烟弹及电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,特别地,涉及一种烟弹及电子烟。
背景技术
现如今,电子烟凭借其卫生环保、使用方便以及多样的口感体验等优点被越来越多的人群所接受,无论是追求口感与炫酷的大功率电子烟还是追求实用与方便的小型或一次性电子烟等都越来越有市场。
目前市场上电子烟的注液方式中,一部分为将设置有雾化芯的烟弹打开后方可完成,而由于烟弹中相应结构之间通过螺纹连接设置,因此导致电子烟注液操作复杂;还有一部分为拔出注液胶塞,然后进行注液,该种注液方式带来的问题是,用户的手会接触到注液胶塞上的烟液,用户体验度不好。
实用新型内容
基于此,针对上述问题有必要提供一种注液操作简单且体验度较好的烟弹及电子烟。
一种烟弹,其包括:
具有储液腔的烟弹主体,包括半封闭端及与所述半封闭端相对的开口端;
烟弹底盖,配接于所述烟弹主体的开口端;所述烟弹底盖开设均与所述储液腔连通的注液口及泄压口;以及
注液旋转盖,配接于所述烟弹底盖;所述注液旋转盖开设第一连通口及第二连通口;
其中,所述注液旋转盖绕一轴线相对所述烟弹底盖旋转,所述注液旋转盖可旋转至所述第一连通口与所述注液口错开的位置、和所述第一连通口与所述注液口连通且所述第二连通口与所述泄压口连通的位置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述注液旋转盖相对所述烟弹底盖绕所述轴线在 预设弧长内转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述注液旋转盖包括盖体及限位扣,所述烟弹底盖包括座体及配合扣;所述限位扣凸设于所述盖体的外缘,所述配合扣凸设于所述座体的外缘且位于所述限位扣的旋转路径上,所述限位扣在预设弧长内往复转动地与所述配合扣配合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹底盖面向所述注液旋转盖的表面开设导向槽,所述注液旋转盖面向所述烟弹底盖的表面凸设有导向柱,所述导向柱滑动设置于所述导向槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹主体开设有进气口,所述烟弹包括外壳及调气件,所述外壳套设于所述烟弹主体外,且开设有与所述进气口连通的滑槽,所述调气件装配于所述滑槽内并可相对所述滑槽于覆盖所述进气口的关闭位置和打开所述进气口的进气位置之间滑动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹主体的外表面形成有第一调节齿牙,所述第一调节齿牙形成于所述进气口周侧且位于所述调气件由所述关闭位置滑动至所述进气位置的滑动路径上;所述调气件面向所述第一调节齿牙的表面形成与所述第一调节齿牙啮合的第二调节齿牙。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹主体配置贯穿所述半封闭端与所述开口端的进气通道,所述进气口与所述进气通道连通;所述烟弹底盖开设有与所述进气通道连通的咪头感应通道,所述注液旋转盖开设与所述咪头感应通道连通的连接通孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹包括雾化芯,所述烟弹底盖上开设有装配孔,所述注液口、所述泄压口以及所述咪头感应通道均设置于所述装配孔的外周;所述雾化芯的进气端与所述注液旋转盖可拆卸地固定连接,所述雾化芯的出气端可拆卸地穿设于所述装配孔内并外露于所述烟弹主体外;所述进气口、所述进气通道、所述外壳与所述烟弹主体中所述半封闭端之间的间隙以及所述雾化芯的内部共同形成一条雾化气流通路。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹包括通气管,所述通气管可拆卸地装配 于所述雾化芯的出气端,所述外壳与所述通气管对应位置开设有出气口。
一种电子烟,包括烟弹以及为所述烟弹提供电驱动的电池装置,所述烟弹为上述所述的烟弹。
