Abstract
L'invention concerne un film antireflet dans lequel la génération de brume blanche est supprimée. Un film antireflet selon la présente invention est un film antireflet (10) dans lequel une couche antireflet (B) (12) est stratifiée sur un substrat transmettant la lumière (11), le film antireflet (10) étant caractérisé en ce que des évidements et des saillies sont formés sur la surface la plus à l'extérieur sur le côté couche antireflet (B) (12) dans le film antireflet (10), et les évidements et les saillies satisfont les équations numériques (1) et (2) suivantes. (1): θa ≤ 0.24, (2): Rz ≤ 0.20. Dans l'équation numérique (1), θa est l'angle d'inclinaison moyen [º] des évidements et des saillies, et dans l'équation numérique (2), Rz est la hauteur moyenne en dix points [μm] des évidements et des saillies.
