Description

터치 센서-안테나 모듈 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치
본 발명은 터치 센서-안테나 모듈 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 안테나 패턴 및 터치 센서층을 포함하는 터치 센서-안테나 모듈 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것이다.
최근 정보화 사회가 발전함에 따라 와이 파이(Wi-Fi), 블루투스(Bluetooth) 등과 같은 무선 통신 기술이 디스플레이 장치와 결합되어, 예를 들면 스마트폰 형태로 구현되고 있다. 이 경우, 안테나가 상기 디스플레이 장치에 결합되어 통신 기능이 수행될 수 있다.
최근 이동통신 기술이 진화하면서, 예를 들면, 3G 내지 5G에 해당하는 초고주파 대역의 통신을 수행하기 위한 안테나가 상기 디스플레이 장치에 결합될 필요가 있다.
한편, 화면에 나타난 지시 내용을 사람의 손 또는 물체로 선택하여 사용자의 명령을 입력할 수 있도록 한 입력장치인 터치 패널 또는 터치 센서가 디스플레이 장치와 결합되어 화상 표시 기능 및 정보 입력 기능이 함께 구현된 전자 기기들이 개발되고 있다. 예를 들면, 한국공개특허 제2014-0092366호에서와 같이 다양한 화상 표시 장치에 터치 센서가 결합된 터치 스크린 패널이 개발되고 있다.
하나의 디스플레이 장치 내에 안테나 및 터치 센서가 함께 공존함에 따라 예를 들면, 상호 신호 간섭에 의해 안테나의 바람직한 게인 특성이 저하될 수 있으며, 원하는 주파수 수신을 위한 임피던스 특성이 교란될 수 있다. 또한, 안테나 및 터치 센서에 각각 포함되는 미세 전극 형성을 위한 패터닝 공정이 반복되므로 공정 복잡성이 증가할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 한국공개특허 제2003-0095557호는 휴대용 단말기에 내장되는 안테나 구조를 개시하고 있으나, 터치 센서와 같은 다른 전기 소자와의 정합성을 고려하지 못하고 있다.
본 발명의 일 과제는 향상된 신호 송수신 신뢰성 및 효율성을 갖는 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 과제는 향상된 신호 송수신 신뢰성 및 효율성을 갖는 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
1. 기재층: 상기 기재층 상면의 중앙부 상에 배치되는 터치 센서 전극층; 및 상기 기재층 상면의 주변부 상에 배치되며, 상기 터치 센서 전극층과 동일 층 상에 배치되는 안테나 패턴들을 포함하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
2. 위 1에 있어서, 상기 터치 센서 전극층은 복수의 센싱 전극들 및 상기 센싱 전극들과 전기적으로 연결되는 트레이스들을 포함하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.

본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈은 복수의 안테나 패턴들을 어레이 형태로 포함하며, 이에 따라 방사 직진성(directivity) 및 게인(gain)을 향상시킬 수 있다.
상기 안테나 패턴들은 터치 센서의 전극 패턴들과 동일 층 또는 동일 레벨 상에 배치되므로, 상기 터치 센서의 전극 패턴에 의한 상호 간섭으로부터 자유로우며, 패터닝 공정의 수를 감소시킬 수 있다.
상기 안테나 패턴에 포함된 전송 선로는 상기 터치 센서에 포함된 트레이스 영역을 회피하여 배열될 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 터치 센서의 상기 트레이스에 의한 신호 교란 및 임피던스 미스매칭을 방지하며 안테나 패턴들의 방사 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예들은 터치 센서의 전극 패턴들 및 안테나 패턴들이 동일 층 또는 동일 레벨에 위치하도록 결합된 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 제공한다. 또한, 상기 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 통해 신호 신뢰성, 신호 효율성이 향상된 디스플레이 장치가 제공된다.
도 1는 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 나타내는 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 상기 터치 센서-안테나 모듈은 기재층(100) 상에 배치된 안테나 전극층(110) 및 터치 센서 전극층(200)을 포함할 수 있다.
