Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of diesel engine box apparatus technology, in particular to a novel front-end box of a diesel engine, including a box body. A supercharger mounting part, an oil-gas separator mounting part, and a centrifugal oil filter mounting part are provided on the top of the box body. An intercooler mounting part, a composite cooling jacket, a self-cleaning oil filter mounting part, a fuel filter mounting part, a center hole for mounting a crankshaft center cover, a high-temperature water pump mounting part, an intercooling water pump mounting part, a main oil pump mounting part and a common rail fuel pump mounting part are mounted on the box body. An air outlet, an oil outlet, a high-temperature water outlet and an oil pressure regulating valve mounting part are provided on a back face of the box body. The novel front-end box of the diesel engine has a design of highly integrating a plurality of functions, and realizes interconnection and intercommunication of oil, water, and gas between various components and the diesel engine via internal casting and processing, which avoid connection of a large number of pipeline, and effectively reduce the occurence of phenomena of escaping, bursting, dripping and leaking and improve the operation reliability of diesel engine.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD
The présent invention relates to the field of diesel engine box apparatus technology, in particular to a novel front-end box of a diesel engine.
BACK FACEGROUND
Diesel engines require higher structural strength and rigidity because of their high working pressure. Therefore, the diesel engines are relatively heavy and bulky. A front-end box of the diesel engine in the prior art intégrâtes a supercharger, an intercooler and a main oil pipeline on a box body, or intégrâtes the supercharger, a fuel filter and a cooling water pipeline on the box body. These two kinds of boxes hâve low intégration, relatively many peripheral pipelines, and low reliability.
SUMMARY
In order to overcome the shortcomings of diesel engine front-end box intégration technology in the prior art, the présent invention provides a novel front-end box of a diesel engine.
The technical solution adopted by the présent invention to solve its technical problems is as follows: a novel front-end box of a diesel engine includes a box body, wherein a supercharger mounting part, an oil-air separator mounting part, and a centrifugal oil filter mounting part are provided at the top of the box body. Two intercooler mounting parts are arranged at the upper part of the box body. A composite cooling jacket is arranged between the two intercooler mounting parts. A self-cleaning oil filter mounting part is arranged at the lower part of an intercooler at the left side of the box body. A fuel filter mounting part is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the box body. A center hole for mounting a crankshaft center cover is arranged at the middle part of the box body. A high-temperature water pump mounting part is arranged at the upper right side of the center hole. An intercooling water pump mounting part is arranged at the upper left side of the center hole. A main oil pump i
mounting part is arranged under the center hole. Common rail fuel pump mounting parts are arranged at both sides of the center hole. An air outlet, an oil outlet and a high-temperature water outlet are arranged at the back face of the box body, and an oil pressure regulating valve mounting part is arranged at the lower right part of the back face of the box body.
According to another embodiment of the présent invention, further, the two supercharger mounting parts are arranged at the top of the box body. A supercharger oil inlet and a supercharger oil retum port are both arranged at the outer side of the supercharger mounting part. The supercharger oil inlet is arranged at one side close to the center part of the box body. The supercharger oil inlet and the supercharger oil retum port on the adjacent supercharger mounting parts are arranged symmetrically and in parallel. The right side ofthe top of the back face of the box body is provided with the oil-gas separator mounting part, and the left side of the top of the back face ofthe box body is provided with the centrifugal oil filter mounting part.
According to another embodiment of the présent invention, further, the intercooler mounting parts are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the upper part of the box body. The intercooler mounting part is a frame structure. An intercooling water outlet, an intercooling water inlet, a high-temperature water outlet and a high-temperature water inlet are arranged under the composite cooling jacket, and arranged longitudinally and in parallel. An intercooling water inlet jacket, an intercooling water outlet jacket, a high-temperature water inlet jacket and a high-temperature water outlet jacket are arranged in the composite cooling jacket. The intercooling water inlet jacket is arranged at the upper left side of the intercooling water outlet jacket. The high-temperature water inlet jacket is arranged at the upper right side ofthe intercooling water outlet jacket, and the high-temperature water outlet jacket is arranged at the right side of the intercooling water outlet jacket.
According to another embodiment of the présent invention, further, an oil inlet is arranged at the bottom of the self-cleaning oil filter mounting part, and the self-cleaning oil filter mounting part is a through column-shaped structure.
According to another embodiment of the présent invention, further, the air outlet, the oil outlet and the high-temperature water outlet are symmetrically arranged on the both sides ofthe back face of the box body. The air outlet is arranged at the end of the middle of the back face of the box body. The high-temperature water outlet is arranged above the air outlet, and the oil outlet is arranged at one side of the air outlet close to the middle part of the box body.
According to another embodiment of the présent invention, further, the high-temperature water pump mounting part, the intercooling water pump mounting part, the main oil pump mounting part and the common rail fuel pump mounting part are hole-shaped mounting structures.
