技术领域
本发明涉及加热领域,具体为一种发热组件及电子烟。
背景技术
发热组件是日常消费品中经常会用到的零部件,现有的发热组件,因其发热面积小,功率低,结构复杂,绝缘性能差,常常给消费者带来使用上的不便,不能满足日常产品如电子烟烟棒中的加热要求,更有甚者由于其结构设计缺陷还会给使用者带来人身伤害,因此需要一种新型结构的发热组件来解决该问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种发热组件和电子烟,从而解决现有发热组件发热面积小,结构复杂的问题。
本发明为解决其技术问题提供的一种技术方案是:一种发热组件,包含:剑体形状的壳体,以及套设于所述壳体内腔中的发热控温组件,所述发热控温组件包括金属发热片和/或位于金属发热片与壳体之间的控温部件。
作为上述方案的改进,所述发热控温组件外部包裹有绝缘层。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述绝缘层为云母纸。
作为上述方案的改进,所述发热片为一体式的对称式结构。
作为上述方案的改进,所述发热片以基础单元间隔设置和/或首尾相连形成,所述基础单元为规则型结构或异型结构中的一种或多种的组合。
作为上述方案的改进,所述壳体为金属材质,一体成型结构,所述壳体的外部做抛光处理和/或壳体电镀纳米铁氟龙涂层。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述外壳为陶瓷材质,所述外壳为一体成型结构,所述剑体形状的壳体的,剑刃边缘设有锋刃,和/或端部设有剑尖。
作为上述方案的改进,所述控温部件为K型热电偶和/或TCR控温模块。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括上述任意一项所述的发热组件。
本发明的有益技术效果是:通过设置剑体形状的壳体,套设于壳体内腔中的金属发热片、位于金属发热片与壳体之间的控温模块,形成一种发热面积大、结构简单的发热组件及电子烟。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分理解本发明的目的、方案和效果。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。此外本发明中所使用的上、下、左、右等描述仅仅是相对图中本发明各组成部分相互位置关系来说的。
实施例一
图1为本发明发热组件一种实施方式的示意图,图2为图1中发热组件的剖视图,参考图1和图2,发热组件包括剑体形状的壳体10,套设于壳体10内的发热控温组件20,发热控温组件20为金属发热片。壳体10整体为三段式结构包括剑尖11、剑刃12,以及底座13,剑刃12与底座13的结合面处设有圆弧形平滑过渡结构14,提高壳体10根部的强度,剑刃12边缘周边设有锋刃121,剑尖11和锋刃121的设置便于发热组件在实际使用过程中插入产品中或产品之间对其进行加热如电子烟的烟棒中。
优选的外壳10可选用金属材料一体成型,使得壳体一致性好,加工成本低,且相较于传统的组合式壳体与底座,彻底消除了由于加热使得壳体意外飞出,脱离底座的问题。
优选的还可对金属外壳10进行抛光处理和/或电镀纳米铁氟龙涂层,提高外壳的耐高温性能,延长外壳的使用寿命,降低外壳外表面的摩擦系数,便于使用者将发热组件插入产品中进行加热如电子烟的烟棒中。
优选的外壳10还可选用食品级陶瓷材料,一体成型结构,可极大的提高发热组件的绝缘性。
进一步的在发热控温组件20的外部包裹有云母纸形成的绝缘层,更进一步的提升了发热组件的绝缘性能,保障发热组件的安全可靠性。
在外壳10的底座13的开口端设有喇叭口15,用于陶瓷胶灌将发热温控组件封装于外壳10内部。
实施例二
图3为本发明发热组件第二种实施方式的示意图,图4为图3中发热组件的剖视图,参考图3和图4,实施例二与实施例一的区别在于,壳体10为扁平状,侧面为弧形面,在壳体的一端设有剑尖11,以及控温模块20包括金属发热片21和控温部件22,控温部件22位于金属发热片21与外壳10的内腔16之间,温控部件22可以是K型热电偶和/或TCR控温模块,相较于传统的电阻温度传感器,本发明中实用的温控部件22可消除由于温度变化导致电阻温度传感器测温不准的问题,保障了发热组件的可靠性,稳定性。发热组件的其他部分结构形状与实施例一的结构相同,此处不做重复叙述。
图5为本发明发热组件中发热片第一种实施方式的示意图,参考图5,金属发热片30整体呈对称结构,金属发热片30的下部为两片宽大的片状连接部31,在连接部31之间为整体近似呈S型首尾相接的发热体32,用于对发热组件的外壳进行加热。此种结构设置的金属发热片30空间加热均匀,结构简单,便于生产加工,同时还不会产生发热片相互连接发生短路的问题,安全性高,稳定性好。
图6为本发明发热组件中发热片第二种实施方式的示意图,参考图6,金属发热片30整体也为对称式结构,在金属发热片30的下部为两宽大的片状连接部31,在连接部31之间为多个基础单元40首尾相接形成的发热体32,基础单元为规则的近似凹字形的结构,此种结构的发热体32,相较于传统的发热丝,发热面积大,结构简单,生产安装方便。
图7为本发明发热组件中发热片第三种实施方式的示意图,参考图7,金属发热片30整体为非对称结构,在金属发热片30的下部为两宽大的片状连接部31,在连接部31的一侧为由基础单元40构成的首尾相连的发热体32,连接部31的另一侧为规则结构形成的发热体32,此种结构的发热片30可在一侧形成稳定的加热区间,另一侧形成交替变化的加热区间,拓展本发明发热组件的应用范围。
需要说明的是本发明不限制发热组件的应用领域,也不限制发热片30中基础单元40的结构形状,基础单元40可以是规则结构如三角形、矩形、梯形、平行四边形、S型、凹字形、凸字形等结构,也可以是异型结构,在实际应用过程中可根据具体的应用场景进行自由选择或组合,规则结构和/或异型结构。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括上述任意一项发热组件。
由上述可知,本发明通过设置剑体形状的壳体,套设于壳体内腔中的发热片、位于金属发热片与壳体之间的控温模块,形成一种发热面积大、结构简单、使用方便的发热组件和电子烟。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所述权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种发热组件,其特征在于,包含:剑体形状的壳体,以及套设于所述壳体内腔中的发热控温组件,所述发热控温组件包括金属发热片和/或位于金属发热片与壳体之间的控温部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发热组件,其特征在于:所述发热控温组件外部包裹有绝缘层。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发热组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为云母纸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的发热组件,其特征在于:所述发热片为一体式的对称式结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发热组件,其特征在于:所述发热片以基础单元间隔设置和/或首尾相连形成,所述基础单元为规则型结构或异型结构中的一种或多种的组合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的发热组件,其特征在于:所述发热片为一侧为基础单元间隔设置和/或首尾相连形成,另一侧为一规则结构,所述基础单元为规则型结构或异型结构中的一种或多种的组合。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的发热组件,其特征在于:所述壳体为金属材质,一体成型结构,所述壳体的外部做抛光处理和/或壳体电镀纳米铁氟龙涂层。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的发热组件,其特征在于:所述外壳为陶瓷材质,所述外壳为一体成型结构,所述剑体形状的壳体的,剑刃边缘设有锋刃,和/或端部设有剑尖。