기재층(100)은 터치 센서 전극층(200) 및 안테나 전극층(110) 형성을 위해 베이스 층으로 사용되는 필름 타입 기재, 또는 터치 센서 전극층(200) 및 안테나 전극층(110)이 형성되는 대상체를 포괄하는 의미로 사용된다.

상기 터치 센서가 삽입되는 화상 표시 장치의 층 또는 필름 부재가 기재층(100)으로 제공될 수도 있다. 예를 들면, 디스플레이 패널에 포함되는 인캡슐레이션 층 또는 패시베이션 층 등이 기재층(100)으로 제공될 수도 있다.
기재층(100)은 실질적으로 단일 층으로 제공될 수 있으며, 적어도 2층 이상의 복층 구조를 포함할 수도 있다.
터치 센서 전극층(200)은 기재층(100)의 중앙부에 배치될 수 있다. 터치 센서 전극층(200)은 터치 센싱 구현을 위한 센싱 전극들 및 상기 센싱 전극들과 전기적으로 연결되는 트레이스들을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 센싱 전극들 및 트레이스들의 구성/배열에 대해서는 도 3 내지 도 5를 참조로 보다 상세히 설명된다.
안테나 전극층(110)은 기재층(100)의 주변부 상에 형성될 수 있다. 안테나 전극층(110)은 복수의 안테나 패턴들을 포함하며, 상기 안테나 패턴의 구조에 대해서는 도 2를 참조로 보다 상세히 후술한다.
예시적인 실시예들에 따르면, 기재층(100)은 안테나 전극층(110)의 유전층으로 제공될 수 있다.
기재층(100) 내에서 정전용량(capacitance) 또는 인덕턴스(inductance)가 형성되어, 안테나 전극층(110)에 포함된 상기 안테나 패턴이 구동 혹은 센싱할 수 있는 주파수 대역이 조절될 수 있다. 상기 안테나 패턴은 예를 들면, 3G 내지 5G 이동통신을 위한 통신 기기 또는 디스플레이 장치에 적용될 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 기재층(100)의 유전율은 약 1.5 내지 12 범위로 조절될 수 있다. 상기 유전율이 약 12를 초과하는 경우, 구동 주파수가 지나치게 감소하여, 상술한 고주파 대역에서의 안테나 구동이 구현되지 않을 수 있다. 바람직하게는 기재층(100)의 유전율은 약 2 내지 12 범위일 수 있다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 안테나 전극층(110) 및 터치 센서 전극층(200)은 동일 층 또는 동일 레벨 상에 위치하며, 기재층(100)의 상면 상에 함께 배열될 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 안테나 전극층(110) 및 터치 센서 전극층(200) 상에 패시베이션 층(160)이 더 형성될 수도 있다. 패시베이션 층(160)은 실리콘 산화물, 실리콘 질화물 등과 같은 무기 절연 물질, 또는 아크릴계 수지, 실록산계 수지와 같은 유기 절연 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 터치 센서-안테나 모듈은 기재층(100) 및/또는 패시베이션 층(160)과 함께 필름 또는 패치(patch) 타입으로 제조될 수 있다. 따라서, 박형 필름 혹은 패치 형태로 스마트 폰과 같은 화상 표시 장치에 용이하게 삽입될 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 기재층(100)의 저면 상에는 그라운드 층(90)이 배치될 수 있다. 그라운드 층(90)은 금속 또는 투명 도전성 산화물(예를 들면, ITO, IZO 등)을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 터치 센서-안테나 모듈이 실장되는 상기 화상 표시 장치의 도전성 부재가 그라운드 층(90)으로 제공될 수도 있다. 상기 도전성 부재는 예를 들면, 디스플레이 패널에 포함된 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)의 게이트 전극, 스캔 라인 또는 데이터 라인과 같은 각종 배선, 또는 화소 전극, 공통 전극과 같은 각종 전극 등을 포함할 수 있다.

