一种射砂嘴,包括中央具有射砂通道(4)的射砂嘴本体(1),在射砂嘴本体上围绕所述射砂通道设有环状腔体(5),所述射砂嘴本体下端的外周设有密封圈(6)。在射砂嘴本体中设置环形腔体,并通过设置密封圈减小传热通道,实现了良好的隔热;射砂嘴中的砂子不会在射砂的间隙固化,保证了砂芯质量的稳定性,也大大减少射嘴清理的工作,提高了生产效率。

一种射砂嘴 技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于金属铸造领域, 涉及一种用于制芯机的部件, 具体涉及一种射砂嘴 背景技术
[0002] 在热芯盒或无机树脂温芯盒制芯过程中, 需要用到插入式射砂嘴。 5见有技术中 , 如附图 1所示, 插入式射砂嘴通常由射砂嘴本体 1和套设在射砂嘴本体 1上的橡 胶密封套 2构成, 射砂时, 射砂嘴插入芯盒 3的对应位置, 由橡胶密封套 2与芯盒 3密封。 上述结构中, 橡胶密封套与模具直接接触, 一方面起到密封作用, 另一 方面起到隔热作用。 但是, 这种结构隔热效果不理想, 热 (温) 芯盒本身的温 度在 100度到 300之间, 远大于射砂嘴的温度, 由于对流的作用射砂嘴的温度会 不断上升, 进而可能使射砂嘴中的砂子固化, 造成射砂时堵塞。

[0005] 为达到上述发明目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种射砂嘴, 包括中央具有 射砂通道的射砂嘴本体, 在射砂嘴本体上围绕所述射砂通道设有环状的腔体, 所述射砂嘴本体下端的外周设有密封圈。
[0006] 上述技术方案中, 通过在射砂嘴本体上围绕所述射砂通道设置环状的腔体, 减 小了射砂嘴本体的导热性能, 同时, 采用密封圈而不是密封套, 减少了与芯盒 的接触面积, 即减小了传热通道, 因而获得较好的隔热效果, 使射砂嘴中的砂 在射砂间隙不会固化。

[0013] 1、 本发明放弃了现有技术中在射砂嘴本体外套设橡胶密封套, 利用橡胶密封 套隔热的做法, 创造性地在射砂嘴本体中设置环形腔体, 并通过设置密封圈减 小传热通道, 实现了良好的隔热; 射砂嘴中的砂子不会在射砂的间隙固化, 保 证了砂芯质量的稳定性, 也大大减少射嘴清理的工作, 提高了生产效率。
[0014] 2、 本发明只对射砂嘴本体结构进行改动, 不需要增加其它配件, 结构简单, 实现方便。
