如图3-10所示,所述按压组件20包括依次布置的活塞21、螺杆22、弹性件23、棘轮24、棘齿25、棘齿座26和按钮27,所述棘齿座26固定插设于螺母30内,螺杆啮合插设于螺母内,螺杆一端伸出螺母一端外侧,活塞21固设于螺杆一端且其圆周外侧壁与 笔身内壁动密封,棘轮24圆周方向止动且轴向能够滑动套设于螺杆外侧,棘齿25设于棘齿座26上且棘齿座将棘齿限制在笔身内,棘齿25能够带动棘轮24单向旋转,弹性件23能保持棘轮与棘齿紧密结合,棘齿25另一端还轴向止动设有一按钮。所述弹性件23一端与螺母30定位,弹性件另一端紧抵棘轮24一端端面,棘齿25轴向能够滑动设定距离且圆周方向止动插设于棘齿座26内,棘齿一端套设于棘轮另一端外侧,棘轮另一端均匀间隔设有若干齿槽,棘齿一端内侧设有与棘轮上齿槽匹配的轴向单面斜齿,棘齿上的轴向单面斜齿紧抵棘轮另一端齿槽内壁。按压按钮27,按压力带动棘齿25轴向滑动,进而带动棘轮24和螺杆22单向旋转,螺杆22和螺母30之间通过螺牙结构而使得螺杆相对于螺母上升,活塞21同步上升,推动容置空间内的化妆物料至刷头11供消费者使用;按压时弹性件23被压缩,该弹性件可为弹簧或橡胶套等,按压力消失时,弹性件恢复其常规状态,使得棘轮恢复初始状态。
如图11和12所示,所述螺母30的末端设有一圈止档部33,其靠近末端处的外侧设有两圈平行的卡点,分别为第一卡点31和第二卡点32,所述笔身40靠近末端处设有分别与第一卡点、第二卡点相互卡合的第一卡槽41、第二卡槽42,卡环取下前,所述第一卡点31卡合于第二卡槽42内,当取下卡环并推动螺母移动距离H后,所述第一卡点31卡合于第一卡槽41,第二卡点32卡合于第二卡槽42,笔身的末端抵靠于螺母的止档部33。
如图13所示,所述卡环60大致呈U型结构的弹性体,且其两末端向外侧弯曲,该卡环的厚度为H。安装时,将卡环60的开口端卡于螺母的止档部33与第二卡点32之间,挤压使卡环开口端扩大进而卡环卡紧于螺母,取下时,拉住卡环末端的弯曲部将卡环推出螺母。
本发明的操作过程:如图14所示,图中的箭头表示各组件的 组装方向及组装顺序;
组装过程:先将按压组件20和螺母30组装好后,将厚度为H的卡环60卡在螺母第二卡点32和止档部33之间,然后套上笔身40,使螺母30上的第一卡点31卡于笔身的第二卡槽42内,螺母末端抵于所述卡环60上,再灌装化妆物料,并在容置空间内留有高度为H的空隙,最后将刷头组件10装于笔身40的颈部,盖上笔盖50即可;
使用过程:将化妆笔的刷头组件10竖直向上握住,取下笔盖50,拔出卡环60,向上推到螺母30,螺母带到按压组件20上升,直至螺母的第一卡点31卡合于笔身的第一卡槽41,第二卡点32卡合于第二卡槽42,笔身的末端抵靠于螺母的止档部33,此时可一次性将容置空间内的空隙全部排出,然后再按压按钮27,按压力带动棘齿轴向滑动,进而带动棘轮24和螺杆22单向旋转,螺杆22和螺母30之间通过螺牙结构而使得螺杆相对于螺母上升,活塞21同步上升,推动容置空间内的化妆物料至刷头11供消费者使用;按压时弹性件23被压缩,该弹性件可为弹簧或橡胶套等,按压力消失时,弹性件恢复其常规状态,使得棘轮恢复初始状态,通过多次按压按钮27满足消费者的使用需求。