The présent invention has the following bénéficiai effects: the présent invention has a design of highly integrating a plurality of functions, not only intégrâtes an intercooler, a self-cleaning oil filter, a main oil passage, and an air cavity in a box body, but also mounts a supercharger, a high-temperature intercooling water pump, a main oil pump, a common rail fuel pump, a fuel filter, an oil-gas separator, a centrifugal oil filter and an oil pressure regulating valve on the box body. This well realizes a compact and beautiful structure, and high reliablility of a diesel engine. In addition, a plurality of cooling jackets are designed in a front-end box to realize a composite intercooling structure. This not only meets the needs of cooling of a high-strength diesel engine, but also reduces the number of locomotive cooling units. This provides space and weight allowances for locomotive design. The front-end box intégrâtes the mounting of a plurality of components, and realizes the interconnection and intercommunication of oil, water, and gas between various components and the diesel engine through internai casting and processing, thereby avoiding connection of a large number of pipelines, greatly reducing the complexity of pipeline assembly, effectively reducing the occurrence of phenomena of escaping, bursting, dripping and leaking, and improving the operation reliability of the diesel engine. In addition, the highly integrated design makes the diesel engine more compact, neat and beautiful in appearance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the présent invention. A novel front-end box of a diesel engine includes a box body 1. Two intercooler mounting parts 6 are arranged on the upper part of the box body 1. A composite cooling jacket 7 is arranged between intercooler mounting parts 6. A self-cleaning oil filter mounting part 8 is arranged at the lower part of an intercooler at the left side of the box body 1. A fuel filter mounting part 9 is arranged at the lower right side of the box body 1. A center hole 10 for mounting a crankshaft center cover is arranged in the middle of the box body 1. A high-temperature water pump mounting part 11 is arranged at the upper right side of the central hole 10. An intercooling water pump mounting part 12 is arranged at the upper left side of the center hole 10. A main oil pump mounting part 13 is arranged under the center hole 10. A common rail fuel pump mounting part is arranged at two sides of the center hole 10. Two supercharger mounting parts 3 are arranged at the top of the box body 1 in parallel. A turbocharger oil inlet 19 and a turbocharger oil retum port 20 are arranged at the outer side of the supercharger mounting part 3. The supercharger oil inlet 19 is arranged at one side close to the center of the box body 1. The turbocharger oil inlet 19 and the turbocharger oil retum port 20 on the adjacent turbocharger mounting parts 3 are arranged symmetrically and in parallel. The intercooler mounting parts 6 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the upper part of the box body 1. The intercooler mounting part 6 is a frame structure. An intercooling water outlet 21, an intercooling water inlet 22, a high-temperature water outlet 23 and a high-temperature water inlet 24 are arranged 4 under the composite cooling jacket 7 and ail arranged longitudinally and in parallel. An oil inlet 29 is arranged at the bottom of the self-cleaning oil filter mounting part 8. The self-cleaning oil filter mounting part 8 is a through column-shaped structure. The high-temperature water pump mounting part 11, the intercooling water pump mounting part 12, the main oil pump mounting part 13 and the common rail fuel pump mounting part 14 are hole-shaped mounting structures. The novel front-end box ofthe diesel engine has a design of highly integrating a plurality of functions, not only intégrâtes an intercooler, a self-cleaning oil filter, a main oil passage, and an air cavity in the box body, but also mounts a supercharger, a high-temperature intercooling water pump, a main oil pump, a common rail fuel pump, a fuel filter, an oil-gas separator, a centrifugal oil filter and an oil pressure regulating valve on the box body 1. FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the présent invention. The supercharger mounting part 3, an oil-gas separator mounting part 5, and a centrifugal oil filter mounting part 4 are arranged at the top of the box body 1. The oil-air separator mounting part 5 is arranged at the right side of the top of the box body. The centrifugal oil filter mounting part 4 is arranged at the left side of the top of the back face 2 ofthe box body. An air outlet 15, an oil outlet 16 and a high-temperature water outlet 17 are arranged at the back face 2 of the box body and are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the back face 2 of the box body. The air outlet 15 is arranged at the end of the middle of the back face 2 of the box body. The high-temperature water outlet 17 is arranged above the air outlet 15. The oil outlet 16 is arranged at one side of the air outlet 15 close to the center part of the box body 1.
FIG. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the présent invention. An oil pressure regulating valve mounting part 18 is arranged at the lower right side of the back face 2 of the box body. An intercooling water inlet jacket 25, an intercooling water outlet jacket 26, a high-temperature water inlet jacket 27 and a high-temperature water outlet jacket 28 are arranged in the composite cooling jacket 7. The intercooling water inlet jacket 25 is arranged at the upper left side of the intercooling water outlet jacket 26. The high-temperature water inlet jacket 27 is arranged at the upper right side of the intercooling water outlet jacket 26, and the high-temperature water outlet jacket 28 is arranged at the right side of the intercooling water outlet jacket 26.
Working principles: the two superchargers on the top of the box body 1 press air into a cover of the box body 1. After being cooled by the intercooler in the box body 1, the air enters left and right air intake main tubes through the air outlet 15 at the back face of the main body 2 of the box.
Oil enters an oil filter via an oil passage on the box body 1. Most of the filtered oil enters a main oil passage of an engine body via a casting cavity in the box body 1 by two passages, and the rest filtered oil is directly communicated with the supercharger oil inlet 19 and the supercharger oil return port 20 via an oil inlet passage and an oil return passage of the box body 1 to lubricate and cool a rotor shaft. The oil pressure regulating valve at the lower right part of the back face 2 of the box body can adjust the pressure of the oil entering the engine body, and the oil flowing through the oil pressure regulating valve retums to an oil bottom housing.
A high-temperature water pump at the front end of the box pumps cooled water into the high-temperature water inlet 24 of the box. The water enters a power unit via left and right passages for cooling, enters again the high-temperature water inlet jacket 27 in the box at the front end after being gathered via a water outlet main pipe of a cylinder head. The cooled water in the high-temperature water inlet jacket 27 enters left and right intercooler cooling passages via two passages to cool air passing through the intercooler. The cooled high-temperature water flows back to the high-temperature water outlet jacket 28 in the box and flows out of the box. The intercooling water pump pumps the water into the intercooling water inlet 22 of the box. After entering the intercooler water inlet jacket 25 of the box, the intercooling water enters the left and right intercooler cooling passages via two passages through a connecting tube, and cools the air cooled by the high-temperature water again. The 6 intercooling water after two-stage cooling enters the intercooling water outlet jacket 26, and then flows out of the box body 1.