本实用新型的烟弹及电子烟中,配置于烟弹底部的注液旋转盖可在外力作用下相对烟弹底盖旋转,使得在注液过程中,只需要将两者错位转开露出注液口即可实现注液,操作简单且便捷。同时,烟弹底盖上还开设有泄压口,在注液口外露时,泄压口亦同时与外界连通,以避免因储液腔内的气压作用,导致注入的烟液被溢出。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本实用新型,下面将参照相关附图对本实用新型进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本实用新型的较佳实施例。但是,本实用新型可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本实用新型的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。

请参看图1,本实用新型一实施例中,电子烟100包括烟弹10及用于为烟弹10提供电驱动的电池装置30。烟弹10用于盛放烟油,并经电池装置30电驱动雾化吸取的烟油,使之形成烟雾,以供用户吸食。
其中,在一实施例中,烟弹10与烟嘴可一体设置,即烟弹10自带供用户吸食的烟嘴。在其中另一实施例中,烟弹10与烟嘴分体设置,即烟嘴可拆卸地配接于烟弹10上,在此不作限定。
请参看图2和图3,烟弹10包括烟弹主体11、烟弹底盖13、注液旋转盖15以及雾化芯17。烟弹主体11具有用于盛放烟油的储液腔110,烟弹底盖13配接于烟弹主体11,用于与烟弹主体11共同构造形成具有储液腔110及用于装配雾化芯17的烟弹10的整体。注液旋转盖15配接于烟弹底盖13上,用于根据用户操作,可以相对烟弹底盖13旋转,以允许用户执行注液操作。雾化芯17装配于烟弹主体11内,储液腔110连通雾化芯17的进液口,在电池装置30的电驱动下,雾化芯17雾化从储液腔110中吸附的烟油。
具体地,烟弹主体11大体呈半封闭的中空柱状,其包括半封闭端及与半封闭端相对的开口端。在电子烟100正常使用时,烟弹主体11的半封闭端即为设置有烟嘴或用于配接烟嘴的顶部,对应的开口端即为与电池装置30配接的底部。
请参看图3,烟弹主体11的内部空间配置为具有储液腔110、进气通道112以及雾化芯装配空间114。其中,烟弹底盖13装配于烟弹主体11的开口端,并与烟弹主体11共同构造形成储液腔110。进气通道112及雾化芯装配空间114均由凸出于烟弹主体11内壁的其它壁结构界定构造形成,在此不作具体介绍。
请结合参看图3、图4以及图5,烟弹底盖13开设有与进气通道112连通的咪头感应通道131,注液旋转盖15开设与咪头感应通道131连通的连接通孔151,由于连接通孔151与咪头感应气道131连通,而咪头感应气道131又连通进气通道112,在用户抽吸动作下,咪头周围发生的气压、气流流速等参数变化将被咪头所探知,在这些参数的其中一种或者多种的变化值达到设 定范围,即可触发咪头发出信号到控制主板,控制主板进而发出执行对应的操作信号。
在本具体实施例中,注液旋转盖15面向烟弹底盖13的表面开设有密封槽157,密封槽157围设于连接通孔151的外周。烟弹10包括密封环14,密封环14密封设置于密封槽157内,用于套设于装配于咪头感应通道131内咪头的外周,避免进入进气通道112内的气体发生漏气现象,同时也避免烟液通过连接通孔151进入到咪头所在位置,影响咪头的灵敏度。
烟弹底盖13开设有均与储液腔110连通的注液口130及泄压口132,注液旋转盖15开设第一连通口150及第二连通口152。其中,注液旋转盖15绕一轴线(例如烟弹10的出烟通道中心轴线)相对烟弹底盖13旋转,注液旋转盖15可旋转至第一连通口150与注液口130错开的位置、和第一连通口150与注液口130连通且第二连通口152与泄压口132连通的位置。
