如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种新型柴油机前端箱体,包括箱体主体1,所述箱体主体1上部设置有两个中冷器安装处6,所述中冷器安装处6之间设置有复合冷却水腔7,所述左侧中冷器下部设置有机油自清式滤清器安装处8,所述箱体主体1右侧下部设置有燃油滤清器安装处9,所述箱体主体1中间部位设置有用于安装曲轴中心盖的中心孔10,所述中心孔10右上侧为高温水泵安装处11,所述中心孔10左上侧为中冷水泵安装处12,所述中心孔10下方是主机油泵安装处13,所述中心孔10两侧设置有为燃油共轨泵安装处14,箱体主体1顶部并列设置有两处增压器安装处3,增压器安装处3外侧皆设置有增压器进油口19和增压器回油口20,增压器进油口19设置有靠近箱体主体1中心位置一侧,相邻增压器安装处3上的增压器进油口19和增压器回油口20对称且平行设置,箱体主体1上部两侧对称设有中冷器安装处6,中冷器安装处6为框架结构,复合冷却水腔7下面设置有中冷出水口21、中冷进水口22、高温出水口23和高温进水口24,中冷出水口21和中冷进水口22与高温出水口23和高温进水口24皆纵向平行设置,机油自清式滤清器安装处8底部设置有机油进油口29,机油自清式滤清器安装处8呈贯通式柱状结构,高温水泵安装处11、中冷水泵安装处12、主机油泵安装处13和燃油共轨泵安装处14为孔状安装结构,本发明将多种功能进行高度集成化设计,不仅将中冷器、机油自清式滤清器、主机油道、空气腔集成在箱体主体内,还将增压器、高温与中冷水泵、主机油泵、燃油共轨泵、燃油精滤器、油气分离器、机油离心式滤清器以及机油调压阀等安装在箱体主体1上,很好的实现了柴油机的结构紧凑、美观、高可靠性,另外在前端箱体内设计了多个冷却水腔,实现了复合中冷结构,既满足高强化柴油机冷却需要,又减少了机车冷却单节数量,为机车设计提供了空间与重量裕度,这种前端箱集成了多个部件的安装,并通过内部铸造及加工实现各部件与柴油机的油、水、气的互联互通,避免了大量的管路连接,大大降低管路组装的复杂性,有效降低了跑、冒、滴、漏现象的发生,提高了柴油机运用可靠性,同时高度集成设计使柴油机结构更加紧凑,外观整洁,美观。
如图2是本发明的结构示意图,所述箱体主体1顶部设置有增压器安装处3、油气分离器安装处5以及机油离心式滤清器安装处4,箱体主体背面2顶部的右侧设置有油气分离器安装处5,箱体主体背面2顶部的左侧设置有机油离心式滤清器安装处4,所述箱体主体背面2设置有空气出口15、机油出口16和高温水出水口17,空气出口15、机油出口16和高温水出水口17对称设置在箱体主体背面2两侧,空气出口15设置在箱体主体背面2中部边端,高温水出水口17设置在空气出口15上方,空气出口15靠近箱体主体1中心部位一侧设置有机油出口16。
如图3是本发明的结构示意图,所述箱体主体背面2的右下部设置有机油调压阀安装处18,复合冷却水腔7中设置有中冷水进水水腔25、中冷水出水水腔26、高温水进水水腔27和高温水出水水腔28,中冷水出水水腔26左上侧为中冷水进水水腔25,中冷水出水水腔26右上侧为高温水进水水腔27,中冷水出水水腔26右侧边为高温水出水水腔28。
工作原理:箱体主体1顶部两增压器将空气压入箱体主体1的罩盖,分别通过箱体主体1内的中冷器进行冷却后,经箱体主体背面2的空气出口15进入左右进气总管。
机油通过箱体主体1上的油道进入机油滤清器,滤清后的大部分机油经过箱体主体1内的铸腔分两路进入机体主油道,其余部分通过箱体主体1内进油和回油通道与增压器进油口19、增压器回油口20直接连通,去润滑冷却转子轴。箱体主体背面2右下部的机油调压阀可调节进入机体的油压,经机油调压阀的机油回流到油底壳。
