背景技术
吹水送风机是通过将空气吹在吸附有水的纸或薄膜上,加快水的蒸发,同时利用蒸发吸热降低空气的温度,从而达到制冷的效果,在缺少空调或户外使用时效果较好,但是目前常见的吹水送风机采用的多是侧置水箱或后置水箱,结构分布不合理,水箱加水或更换非常不便,且吸水纸使用时间过长后会积尘或产生附着物,上述结构更换和清理吸水纸均非常的麻烦,并由于侧置水箱或后置水箱,重心分布不合理,极易发生侧倾漏水。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种下置水箱的吹水送风机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种吹水送风机,包括
外壳组件,所述外壳组件内具有一风道空腔,所述风道空腔两端分别设置有进风口和排风口;
送风机构,所述送风机构设置在风道空腔内;
水箱,所述水箱设置在风道空腔底部;
吸水组件,所述吸水组件设置在风道空腔内,所述吸水组件底部能够插入水箱的液体内并能够将水箱的液体吸取至位于风道空腔内的吸水组件上,所述送风机构能够从进风口吸入外部空气,经过吸水组件后从排风口排出。
所述送风机构为一轴流风机,所述轴流风机设置在风道空腔内靠近进风口的一侧。
所述外壳组件包括前壳和后壳,其中进风口设置在前壳的端面上,排风口设置在后壳的端面上。
所述排风口设置有可调节送风方向的百叶风口组件。
所述外壳组件底部设置有一水箱装入孔,所述水箱通过一可拆装结构安装在水箱装入孔内。
所述拆装结构为一卡扣机构,其包括设置在水箱侧壁的弹性卡扣及设置在水箱装入孔侧壁的扣装孔。

优选的,所述间隔板32后侧通过一可拆装结构固定在吸水纸固定框架31后侧,以方便间隔板32的拆装,方便吸水纸的更换或清理。
优选的,如图所示,所述可拆装结构为一卡扣结构,所述卡扣结构包括固定在吸水纸固定框架31后侧的卡装凸起312及设置在间隔板32后侧的卡入孔322,进一步,所述卡装凸起312的一侧具有一斜面结构,使得间隔板32可以直接的推入吸水纸固定框架31内即可自动扣入完成组装,组装更为的方便。
、当然,在具体实施过程中,所述可拆装结构还可为一滑轨滑槽的配合结构或插销固定结构,在此不作详述
优选的,所述间隔板32前侧通过一插装结构固定在吸水纸固定框架31前侧,如图所示,所述插装结构包括设置在吸水纸固定框架31前侧的凸起部313及设置在间隔板32前侧的定位孔323,通过凸起部313与定位孔323的即可完成间隔板32的前侧定位,使得间隔板32的安装稳定性更高。
优选的,所述间隔板32侧面设置有凸起翼324,所述吸水纸固定框架31侧面设置有能够供凸起翼324卡入的缺口314,进一步加强前侧的定位效果。
优选的,如图所示,所述吸水纸固定框架31内壁设置有用于承托间隔板32的承托凸缘315,以支撑间隔板32。其中,凸起部313直接设置在承托凸缘315上,所述定位孔323通过一下置结构设置在间隔板32下方,所述缺口314设置在与承托凸缘315对应的位置处,所述卡装凸起312设置在吸水纸固定框架31内壁的承托凸缘315的连接条316上,通过卡扣结构、插装结构及承托凸缘315的配合使得间隔板32的安装更为的稳定可靠。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吹水送风机,其特征在于,包括
    外壳组件,所述外壳组件内具有一风道空腔,所述风道空腔两端分别设置有进风口(11)和排风口(12);
    送风机构,所述送风机构设置在风道空腔内;
    水箱(2),所述水箱(2)设置在风道空腔底部;
    吸水组件,所述吸水组件设置在风道空腔内,所述吸水组件底部能够插入水箱(2)的液体内并能够将水箱(2)的液体吸取至位于风道空腔内的吸水组件上,所述送风机构能够从进风口(11)吸入外部空气,经过吸水组件后从排风口(12)排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述送风机构为一轴流风机(13),所述轴流风机(13)设置在风道空腔内靠近进风口(11)的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述外壳组件包括前壳(101)和后壳(102),其中进风口(11)设置在前壳(101)的端面上,排风口(12)设置在后壳(102)的端面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述排风口(12)设置有可调节送风方向的百叶风口组件(121)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述外壳组件底部设置有一水箱装入孔(14),所述水箱(2)通过一可拆装结构安装在水箱装入孔(14)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述拆装结构为一卡扣机构,其包括设置在水箱(2)侧壁的弹性卡扣(21)及设置在水箱装入孔(14)侧壁的扣装孔(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述吸水组件包括若干吸水纸(3),所述吸水纸(3)固定在一吸水纸固定框架(31)上,且所述吸水纸固定框架(31)与风道空腔的空气流动方向大致平行,所述吸水纸固定框架(31)下端插入在水箱(2)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述吸水纸固定框架(31)上间隔设置若干间隔板(32),所述间隔板(32)上设置有若干能够供吸水纸(3)插入的吸水纸定位孔(321),所述吸水纸固定框架(31)底部设置有内部中空的插装部(311),所述水箱(2)上设置有能够供插装部(311)插入的插装孔(23),所述插装部(311)设置有进水口,所述吸水纸(3)的下端装入至插装部(311)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述间隔板(32)后侧通过一卡扣结构固定在吸水纸固定框架(31)后侧,所述间隔板(32)前侧通过一插装结构固定在吸水纸固定框架(31)前侧。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种吹水送风机,其特征在于:所述风道空腔内设置有能够夹持吸水纸固定框架(31)的外壁的卡扣件(15),所述卡扣件(15)下端设置有能够扣入吸水纸固定框架(31)底部的卡装耳部(151)。
