本申请技术方案通过在空气净化器设置显示组件,该显示组件包括覆盖件和显示屏,且该覆盖件能在显示屏通电时透出光线,在显示屏断电时隐藏显示屏,使得空气净化器不需要针对显示屏进行开孔设置也能显示显示屏所显示的内容,而且由于显示屏断电时,显示屏完全隐藏于覆盖件,不会导致漏光现象的发生。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅配置为解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种空气净化器。
在本申请一实施例中,如图1至图6所示,空气净化器1包括显示组件200,显示组件200包括覆盖件210和显示屏220,覆盖件210覆盖显示屏220,且在显示屏220通电时,覆盖件210与显示屏220对应的部位能透出光线,在显示屏220断电时,显示屏220隐藏于覆盖件210。
显示屏220配置为显示空气净化器1的运行状态的相关参数,如风速、温度、湿度等内容。在本实施例中,显示屏220通电时能发出光线,这些光线能穿透覆盖件210,而在显示屏220断电状态时,由于没有光照射显示屏220或者显示屏220没有发射出光,也即没有光经穿透覆盖件210,使得显示屏220隐藏于覆盖件210。即,覆盖件210具有一定的透明度,这里的一定的透明度即为在特定的条件下能透出光线或起到遮蔽的作用。
例如,当覆盖件210为半透明状态时,显示屏220在通电时发出的光线能穿透覆盖件210,在断电时即隐藏于覆盖件210;或者,覆盖件210具有一定的厚度,这种厚度使光线可以被穿透,从而实现显示屏220的显示和隐藏;或者,覆盖件210成毛玻璃状,毛玻璃状的覆盖件210具有较低的透明度,但在通电时能透出光线。对于本领域技术人员来说,可以根据实际情况做出选择。
本实施例技术方案通过在空气净化器1设置显示组件200,该显示组件200包括覆盖件210和显示屏220,且该覆盖件210能在显示屏220通电时透出光线,在显示屏220断电时隐藏显示屏220,使得空气净化器1不需要针对显示屏220进行开孔设置也能显示显示屏220的内容,而且由于显示屏220断电时,显示屏220完全隐藏于覆盖件210,不会导致漏光现象的发生。
在本申请一实施例中,如图2所示,空气净化器1设有与覆盖件210相对应的安装位,覆盖件210可拆卸连接于空气净化器的安装位。在本实施例中,安装位即为安装显示组件200的位置,可以根据实际情况选择安装位的位置。覆盖件210与安装位通过可拆卸连接方式结合,方便固定显示组件200。可拆卸连接为通过相应的部件的配合既实现固定又实现分离,例如螺纹连接、键连接等,本实施例不做限定。
进一步地,覆盖件210卡扣连接于空气净化器的安装位。本实施例采用卡扣连接的方式,卡扣连接是可拆卸连接的一种,其是两个零件嵌入连接或整体闭锁的一种连接方式。卡扣连接通常用到定位件和紧固件,而具体的定位件和紧固件可根据实际情况进行选择。本实施例中通过卡扣连接方式实现覆盖件210和安装位的连接,两者安装拆卸方便,能做到免工具拆卸。
进一步地,安装位设有第一扣合部110,覆盖件210设有第一钩爪211,覆盖件的第一钩爪211紧扣安装位的第一扣合部110。在本实施例中,覆盖件的第一钩爪211相当于紧固件,安装位的第一扣合部110相当于定位件,两者结合实现紧固(卡扣连接)。第一扣合部110的形式有多种,例如槽、孔、边缘、表面等,后面扣合部亦如此。在拆卸覆盖件210时,用户对覆盖件210施加作用力,覆盖件210发生形变从而使得其第一钩爪211与安装位的第一扣合部110分离,从而使得覆盖件210和安装位分离。
在本申请一实施例中,如图4所示,显示屏220与覆盖件210可拆卸连接。在本实施例中,显示屏220与覆盖件210通过可拆卸连接方式结合,方便固定显示屏220。可拆卸连接为通过相应的部件的配合既实现固定又实现分离,例如螺纹连接、键连接等,本实施例不做限定。
进一步地,显示屏220与覆盖件210卡扣连接。本实施例采用卡扣连接的方式,卡扣连接是可拆卸连接的一种,其是两个零件嵌入连接或整体闭锁的一种连接方式。卡扣连接通常用到定位件和紧固件,而具体的定位件和紧固件可根据实际情况进行选择。本实施例中通过卡扣连接方式实现覆盖件210和显示屏220的连接,两者安装拆卸方便,能做到免工具拆卸。
