随着互联网以及通信技术的发展,越来越多的用户选择进行网络直播或者是观看网络直播作为一种生活娱乐方式。而且为了满足用户的直播需求,目前出现很多类似主播唱歌的直播间。
但是在相关技术中,多数是以主播排班直播唱歌的模式,如果某一直播用户本次的直播结束,其他用户则无法重复观看同样的直播内容,而为了能够使其他用户再次观看同样的直播内容,相应的直播用户则需要再次进行实时直播。由此发明人意识到,现有直播方式的人工运营成本较大,且观众无法重复观看同样的直播片段,导致用户体验不佳。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的现有直播方式的人工运营成本较大,且观众无法重复观看同样的直播片段,导致用户体验不佳的问题,本申请提供一种直播片段处理方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。
根据本申请实施例的第一方面,提供一种直播片段处理方法,包括:
获取截取的直播片段;

在步骤S11中,获取截取的直播片段。
如前述,现有的直播方式针对已经完成的直播内容无法重复点播,导致用户体验感较差,而在本申请实施例中,为了使已完成的直播内容能够再次点播,可以在直播过程中对直播内容进行截取,从而获取得到截取的直播片段。而且由于在一次直播过程中用户感兴趣的部分可能只是其中的一部分,当然也可以为整个直播过程中的直播内容,那么则可以针对性地对直播内容进行截取,得到个性化的直播片段。
具体的可以通过任何可用方法获取截取的直播片段,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。例如,对于进行直播的主播而言,其可能想要将其直播内容进行重复分享,那么此时则可以由该主播在直播时对其直播内容进行自定义截取,从而得到相应的直播片段;或者,直播平台可以根据正在直播的主播,对正在进行的直播的直播内容进行能截取;或者,观看直播的浏览者对正在直播的直播内容进行截取,等等。
另外,主播在进行直播时,实时观看直播的用户也可以通过点赞、刷礼物、留言等方式与主播进行实时互动,那么在对直播的内容进行截取时,也可以获取相应片段中的实时互动内容,当然也可以设置不获取相应的实时互动内容,而只获取主播直播内容,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。

在获取得到截取的直播片段之后,为了对直播片段进行展示,而且由于可以获取得到多个不同的直播片段,那么在展示过程中则存在展示优选顺序的问题,为了将直播效果较好的直播片段优先进行展示,则可以进一步根据直播片段以及预设的打分机制,确定相应的各个直播片段的分值。其中的打分机制可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。例如,对于直播唱歌的直播片段,则可以设置打分机制为将直播片段中的直播人声音频与相应的原唱音频进行比较,进而根据两者的匹配度确定相应的唱歌直播片段的分值;或者,也可以根据相应的直播片段在实时直播时的热度确定所述直播片段的分值,等等。其中的热度可以通过实时观看人数、点赞数量、刷礼物数量、评论数据等等进行综合评定。而且,根据打分机制得不同,则课可以采用相应的可用方法确定直播片段的分值,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。

如图2为一种根据分值展示直播片段的方式。其中的优先展示的“快手音悦台”中则可以包含当前日期对应的精选片段。而且,在本申请实施例中,由于不同主播可能在不同时间段进行直播,那么则可以持续性地获取得到不同的直播片段,因此可以设置一直播片段更新周期,进而在每个直播片段更新周期内对展示的直播片段进行一次更新。其中的直播片段更新周期可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。例如,可以设置直播片段更新周期为一个小时,或者是一天,等等。
在步骤S14中,接收针对所述直播片段的点播请求,播放所述直播片段。

