空气处理件,所述空气处理件位于所述进风口110、出风口120或所述空气处理风道130内,用以处理经过所述进风口110的空气;
风轮,所述风轮放置于所述空气处理风道130内;所述风轮转动,驱动空气自所述进风口110进入所述空气处理风道130,且经过所述空气处理件后,从所述出风口120流出;
其中,所述换热风道(210,310)和所述空气处理风道130相互独立设置。
具体地,本实施例中,壳体100的形状可以有很多,为了更好的与空调器配合,壳体100的形状可以根据具体使用的空调器的机型来设置,在此不做特殊限定,以呈圆筒状设置为例。
其中,进风口110和出风口120位置可以有很多,可以根据不同的风道形式,不同的机型灵活设置,在此不做特殊限定。例如,所述进风口110开设在所述壳体100的背部和/或侧部;所述出风口120开设在所述壳体100的正面、侧部和顶部中的一处或多处。即进风口110和出风口120的位置,可以根据不同的机型,不同的风道和不同的用户需求进行设置。进风口110和出风口120的形状,可以根据进风口110、出风口120的位置和实际需求进行设置,进风口110和出风口120的形状可以有很多,例如,圆形、椭圆形、方形以及多边形等等,在此不做特殊限定。
空气处理件可以为调节空气湿度的湿度模块,可以为调节空调温度的辅热模块,可以为调节洁净度的过滤模块和水洗模块等等。空气处理件的具体形式,可以根据用户的需求进行调整。
本发明技术方案中,通过空气处理件的设置,使得空气处理装置可以对空气进行处理,以调节空气的质量,具体将空气质量调质何种程度,需要根据不同用户的需求进行;具体地,在风机的作用下,空气从进风口110进入到空气处理风道130,经过空气处理件后,空气从出风口120排出;同时,空气处理风道130与空调器的室内侧换热风道(210,310)和室外侧换热风道(210,310)都相互独立,从而使得空气处理模块在对空气进行处理的过程中,不影响空气本身的换热过程,从而有利于空调器可以稳定的运行;同时,将空气处理模块用于空调器,相比单独设置空气处理模块,可以为用户节省更多的空间,使得空调器的结构更加紧凑,在为用户提供新的功能的同时,充分合理的利用了空间。
为了实现空气处理模块的室内循环和室外循环,所述进风口110包括新风口,所述新风口与室外连通;和/或,内风口,所述内风口与室内连通。新风口处设置有新风门,所述内风口处设置有内风门。内风口连通空气处理风道130和室内,当需要实现室内循环时,关闭新风口,开启内风口即可。同样,当需要实现空气的室外循环时,关闭内风口,开启新风口即可。
新风口处设置有用于打开和关闭所述新风口的新风门,所述内风口处设置有用于打开和关闭所述内风口的内风门。当然,在一些实施例中,新风门和内风门可以一体成型设置。即门体用于打开和/或关闭新风口和内风口。
通过新风口的设置,使得空气处理模块处理的空气对象为室外的新鲜空气,从而使得室内的空气可以得到有效的调节;具体地,在风机的作用下,空气处理风道130中的空气从出风口120排除,室外机300的新鲜空气通过新风口进入到空气处理风道130到中,从而实现室内空气的更新和替换,使得用户在开启空调器时,在室内也可以呼吸到室外的新鲜空气。
为了提高空气的洁净度,所述空气处理件包括空气净化模块,所述空气净化模块设置于所述进风口110、出风口120或空气处理风道130内,以净化经过所述进风口110的空气。过滤模块可以为过滤网,也可以为HEAP网。通过将空气过滤模块设置在空气实现模块的进风侧,在水洗空气之前,先通过空气过滤模块将空气中的杂质除去。从而实现空气洁净的多级处理。
为了调节空气湿度,所述空气处理件包括空气加湿模块,所述空气加湿模块设置于所述进风口110、出风口120或风道内,以加湿经过所述进风口110的空气。
加湿模块包括加湿膜,加湿膜的形状可以有多种,根据不同的风道和处在空气处理风道130中的位置进行设置,例如呈片状设置,或者呈圆筒状设置。当经过水洗后的空气湿度太高时,加湿膜可以吸收部分水蒸气,以降低空气湿度,当经过水洗后的空气湿度不够时,加湿膜可以进一步增加空气湿度,以使空气达到合适的湿度。通过加湿膜的设置,有效的调节空气湿度,有利于用户获取合适湿度的洁净空气。
为了增加空气的洁净度,所述空气处理件包括空气水洗模块,所述空气水洗模块设置于所述进风口110、出风口120或风道内,以清洗经过所述进风口110的空气。水洗模块的形式可以有很多,凡是能将水打起,对空气进行水洗的结构均可。通过水洗模块的设置,使得空气处理模块具有水洗空气的功能。
为了提高空气的质量,减少空气中的尘埃,所述空气处理件包括负离子模块,所述负离子模块设置于所述进风口110、出风口120或空气处理风道130内。
空气处理模块的位置可以有很多。所述空气处理模块位于所述空调器的室内机200的顶部、底部或内部。所述空气处理模块位于所述空调器的室外机300内,所述空气处理模块的出风口120与室内连通,所述进风口110与室内或室外连通。
为了增加风的流速,同时为了适应多样化的风道的类型,所述风轮为离心风轮。离心风轮的驱动能力强,通过配以蜗壳等部件,可以很好的对气体的流向进行调整。
本发明还提出一种空调器,该空调器包括空调室内机200、室外机300和空气处理模块,该空气处理模块的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术 方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,空气处理模块设置在所述室内机200上、室内机200内,或室外机300上,室外机300外部。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种空气处理模块,用于空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器具有换热风道,所述空气处理模块包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有进风口、出风口,以及位于所述进风口和所述出风口之间的空气处理风道;
    空气处理件,所述空气处理件位于所述进风口、出风口或所述空气处理风道内,用以处理经过所述进风口的空气;
    风轮,所述风轮放置于所述空气处理风道内;所述风轮转动,驱动空气自所述进风口进入所述空气处理风道,且经过所述空气处理件后,从所述出风口流出;
    其中,所述换热风道和所述空气处理风道相互独立设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述进风口包括新风口,所述新风口与室外连通;和/或,内风口,所述内风口与室内连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,新风口处设置有新风门,所述内风口处设置有内风门。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理件包括空气净化模块,所述空气净化模块设置于所述进风口、出风口或空气处理风道内,以净化经过所述进风口的空气。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理件包括空气加湿模块,所述空气加湿模块设置于所述进风口、出风口或风道内,以加湿经过所述进风口的空气。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理件包括空气水洗模块,所述空气水洗模块设置于所述进风口、出风口或风道内,以清洗经过所述进风口的空气。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理件包括负离子模块,所述负离子模块设置于所述进风口、出风口或风道内。
  8. 如权利要求1中任意一项所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理模块位于所述空调器的室内机的顶部、底部或内部。
  9. 如权利要求1中任意一项所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述空气处理模块位于所述空调器的室外机的内部或外部,所述空气处理模块的出风口与室内连通,所述进风口与室内或室外连通。
  10. 如权利要求1中任意一项所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述风轮为离心风轮。
  11. 如权利要求1中任意一项所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述进风口开设在所述壳体的背部和/或侧部;
    所述出风口开设在所述壳体的正面、侧部和顶部中的一处或多处。
  12. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的空气处理模块。