进一步地,覆盖件210设有第二钩爪212,覆盖件的第二钩爪212紧扣显示屏220的边缘部位。在本实施例中,覆盖件的第二钩爪212相当于紧固件,显示屏220的边缘部位相当于定位件,两者结合实现紧固(卡扣连接)。在拆卸覆盖件时,用户对覆盖件210施加作用力,覆盖件210发生形变从而使得其第二钩爪212与显示屏220的边缘部位分离,从而使得覆盖件210和显示屏220分离。
具体地,以下以一具体的空气净化器进行说明。
在本申请一实施例中,如图1至图6所示,空气净化器1包括机身主体2和上盖体3,上盖体3设于机身主体2的顶端;
上盖体3包括:
围框主体100,围框主体100设于机身主体2的顶端;以及,
覆盖件210和显示屏220,覆盖件210设于围框主体100的侧面,显示屏220设于覆盖件210的内侧,且在显示屏220通电时,覆盖件210与显示屏220对应的部位能透出光线,在显示屏220断电时,显示屏220隐藏于覆盖件210。
在本实施例中,机身主体2内设置有进风口、风机、风道、过滤网等部件,上盖体3设有出风口340,电控板等部件。覆盖件210设于上盖体3的侧面,也即整个显示组件200设置在上盖体3。由于机身主体2和上盖体3结合构成空气净化器1的大致形状,因此在上盖体3和机身主体2结合前,可先将显示组件200结合至围框主体100,再安装至机身主体2,以此便于各部件的组装。
围框主体100作为上盖体3的一个承载主体,起着主要的骨架作用,既配置为与覆盖件210连接,又配置为与机身主体2连接。在覆盖件210连接至围框主体100后(围框主体100相当于形成一个安装位),显示屏220即置于覆盖件210和围框主体100之间,也即,在显示屏220非通电状态下,显示屏220即隐藏于覆盖件210。本实施例中通过如此的组装设置,便于空气净化器的生产,也便于显示组件200的安装。
在本申请一实施例中,如图3和图4所示,覆盖件210与围框主体100可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,覆盖件210与围框主体100通过可拆卸连接方式结合,方便固定覆盖件210。可拆卸连接为通过相应的部件的配合既实现固定又实现分离,例如螺纹连接、键连接等,本实施例不做限定。

进一步地,覆盖件2110的内侧设有第一钩爪211,围框主体100设有与覆盖件的第一钩爪211相适应的第一扣合部110,覆盖件的第一钩爪211紧扣围框主体的第一扣合部110。在本实施例中,覆盖件的第一钩爪211相当于紧固件,围框主体的第一扣合部110相当于定位件,两者结合实现紧固(卡扣连接)。在拆卸覆盖件时,用户对覆盖件210施加作用力,覆盖件210发生形变从而使得其第一钩爪211与第一扣合部110分离,从而使得覆盖件210和围框主体100分离。
在本申请一实施例中,如图4所示,显示屏220与覆盖件210可拆卸连接。

进一步地,覆盖件210的内侧设有第二钩爪212,覆盖件的第二钩爪212紧扣显示屏220的边缘部位。在本实施例中,覆盖件的第二钩爪212相当于紧固件,显示屏220的边缘部位相当于定位件,两者结合实现紧固(卡扣连接)。在拆卸显示屏时,用户对覆盖件210施加作用力,覆盖件210发生形变从而使得其第二钩爪212与显示屏220的边缘部位分离,从而使得覆盖件210和显示屏220分离。
在本申请一实施例中,如图4所示,覆盖件210的内侧设有挡筋213,且挡筋213沿显示屏220的长度和/或宽度方向设置。在本实施例中,通过挡筋213的设置,当显示屏220与覆盖件210贴合不牢固产生缝隙时,挡筋213阻挡了光的泄露。挡筋213可以粘贴于覆盖件210的内侧或者一体成型于覆盖件210的内侧。
在本申请一实施例中,如图3所示,上盖体3还包括面板300,面板300设于围框主体100的顶端,面板300与围框主体100可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,面板300与围框主体100通过可拆卸连接方式结合,方便固定面板。可拆卸连接为通过相应的部件的配合既实现固定又实现分离,例如螺纹连接、键连接等,本实施例不做限定。
进一步地,面板300与围框主体100卡扣连接。本实施例采用卡扣连接的方式,卡扣连接是可拆卸连接的一种,其是两个零件嵌入连接或整体闭锁的一种连接方式。卡扣连接通常用到定位件和紧固件,而具体的定位件和紧固件可根据实际情况进行选择。本实施例中通过卡扣连接方式实现面板300和围框主体100的连接,两者安装拆卸方便,能做到免工具拆卸。