在本申请实施例中,为了满足进行直播的主播自身进行直播内容重复分享的需求,或者是直播观众对当前直播内容重复观看的需求等等,可以由当前进行直播的主播或者是观众等针对当前直播主动发出截取申请请求,进而可以根据当前直播的截取申请请求获取当前直播的直播片段。而且对当前直播截取得到的直播片段的截取范围则可以由相应的截取申请请求发起者进行自定义设置,例如可以直接在截取申请请求中设置针对本次截取的截取范围,等等。而如果未自定义设置截取范围,则可以直接按照相应的直播平台设置的截 取范围进行直播内容的截取,或者是对当前直播进行全程截取,等等。
例如,如果某主播当前在直播唱歌,如果相应的主播针对当前直播主动触发了截取申请请求,而且设置的截取范围为唱歌中的高潮部分,那么此时则可以只截取当前的唱歌直播中的高潮部分作为直播片段;而如果未设置截取范围,且相应的直播平台设置的截取范围是完整的唱歌部分,那么此时则可以截取直播内容中完整的唱歌部分作为相应的直播片段。
而且,在本申请实施例中,可以通过任何可用方法发出截取申请请求,具体的可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。如图3A所示,可以在当前直播的直播界面中设置一“音悦台申请”控件,当前直播的主播或者是观众等则可以通过点击该控件进而主动触发截取申请请求,而且在触发截取申请请求后,在直播界面还可以显示相应的提示信息,以告知相应的主播或者是其他观众等当前的直播片段已被截取。其中提示信息的格式可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。例如图3B所示的提示信息“恭喜你!你刚唱的《我爱你,再见》会稍后在快手『音悦台』进行点播!”,等等。
另外,对于直播平台而言,为了吸引更多的用户则可以检测当前正在进行的唱歌直播,并获取所述唱歌直播完整的唱歌直播片段作为一种直播片段。而且,其中完整的唱歌直播片段可以为包括前奏部分在内的唱歌直播片段,也可以为不包括前奏在内的唱歌直播片段,具体的可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述步骤S12进一步可以包括:
步骤S121,如果所述直播片段为唱歌直播片段,从所述直播片段的音频数据中提取出直播人声音频;
步骤S122,基于所述直播人声音频以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值。
对于唱歌直播片段而言,其背景音乐一般是直播平台提供的,或者是通过网络获取的,并不是用户实时录入的内容,而且背景音乐的视听效果一般都较好,容易影响对唱歌直播片段中人声音频的判断。因此为了提高各个直播片段分值的客观性以及准确性,在本申请实施例中,可以仅基于直播片段的直播人声音频,通过预设的打分机制,确地相应的直播片段的分值。那么对于唱歌直播片段,则可以从唱歌直播片段的音频数据中提取出直播人声音频。具体的可以通过任何可用方法从音频数据中提取出直播人声音频,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。其中的直播人声音频即为唱歌直播片段中相应主播的原声音频。
进而则可以基于提取出的直播人声音频以及预设的打分机制,确定相应的直播片段的分值。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述步骤S14进一步可以包括:
步骤S141,当接收到针对所述直播片段的点播请求时,获取所述点播请求对应的第三方电子设备针对所述直播片段最近一次的点播记录;
在实际应用中,如果用户对某一直播片段感兴趣,那么可能重复多次点播同一直播片段,而且用户可能在上一次点播直播片段时未能观看相应的直播片段到结束,而在本次点播同样的直播片段时,则倾向于从上一次中断的位置继续进行观看,那么用户则需要手动将观看进度调整到前一次试听结束位置,浪费用户时间而且用户手动调节的准确率不高。
因此,在本申请实施例中,为了避免上述的情况从而进一步提高用户的观看体验,可以在接收到针对直播片段的点播请求时,则获取相应的点播请求对应的第三方电子设备,或者是相应点播请求对应的用户针对所述直播片段最近一次的点播记录。
而且,从上述可知在本申请实施例中,如果电子设备在对某一直播片段的进行点播之后,还可以记录该电子设备针对该主播片段的点播记录,而且在点播记录中可以包括相应的电子设备对相应的直播片段的试听结束位置,等等。另外,为了降低对存储空间的浪费,可以只存储最近一次的点播记录,当然也可以记录全部的点播记录,具体的可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