电子烟100正常使用时,注液旋转盖15相对烟弹底盖13位于第一连通口150与注液口130错开的位置,注液口130被封堵,避免储液腔110内烟油由注液口130发生泄漏。而在电子烟100进行注液操作时,注液旋转盖15相对烟弹底盖13位于第一连通口150与注液口130连通且第二连通口152与泄压口132连通的位置,注液口130经第一连通口150与外界连通,烟油瓶的注油嘴可经第一连通口150伸入注液口130内,以向储液腔110内注入烟油;同时由于泄压口132经第二连通口152与外界连通,因此,储液腔110内的压力与外界气压相同,因此避免因储液腔110内的压差作用,导致注入的烟液被溢出。
在本具体实施例中,与注液口130配合的第一连通口150为形成于注液旋转盖15边缘的缺口。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,第一连通口150亦可直接为设置于注液旋转盖15上的孔结构,在此不作限定。
请参看图4和图5,在一实施例中,注液旋转盖15相对烟弹底盖13绕轴线在预设弧长内转动。
具体地,烟弹底盖13包括座体134及配合扣136,注液旋转盖15包括盖 体154及限位扣156。盖体154盖设于座体134的正下方,即座体134位于烟弹主体11与盖体154之间。限位扣156凸设于盖体154的外缘,配合扣136凸设于座体134的外缘且位于限位扣156的旋转路径上,限位扣156在预设弧长内可往复转动地与配合扣136配合。
配合扣136沿限位扣156的旋转路径开设配合槽1363,配合槽1363在限位扣156旋入的路径上具有阻挡壁1365。限位扣156经配合槽1363的入口旋入配合槽1363内,且阻挡于配合槽1363正对入口的阻挡壁1365上,以限制限位扣156的旋转行程,避免限位扣156在旋入过程中因用力过度而继续由另一端被意外旋出。
进一步地,限位扣156正对烟弹底盖13的表面凸出形成定位凸起1561,配合扣136与定位凸起1561对应位置开设与配合槽1363连通的定位槽1367。
其中,定位槽1367相对配合扣136的深度大于配合槽1363相对配合扣136的深度,使得定位凸起1561可在旋入配合槽1363内时,限位卡嵌于定位槽1367内。
在其中一个实施例中可为由配合槽1363的槽壁继续向内凹陷形成,而在另一个实施例中,亦可直接形成于配合扣136与配合槽1363连通的表面,在此不作限定。
在本具体实施例中,配合扣136包括凸出形成于座体134相对两侧的两个,对应地,限位扣156包括凸出形成于盖体154相对两侧且与两个配合扣136配合的两个。其中,两个配合扣136上配合槽1363的开口方向相反,以限定注液旋转盖15仅可相对烟弹底盖13在预设弧长内旋转,参考图7与图8,注液旋转盖15仅可相对烟弹底盖13绕轴线顺时针由第一连通口150与注液口130错开的位置旋转至第一连通口150与注液口130连通的位置,并逆时针复位,这段运动弧长即为预设弧长(不含复位过程的运动弧长);而不能绕轴线逆时针由第一连通口150与注液口130错开的位置旋转至第一连通口150与注液口130连通的位置。
可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,注液旋转盖15可相对烟弹底盖13 绕转轴沿顺时针和逆时针方向均可由第一连通口150与注液口130错开的位置旋转至第一连通口150与注液口130连通的位置,或者注液旋转盖15可相对烟弹底盖13绕转轴仅能沿逆时针方向由第一连通口150与注液口130错开的位置旋转至第一连通口150与注液口130连通的位置;只需要实现旋转注液旋转盖15可相对烟弹底盖13绕转轴由第一连通口150与注液口130错开的位置旋转至第一连通口150与注液口130连通的位置,并复位即可,在此均不作限定。
进一步地,烟弹底盖13面向注液旋转盖15的表面开设导向槽138,注液旋转盖15面向烟弹底盖13的表面凸设有导向柱158,导向柱158滑动设置于导向槽138内,以限位注液旋转盖15相对烟弹底盖13的旋转行程,防止其随意晃动。
在其中一个实施例中,注液旋转盖15面向烟弹底盖13的表面开设有盲槽155,当注液旋转盖15配接于烟弹底盖13上时,盲槽155与烟弹底盖13上注液口130正对。烟弹10包括密封垫12,密封垫12收容于盲槽155内,用于在电子烟100正常使用时(即当注液旋转盖15未相对烟弹底盖13旋转时),密封注液口130,避免漏液。
