102、根据预设映射关系对信息标识进行处理,得到显示面板对应的背光模组。
比如,可以根据预设映射关系对该显示面板的信息标识进行匹配,得到与该信息标识匹配的来料信息,如图3所示。然后,再根据该来料信息获取对应的背光模组,得到该显示面板对应的背光模组。在本申请实施例中,仅需对显示面板的信息标识进行匹配,得到该信息标识匹配的来料信息。再根据该来料信息获取对应的背光模组,不需要在背光模组上再喷涂识别标签。不仅能够降低产线的生产成本,并且还能够提高显示装置的生产效率。
需要说明的是,映射关系可以由运维人员预先建立的,也可以是由执行该组装方法的装置预先建立的。在本申请实施例中,背光模组的来料信息携带有该背光模组出厂时的信息,包括背光模组的批次、背光模组的来料时间以及背光模组的尺寸等等。
即,在一些实施例中,“根据预设映射关系对信息标识进行处理,得到显示面板对应的背光模组”的步骤,包括:
(11)根据预设映射关系对信息标识进行匹配,得到与信息标识匹配的来料信息。
(12)获取来料信息对应的背光模组,得到显示面板对应的背光模组。
比如,获取到显示面板的信息标识A后,根据预设映射关系对信息标识A进行匹配,得到与信息标识A匹配的来料信息B。对信息标识A匹配的方式可以有多种。比如,可以获取信息标识A中显示面板的参数,如显示面板的尺寸或显示面板的引脚数量,然后根据预设映射关系对信息标识A中显示面板的参数进行匹配,得到显示面板的参数对应的背光模组的参数。再然后,根据背光模组的参数获取该背光模组的来料信息。
即,在一些实施例中,“根据预设映射关系对信息标识进行匹配,得到与信息标识匹配的来料信息”的步骤,包括:
(21)获取信息标识中显示面板的第一参数。
(22)根据预设映射关系对第一参数进行匹配,得到第一参数对应的第二参数。
(23)获取第二参数对应的背光模组的来料信息,得到与信息标识匹配的来料信息。
紧接着,再根据该背光模组的来料信息获取背光模组,得到显示面板对应的背光模组。
在一些实施例中,“获取来料信息对应的背光模组,得到显示面板对应的背光模组”的步骤包括:
(31)判断来料信息对应的背光模组是否满足预设条件;
(32)若来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组。
比如,检测该来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数,并判断该性能参数是否满足预设性能参数。其中,在本实施例中,该预设性能参数为耐热性能参数。当该性能参数满足预设性能参数时,再判断该来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间。比如,预设来料时间为8月23日。若该来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为8月23日,则确定该显示面板对应的背光模组。
即,在一些实施例中,“若来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组”的步骤,包括:
(41)检测来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数。
(42)判断来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数是否为预设性能参数。
(43)若来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数为预设性能参数,则判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间。
(44)若来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组。
此外,在步骤(42)中,若来料信息对应的背光模组(以下简称背光模组)的性能参数不满足预设性能参数。在本实施例中,该预设性能参数为耐热性能参数,则获取来料信息对应的备用背光模组。其中,备用背光模组的性能参数满足预设性能参数。需要说明的是,该备用背光模组的来料信息与信息标识匹配的来料信息不同,但该备用背光模组的型号与背光模组的型号一致。在本实施例中提到的来料信息对应的备用背光模组指的是根据该来料信息获取备用背光模组的来料信息,从而得到备用背光模组。并且,仅当背光模组的性能参数不满足预设性能参数时,才会启用该备用背光模组。即,“判断来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数是否为预设性能参数”的步骤,还包括:
若来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数不满足预设性能参数,则获取来料信息对应的备用背光模组。其中,备用背光模组的性能参数满足预设性能参数。
又比如,检测该来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次,并判断该来料批次是否为预设来料批次。若来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次为预设批次,则判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间。比如,当该预设来料批次的为第五次时,且该来料批次也为第五次时,再判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间。若来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组。比如,该来料时间为8月23日,预设来料时间也为8月23日,此时,则确定该来料信息对应的背光模组与显示面板对应。
即,在一些实施例中,“若来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组”的步骤,包括:
(51)检测来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次。
(52)判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次是否为预设来料批次。
(53)若来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次为预设批次,则判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间。
(54)若来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组。
另外,在步骤(52)中,若来料信息对应的背光模组(以下简称背光模组)的来料批次不为预设来料批次,则获取来料信息对应的备用背光模组。具体的方法请参阅前面实施例,在此不再赘述。即,“判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次是否为预设来料批次”的步骤,还包括:若来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次不为预设来料批次,则获取来料信息对应的备用背光模组,其中,备用背光模组的来料批次为预设来料批次。
再比如,检测该来料信息对应的背光模组的库存,并判断该来料批次是否为预设库存。若来料信息对应的背光模组的库存为预设库存,则判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间。比如,当该预设库存为100个,该来料信息对应的背光模组的库存150个,此时该来料信息对应的背光模组的库存大于预设库存,则可以判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间。若来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组。比如,该来料时间为8月23日,预设来料时间也为8月23日,此时,则确定该来料信息对应的背光模组与显示面板对应。
即,在一些实施例中,“若来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组”的步骤,包括:
(61)检测来料信息对应的背光模组的库存。
(62)当来料信息对应的背光模组的库存大于或等于预设库存时,判断来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间。
(63)若来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定显示面板对应的背光模组。
103、将显示面板与背光模组进行组装。将与显示面板匹配的背光模组进行组装。组装完成后,再对显示装置进行点灯测试、外观检查以及触控检查等一系列步骤,在此不一一赘述。
在本实施例中,根据预设映射关系即可对显示面板的信息标识进行匹配,得到与该显示面板匹配的背光模组,无需对背光模组增加额外的喷码工序,因此,极大地提高了生产效率。并且,减小了由于额外的喷码工序而造成背光模组损伤的几率,进而提高了产品良率。
以上对本申请实施例提供的显示装置的组装方法进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请。同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本申请的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种显示装置的组装方法,其包括:
    对背光模组进行标记,以确定所述背光模组的来料信息;
    获取显示面板的信息标识;
    根据预设映射关系对所述信息标识进行匹配,得到与所述信息标识匹配的来料信息;
    获取所述来料信息对应的背光模组,得到所述显示面板对应的背光模组;
    将所述显示面板与所述背光模组进行组装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组装方法,其中,所述根据预设映射关系对所述信息标识进行匹配,得到与所述信息标识匹配的来料信息的步骤,包括:
    获取所述信息标识中所述显示面板的第一参数;
    根据预设映射关系对所述第一参数进行匹配,得到所述第一参数对应的第二参数;
    获取所述第二参数对应的背光模组的来料信息,得到与所述信息标识匹配的来料信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的组装方法,其中,所述获取所述来料信息对应的背光模组,得到所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组是否满足预设条件;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的组装方法,其中,所述若所述来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    检测所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数;
    判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数是否满足预设性能参数;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数为预设性能参数,则判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的组装方法,其中,所述判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数是否满足预设性能参数的步骤,还包括:
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数不满足预设性能参数,则获取所述来料信息对应的备用背光模组,其中,所述备用背光模组的性能参数满足预设性能参数。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的组装方法,其中,所述若所述来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    检测所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次;
    判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次是否为预设来料批次;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次为预设批次,则判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的组装方法,其中,所述判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次是否为预设来料批次的步骤,还包括:
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次不为预设来料批次,则获取所述来料信息对应的备用背光模组,其中,所述备用背光模组的来料批次为预设来料批次。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的组装方法,其中,所述若所述来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    检测所述来料信息对应的背光模组的库存;
    当所述来料信息对应的背光模组的库存大于或等于预设库存时,判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  9. 一种显示装置的组装方法,其包括:
    获取显示面板的信息标识;
    根据预设映射关系对所述信息标识进行处理,得到所述显示面板对应的背光模组;
    将所述显示面板与所述背光模组进行组装。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的组装方法,其中,所述根据预设映射关系对所述信息标识进行处理,得到所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    根据预设映射关系对所述信息标识进行匹配,得到与所述信息标识匹配的来料信息;
    获取所述来料信息对应的背光模组,得到所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的组装方法,其中,所述根据预设映射关系对所述信息标识进行匹配,得到与所述信息标识匹配的来料信息的步骤,包括:
    获取所述信息标识中所述显示面板的第一参数;
    根据预设映射关系对所述第一参数进行匹配,得到所述第一参数对应的第二参数;
    获取所述第二参数对应的背光模组的来料信息,得到与所述信息标识匹配的来料信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的组装方法,其中,所述获取所述来料信息对应的背光模组,得到所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组是否满足预设条件;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的组装方法,其中,所述若所述来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    检测所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数;
    判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数是否满足预设性能参数;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数为预设性能参数,则判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的组装方法,其中,所述判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数是否满足预设性能参数的步骤,还包括:
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的性能参数不满足预设性能参数,则获取所述来料信息对应的备用背光模组,其中,所述备用背光模组的性能参数满足预设性能参数。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的组装方法,其中,所述若所述来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    检测所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次;
    判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次是否为预设来料批次;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次为预设批次,则判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的组装方法,其中,所述判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次是否为预设来料批次的步骤,还包括:
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料批次不为预设来料批次,则获取所述来料信息对应的备用背光模组,其中,所述备用背光模组的来料批次为预设来料批次。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的组装方法,其中,所述若所述来料信息对应的背光模组满足预设条件,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组的步骤,包括:
    检测所述来料信息对应的背光模组的库存;
    当所述来料信息对应的背光模组的库存大于或等于预设库存时,判断所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间是否为预设来料时间;
    若所述来料信息对应的背光模组的来料时间为预设来料时间,则确定所述显示面板对应的背光模组。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的组装方法,其中,在所述获取显示面板的信息标识的步骤之前,还包括:对背光模组进行标记,以确定所述背光模组的来料信息。