步骤S142,根据所述点播记录确定所述第三方电子设备针对所述直播片段前一次的视听结束位置;
如前述,在点播记录中可以包含每次点播时的试听结束位置,因此可以根据相应第三方电子设备的点播记录确定相应的第三方电子设备针对相应的直播片段前一次也即点播记录中最近一次的试听结束时间。而如果在点播记录中无法确定所述第三方电子设备针对所述直播片段前一次的视听结束位置,则可以默认前一次的视听结束位置为相应的直播片段的起始位置。
步骤S143,从所述视听结束位置开始继续播放所述直播片段。
进而则可以从前一次的视听结束位置开始继续播放所述直播片段。例如,如果确定得前一次的视听结束位置为4分30秒位置,那么此时则可以从相应的直播片段的4分30秒位置开始继续播放该直播片段。而如果默认前一次的视听结束位置为相应的直播片段的起始位置,那么此时则可以从起始位置重新播放相应的直播片段。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,在所述步骤S14之后,进一步可以包括:
步骤S15记录对所述直播片段的互动操作。
用户观看某一直播片段时,还可以对相应的直播片段进行互动操作,例如点赞、收藏、评论,等等。那么为了相应的主播也可以及时获知其直播片段的用户反馈效果,可以记录 各直播片段的互动操作。
步骤S16检测所述直播片段对应的用户是否正在开播中。
步骤S17如果所述用户正在开播中,将所述直播片段的互动操作记录发送至所述用户,和/或在所述直播片段的播放界面中显示所述直播用户正在直播中。
而且,为了为相应的主播吸引更多的观众,为主播提升曝光度,在播放某一直播片段时,则可以检测相应直播片段的用户是否正在开播中,如果相应的用户正在开播中,则可以将相应的直播片段的互动操作记录发送至相应的用户,和/或在所述直播片段的播放界面中显示所述用户正在直播中。具体的显示用户正在直播中的方式可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。例如,对于图4A所示的直播片段的播放界面,可以在用户头像外显示一如图4B所示的“Live”图标以表征相应的用户正在直播中。其中,可以通过检测相应直播片段的用户标识(IDentification,ID)等是否处于直播状态,进而确定相应的用户是否正在开播中;直播片段的用户标识可以理解为相应直播片段对应的直播用户的用户标识。
步骤S18当接收到针对所述直播片段的用户头像的触发操作时,切换至所述用户的实时直播界面。
而如果直播片段的用户正在直播中,那么其他用户则可以针对该直播片段的用户头像输入触发操作,从而快速切换至相应的用户的实时直播界面。
例如,对于图4B所示的直播片段的播放界面,则可以通过点击其中的用户头像进而输入触发操作,从而切换至相应用户的实时直播界面。
本申请实施例通过获取截取的直播片段;根据所述直播片段以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值;根据所述直播片段的分值,展示所述直播片段;接收针对所述直播片段的点播请求,播放所述直播片段。从而取得了降低人工运营成本,同时满足用户重复观看的诉求,提高用户体验的有益效果。
而且,在本申请实施例中,还可以根据当前直播的截取申请请求,获取所述当前直播的直播片段;和/或,检测当前正在进行的唱歌直播,并获取所述唱歌直播完整的唱歌直播片段。从而可以提高截取的直播片段的全面性,进一步提高用户数量。
另外,在本申请实施例中,还可以如果所述直播片段为唱歌直播片段,从所述直播片段的音频数据中提取出直播人声音频;基于所述直播人声音频以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值。从而提高直播片段分值的准确性。
进一步地,在本申请实施例中,还可以当接收到针对所述直播片段的点播请求时,获取所述点播请求对应的第三方电子设备针对所述直播片段最近一次的点播记录;根据所述 点播记录确定所述第三方电子设备针对所述直播片段前一次的视听结束位置;从所述视听结束位置开始继续播放所述直播片段。从而进一步提高用户视听体验。
而且,在本申请实施例中,还可以记录对所述直播片段的互动操作;检测所述直播片段对应的用户是否正在开播中;如果所述用户正在开播中,将所述直播片段的互动操作记录发送至所述用户,和/或在所述直播片段的播放界面中显示所述直播用户正在直播中。并且,当接收到针对所述直播片段的用户头像的触发操作时,切换至所述用户的实时直播界面。从而提高主播曝光度以及直播平台用户量,同时提高用户试听体验。