请结合参看图2、图3以及图6,在其中一个实施例中,烟弹主体11开设有进气口116,烟弹10包括外壳18及调气件19,外壳18套设于烟弹主体11的半封闭端外,且开设有与进气口116连通的滑槽181。调气件19装配于滑槽181内并可相对滑槽181于覆盖进气口116的关闭位置和打开进气口116的进气位置之间滑动。
请结合参看图3和图6,当调气件19滑动滑槽181至靠近进气口116的末端时,调气件19完全覆盖进气口116,此时进气口116被关闭。而在电子烟100使用时,调气件19可在外力作用下沿滑槽181向远离进气口116的方向滑动,打开进气口116,且还可根据其滑动距离的不同,改变进气口116的进气面积,最终调节烟弹10的进气量。
进一步地,烟弹主体11的外表面形成有第一调节齿牙117,第一调节齿 牙117形成于进气口116周侧且位于调气件19由关闭位置滑动至进气位置的滑动路径上。调气件19面向第一调节齿牙117的表面形成与第一调节齿牙117啮合的第二调节齿牙191,以将调气件19固定于调节位置。
此外,调气件19背向第二调节齿牙191的表面设置有防滑部193,以增加用户手指与调气件19之间的摩擦力。
在本具体实施例中,进气通道112贯穿烟弹主体11的半封闭端与开口端,进气口与进气通道112连通,使进气通道112即可用于咪头感应,亦可为外界用于雾化的空气提供通道。
请参看图4、图5以及图6,雾化芯17装配于注液旋转盖15上,并穿过烟弹底盖13伸入烟弹主体11,且限位于雾化芯装配空间114内,用于对由储液腔110中吸附的烟油进行加热雾化。
具体地,烟弹底盖13上开设有装配孔133,注液旋转盖15上与装配孔133对应的位置开设收容孔153。注液口130、泄压口132以及咪头感应通道131均设置于装配孔133的外周。
雾化芯17的进气端插设于收容孔153内并与注液旋转盖15可拆卸地固定连接,雾化芯17的出气端可拆卸地穿设于装配孔133内并外露于烟弹主体11外。其中,收容于收容孔153内的进气端通过电极接触件与电池装置30电连接,以实现电池装置30为雾化芯17提供电驱动。
请参看图6,进气口116、进气通道112、外壳18与烟弹主体11中半封闭端之间的间隙以及雾化芯17的内部共同形成一条雾化气流通路,以使外界空气在用户抽吸力作用下经雾化气流通路进入雾化芯17内,并与雾化芯17内烟雾混合后经烟嘴供用户吸食(如箭头所示方向)。同时,由于雾化芯17配接于注液旋转盖15上,并可拆卸地装配于烟弹主体11及烟弹底盖13上,使得当注液旋转盖15中限位扣156旋出配合扣136时,雾化芯17可随同注液旋转盖15一起由烟弹底盖13拆卸,便于雾化芯17的更换及后期维护。
进一步地,烟弹10包括通气管20,通气管20可拆卸地装配于雾化芯114的出气端,外壳18与通气管20对应位置开设有出气口182,如此与烟雾混合 后的空气可在用户抽吸动作下经出气口182流出,以供用户吸食。
更进一步地,烟弹10包括密封圈22,密封圈22装配于烟弹主体11上,且密封套设于雾化芯17的出气端外,以密封雾化芯14的出气端与烟弹主体11之间的间隙。
在本具体实施例中,外壳18为套设于烟弹主体11外的烟嘴,即出气口182即为烟嘴的出烟口,用户可直接通过套设于烟弹主体11外的外壳进行吸食。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,可于出气口182上额外装配供用户吸食的烟嘴亦可,在此不作限定。
请参看图7,在电子烟100正常使用时,注液旋转盖15与烟弹底盖13重合,第一连通口150与注液口130完全错位,第二连通口152与泄压口132完全错位,而仅连接通孔151与咪头感应通道131正对且连通。其中,在使用过程中,用户可滑动调节件19,改变进气口116的进气面积,调节电子烟100的进气量。
请参看图8,当需要进行注液操作时,沿箭头指示方向转动注液旋转盖15,直至第一连通口150与注液口130连通,此时第二连通口152亦与泄压口132连通。将烟油瓶的注油嘴经第一连通口150伸入注液口130内,以向储液腔110内注入烟油。并在注液完成后,沿箭头相反方向转动注液旋转盖15复位即可。