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:包括同轴设置的刷头组件(10)、按压组件(20)、螺母(30)、笔身(40)和笔盖(50),所述刷头组件(10)固设于笔身(40)的首端,所述笔盖(50)可拆卸地套设于刷头组件,且其开口端套于所述笔身的外侧,所述按压组件(20)的一端密封插设于笔身的内侧,其另一端突出于笔身末端,所述按压组件(20)和刷头组件(10)之间的笔身内部形成用于存放化妆物料(70)的容置空间,所述螺母(30)套设于按压组件(20)外侧且其首端与按压组件的一端啮合,所述螺母(30)靠近末端处的外侧与笔身末端的内侧卡合固定,所述螺母末端与笔身末端之间具有高度为H的间隙,且间隙内刚好可拆卸地卡入卡环(60)用于定位螺母,首次使用时取下卡环(60),推动螺母,螺母带动按压组件(20)朝向刷头组件端移动距离H后,螺母(30)再次与笔身(40)卡合,再通过按压按压组件(20)的另一端将容置空间内的化妆物料(70)挤压至刷头组件(10)用于化妆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:所述螺母(30)的末端设有一圈止档部(33),其靠近末端处的外侧设有两圈平行的卡点,分别为第一卡点(31)和第二卡点(32),所述笔身(40)靠近末端处设有分别与第一卡点、第二卡点相互卡合的第一卡槽(41)、第二卡槽(42),卡环取下前,所述第一卡点(31)卡合于第二卡槽(42)内,当取下卡环并推动螺母移动距离H后,所述第一卡点(31)卡合于第一卡槽(41),第二卡点(32)卡合于第二卡槽(42),笔身的末端抵靠于螺母的止档部(33)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:所述卡环(60)大致呈U型结构的弹性体,且其两末端向外侧弯曲, 该卡环的厚度为H。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:灌装时,所述笔身的容置空间内灌装化妆物料后,化妆物料的最高点与刷头组件另一端之间具有空隙,该空隙的高度小于等于H。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:所述笔身(40)的首端具有颈部,所述刷头组件(10)安装于颈部内,该空隙位于化妆物料的最高点与颈部的最低点之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:所述刷头组件(10)包括刷头(11)、刷套(12)和刷套座(13),所述刷头安装于刷套(12)内,所述刷套固设于刷套座(13)内,所述刷套座(13)固设于笔身的首端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:所述刷套座(13)上设有引料管,该引料管插设于刷头的内部用于将笔身容置空间内的化妆物料引至刷头(11)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:所述按压组件(20)包括依次布置的活塞(21)、螺杆(22)、弹性件(23)、棘轮(24)、棘齿(25)、棘齿座(26)和按钮(27),所述棘齿座(26)固定插设于螺母(30)内,螺杆啮合插设于螺母内,螺杆一端伸出螺母一端外侧,活塞(21)固设于螺杆一端且其圆周外侧壁与笔身内壁动密封,棘轮(24)圆周方向止动且轴向能够滑动套设于螺杆外侧,棘齿(25)设于棘齿座(26)上且棘齿座将棘齿限制在笔身内,棘齿(25)能够带动棘轮(24)单向旋转,弹性件(23)能保持棘轮与棘齿紧密结合,棘齿(25)另一端还轴向止动设有一按钮(27)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的按压式液体化妆笔,其特征在于:所述弹性件(23)一端与螺母(30)定位,弹性件另一端紧抵棘轮(24) 一端端面,棘齿(25)轴向能够滑动设定距离且圆周方向止动插设于棘齿座(26)内,棘齿一端套设于棘轮另一端外侧,棘轮另一端均匀间隔设有若干齿槽,棘齿一端内侧设有与棘轮上齿槽匹配的轴向单面斜齿,棘齿上的轴向单面斜齿紧抵棘轮另一端齿槽内壁。
