如图9所示,加热元件为内芯式,电阻加热部3在主体部1的内芯。因为主体部1为耐高温的绝缘材料,电阻加热部3为金属材料,两者可以混合且不发生反应,可以将电阻加热部3作为内芯放置在主体1中,该实施例中主体部的内芯电阻加热部呈曲边三角形。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种加热元件,其由主体部(1)以及位于该主体部一端的尖端部(2)构成,其特征在于:所述尖端部呈锥状,所述主体部由多个侧面构成以使其横截面呈多棱状,并且,所述主体部设有电阻加热部(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热元件,其特征在于:构成所述主体部的侧面为内凹弧形面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部由三个侧面构成以使其横截面呈三叉状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部还设有温控部(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部(1)与尖端部(2)为一体不可拆分式结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部(1)与尖端部(2)为可拆卸式分体结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部(1)与尖端部(2)通过螺纹连接、卡扣连接或磁力连接彼此相连。
  8. 根据权利要1-4中任一项所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部(1)的电阻加热部(3)以封釉方式设置在主体部的外表面。
  9. 根据权利要1-4中任一项所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部(1)为空心结构,尖端部(2)为实心结构。
  10. 根据权利要4所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部(1)的电阻加热部(3)在主体部(1)的内部或侧面,所述温控部(4)位于主体部(1)的内部中心处。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部(1)的电阻加热部(3)采用位于侧面上的发热电阻丝并以串联方式连接,相邻侧面之间焊接有导电部,所述导电部分别连接相邻侧面上的发热电阻丝的一端。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部(1)的电阻加热部(3)采用位于侧面上的发热电阻丝并以并联方式连接,即各个侧面上的发热电阻丝分别与电池相连。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述发热电阻丝绕设在所述主体部(1)的相应侧面上并且发热电阻丝的绕设部相互之间留有一定距离。
  14. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的加热元件,其特征在于:所述主体部由开设有卡槽的基体部和内设有电阻加热部(3)的尖端锋利的插片部构成,所所述插片部卡合固定在所述基体部的卡槽内。
  15. 一种电子烟具,其特征在于,该烟具设有权利要求1-14中任意一项所述的加热元件。