일 실시예에 있어서, 방사 전극(120)은 상술한 금속을 포함하는 메쉬 구조로 형성될 수도 있다. 이에 따라, 상기 안테나 패턴의 투과도가 증가하며, 방사 전극(120)이 디스플레이 장치의 사용자에게 시인되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
도 3은 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 나타내는 개략적인 평면도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 상기 터치 센서-안테나 모듈은 기재층(100) 상에 배열된 터치 센서 전극층(200)(도 1참조)을 포함하며, 안테나 패턴들(150)을 포함할 수 있다. 상술한 바와 같이, 안테나 패턴들(150) 및 터치 센서 전극층(200)은 기재층(100)의 상면 상에 함께 배열될 수 있다.
터치 센서 전극층(200)은 센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및 트레이스들(240, 245)을 포함할 수 있다. 센싱 전극들(220, 230)은 제1 센싱 전극들(220) 및 제2 센싱 전극들(230)을 포함하며, 상호 정전용량(Mutual Capacitance) 방식으로 구동 가능하도록 배열될 수 있다.
트레이스들(240, 245)은 제1 트레이스들(245) 및 제2 트레이스(240)를 포함할 수 있다.
센싱 전극들(220, 230)은 기재층(100) 상면의 중앙부에 할당된 터치 센싱을 위한 활성 영역(A) 상에 배열될 수 있다. 트레이스들(240, 245)은 기재층(100) 상면의 주변부 상에 배치되며, 트레이스 영역(T) 상에서 후술하는 제1 센싱 전극 행 및/또는 제2 센싱 전극 열로부터 분기되어 연장될 수 있다.
제1 센싱 전극들(220)은 예를 들면, 기재층(100) 상면에 평행한 행 방향(예를 들면, X 방향)을 따라 배열될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제1 센싱 전극들(220)에 의해 상기 제1 방향으로 연장하는 제1 센싱 전극 행이 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 복수의 상기 제1 센싱 전극 행들이 열 방향(예를 들면, Y 방향)을 따라 배열될 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 상기 행 방향으로 이웃하는 제1 센싱 전극들(220)은 이음부(225) 에 의해 서로 물리적 또는 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 이음부(225)는 제1 센싱 전극들(220)과 동일 레벨에서 실질적으로 일체의 단일 부재로서 형성될 수 있다.
제2 센싱 전극들(230)은 예를 들면, 기재층(100) 상면에 평행한 상기 열 방향을 따라 배열될 수 있다. 일부 실시예들에 있어서, 제2 센싱 전극들(230)은 각각 섬(island) 타입의 단위 전극들로 물리적으로 이격될 수 있다. 이 경우, 상기 열 방향으로 이웃하는 제2 센싱 전극들(230)은 브릿지 전극(235) 에 의해 서로 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 복수의 제2 센싱 전극들(230)에 의해 상기 열 방향으로 연장하는 제2 센싱 전극 열이 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 복수의 상기 제2 센싱 전극 열들이 상기 행 방향을 따라 배열될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 이음부(225)를 적어도 부분적으로 덮는 절연 패턴(미도시)이 형성되며, 브릿지 전극(235)은 상기 절연 패턴 상에 형성되어 상기 열 방향으로 이웃하는 제2 센싱 전극들(230)과 접촉 또는 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
센싱 전극들(220, 230) 각각은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 마름모 형상을 가질 수 있다. 그러나, 센싱 전극들(220, 230)의 형상은 전극 밀도, 회로 설계, 센싱 감도 등을 고려하여 적절히 변경될 수 있다.
예를 들면, 센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및/또는 브릿지 전극(235)은 은(Ag), 금(Au), 구리(Cu), 알루미늄(Al), 백금(Pt), 팔라듐(Pd), 크롬(Cr), 티타늄(Ti), 텅스텐(W), 니오븀(Nb), 탄탈륨(Ta), 바나듐(V), 철(Fe), 망간(Mn), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni), 주석(Sn), 아연(Zn), 또는 이들의 합금(예를 들면, 은-팔라듐-구리(APC)) 을 포함할 수 있다. 이들은 단독으로 혹은 2 이상이 조합되어 사용될 수 있다.