箱体前端的高温水泵将冷却水泵入箱体内高温进水口24,分左右两路进入动力组进行冷却,经缸头出水总管汇总后再次进入前端箱体内的高温水进水腔27,高温水进水腔27内冷却水分两路进入左右中冷器冷却通道,对通过中冷器的空气进行冷却,冷却后的高温水回流到箱体内高温水出水腔28,流出箱体;中冷水泵将冷却水泵入箱体内中冷进水口22,中冷水进入箱体的中冷水进水水腔25后,经过连接管分两路进入左右中冷器冷却通道,对经过高温水冷却后的空气再次进行冷却,实现两级冷却冷却后的中冷水进入中冷水出水水腔26,再流出箱体主体1。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离所附权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可做出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种新型柴油机前端箱体,包括箱体主体(1),其特征是,所述箱体主体(1)顶部设置有增压器安装处(3)、油气分离器安装处(5)以及机油离心式滤清器安装处(4),所述箱体主体(1)上部设置有两个中冷器安装处(6),所述中冷器安装处(6)之间设置有复合冷却水腔(7),所述左侧中冷器下部设置有机油自清式滤清器安装处(8),所述箱体主体(1)右侧下部设置有燃油滤清器安装处(9),所述箱体主体(1)中间部位设置有用于安装曲轴中心盖的中心孔(10),所述中心孔(10)右上侧为高温水泵安装处(11),所述中心孔(10)左上侧为中冷水泵安装处(12),所述中心孔(10)下方是主机油泵安装处(13),所述中心孔(10)两侧设置有为燃油共轨泵安装处(14),所述箱体主体背面(2)设置有空气出口(15)、机油出口(16)和高温水出水口(17),所述箱体主体背面(2)的右下部设置有机油调压阀安装处(18)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴油机前端箱体,其特征是,所述箱体主体(1)顶部并列设置有两处增压器安装处(3),增压器安装处(3)外侧皆设置有增压器进油口(19)和增压器回油口(20),增压器进油口(19)设置有靠近箱体主体(1)中心位置一侧,相邻增压器安装处(3)上的增压器进油口(19)和增压器回油口(20)对称且平行设置,箱体主体背面(2)顶部的右侧设置有油气分离器安装处(5),箱体主体背面(2)顶部的左侧设置有机油离心式滤清器安装处(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴油机前端箱体,其特征是,所述箱体主体(1)上部两侧对称设有中冷器安装处(6),中冷器安装处(6)为框架结构,复合冷却水腔(7)下面设置有中冷出水口(21)、中冷进水口(22)、高温出水口(23)和高温进水口(24),中冷出水口(21)和中冷进水口(22)与高温出水口(23)和高温进水口(24)皆纵向平行设置,复合冷却水腔(7)中设置有中冷水进水水腔(25)、中冷水出水水腔(26)、高温水进水水腔(27)和高温水出水水腔(28),中冷水出水水腔(26)左上侧为中冷水进水水腔(25),中冷水出水水腔(26)右上侧为高温水进水水腔(27),中冷水出水水腔(26)右侧边为高温水出水水腔(28)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴油机前端箱体,其特征是,所述机油自清式滤清器安装处(8)底部设置有机油进油口(29),机油自清式滤清器安装处(8)呈贯通式柱状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴油机前端箱体,其特征是,所述空气出口(15)、机油出口(16)和高温水出水口(17)对称设置在箱体主体背面(2)两侧,空气出口(15)设置在箱体主体背面(2)中部边端,高温水出水口(17)设置在空气出口(15)上方,空气出口(15)靠近箱体主体(1)中心部位一侧设置有机油出口(16)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型柴油机前端箱体,其特征是,所述高温水泵安装处(11)、中冷水泵安装处(12)、主机油泵安装处(13)和燃油共轨泵安装处(14)为孔状安装结构。
