首先参阅图1,图1是本发明的控制面板组件的装配示意图,图2是本发明的控制面板组件的爆炸图。如图1和图2所示,洗涤设备包括壳体和控制面板组件,其中,控制面板组件包括控制面板1、旋钮组件2和限位组件。控制面板1与上述壳体相连接以共同形成能够容纳洗涤部件的箱体,旋钮组件2以转动方式安装至控制面板1上,限位组件3设置于控制面板1和旋钮组件2之间,以限制旋钮组件2径向和/或轴向移动。具体地,旋钮组件2包括旋钮盖21以及与旋钮盖21相连的主体22。旋钮盖21以转动方式安装至控制面板1的外侧。主体22包括电路板221和设置于电路板221上的编码器222,旋钮盖21与编码器222相连,用户通过扭转旋钮盖21带动编码器222转动以完成调节操作。在此情形下,旋钮组件2和控制面板1之间设置有限位组件3,限位组件3能够限制旋钮组件2——主要是旋钮盖21径向和/或轴向移动,以增加旋钮盖21和控制面板1之间的关联性,从而使得旋钮盖21安装得更加可靠,避免旋钮盖21在被长期扭动后出现偏斜或者易被拔出等现象。也就是说,限位组件3能够通过对旋钮盖21进行限位的方式增加旋钮盖21的安装可靠性,使得旋钮盖21能够承受用户施加的较大转动力矩而不偏离其安装位置,既对旋钮盖21和编码器222的连接具有保护作用,又避免了旋钮盖21与其周围的部件(如控制面板1发生摩擦,保证了旋钮盖21的操作手感。
在一种可能的实施方式中,控制面板1仅包括一层板体,旋钮组件2以和转动方式安装至控制面板1上,限位组件3设置于控制面板1和旋钮组件2之间。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,控制面板1包括主体板11和装饰板12,装饰板12连接至主体板11的外侧,旋钮组件2以转动方式安装至装饰板12上、通过装饰板12固定至主体板11。限位组件3设置于控制面板1和旋钮组件2之间。在此情形下,主体22还包括导光元件223,主体板11上设置有与导光元件223相对应的导光孔和旋钮安装孔。主体22设置于主体板11的内侧,并通过旋钮安装孔与旋钮盖21相连。旋钮盖21设置于装饰板12的外侧,装饰板12上围绕旋钮盖21周围设置有参数符号,导光元件223发出的光能够通过导光孔照亮符号。在旋钮盖21被限位组件3限位的情形下,上述控制面板1的分层设置更有利于限位组件3、旋钮盖21和控制面板1的装配,使得旋钮组件2能够通过分块组装(如装饰板12和旋钮盖21组装后与主体22和主体板11的装配模块组装在一起)的方式快速完成总体安装步骤。下面以上述控制面板1分层设置的方式为例对本发明的技术方案作进一步阐述。
优选地,限位组件3能够限制旋钮盖21的径向和轴向移动。通过限制旋钮盖21的径向转动,使得旋钮盖21能够始终处于编码器222的上方,避免旋钮盖21相对于编码器222的转动部分偏心,且通过径向限制减少了编码器222受到的偏心转矩,延长了旋钮组件2的使用周期。通过限制旋钮盖21的轴向移动,使得旋钮盖21无需装配现有的卡接衬套等轴向卡接构件也能够被轴向限位,在避免了旋钮盖21向内凹进变形或者被意外拔出的同时简化了旋钮组件2的结构。
进一步地,限位组件3限制旋钮组件2径向移动的方式为:限位组件3包括设置于旋钮盖21上的第一抵接构件31和设置于装饰板12上的第二抵接构件32,第一抵接构件31以转动方式抵接至第二抵接构件32,以限制旋钮盖21径向移动。也就是说,在旋钮盖21转动的情形下,旋钮盖21上的第一抵接构件31能够通过抵接至装饰板12上的第二抵接构件32的方式限制旋钮盖21径向移动。
当旋钮盖21受到偏离其转动轴的力矩时,该力矩会通过第一抵接构件31施加在第二抵接构件32上,而不会作用在编码器222上,从而对编码器222起到保护作用。例如,旋钮盖21的中心设置有筒状的转动柱211,转动柱211与编码器222插接配合,以连接旋钮盖 21和电器部分的主体22。在第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32抵接配合的情形下,即使旋钮盖21上被施加偏心力矩,该力矩也不会被旋钮盖21传递至编码器222上。此时,旋钮盖21和编码器222之间的连接主要起到力矩传递的作用,旋钮盖21无需通过编码器222进行径向限位,一方面,避免了编码器222的转动部分松动受损,另一方面,使得旋钮盖21的径向限位更加可靠,基本杜绝了旋钮盖21径向偏心错位的可能。
