需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本发明实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种扬声器模组,该扬声器模组能够用于耳机、手机等能够发声的设备。
请结合参考图1至图3,扬声器模组包括外壳10和扬声器单体20,外壳10内形成有收容腔13,且外壳10设有与收容腔13连通的出声孔113,扬声器单体20设于收容腔13内,并将收容腔13隔设为前声腔131和后声腔132,出声孔113设于前声腔131。本实施例中,扬声器单体20包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括振膜以及固定于振膜一侧的音圈,振膜包括中心部、围绕中心部设置的折环部以及围绕折环部设置的固定部,振膜还可以包括结合于中心部的复合层。磁路系统包括导磁轭,导磁轭上设有内磁路部分和外磁路部分,两者之间形成容纳音圈的磁间隙。其中,一种情况下,内磁路部分包括设于导磁轭的中央位置的中心磁铁和设于中心磁铁上的中心导磁板,外磁路部分包括设于导磁轭的边缘位置的边磁铁和设于边磁铁上的边导磁板。扬声器单体20还可包括辅助系统,辅助系统包括壳体,壳体用于收容固 定振动系统和磁路系统。此外,辅助系统还可包括前盖,前盖结合于壳体的上方,前盖和壳体围合成扬声器单体20的保护框架。当然,在一些情况下,扬声器单体20也可不包括辅助系统。
请结合参考图4,进一步地,扬声器模组还包括隔板31,隔板31将后声腔132隔设为第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322,隔板31与外壳10一体注塑成型。可以想到的是,由于第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322是连通的,故在隔板31上设有通孔以起到连通作用。本实施例中,扬声器单体20位于第一后腔1321,第二后腔1322填充有吸音颗粒,隔板31将吸音颗粒封装在第二后腔1322内,从而阻止吸音颗粒进入第一后腔1321。该实施例中,吸音颗粒为天然沸石粉、白炭黑、活性炭等其中的一者或多者的混合物,当然,吸音颗粒还可采用其它的材质,只要能够起到吸音效果即可。
本发明中,通过设置隔板31将扬声器模组的后声腔132隔设为第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322,吸音颗粒是直接填充到第二后腔1322内的,吸音颗粒不用经过单独封装,因此能够保证吸音颗粒填充到第二后腔1322内的各个角落,可大大提高吸音颗粒的数量,增强吸音效果。并且,第二后腔1322通过隔板31而与第一后腔1321隔绝,隔板31将吸音颗粒阻挡在第二后腔1322内,可防止吸音颗粒进入第一后腔1321进而进入扬声器单体20。同时,由于起到隔离作用的隔板31是与外壳10一体成型的,相较于隔板31与外壳10分体设置而言,一体成型的方式通过模具一次成型,免去了后续组装工序,简化了扬声器模组的安装程序。对于隔板31与外壳10分体设置而言,在一些示例中为能够固定隔板31,在外壳10内表面设置两夹持壁来夹持隔板31,由于夹持壁的设置导致后声腔132内空间减小,故减小了吸音颗粒的填充空间,而该一体成型的方式,能够减少甚至免去夹持壁的设置,因而能够大大减少对后声腔132空间的占用,增大吸音颗粒的灌装空间。
具体地,外壳10包括上壳11和下壳12,上壳11和下壳12围合形成收容腔13,扬声器单体20与上壳11共同围成前声腔131,扬声器单体20、下壳12和上壳11共同围合形成后声腔132。可选地,扬声器单体20与上壳11之间粘接固定。本实施例中,隔板31与下壳12一体注塑成型,隔板31的远离下壳12的一端则与上壳11抵接,从而实现第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322 的隔离。本实施例中,由于隔板31与下壳12一体成型,隔板31与下壳12之间不存在安装间隙,两者之间的一致性更好,当上壳11和下壳12进行组装时,仅需要考虑隔板31与上壳11之间的装配即可,由于不需要同时考虑隔板31和上壳11以及隔板31和下壳12之间的装配,因此在与上壳11进行装配时的一致性更好,利于自动化装配,装配所产生的间隙更少,因此产品质量更容易保证。
请结合参考图5,进一步地,上壳11设有插槽112,插槽112位于后声腔132,隔板31与插槽112插接。通过设置插槽112供隔板31插接的方式,能够对隔板31起到限位作用,避免隔板31发生偏移,可以起到更好的隔离效果。可选地,隔板31与插槽112紧配插合,从而实现更好的密封,阻止吸音颗粒从隔板31与插槽112之间的连接缝隙通过。本实施例中,下壳12呈板状设置,上壳11呈朝下壳12敞口的空腔状,并包括相互连接的底壁114和周壁115,底壁114与下壳12相对设置,周壁115沿着底壁114的周缘延伸而呈环状,下壳12盖设于周壁115的远离底壁114的一端。可选地,插槽112包括位于周壁115的相对的两个壁面上的部分,如此在将隔板31朝上壳11插装时,隔板31可顺着周壁115上的插槽112滑动,该周壁115上的插槽112能够对隔板31的插装起到导向作用。进一步地,插槽112还包括位于底壁114上的部分,隔板31插入底壁114上的插槽112,从而将隔板31的除与下壳12连接的一侧以外的所有侧缘包裹,故对第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322起到更好的隔离作用,实现更好密封效果。具体地,在上壳11上设有两夹持壁111,两夹持壁111相对且间隔设置,两夹持壁111之间的间隔构成插槽112。此外,也可在上壳11上通过去除表面材料的形式形成插槽112。
