背景技术
现在冰箱功能复杂化,冰箱内直接安装水箱,可以方便用户直接引用冷水。但是很多情况下冷水的需求不是刚性需求,空箱状态的水箱占用了太多冰箱内部空间,造成冰箱存储量下降,空间浪费。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本公开实施例的目的是提供一种水箱组件及冰箱,解决上述的至少一个问题。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开实施例提供一种水箱组件,其包括:储水盒、盒盖和围栏;所述储水盒的底部设置出水口,所述盒盖扣合于所述储水盒的开口;所述围栏围绕所述储水盒转动,当所述围栏转动至所述储水盒上方时,所述围栏与所述盒盖围成物品放置空间;所述围栏转动至所述储水盒下方或侧方,所述围栏与所述储水盒的底壁或侧壁围成第二存放空间。在一些实施例中,所述出水口配有可拆卸密封盖,所述围栏转动至所述储水盒下方或侧方,所述可拆卸密封盖封闭所述出水口。
在一些实施例中,所述盒盖开有加水口,所述加水口和所述出水口尺寸、形状均相同;所述盒盖扣合于所述储水盒开口,所述可拆卸密封盖封闭所述加水口。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本公开的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实例用于说明本公开,但不用来限制本公开的范围。
在本公开实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。“第一”“第二”“第三”“第四”不代表任何的序列关系,仅是为了方便描述进行的区分。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本公开实施例中的具体含义。“当前”在执行某动作之时的时刻,文中出现多个当前,均为随时间流逝中实时记录。
针对目前冰箱内水箱占用体积较大的问题,本公开实施例给出水箱组件及采用该水箱组件的冰箱。
下面将通过基础设计、扩展设计及替换设计对产品、方法等进行详细描述。
一种水箱组件,如图1-5所示,其包括:储水盒3、盒盖2和围栏5;储水盒3的底部设置出水口7,盒盖2扣合于储水盒3的开口;围栏5围绕储水盒3转动,围栏5转动至储水盒3上方,围栏5与扣合在储水盒3的盒盖2围成物品放置空间(储水盒中有水);或者围栏5与储水盒3内底部围成物品放置空间(储水盒没水);围栏5转动至储水盒3下方或侧方,围栏5与储水盒3的底壁或侧壁围成第二存放空间。
储水盒3为盒体结构,可在上部开口,通过盒盖2过盈配合地扣合封闭。如此满足不需要凉水时,储水盒3用做储物,物品自盒体开口放置在盒体内。盒盖2和储水盒3的连接方式可以为二者分体,通过过盈连接的方式扣合。或者二者可以为铰接,盒盖2的某一边缘通过合页或其他铰接件铰接在储水盒3的开口边缘。即盒盖2可以通过可拆卸或铰接的方式扣合在储水盒3的开口。盒盖2从储水盒3拆卸下来后,可以放在第二存放 空间;当盒盖2铰接在储水盒3时,直接将盒盖2翻转,挂在储水盒3上即可,而第二存放空间可以存放其他物品。当然,围栏5可以根据需要不转动,不转动时围栏5和储水盒3的内底部构成储物空间。
围栏5即为框架,图中示出的是蛇形线形框架。围栏5围绕储水盒3转动是为了围栏5转动至储水盒3的不同位置。围栏5可转动式安装在冰箱门体内侧,也可以根据水箱的安装位置确定,比如:如果水箱安装在冰箱门体上,那围栏5可以转动式安装在门体内侧;如果水箱安装在冰箱箱体上,那围栏5可以转动式安装在箱体内侧。
图中示出了围栏5转动式安装在储水盒3两端,如同水桶的提手和筒体的连接方式。本实施例中,围栏5的两端通过锁紧螺帽6安装在储水盒3的两端。围栏5转至储水盒3侧面或底部,围栏5与储水盒3限定出储物空间,方便存放盒盖2。
必须考虑在储水盒3用做储物空间时,存放的物品可能会污染出水管9,为了避免出水管9受到污染,出水口7配有可拆卸密封盖1,围栏5转动至储水盒3下方或侧方,可拆卸密封盖1封闭出水口7。可拆卸密封盖1隔断出水口7和出水管9。可拆卸的目的在于,当储水盒3储水时,出水口7和出水管9要保持畅通,可拆卸密封盖1需要拆掉。该可拆卸密封盖1可以螺纹拧入出水口7处,也可以采用过盈配合的方式挤入出水口7。
为了避免频繁开盒盖2加水,盒盖2开有加水口8,从该加水口8可以直接添水。
当储水盒3用来储水时,可拆卸密封盖无需对出水口进行密封,所以,此时可以将可拆卸密封盖1安装在加水口8,通过拧紧或挤入的方式安装在加水口8。在不需要加水时对加水口8进行密封,在需要加水时拆卸即可。
基于上述可拆卸密封盖1的两个不同的应用位置,即可拆卸密封盖1既可以用于封闭加水口,也可以用于封闭出水口;加水口8和出水口7尺寸、形状均相同。可拆卸密封盖1在储水盒3储水时安装在加水口8上,以封闭加水口,在储水盒3储物时安装在出水口7。