此外,旋钮盖21通过第一抵接构件31直接与装饰板12抵接配合,在装饰板12上设置有参数字符的情形下,无需考虑旋钮盖21与参数符号的对应问题,旋钮盖21在抵接装配至装饰板12的情形下即可与参数符号对准,安装便捷。例如,如图2所示,在装饰板12上设置有卡扣121、主体板11上设置有卡孔的情形下,在旋钮盖21通过第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32的抵接配合定位至其安装位置时,旋钮盖21即可与装饰板12上设置的字符对齐,此时,只需将装饰板12通过卡扣121扣合至主体板11上即可,省略了旋钮盖21和参数符号对齐的步骤,安装更加简便。也就是说,第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32之间可转动的抵接配合同时具备对旋钮盖21的径向限位作用和定位作用。
继续参阅图1,作为示例,第一抵接构件31为设置于旋钮盖21上的筒状结构,该筒状结构从旋钮盖21的内部向靠近装饰板12的方向延伸形成。第二抵接构件32为设置于装饰板12上的筒状结构,该筒状结构从装饰板12的外侧向靠近旋钮盖21的方向延伸形成。两个筒状结构的轴线均与旋钮盖21的轴线重合,并且两个筒口相对设置的筒状结构的筒径相适应,以使两个筒状结构能够以筒口插合的嵌套方式抵接在一起,从而使得上述两个抵接构件的抵接配合能够沿旋钮盖21的整周转动方向对旋钮盖21进行径向限位。
为了降低上述两个筒状结构的装配难度,进一步地,第一抵接构件31上设置有凸出结构311,第二抵接构件32与凸出结构311彼此抵接。一方面,减少了旋钮盖21和装饰板12之间的接触面积,保证了旋钮盖21转动时的顺畅度。另一方面,降低了第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32的装配难度以及加工难度,使得第一抵接构件31 和第二抵接构件32无需整体精加工即可轻松完成抵接装配。作为示例,凸出结构311包括设置于第一抵接构件31两端的环状凸起。当然。凸出结构311还可以设置在第二抵接构件32上,或者,第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32均设置有凸出结构311,上述凸出结构311的具体设置位置的改变并不影响两个抵接构件的抵接效果。
关于上述,需要说明的是,首先,第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32均不局限于筒状结构,例如,第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32中的任意一个还可以包括多个沿旋钮的转动方向布置的条状定位筋。也就是说,第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32的设置形状只要满足可转动的抵接配合即可。其次,凸出结构311并不局限于环状结构,例如,凸出结构311还可以包括沿筒状结构的侧壁轴向均匀布置的多个凸点,只要凸出结构311在满足抵接配合的同时不影响旋钮盖21的转动即可。上述结构形式的改变并未超出本发明的原理和保护范围。
另外,限位组件3限制旋钮组件2轴向移动的方式为:除上述(第一/第二)抵接结构外,限位组件3还包括设置于旋钮盖21上的卡接构件33,卡接构件33与装饰板12卡接配合以限制旋钮盖21轴向移动。通过上述设置,使得旋钮盖21沿轴向与装饰板12之间存在卡接配合,避免了旋钮盖21相对于装饰板12向外移动,以对旋钮盖21与编码器222之间连接产生保护效果。
作为示例,卡接构件33为设置于旋钮盖21上的卡勾。如图2所示,该卡勾设置于旋钮盖21的筒状结构的内部。在旋钮盖21的筒状结构嵌套至装饰板12的筒状结构时,卡勾卡接至装饰板12的内侧表面,以限制旋钮盖21沿轴向向外移动。上述设置方式使得装饰板12上无需设置贯通卡接结构(如卡孔)和凸出卡接结构(如卡槽),使得装饰板12的表面既无可能漏水的结构又设置有凸出的筒状结构,从而使其具有良好的防水效果。并且装饰板12无需设置卡槽结构使得旋钮组件2的结构能够更加紧凑,避免增大旋钮组件2的整体尺寸。