上述中,上壳11和下壳12粘接或焊接,采用粘接或焊接的方式能够消除上壳11和下壳12的连接处的缝隙,实现两者更好的密封效果。另外,上壳11和下壳12也可采用卡扣进行连接。
进一步地,下壳12上设有灌装孔122,扬声器模组还包括盖板121,盖板121盖合灌装孔122。本实施例中,在将上壳11和下壳12组装好之后,能够将吸音颗粒从灌装孔122中灌入第二后腔1322,可以保证整个第二后腔1322填充满吸音颗粒;另外,盖板121将灌装孔122盖合,避免了吸音颗粒漏出。可选地,盖板121与下壳12可拆卸连接,从而方便打开盖板121来更 换吸音颗粒。具体地,盖板121以及灌装孔122的孔缘处均可设置螺纹,以使盖板121与下壳12通过螺纹拧紧;另外,盖板121和下壳12还可通过卡扣或是螺钉等进行连接。
在一些实施例中,隔板31上设有连通孔311,以使隔板31呈框体状设置,扬声器模组还包括网布32,网布32与隔板31固定,并盖合连通孔311设置,网布32与隔板31共同形成用于隔开第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322的隔离部件30。由于网布32易于加工,且其上的网孔能够做得较小,因此能够对吸音颗粒起到较好的阻挡效果,再者网布32的透气性能较好,故能够保证空气的顺畅流通。隔板31呈框体状的形式大大减小了隔板31的阻挡面积,能够确保第一后腔1321和第二后腔1322之间空气的流通。进一步地,隔板31上设有加强筋312,加强筋312分别连接隔板31的两相对侧,并将连通孔311隔设为两个通孔。加强筋312可对框体状的隔板31起到结构加强作用,避免隔板31被上壳11和下壳12共同挤压而变形。
本实施例中,网布32与隔板31之间的固定方式具有多种,例如,网布32与隔板31一体注塑成型,该网布32作为嵌件而与隔板31一起注塑成型;或者,隔板31上设有热熔件,网布32与隔板31通过热熔件热熔固定;或者,网布32与隔板31粘接固定。另外,网布32和隔板31还可采用钉子等进行固定。
可选地,网布32位于隔板31的朝向第一后腔1321的一侧,由此能够避免网布32对第二后腔1322内空间的占用,从而确保第二后腔1322内能够容纳更多的吸音颗粒。
在另一些实施例中,隔离部件30可仅包括隔板31,隔板31上设有多个透气网孔,以使隔板31呈筛网状设置,如此免去了网布32这一部件,隔板31本身对吸音颗粒起到阻挡作用。透气网孔的孔径是小于吸音颗粒的外径的,以避免吸音颗粒从透气网孔钻入第一后腔1321。

Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器模组,其特征在于,包括:外壳,包括上壳和下壳,所述上壳和所述下壳围合形成收容腔,所述上壳的内壁设有插槽;扬声器单体,设于所述收容腔内,所述扬声器单体与所述上壳共同围成前声腔,所述扬声器单体、所述下壳和所述上壳共同围合形成后声腔,所述外壳上设有出声孔,所述前声腔与所述出声孔连通;以及隔板,设于所述后声腔,并将所述后声腔隔设为第一后腔和第二后腔,所述隔板与所述下壳一体注塑成型,且所述隔板与所述插槽插接,所述扬声器单体位于所述第一后腔,所述第二后腔填充有吸音颗粒。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述上壳包括底壁和周壁,所述底壁与所述下壳相对设置,所述周壁围设于所述底壁的周缘,所述下壳盖设于所述周壁的远离所述底壁的一端,所述插槽包括位于所述周壁的相对的两个壁面上的部分。
- 如权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述插槽还包括位于所述底壁上的部分。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述下壳上设有灌装孔,所述扬声器模组还包括盖板,所述盖板盖合所述灌装孔,且所述盖板与所述下壳可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述隔板上设有连通孔,所述扬声器模组还包括网布,所述网布与所述隔板固定,并盖合所述连通孔设置。
- 如权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述网布与所述隔板一体注塑成型。
- 如权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述隔板上设有热熔件,所述网布与所述隔板通过所述热熔件热熔固定。
- 如权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述网布与所述隔板粘接固定。
- 如权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述网布位于所述隔板的朝向所述第一后腔的一侧。
- 如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述隔板上设有多个透气网孔,以使所述隔板呈筛网状设置。