加水口8的设置位置不做过多限制,但是需要考虑盒盖2和围栏5围成物品存储空间时,盒盖2的上表面最好是平面,所以,加水口8最好为 内陷的,可拆卸密封盖1装入加水口8后,密封盖1的上表面与盒盖2的上表面齐平。
为了方便储水盒3中的气体排出,可拆卸密封盖1上开有通气微孔。该通气微孔仅利于气体排出,本领域技术人员可根据实际经验设计微孔尺寸。
可以明确,储水箱的出水管9上设置控制阀4。控制阀4方便控制出水,同时,可拆卸密封盖1安装在出水口7,还可以尽可能避免控制阀4被物品、食品污染。
控制阀4通常处于储水盒3的下方,在围栏5转到储水盒3下方时,注意做好控制阀4的让位。另一方面为了增加水箱组件的安装、放置的稳定性,围栏5转动至储水盒3下方或侧方,围栏5的最底部与控制阀4处于同一平面。图中示出了控制阀4和围栏5在同一平面上的结构形式。该平面可适从于放置的平面。当然,在其他的实施例中,如果没有控制阀,出水管9底部与围栏最底部也可以处于同一水平面。
上文提到围栏5需要与盒盖2围成储物空间,所以,围栏5转至储水盒3上方,其位置需要固定,因此,在储水盒3或冰箱箱体内侧设置止挡件,该止挡件可以为挡台或可旋转挡手。
图中示出了一种围栏5结构,围栏5包括:第一栏框51和第二栏框52,第一栏框51和第二栏框52相互垂直;围栏5转动至储水盒3上方,第一栏框51用于环套放置于盒盖2上的物品;围栏5转动至储水盒3下方或侧方,第一栏框51用于放置盒盖2;第二栏框52用于阻挡侧放的盒盖2。其中,第一栏框51、第二栏框52的数目不限制。图中示出两个第一栏框51,一个第二栏框52,一些情况下,第一栏框51、第二栏框52可由一根金属线弯折而成。
本公开实施例还提供了一种冰箱,其包括箱体和上述的任一种水箱组件,箱体设置水箱组件。箱体可指门体或箱内。
以上所述仅为本公开的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本公开,凡在本公开的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种水箱组件,其特征在于,包括:
    储水盒,底部设置出水口;
    盒盖,扣合于所述储水盒的开口;
    围栏,围绕所述储水盒转动设置;
    所述围栏转动至所述储水盒上方,所述围栏与所述盒盖围成物品放置空间;所述围栏转动至所述储水盒下方或侧方,所述围栏与所述储水盒的底壁或侧壁围成第二存放空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述出水口配有可拆卸密封盖,所述围栏转动至所述储水盒下方或侧方,所述可拆卸密封盖用于封闭所述出水口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述盒盖开有加水口,所述加水口和所述出水口尺寸、形状均相同;所述盒盖扣合于所述储水盒开口,所述可拆卸密封盖用于封闭所述加水口。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述可拆卸密封盖上开有通气微孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述出水口处设置出水管,所述出水管上设置控制阀。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述围栏转动至所述储水盒下方或侧方,所述围栏的最底部与所述控制阀处于同一平面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述围栏的两端可转动式安装在所述储水盒的左右两侧壁。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述围栏的两端在所述储水盒上的安装件包括锁紧螺帽。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述围栏包括:第一栏框和第二栏框,所述第一栏框和所述第二栏框相互垂直;
    所述围栏转动至所述储水盒上方,所述第一栏框用于环套放置于所述盒盖上的物品;
    所述围栏转动至所述储水盒下方或侧方,所述第一栏框用于放置所述盒盖;所述第二栏框用于阻挡侧放的所述盒盖。
  10. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的水箱组件,其特征在于,所述储水盒配有止挡结构,以固定转动至所述储水盒上方的所述围栏。
  11. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,其包括箱体和权利要求1-10任一项所述的水箱组件。
