Abstract
L'invention se rapporte au domaine des dispositifs de conservation d'énergie et de réduction d'émission, et concerne un catalyseur activé pour la conservation d'énergie, un économiseur d'énergie de véhicule comprenant le catalyseur, et son procédé de montage. Le catalyseur comprend un matériau infrarouge lointain anionique nanocomposite et un support. Le catalyseur améliore simultanément l'activité moléculaire des deux molécules de carburant et des molécules d'oxygène, améliore un environnement de combustion, et augmente la valeur de chaleur de combustion d'un carburant, de sorte que la puissance du moteur soit augmentée pendant la combustion de la même quantité de carburant, ce qui permet de conserver l'énergie sans affecter les performances de sécurité d'un véhicule ou la durée de vie d'un moteur. Le catalyseur activé pour un économiseur d'énergie de véhicule améliore également la puissance du moteur, conserve l'énergie, réduit les gaz nocifs dans les gaz d'échappement du véhicule, oxyde et décompose un gaz nocif dans l'échappement du véhicule, et active un catalyseur d'échappement dans un silencieux. Le procédé de montage assure une conservation d'énergie et une réduction d'émission à différentes vitesses de rotation du moteur, ce qui permet d'obtenir une conservation d'énergie globale optimale et un effet de réduction d'émission.