图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种被配置为直播片段处理的电子设备300的框图。例如,电子设备300可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图6,电子设备300可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件302,存储器304,电源组件306,多媒体组件308,音频组件310,输入/输出(I/O,Input/Output)的接口312,传感器组件314,以及通信组件316。
处理组件302通常控制电子设备300的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件302可以包括一个或多个处理器320来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件302可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件302和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件302可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件308和处理组件302之间的交互。

电源组件306为电子设备300的各种组件提供电力。电源组件306可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为电子设备300生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件308包括在所述电子设备300和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)和触摸面板(TP,Touch panel)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件308包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备300处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件310被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件310包括一个麦克风(MIC,Microphone),当电子设备300处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器304或经由通信组件316发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件310还包括一个扬声器,被配置为输出音频信号。

传感器组件314包括一个或多个传感器,被配置为为电子设备300提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件314可以检测到设备300的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为电子设备300的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件314还可以检测电子设备300或电子设备300一个组件的位置改变,用户与电子设备300接触的存在或不存在,电子设备300方位或加速/减速和电子设备300的温度变化。传感器组件314可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件314还可以包括光传感器,如互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS,Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)或电荷耦合器件(CCD,Charge Coupled Device)图像传感器,被配置为在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件314还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件316被配置为便于电子设备300和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。电子设备300可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如无线保真(WiFi,Wireless-Fidelity),运营商网络(如2G、3G、4G或3G),或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件316经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件316还包括近场通信(NFC,Near Field Communication)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID,Radio Frequency Identification)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA,Infrared Data Association)技术,超宽带(UWB,Ultra Wideband)技术,蓝牙(BT,Bluetooth)技术和其他技术来实现。

图7是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种被配置为直播片段处理的电子设备400的框图。例如,电子设备400可以被提供为一服务器。参照图7,电子设备400包括处理组件422,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器432所代表的存储器资源,被配置为存储可由处理组件422的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器432中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件422被配置为执行指令,以执行上述描述的所有直播片段处理方法。

- 一种直播片段处理方法,包括:获取截取的直播片段;根据所述直播片段以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值;根据所述直播片段的分值,展示所述直播片段;接收针对所述直播片段的点播请求,播放所述直播片段。
- 根据权利要求1所述的直播片段处理方法,所述获取截取的直播片段,包括:根据当前直播的截取申请请求,获取所述当前直播的直播片段;和/或,检测当前正在进行的唱歌直播,并获取所述唱歌直播完整的唱歌直播片段。
- 根据权利要求1所述的直播片段处理方法,所述根据所述直播片段以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值,包括:如果所述直播片段为唱歌直播片段,从所述直播片段的音频数据中提取出直播人声音频;基于所述直播人声音频以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值。
- 根据权利要求1所述的直播片段处理方法,所述接收针对所述直播片段的点播请求,播放所述直播片段,包括:当接收到针对所述直播片段的点播请求时,获取所述点播请求对应的第三方电子设备针对所述直播片段最近一次的点播记录;根据所述点播记录确定所述第三方电子设备针对所述直播片段前一次的视听结束位置;从所述视听结束位置开始继续播放所述直播片段。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的直播片段处理方法,在所述接收针对所述直播片段的点播请求,播放所述直播片段之后,还包括:记录对所述直播片段的互动操作;检测所述直播片段对应的用户是否正在开播中;如果所述用户正在开播中,将所述直播片段的互动操作记录发送至所述用户,和/或在所述直播片段的播放界面中显示所述用户正在直播中。
- 根据权利要求5所述的直播片段处理方法,在所述直播片段的播放界面中显示所述用户正在直播中之后,还包括:当接收到针对所述直播片段的用户头像的触发操作时,切换至所述用户的实时直播界面。
- 一种直播片段处理装置,包括:直播片段截取模块,被配置为获取截取的直播片段;直播片段打分模块,被配置为根据所述直播片段以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值;直播片段展示模块,被配置为根据所述直播片段的分值,展示所述直播片段;直播片段点播模块,被配置为接收针对所述直播片段的点播请求,播放所述直播片段。
- 一种电子设备,包括:处理器;被配置为存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;其中,所述处理器被配置为:获取截取的直播片段;根据所述直播片段以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值;根据所述直播片段的分值,展示所述直播片段;接收针对所述直播片段的点播请求,播放所述直播片段。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,所述处理器被配置为:根据当前直播的截取申请请求,获取所述当前直播的直播片段;和/或,检测当前正在进行的唱歌直播,并获取所述唱歌直播完整的唱歌直播片段。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,所述处理器被配置为:如果所述直播片段为唱歌直播片段,从所述直播片段的音频数据中提取出直播人声音频;基于所述直播人声音频以及预设的打分机制,确定所述直播片段的分值。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,所述处理器被配置为:根据所述点播记录确定所述第三方电子设备针对所述直播片段前一次的视听结束位置;从所述视听结束位置开始继续播放所述直播片段。
- 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的电子设备,所述处理器还被配置为:在所述接收针对所述直播片段的点播请求,播放所述直播片段之后,记录对所述直播片段的互动操作;检测所述直播片段对应的用户是否正在开播中;如果所述用户正在开播中,将所述直播片段的互动操作记录发送至所述用户,和/或在所述直播片段的播放界面中显示所述用户正在直播中。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,所述处理器还被配置为:在所述直播片段的播放界面中显示所述用户正在直播中之后,当接收到针对所述直播片段的用户头像的触发操作时,切换至所述用户的实时直播界面。
- 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由电子设备的处理器执行时,使得所述电子设备能够执行如权利要求1至权利要求6中任一项所述的直播片段处理的方法。
