与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果主要体现在:提出的撑开叶片,设有两个卡固结构分别为第一卡部和第二卡部,能与不同的装置利用不同的安装方式卡接。同时,单向撑开装置和双向撑开装置使用的都是同一种撑开叶片,减 少手术时使用的器具,降低成本,且连接方式均为简单的卡固方式,结构简单,拆装更换方便。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,对于方位词,如有术语“中心”,“横向”、“纵向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示方位和位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于叙述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定方位构造和操作,不能理解为限制本发明的具体保护范围。

如图1至图2所示,本发明提出一种撑开叶片1,一种撑开叶片1,包括第一卡部11、第二卡部12、固定部13、挡面板14和钩边15。
具体地,如图1至图2所示,第一卡部11为柱状,第一卡部11的一侧具有轴向的平切面111,第一卡部11顶侧面设有向平切面111倾斜的斜切面112;第二卡部12为柱状,第二卡部12的一端与第一卡部11相接,另一端固定在固定部13上,第一卡部11和第二卡部12之间设有凸环121,第一卡部11和第二卡部12的直径均小与凸环121的直径,第二卡部12与固定部13相接处设有凸台122,凸台122直径大于第二卡部12的直径,即第一卡部11由凸环121进行底侧的限位,第二卡部12由凸环121和凸台122结合限位。第二卡部12的侧壁上设有凸起的定位块123,方便第二卡部12定位卡固,避免安装角度的错位。
同时,如图1至图2所示,挡面板14一端与固定部13相接,另一端设有向外倾斜的钩边15,固定部13和钩边15均置于挡面板14的同一侧,钩边15的设计方便皮肤的钩卡,避免皮肤滑落。挡面板14呈弧拱状,拱起方向正对第二卡部12的轴线,弧拱状的挡面板14能更好与皮肤表面贴合,避免平直面板的棱边与皮肤接触,造成皮肤而成损伤。钩边15为两个置于挡面板14边角处的三角状钩板151,两个钩板151之间具有弧状的过渡边152。
如图3至图4所示,本发明提出一种单向撑开装置,包括撑开叶片1和扣接在撑开叶片1上的撑拉握把2,撑拉握把2包括依次轴向相接扣环21、连接杆23和握持臂24,撑拉握把2通过扣环21套卡在第一卡部11上,扣环21的内径与第一卡部11的外径匹配,扣环21内侧壁上设有一抵块22,抵块22卡抵在平切面111上。握持臂24与连接杆23相接的一端直径小于另一端直径,握 持臂24上设有多个槽孔25。撑拉握把2通过扣环21套设在第一卡部11上时,斜切面112正对抵块22,方便抵块22下压正好抵在平切面111上,扣环21的底侧面压至凸环121上。其中,抵块22置于扣环21的底侧,方便在套卡时抵块22最先与第一卡部11接触,最终抵块22紧贴第一卡部11的底侧边,避免扣环21轻易松脱。
如图5至图7所示,本发明提出一种双向撑开装置,包括移动装置、固定撑开臂41、活动撑开臂42和两个撑开叶片1。
具体地,如图5至图6所示,移动装置包括固定座31、移动齿条32和旋齿钮33,固定座31表面设有通至空腔311内的扣孔314,固定座31具有贯穿的空腔311,移动齿条32置于空腔311内,旋齿钮33可旋转的固定在固定座31上,旋齿钮33与移动齿条32的齿刃啮合。同时,固定座31上设有贯穿的圆柱状旋位腔312,所述旋位腔312毗邻空腔311且通连,旋位腔312的轴线方向与空腔311的轴线方向互相垂直,旋位腔312内设有旋齿钮33,方便旋齿钮33与移动齿条32齿刃啮合。
同时,如图5至图7所示,固定撑开臂41的一端设有开口槽,另一端与固定座31相接;活动撑开臂42的一端设有另一个卡位槽5,另一端与移动齿条32相接;固定撑开臂41和活动撑开臂42平行设置,固定撑开臂41和活动撑开臂42上分别设有的卡位槽5的位置对应,且两个撑开叶片1的钩边15的弯折方向相背,卡位槽5夹卡在撑开叶片1的第二卡部12上;固定撑开臂41和活动撑开臂42上分别设有的卡位槽5的开口方向向背。进一步地,固定撑开臂41和活动撑开臂42均为多段式连接臂,可根据实际需求进行加段延长,且多段式连接臂能通过连接口翻折转动,方便折叠收纳
综上,如图5至图6所示,旋齿钮33转动,移动齿条32在啮合的齿刃的 推力下在空腔311内前后移动,以调节固定撑开臂41和活动撑开臂42之间的水平距离,使分别卡固在固定撑开臂41和活动撑开臂42上的两个撑开叶片1靠近或远离。
具体地,如图7所示,卡位槽5呈U形,分别为弧状的槽底和齐平的槽边;槽底正中位置设有内设有与定位块123匹配卡合的定位孔51;槽边的壁面上设有内陷的活动腔52,活动腔52内设有限位卡件53,限位卡件53为板状,且板面与槽边的壁面齐平,限位卡件53的一端置于活动腔52开口处的侧壁上,另一端设有凸起的抵边54,抵边54在外力的作用下于活动腔52内、外来回摆动。