센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및/또는 브릿지 전극(235)은 예를 들면, 인듐주석산화물(ITO), 인듐아연산화물(IZO), 아연산화물(ZnO), 인듐아연주석산화물(IZTO), 카드뮴주석산화물(CTO) 등과 같은 투명 도전성 산화물을 포함할 수도 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및/또는 브릿지 전극(235)은 투명도전성 산화물 및 금속의 적층 구조를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및/또는 브릿지 전극(235)은 투명 도전성 산화물 층-금속층-투명 도전성 산화물 층의 3층 구조를 가질 수도 있다. 이 경우, 상기 금속층에 의해 플렉시블 특성이 향상되면서, 저항을 낮추어 신호 전달 속도가 향상될 수 있으며, 상기 투명 도전성 산화물 층에 의해 내부식성, 투명성이 향상될 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 센싱 전극들(220, 230)은 메쉬 구조를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시예에 있어서, 센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및 안테나 패턴(150)의 방사 전극(120)은 실질적으로 동일한 형상의 메쉬 구조를 포함할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및 안테나 패턴(150)의 시인성을 함께 감소시킬 수 있다.
제1 트레이스들(245)은 상기 제1 센싱 전극 행들 각각으로부터 분기될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제1 트레이스들(245)은 기재층(100)의 상기 행 방향으로의 양 측부에 할당된 트레이스 영역(T) 상에서 분산되어 연장될 수 있다. 제2 트레이스들(240)은 상기 제2 센싱 전극 열들 각각으로부터 분기되어 연장할 수 있다.
제1 및 제2 트레이스들(240, 245)은 예를 들면, 상기 터치 센서층의 패드 영역으로 집합되어 터치 센싱 집적 회로(IC) 칩(250)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 터치 센싱 IC 칩(250)을 통해 센싱 전극들(220, 230)에 의해 감지된 물리적 신호가 전기적 신호로 변환되어 터치 센싱이 구현될 수 있다.
안테나 패턴(150)은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 방사 전극(120), 전송 선로(130) 및 패드(140)를 포함할 수 있다. 복수의 안테나 패턴들(150)이 상술한 센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및 트레이스들(240, 245)과 동일 층 상에 배치될 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예들에 따르면, 안테나 패턴들(150)은 기재층(100)의 상기 주변부 중 트레이스 영역(T)을 회피하여 배열될 수 있다. 일부 실시예들에 있어서, 안테나 패턴(150)은 부분적으로 활성 영역(A) 상에 위치할 수도 있다. 예를 들면, 안테나 패턴(150)의 방사 전극(120)이 센싱 전극(220, 230)과 겹치지 않도록 부분적으로 활성 영역(A) 내로 연장할 수도 있다.
상술한 예시적인 실시예들에 따르면, 안테나 패턴들(150)을 센싱 전극들(220, 230) 및 트레이스들(240, 245)과 동일 층상에 배열하므로, 터치 센서 전극층(200) 및 안테나 전극층(110)을 실질적으로 단일 패터닝 공정을 통해 함께 형성할 수 있다.
또한, 안테나 패턴(150)이 터치 센서 전극층(200)의 상부 또는 하부에 배치하는 경우 발생하는 신호 간섭 혹은 정전 용량 교란을 방지할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 방사 전극(120)이 센싱 전극들(220, 230)과 상이한 레벨에 위치하는 경우, 센싱 전극들(220, 230)에 의해 의한 신호 차폐가 초래될 수 있다. 그러나, 예시적인 실시예들에 따르면, 안테나 패턴(150)이 센싱 전극들(220, 230)과 동일 레벨에 위치하므로 상호 간섭이 억제되어 독립적인 구동이 실질적으로 구현될 수 있다.