当然,卡接构件33的设置位置和结构形式并不是限定的。例如,卡接构件33还可以是设置于旋钮盖21的筒状结构的端部的环形卡接结构,在组装好的情形下,上述筒状结构的侧壁与装饰板12的 筒状结构抵接配合,上述环形卡接结构卡接至装饰板12的内侧表面。或者,卡接构件33还可以是沿旋钮盖21的边缘设置的卡槽,装饰板12上设置于与该卡槽相匹配的卡接结构,以便卡槽与装饰板12卡接配合限制旋钮盖21轴向移动。
作为一种可替代的实施方式,限位组件3还可以仅限制旋钮组件2的径向移动。例如,限位组件3仅包括限制旋钮盖21径向移动的第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32。此时,控制面板组件可以包括其他的轴向限位件。例如,控制面板组件还包括筒状衬套。该筒状衬套的一端与旋钮组件2相连,另一端与主体板11的内侧相连,以限制旋钮盖21轴向移动。
作为另一种可替代的实施方式,限位组件3还可以仅限制旋钮组件2的轴向移动。例如,限位组件3仅包括限制旋钮盖21轴向移动的卡接构件33,此时,旋钮盖21的径向因其与编码器222的连接配合而受到约束。
综上所述,本发明的控制面板组件包括控制面板1、旋钮组件2和限位组件3,其中,限位组件3包括设置于旋钮组件2上的第一抵接构件31和卡接构件3以及设置于控制面板1上的第二抵接构件32。第一抵接构件31和第二抵接构件32抵接配合以限制旋钮组件2的径向移动。卡接构件32与控制面板1卡接配合以限制旋钮组件2的径向移动。通过上述设置,使得旋钮组件2能够通过限位组件3与控制面板1配合,避免旋钮组件2相对于控制面板1上的旋钮安装位置歪斜错位,以防止旋钮组件2转动时与控制面板1之间互相摩擦、影响操作手感,增加了旋钮组件2的安装可靠性。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述控制面板组件包括旋钮组件、控制面板以及设置于所述控制面板和所述旋钮组件之间的限位组件,所述旋钮组件以转动方式安装至所述控制面板,所述限位组件能够限制所述旋钮组件径向和/或轴向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述限位组件能够限制所述旋钮组件径向和轴向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括设置于所述旋钮组件上的第一抵接构件和设置于所述控制面板上的第二抵接构件,所述第一抵接构件以转动方式抵接至所述第二抵接构件,以限制所述旋钮组件径向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述第一抵接构件和所述第二抵接构件均为筒状结构,所述第一抵接构件和所述第二抵接构件的轴线均与所述旋钮组件的轴线重合,
    所述第一抵接构件与所述第二抵接构件以嵌套方式彼此抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述第一抵接构件与所述第二抵接构件中的一个上设置有凸出结构,所述第一抵接构件与所述第二抵接构件中的另一个与所述凸出结构彼此抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括设置于所述旋钮组件上的卡接构件,所述卡接构件与所述控制面板卡接配合以限制所述旋钮组件轴向移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述限位组件能够限制所述旋钮组件径向移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述控制面板组件还包括设置于所述控制面板和所述旋钮组件之间的轴向限位件,所述轴向限位件能够限制所述旋钮组件轴向移动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述限位组件能够限制所述旋钮组件轴向移动。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的控制面板组件,其特征在于,所述控制面板包括主体板以及与所述主体板相连的装饰板,所述旋钮组件包括彼此相连的旋钮盖和主体,所述主体设置于所述主体板的内侧,所述旋钮盖以转动方式安装至所述装饰板,所述限位组件设置于所述装饰板和所述旋钮盖之间。