进一步地,如图5至图6所示,移动装置还包括锁扣件34,锁扣件34一端设有弯折的扣卡部341,另一端设有按压部343,锁扣件34中间设有凸起的第一连接部342,固定座31上设有凸起的第二连接部313,第一连接部342与第二连接部313旋转连接;当扣卡部341下压至底端时,扣卡部341卡嵌在移动齿条32的相邻齿刃之间,移动齿条32停止在空腔311内移动;当按压部343下压时,扣卡部341因杠杆原理向上移动,移动齿条32的相邻齿刃之间卡嵌的扣卡部341移出,移动齿条32在旋齿钮33的调节下在空腔311内移动。锁扣件34的扣卡部341正对固定座31表面的扣孔314,移动齿条32的齿刃由扣孔314暴露在固定座31外,方便锁扣件34的扣卡部341进行扣卡。
手术中具体使用情况如下:皮肤划开后一个小切口,使用单向撑开装置将切口拉开,拉开到适当程度后替换使用双向撑开装置继续平稳扩张切口区域。
综上,在本实施例中,提出的撑开叶片,设有两个卡固结构分别为第一卡部和第二卡部,能与不同的装置利用不同的安装方式卡接。同时,单向撑开装置和双向撑开装置使用的都是同一种撑开叶片,减少手术时使用的器具,降低成本,且连接方式均为简单的卡固方式,结构简单,拆装更换方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种撑开叶片,其特征在于,包括第一卡部、第二卡部、固定部、挡面板和钩边,其中:
    所述第一卡部为柱状,所述第一卡部的一侧具有轴向的平切面;
    所述第二卡部为柱状,所述第二卡部的一端与所述第一卡部相接,另一端固定在所述固定部上,所述第二卡部的侧壁上设有凸起的定位块;
    所述挡面板一端与所述固定部相接,另一端设有向外倾斜的所述钩边,所述固定部和所述钩边均置于所述挡面板的同一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的撑开叶片,其特征在于,所述第一卡部顶侧面设有向所述平切面倾斜的斜切面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的撑开叶片,其特征在于,所述第一卡部和第二卡部之间设有凸环,所述第一卡部和第二卡部的直径均小与所述凸环的直径;所述第二卡部与所述固定部相接处设有凸台,所述凸台直径大于所述第二卡部的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的撑开叶片,其特征在于,所述挡面板呈弧拱状,拱起方向正对所述第二卡部的轴线。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的撑开叶片,其特征在于,所述钩边为两个置于所述挡面板边角处的三角状钩板,两个所述钩板之间具有弧状的过渡边。
  6. 一种单向撑开装置,使用如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的撑开叶片,其特征在于,所述撑开叶片与撑拉握把扣接,所述撑拉握把包括依次轴向相接扣环、连接杆和握持臂,所述撑拉握把通过所述扣环套卡在所述第一卡部上,所述扣环的内径与所述第一卡部的外径匹配,所述扣环内侧壁上设有一抵块,所述抵块卡抵在所述平切面上。
  7. 一种双向撑开装置,使用如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的撑开叶片, 其特征在于,包括移动装置、固定撑开臂、活动撑开臂和两个所述撑开叶片,其中:
    所述移动装置包括固定座、移动齿条和旋齿钮,所述固定座具有贯穿的空腔,所述移动齿条置于所述空腔内,所述旋齿钮可旋转的固定在所述固定座上,所述旋齿钮与所述移动齿条的齿刃啮合;
    所述固定撑开臂的一端设有开口槽,另一端与所述固定座相接;
    所述活动撑开臂的一端设有另一个所述卡位槽,另一端与所述移动齿条相接;
    所述固定撑开臂和活动撑开臂平行设置,所述固定撑开臂和活动撑开臂上分别设有的所述卡位槽的位置对应,且两个所述撑开叶片的所述钩边的弯折方向相背,所述卡位槽夹卡在所述撑开叶片的所述第二卡部上;
    所述旋齿钮转动,所述移动齿条在啮合的齿刃的推力下在所述空腔内前后移动,以调节所述固定撑开臂和活动撑开臂之间的水平距离,使分别卡固在所述固定撑开臂和活动撑开臂上的两个所述撑开叶片靠近或远离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的双向撑开装置,其特征在于,所述固定撑开臂和活动撑开臂上分别设有的所述卡位槽的开口方向向背。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的双向撑开装置,其特征在于,所述卡位槽呈U形,分别为弧状的槽底和齐平的槽边;
    所述槽底正中位置设有内设有与所述定位块匹配卡合的定位孔;
    所述槽边的壁面上设有内陷的活动腔,所述活动腔内设有限位卡件,所述限位卡件为板状,且板面与所述槽边的壁面齐平,所述限位卡件的一端置于所述活动腔开口处的侧壁上,另一端设有凸起的抵边,所述抵边在外力的作用下于所述活动腔内、外来回摆动。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的双向撑开装置,其特征在于,所述移动装置还包括锁扣件,所述锁扣件一端设有弯折的扣卡部,另一端设有按压部,所述锁扣件中间设有凸起的第一连接部,所述固定座上设有凸起的第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部旋转连接;当所述扣卡部下压至底端时,所述扣卡部卡嵌在所述移动齿条的相邻齿刃之间,所述移动齿条停止在所述空腔内移动;当所述按压部下压时,所述扣卡部因杠杆原理向上移动,所述移动齿条的相邻齿刃之间卡嵌的所述扣卡部移出,所述移动齿条在所述旋齿钮的调节下在所述空腔内移动。