또한, 안테나 패턴들(150)은 트레이스 영역(T)을 회피하여 배열되므로 트레이스들(240, 245)로부터 발생하는 신호 교란, 임피던스 미스매칭을 방지할 수 있다.
안테나 전극층(110)을 통한 직진성, 방사 세기 향상을 위해 복수의 안테나 패턴들(150)이 어레이(array) 형태로 배열될 수 있다. 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 복수의 안테나 패턴들(150)이 열 방향 및 행 방향을 따라 트레이스(240, 245)가 배열되지 않은 기재층(100)의 주변부 영역에만 선택적으로 배열될 수 있다.
도 4는 일부 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 나타내는 개략적인 평면도이다. 도 3을 참조로 설명한 바와 실질적으로 동일하거나 유사한 구성/구조에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략된다.
도 4를 참조하면, 상호 정전용량 방식의 터치 센싱을 위해 인접한 한 쌍의 이웃하는 제1 센싱 전극들(220) 및 한 쌍의 제2 센싱 전극들(230)에 의해 4개의 센싱 전극들을 포함하는 제1 센싱 유닛(C1)이 정의될 수 있다.
활성 영역(A)의 외곽부에 배치된 제1 센싱 유닛들(C1) 중 일부는 적어도 하나의 센싱 전극(220, 230)이 생략되어 제2 센싱 유닛(C2)이 정의될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 제1 센싱 유닛(C1)으로부터 하나의 제1 센싱 전극(220) 또는 하나의 제2 센싱 전극(230)이 생략되어 제2 센싱 전극 유닛(C2)이 정의될 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예들에 있어서, 제2 센싱 전극 유닛(C2)에서 상술한 바와 같이 센싱 전극(220, 230)이 생략된 영역에 안테나 패턴(150)이 배치될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 상대적으로 터치 센싱의 빈도가 감소되는 외곽부의 센싱 전극이 생략된 공간을 통해 안테나 패턴(150)의 밀도를 증가시킬 수 있으며, 보다 향상된 방사 게인을 확보할 수 있다.
도 5은 일부 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 나타내는 개략적인 평면도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 터치 센서 전극층(200)의 센싱 전극들(260) 및 트레이스들(265)은 자기 정전 용량(Self Capacitance) 방식으로 구동되도록 배열될 수 있다.
터치 센서 전극층(200)은 각각 독립된 섬(island) 패턴으로 제공되며 활성 영역(A) 상에 배열되는 센싱 전극들(260)을 포함할 수 있다. 센싱 전극(260) 각각은 독립적인 센싱 도메인으로 제공될 수 있다. 트레이스들(265)은 각각의 센싱 전극(260)으로부터 분기되어 연장할 수 있다. 트레이스들(265)의 말단부들은 기재층(100)의 일단부에서 집합되어 터치 센싱 IC 칩(250)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
예시적인 실시예들에 따르면, 트레이스들(265)은 활성 영역(A) 내에서 센싱 전극들(260)과 함께 배치될 수 있다. 따라서, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같은 기재층(100) 양 측부에 할당된 트레이스 영역(T)이 실질적으로 제거되거나 축소될 수 있다.
제거 또는 축소된 트레이스 영역(T)에 의해 기재층(100)의 주변부를 통해 안테나 패턴들(150)이 배치될 수 있는 영역이 증가될 수 있다. 따라서, 보다 강화된 방사 게인 및 방사 직진성을 확보할 수 있다.
도 6은 예시적인 실시예들에 따른 디스플레이 장치를 설명하기 위한 개략적인 평면도이다. 예를 들면, 도 6은 디스플레이 장치의 윈도우를 포함하는 외부 형상을 도시하고 있다.