    1. A novel front-end box of a diesel engine, comprising a box body (1), wherein a supercharger mounting part (3), an oil-air separator mounting part (5), and a centrifugal oil filter mounting part (4) are provided at the top of the box body (1), two intercooler mounting parts (6) are arranged at the upper part of the box body, a composite cooling jacket (7) is arranged between the two intercooler mounting parts (6), a self-cleaning oil filter mounting part (8) is arranged at the lower part of an intercooler at the left side of the box body (1), a fuel filter mounting part (8) is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the box body (1), a center hole (10) for mounting a crankshaft center cover is arranged at the middle part of the box body (1), a high-temperature water pump mounting part (11) is arranged at the upper right side of the center hole, an intercooling water pump mounting part (12) is arranged at the upper left side of the center hole, a main oil pump mounting part (13) is arranged under the center hole, common rail fuel pump mounting parts (14) are arranged at both sides of the center hole, an air outlet (15), an oil outlet (16) and a high-temperature water outlet (17) are arranged at the back face of the box body, and an oil pressure regulating valve mounting part (18) is arranged at the lower right part of the back face of the box body.

The novel front-end box of the diesel engine according to claim 1, wherein the two supercharger mounting parts (3) are arranged at the top of the box body (1) in parallel, a supercharger oil inlet (19) and a supercharger oil retum port are both arranged at the outer side of the supercharger mounting part (3), the supercharger oil inlet (19) is arranged at one side close to the center part of the box body (1), the supercharger oil inlet (19) and the supercharger oil retum port (20) on the adjacent supercharger mounting parts are arranged symmetrically and in parallel, the right side of the top of the back face of the box body is provided with the oil-gas separator mounting part (5), and the left side of the top of the back face of the box body is provided with the centrifugal oil filter mounting part (4).

The novel front-end box of the diesel engine according to claim 1, wherein the intercooler mounting parts (6) are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the upper part of the box body (1), the intercooler mounting part ( 6) is a frame structure, an intercooling water outlet (21), an intercooling water inlet (22), a high-temperature water outlet (23) and a high-temperature water inlet (24) are arranged under the composite cooling jacket (7), and arranged longitudinally and in parallel, an intercooling water inlet jacket (25), an intercooling water outlet jacket (26), a high-temperature water inlet jacket (27) and a high-temperature water outlet jacket (28) are arranged in a composite cooling jacket (7), the intercooling water inlet jacket (25) is arranged at the upper left side of the intercooling water outlet jacket (26), the high-temperature water inlet jacket (27) is arranged at the upper right side of the intercooling water outlet jacket (26), and the high-temperature water outlet jacket (28) is arranged at the right side of the intercooling water outlet jacket (26).
  4. 4. The novel front-end box of the diesel engine according to claim 1, wherein an oil inlet (29) is arranged at the bottom of the self-cleaning oil filter mounting part (8), and the self-cleaning oil filter mounting part (8) is a through column-shaped structure.

The novel front-end box of the diesel engine according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet (15), the oil outlet (16) and the high-temperature water outlet (17) are symmetrically arranged on the both sides of the back face (2) of the box body, the air outlet (15) is arranged at the end of the middle of the back face (2) of the box body, the high-temperature water outlet (17) is arranged above the air outlet (15), and the oil outlet (16) is arranged at one side of the air outlet (15) close to the middle part of the box body (1).

The novel front-end box of the diesel engine according to claim 1,wherein the high-temperature water pump mounting part (11), the intercooling water pump mounting part (12), the main oil pump mounting part (13) and the common rail fuel pump mounting part (14) are hole-shaped mounting structures.
