一步的,所述的进风调节阀、空气喷吹装置、提升阀均与控制装置相连。
进一步的,所述的进风腔位于箱体的中心,所述的除尘腔位于进风腔的两侧,所述的出风腔位于进风腔的正上方,呈T型分部,所述的进风腔与除尘腔、出风腔间不直接连通。

一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,包括主体支架1,还包括箱体101和加强支架102,所述的箱体101位于主体支架1上部,所述的加强支架102位于主体支架1下部,所述的箱体101底部连接有灰斗3,灰斗3底部连接有卸灰组件4,所述的灰斗3和卸灰组件4设于主体支架1和加强支架102所围的空间内。
进一步的,所述的主体支架1上还固定有控制装置2。
进一步的,所述的箱体101上设有进风口7和出风口8,箱体101的内部分为进风腔5、除尘腔14和出风腔6,所述的进风口7与进风腔5连通,所述的出风口8与出风腔6连通。
进一步的,所述的箱体101底部上还设有引气斗9,所述的灰斗3上还设有进风管11,所述的引气斗9和进风管11间通过进风调节阀10连接。
进一步的,所述的灰斗3与除尘腔14相连通,所述的除尘腔14内设有除尘滤袋13,所述的除尘腔14内壁上位于除尘滤袋13的两侧设有移动滑轨15,移动滑轨15上设有空气喷吹装置16,所述的除尘滤袋13顶部设有连接杆17,连接杆17的另一端与箱体101相连,所述的除尘滤袋13正上方的箱体101上还设有除尘滤袋更换口18。
进一步的,所述的箱体101顶部还设有提升阀19,所述的引气斗9一端与进风腔5相连,其相连处设有一可开合的进风挡板12,所述的进风挡板12由提升阀19控制开合。
进一步的,所述的进风调节阀10、空气喷吹装置16、提升阀19均与控制装置2相连。
进一步的,所述的进风腔5位于箱体101的中心,所述的除尘腔14位于进风腔5的两侧,所述的出风腔6位于进风腔5的正上方,呈T型分部,所述的进风腔5与除尘腔14、出风腔间6不直接连通。
本发明装置的使用原理是:待处理的废气通过进风口7进入到装置内的进风腔5中,此时进风挡板12常开,气体经过进风挡板12开口流入到引气斗9内,这时控制装置2根据实际的处理设定对进风调节阀10进行气体流量调节,调整废气的流入量,随后废气流入到灰斗3内,在废气向上升流进除尘腔14内时,颗粒杂质等因重力因素会下沉到灰斗3底部,并被卸灰组件4收集卸出,含有小颗粒的废气进一步上升与除尘滤袋13接触,除尘滤袋13实现对废气的进一步过滤,被过滤的气体进入到除尘滤袋13内部,并由除尘滤袋13的顶部流入到出风腔6内,并最终由出风腔6上的出风口8排出,完成了废气净化除尘操作。在具体使用时,每两个灰斗3为一组,共用同一个引气斗9,每组均由同一个进风挡板12控制进气与否,当长期进行除尘后,部分除尘滤袋13会被粉尘颗粒吸附填满,大大降低了净化效果,此时控制装置2先控制提升阀19提升,将进风挡板12闭合,然后再控制空气喷吹装置16在移动滑轨15上上下移动,用压缩空气对除尘滤袋13进行脉冲除尘,喷射的压缩空气使得除尘滤袋13发生高频振动变形,除尘滤袋13外部吸附的尘饼脱落落入灰斗3内,除尘完成后控制装置2控制提升阀19下降,将进风挡板12打开,继续进行此组的除尘操作,接着按照上述操作清理下一组内的除尘滤袋13,此方式能够实现装置的持续运行,并能够完成设备的自净化目的。当除尘滤袋13使用时间过久需要更换时,设备停止后,将箱体101上的除尘滤袋更换口18打开,通过连接杆17将除尘滤袋13进行取出更换即可。本发明装置能够长期可靠运行,随主机运转率达100%,阻力小于1200Pa,滤料的寿命在12月以上,废气处理后排放含尘浓度<5mg/m
3。

- 一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,包括主体支架,其特征在于,还包括箱体和加强支架,所述的箱体位于主体支架上部,所述的加强支架位于主体支架下部,所述的箱体底部连接有灰斗,灰斗底部连接有卸灰组件,所述的灰斗和卸灰组件设于主体支架和加强支架所围的空间内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,其特征在于,所述的主体支架上还固定有控制装置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,其特征在于,所述的箱体上设有进风口和出风口,箱体的内部分为进风腔、除尘腔和出风腔,所述的进风口与进风腔连通,所述的出风口与出风腔连通。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,其特征在于,所述的箱体底部上还设有引气斗,所述的灰斗上还设有进风管,所述的引气斗和进风管间通过进风调节阀连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,其特征在于,所述的灰斗与除尘腔相连通,所述的除尘腔内设有除尘滤袋,所述的除尘腔内壁上位于除尘滤袋的两侧设有移动滑轨,移动滑轨上设有空气喷吹装置,所述的除尘滤袋顶部设有连接杆,连接杆的另一端与箱体相连,所述的除尘滤袋正上方的箱体上还设有除尘滤袋更换口。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,其特征在于,所述的箱体顶部还设有提升阀,所述的引气斗一端与进风腔相连,其相连处设有一可开合的进风挡板,所述的进风挡板由提升阀控制开合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,其特征在于,所述的进风调节阀、空气喷吹装置、提升阀均与控制装置相连。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种高效自动化粉尘治理装置,其特征在于,所述的进风腔位于箱体的中心,所述的除尘腔位于进风腔的两侧,所述的出风腔位于进风腔的正上方,呈T型分部,所述的进风腔与除尘腔、出风腔间不直接连通。