도 6을 참조하면, 디스플레이 장치(300)는 표시 영역(310) 및 주변 영역(320)을 포함할 수 있다. 주변 영역(320)은 예를 들면, 표시 영역(310)의 양 측부 및/또는 양 단부에 배치될 수 있다. 주변 영역(320)은 예를 들면, 화상 표시 장치의 차광부 또는 베젤부에 해당될 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 상술한 터치 센서-안테나 모듈은 디스플레이 장치(300)의 표시 영역(310) 및 주변 영역(320)에 걸쳐 배치되며, 터치 센서 전극층(200)의 센싱 전극들은 표시 영역(310) 내에 배열될 수 있다.
도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 안테나 패턴들(150)은 상기 터치 센서-안테나 모듈의 주변부를 따라 배치될 수 있으며, 주변 영역(320)에 위치할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 안테나 패턴(150)의 패드들(140) 및 터치 센서 전극층(200)의 트레이스들(240, 245)이 주변 영역(320) 내에 배치될 수 있다.
또한, 주변 영역(320)에는 터치 센싱 IC칩(250) 및 안테나 구동 IC 칩이 배치될 수 있다. 안테나 패턴의 패드들(140)을 주변 영역(320) 내에서 안테나 구동 IC 칩과 인접하도록 배치함으로써, 신호 송수신 경로를 단축시켜 신호 손실을 억제할 수 있다.
일부 실시예들에 있어서, 안테나 패턴(150)에 포함된 방사 전극(120)의 적어도 일부는 표시 영역(310) 내에 배치될 수 있다. 이 경우, 방사 전극(120)은 메쉬 구조를 포함하도록 형성하여 방사 전극(120)의 시인성을 감소시킬 수 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 기재층:
    상기 기재층 상면의 중앙부 상에 배치되는 터치 센서 전극층; 및
    상기 기재층 상면의 주변부 상에 배치되며, 상기 터치 센서 전극층과 동일 층 상에 배치되는 안테나 패턴들을 포함하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 터치 센서 전극층은 복수의 센싱 전극들 및 상기 센싱 전극들과 전기적으로 연결되는 트레이스들을 포함하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 안테나 패턴들은 상기 기재층의 상기 주변부 중 상기 트레이스들의 배열을 위한 영역을 제외한 일부 영역에 배열되는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 센싱 전극들이 배열되는 영역에 의해 활성 영역이 정의되며, 상기 안테나 패턴들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 활성 영역 내로 연장하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 센싱 전극들은 행 방향으로 배열되는 제1 센싱 전극들 및 열 방향으로 배열되는 제2 센싱 전극들을 포함하며,
    이웃하는 한 쌍의 상기 제1 센싱 전극들 및 이웃하는 한 쌍의 상기 제2 센싱 전극들에 의해 제1 센싱 유닛이 정의되는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 활성 영역의 외곽부에 배치된 상기 제1 센싱 유닛들 중 적어도 하나의 센싱 전극이 생략되어 제2 센싱 유닛이 정의되며,
    상기 안테나 패턴들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 제2 센싱 유닛에서 상기 적어도 하나의 센싱 전극이 생략된 공간에 위치하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  7. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 트레이스들은 상기 센싱 전극들 각각으로부터 분기되어 연장하며, 상기 트레이스들은 상기 센싱 전극들이 배열된 상기 기재층의 상기 중앙부에 함께 배치되는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  8. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 안테나 패턴 및 상기 센싱 전극은 동일한 메쉬 구조를 포함하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 안테나 패턴은 방사 전극, 패드, 및 상기 방사 전극 및 상기 패드를 전기적으로 연결시키는 전송 선로를 포함하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 패드는 상기 전송 선로와 연결되는 신호 패드, 및 상기 신호 패드와 이격되며 상기 전송 선로와 전기적으로 분리된 그라운드 패드를 포함하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  11. 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 신호 패드를 사이에 두고 한 쌍의 상기 그라운드 패드들이 마주보며 배치되는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  12. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기재층은 상기 안테나 패턴의 유전층으로 제공되는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  13. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기재층의 저면 상에 배치되는 그라운드 층을 더 포함하는, 터치 센서-안테나 모듈.
  14. 청구항 1의 터치 센서-안테나 모듈을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치.
