Abstract
La présente invention concerne une crémaillère en fer utilisée pour un fauteuil inclinable d'aide au maintien et un procédé de fonctionnement associé, la crémaillère en fer utilisée pour un fauteuil inclinable d'aide au maintien comprenant un support incliné (5), une crémaillère de base (6), un support d'extension (1), une barre rotative (2), un ensemble crémaillère supérieure et une première barre de poussée électrique (24) ; deux côtés d'une partie centrale du support incliné (5) sont articulés et coopèrent avec la crémaillère de base (6) de sorte qu'une extrémité de queue du support incliné (5) chevauche une extrémité de queue de la crémaillère de base (6) ; une extrémité avant de la crémaillère de base (6) chevauche une extrémité avant du support incliné (5) ; une extrémité de queue de l'ensemble crémaillère supérieure est articulée et coopère avec l'extrémité de queue de la crémaillère de base (6) ; la barre rotative (2) est disposée au-dessus d'une extrémité avant de l'ensemble crémaillère supérieure, et deux extrémités de la barre rotative (2) entraînent le support d'extension (1) et coopèrent avec ce dernier ; une extrémité avant de l'ensemble crémaillère supérieure est dotée d'un bloc d'arrêt d'aide au maintien (83), et un côté inférieur d'une partie d'extrémité de la barre rotative (2) est doté d'un support d'aide au maintien (23) qui s'adapte au bloc d'arrêt d'aide au maintien (83) ; une partie de queue de l'ensemble crémaillère supérieure est en outre dotée d'un bloc d'arrêt de limitation de barre rotative (81) ; une extrémité avant de la première barre de poussée électrique (24) est articulée et coopère avec une partie centrale de la barre rotative (2), et une extrémité de queue de la première barre de poussée électrique (24) est articulée et coopère avec l'extrémité de queue du support incliné (5) de sorte que la première barre de poussée électrique (24) est agencée obliquement entre la barre rotative (2) et le support incliné (5).
