Description

一种气囊式爆胎安全系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆用轮胎领域中,具体地是一种可广泛应用于各种公路上行驶车辆的气囊式爆胎安全系统。
背景技术
车辆爆胎后,车轮半径迅速减小,在高速行驶状况下,会产生方向偏移或侧翻事故。爆胎在极短时间内发生,驾驶员很难在第一时间做出反应,驾驶员对刹车和转向的不恰当操作,还会造成更严重的后果。
现有的爆胎安全技术,包括金属卡箍式支撑装置,重量大,并不能在高速及轮胎破损严重情况下起作用,防爆胎技术制造困难,造价成本大。
发明内容
本发明目的是:提供了一种能维持汽车爆胎后行驶稳定,避免事故发生的气囊式爆胎安全系统。
本发明的技术方案是:一种气囊式爆胎安全系统,包括车轮和安装在车轮上的轮胎,所述车轮由轮辋和多个轮辐,还包括防爆气囊、高压气瓶、气瓶阀门、导气管、控制器和用于判断轮胎是否爆胎的传感器;所述防爆气囊呈中空的环状,以折叠状态固定安装在轮毂的外圆周上,且位于轮胎的内部;所述气瓶阀门安装在所述高压气瓶的出口处;所述导气管连通高压气瓶与爆胎气囊;
当传感器检测到轮胎爆胎后,控制器打开气瓶阀门,高压气瓶内的气体通过导气管将防爆气囊充满,以支撑车轮继续正常行驶。
优选的,所述防爆气囊的内表面上开设有充气孔;所述高压气瓶通过导气管与充气孔相连接。
优选的,所述传感器,包括气压传感器和加速度传感器,压力传感器和加速度传感器共同判断爆胎是否发生,并向控制器发出信号。
优选的,所述气压传感器置于轮胎内部,且与防爆气囊1上表面密封连接。
优选的,所述加速度传感器置于轮辐上。
优选的,所述高压气瓶有多个,均匀置于轮辋内侧且位于多个轮辐的间隙中,避免在转动过程中与其他部件干涉。
优选的,所述轮辋上设置有预留孔径,使导气管穿过,所述导气管与预留孔径的连接处设置有密封圈,以保证气密性。
本发明的优点是:本发明的气囊式爆胎安全系统,其主要结构是防爆气囊,将所述防爆气囊呈中空的环状,以折叠状态固定安装在轮毂的外圆周上,且位于轮胎的内部,使其在行驶过程中不与汽车轮胎内表面压力接触,可有效避免防爆气囊和轮胎之间的摩擦发热和损坏,同时也避免了内胎式气囊和外胎同时损坏的情况。当出现爆胎后,控制器打开气瓶阀门,高压气瓶内的气体通过导气管迅速将防爆气囊充满,因此轮胎在防爆气囊的支撑下能维持汽车爆胎后的行驶稳定,避免事故的发生。

具体实施方式
实施例:
如附图1-3所示,一种气囊式爆胎安全系统,包括车轮和安装在车轮上的轮胎8,所述车轮由轮辋9和多个轮辐11,还包括防爆气囊1、高压气瓶2、气瓶阀门6、导气管7、控制器3和用于判断轮胎是否爆胎的传感器;所述防爆气囊1呈中空的环状,以折叠状态固定安装在轮毂9的外圆周上,且位于轮胎8的内部;所述气瓶阀门6安装在所述高压气瓶2的出口处,密封高压气体;所述导气管7连通高压气瓶2与爆胎气囊1;所述防爆气囊1的 内表面上开设有充气孔;所述高压气瓶2通过导气管7与充气孔相连接;所述传感器包括气压传感器4和加速度传感器5;所述气压传感器4置于轮胎8内部;气压传感器4与防爆气囊1上表面密封连接,感知轮胎8内部的气压;同时,气压传感器4与防爆气囊1上表面具有连接,在防爆气囊1爆开过程中,气压传感器4随防爆气囊1一同运动,并保证在防爆气囊1上表面的位置固定。所述加速度传感器5置于轮辐11上,监测轮胎在法向的加速度数值。爆胎发生后,气压传感器4与加速度传感器5的压力、加速度数据被控制器3接收,控制器3得以判断出爆胎的发生。在控制器3判断出爆胎发生后,向气瓶阀门6发送控制信号,气瓶阀门6开启,高压气瓶2内的高压气体迅速通过导气管7,充满防爆气囊1,防爆气囊1在轮胎8内部迅速展开,形成具有一定气压的环形气囊,保证爆胎的轮胎能以正常的转动半径继续行驶。
对上述技术方案进一步的说明,所述高压气瓶2有多个,均匀置于轮辋9内侧且位于多个轮辐11的间隙中,当爆胎发生后,多个高压气瓶2同时给防爆气囊1充气,可瞬间将防爆气囊1充足,保证了轮胎行驶稳定。
进一步的说明,所述轮辋9上设置有预留孔径,使导气管7穿过,所述导气管7与预留孔径的连接处设置有密封圈10。
本发明中所涉及的传感器和控制机均为现有技术,可直接购买相适配的零件直接应用,不在本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 一种气囊式爆胎安全系统,包括车轮和安装在车轮上的轮胎(8),所述车轮由轮辋(9)和多个轮辐(11),其特征在于:还包括防爆气囊(1)、高压气瓶(2)、气瓶阀门(6)、导气管(7)、控制器(3)和用于判断轮胎是否爆胎的传感器;所述防爆气囊(1)呈中空的环状,以折叠状态固定安装在轮毂(9)的外圆周上,且位于轮胎(8)的内部;所述气瓶阀门(6)安装在所述高压气瓶(2)的出口处;所述导气管(7)连通高压气瓶(2)与爆胎气囊(1);
    当传感器检测到轮胎(8)爆胎后,控制器(3)打开气瓶阀门(6),高压气瓶(2)内的气体通过导气管(7)将防爆气囊(1)充满,以支撑车轮继续正常行驶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气囊式爆胎安全系统,其特征在于:所述防爆气囊(1)的内表面上开设有充气孔;所述高压气瓶(2)通过导气管(7)与充气孔相连接。

  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种气囊式爆胎安全系统,其特征在于:所述轮辋(9)上设置有预留孔径,使导气管(7)穿过,所述导气管(7)与预留孔径的连接处设置有密封圈(10)。