请参看图9,当需要更换或维护雾化芯17时,执行与注液相同的操作,沿箭头指示方向转动注液旋转盖15,使注液旋转盖15上限位扣156脱离与配合扣136的配合,将注液旋转盖15拉出,使雾化芯17由烟弹主体11中抽出即可,操作方便。
本实用新型的烟弹10及电子烟100中,配置于烟弹10底部的注液旋转盖15可在外力作用下相对烟弹底盖13旋转,使得在注液过程中,只需要将两者错位转开露出注液口130即可实现注液,操作简单且便捷。同时,烟弹底盖13上还开设有泄压口132,在注液口130外露时,泄压口132亦同时与外界连通,以避免因储液腔110内的气压作用,导致注入的烟液被溢出。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

  1. 一种烟弹,其特征在于,包括:
    具有储液腔的烟弹主体,包括半封闭端及与所述半封闭端相对的开口端;
    烟弹底盖,配接于所述烟弹主体的开口端;所述烟弹底盖开设均与所述储液腔连通的注液口及泄压口;以及
    注液旋转盖,配接于所述烟弹底盖;所述注液旋转盖开设第一连通口及第二连通口;
    其中,所述注液旋转盖绕一轴线相对所述烟弹底盖旋转,所述注液旋转盖可旋转至所述第一连通口与所述注液口错开的位置、和所述第一连通口与所述注液口连通且所述第二连通口与所述泄压口连通的位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述注液旋转盖相对所述烟弹底盖绕所述轴线在预设弧长内往复转动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述注液旋转盖包括盖体及限位扣,所述烟弹底盖包括座体及配合扣;所述限位扣凸设于所述盖体的外缘,所述配合扣凸设于所述座体的外缘且位于所述限位扣的旋转路径上,所述限位扣在预设弧长内往复转动地与所述配合扣配合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹底盖面向所述注液旋转盖的表面开设导向槽,所述注液旋转盖面向所述烟弹底盖的表面凸设有导向柱,所述导向柱滑动设置于所述导向槽内。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹主体开设有进气口,所述烟弹包括外壳及调气件,所述外壳套设于所述烟弹主体外,且开设有与所述进气口连通的滑槽,所述调气件装配于所述滑槽内并可相对所述滑槽于覆盖所述进气口的关闭位置和打开所述进气口的进气位置之间滑动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹主体的外表面形成有第一调节齿牙,所述第一调节齿牙形成于所述进气口周侧且位于所述调气件由所述关闭位置滑动至所述进气位置的滑动路径上;所述调气件面向所述第一调节齿牙的表面形成与所述第一调节齿牙啮合的第二调节齿牙。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹主体配置贯穿所述半封闭端与所述开口端的进气通道,所述进气口与所述进气通道连通;所述烟弹底盖开设有与所述进气通道连通的咪头感应通道,所述注液旋转盖开设与所述咪头感应通道连通的连接通孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹包括雾化芯,所述烟弹底盖上开设有装配孔,所述注液口、所述泄压口以及所述咪头感应通道均设置于所述装配孔的外周;所述雾化芯的进气端与所述注液旋转盖可拆卸地固定连接,所述雾化芯的出气端可拆卸地穿设于所述装配孔内并外露于所述烟弹主体外;所述进气口、所述进气通道、所述外壳与所述烟弹主体中所述半封闭端之间的间隙以及所述雾化芯的内部共同形成一条雾化气流通路。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹包括通气管,所述通气管可拆卸地装配于所述雾化芯的出气端,所述外壳与所述通气管对应位置开设有出气口。
