背景技术
现有轮胎流水线中,贴胶装置的上游流水线设备如帘布裁断生产线在生产过程中因为裁断机故障、料卷更换等原因,时常停顿,即帘布裁断生产线是间歇工作。而在帘布裁断生产线间歇运转时,因生产线停顿,挤出机吐出胶条贴合装置因为胶条经过多个不同方向的辊筒使胶条粘辊、变形严重或断裂等故障,需要人工重新挤出机胶条重新牵引胶条,不能实现自动化。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种贴胶装置,以解决现有技术中贴胶装置的多个不同方向的辊筒使胶条粘辊、变形严重、断裂的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种贴胶装置,其特征在于,包括:
    输送部(10),所述输送部(10)用于输送待贴胶物料;
    挤出机(20),所述挤出机(20)相对所述输送部(10)可移动地设置,所述挤出机(20)的挤胶口位于所述输送部(10)的上方,以使所述挤出机(20)可带动从所述挤胶口处挤出的胶条(23)可选择地落入所述输送部(10)的预设位置处;
    压合部(30),所述压合部(30)与所述挤出机(20)相连接,所述压合部(30)用于将所述胶条(23)压合在所述物料上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述贴胶装置还包括:
    安装基础(40),所述挤出机(20)可移动地与所述安装基础(40)相连接,所述安装基础(40)的底部设置有供所述输送部(10)穿过的让位空间(41)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述挤出机(20)包括:
    挤出机本体(21);
    底座(22),所述挤出机本体(21)与所述底座(22)相连接,所述底座(22)可移动地与所述安装基础(40)相连接,所述压合部(30)与所述底座(22)相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述贴胶装置还包括:
    滑轨组件(50),所述滑轨组件(50)设置于所述安装基础(40)与所述底座(22)之间,所述滑轨组件(50)的传送方向与所述输送部(10)的输送方向垂直,所述挤出机本体(21)通过所述滑轨组件(50)可相对所述输送部(10)移动地设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述滑轨组件(50)包括第一滑轨和第二滑轨,所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨中的一个与所述底座(22)相连接,所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨中的另一个与所述安装基础(40)相连接,所述第一滑轨和所述第二滑轨相配合以使所述挤出机(20)可沿与所述输送部(10)的输送方向相垂直的方向移动。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述滑轨组件(50)为多个,多个所述滑轨组件(50)具有距离地设置。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述贴胶装置还包括:
    驱动部(60),所述驱动部(60)包括驱动部本体和输出轴,所述驱动部本体与所述安装基础(40)相连接,所述输出轴与所述底座(22)相连接,所述驱动部本体与所述滑轨组件(50)相邻地设置,所述输出轴的运动方向与所述滑轨组件(50)的长度方向相同。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述贴胶装置还包括:
    测速部(70),所述测速部(70)与所述输送部(10)相连接,所述测速部(70)用于检测所述输送部(10)的输送速度;
    控制部,所述控制部分别与所述测速部(70)和所述挤出机(20)电连接,所述控制部用于控制所述挤出机(20)的挤胶速度和输送部(10)的输送速度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述测速部(70)包括:
    支架(71),所述支架(71)与所述输送部(10)的支撑架相连接;
    滚轮(72),所述滚轮(72)可活动地与所述支架(71)相连接,所述滚轮(72)具有与所述输送部(10)的输送带相抵接的第一位置,以及所述滚轮(72)具有与所述输送部(10)的输送带相分离的第二位置;
    测速器,所述测速器设置与所述控制部电连接,所述测速器用于记录所述滚轮(72)的转速并将所述滚轮(72)的转速信息传递给所述控制部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的贴胶装置,其特征在于,所述挤出机(20)至少为一个,当所述挤出机(20)为多个时,多个所述挤出机(20)沿所述输送部(10)的宽度方向间隔地设置,各所述挤出机(20)的出胶口均位于所述输送部(10)的上方,且各所述挤出机(20)相对于所述输送部(10)均可移动地设置。