进一步地,面板300设有第一钩爪310,围框主体100设有与面板的第一钩爪310相适应的第二扣合部(图中未示出),面板的第一钩爪310紧扣围框主体100的第二扣合部。在本实施例中,面板的第一钩爪310相当于紧固件,围框主体100的第二扣合部相当于定位件,两者结合实现紧固(卡扣连接)。在拆卸面板300时,用户对面板300施加作用力,面板300发生形变从而使得其第一钩爪310与围框主体100的第二扣合部分离,从而使得面板300和围框主体100分离。
在本申请一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,覆盖件210的内侧设有开口朝上的插槽214,面板300设有朝下的插销320,插销320嵌入于插槽214,使得覆盖件210的顶缘与面板300的边缘紧贴。
在本实施例中,在面板300与围框主体100扣合时,面板300通过插销320与覆盖件210的相对应的插槽214相配合,使得覆盖件210的顶缘和面板300的边缘紧贴,防止产生缝隙。
进一步地,覆盖件210的内侧设有朝下的插接凸块215,机身主体2设有限位槽410,插接凸块215嵌入限位槽410使得覆盖件210的底缘与机身主体2的顶缘紧贴。
在本申请一实施例中,如图1所示,围框主体100与机身主体2可拆卸连接。在本实施例中,围框主体100和机身主体2通过可拆卸连接方式结合,方便安装和拆卸。可拆卸连接为通过相应的部件的配合既实现固定又实现分离,例如螺纹连接、键连接等,本实施例不做限定。
进一步地,围框主体100与机身主体2卡扣连接。本实施例采用卡扣连接的方式,卡扣连接是可拆卸连接的一种,其是两个零件嵌入连接或整体闭锁的一种连接方式。卡扣连接通常用到定位件和紧固件,而具体的定位件和紧固件可根据实际情况进行选择。本实施例中通过卡扣连接方式实现围框主体100和机身主体2的连接,两者安装拆卸方便,能做到免工具拆卸。
进一步地,围框主体100设有钩爪(图中未示出),机身主体2设有与围框主体的钩爪相适应的扣合部(图中未示出),围框主体的钩爪紧扣机身主体的扣合部。在本实施例中,围框主体的钩爪相当于紧固件,机身主体的扣合部相当于定位件,两者结合实现紧固(卡扣连接)。
在本申请一实施例中,如图1和图3所示,面板300设有出风口340,出风口340设有格栅330,格栅330与面板300连接。在本实施例中,通过在出风口340设有格栅330,格栅330对出风方向进行调节。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种空气净化器,其中,所述空气净化器包括显示组件,所述显示组件包括覆盖件和显示屏,所述覆盖件覆盖所述显示屏,且在所述显示屏通电时,所述覆盖件与所述显示屏对应的部位能透出光线,在所述显示屏断电时,所述显示屏隐藏于所述覆盖件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其中,所述空气净化器设有与所述覆盖件相对应的安装位,所述覆盖件可拆卸连接于所述空气净化器的安装位。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其中,所述空气净化器设有与所述覆盖件相对应的安装位,所述覆盖件卡扣连接于所述空气净化器的安装位。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其中,所述空气净化器设有与所述覆盖件相对应的安装位,所述安装位设有第一扣合部,所述覆盖件设有第一钩爪,所述覆盖件的第一钩爪紧扣所述安装位的第一扣合部。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的空气净化器,其中,所述显示屏与所述覆盖件可拆卸连接;
    或,所述显示屏与所述覆盖件卡扣连接;
    或,所述覆盖件设有第二钩爪,所述覆盖件的第二钩爪紧扣所述显示屏的边缘部位。
  6. 一种空气净化器,其中,所述空气净化器包括机身主体和上盖体,所述上盖体设于所述机身主体的顶端;
    所述上盖体包括:
    围框主体,所述围框主体设于所述机身主体的顶端;以及,
    覆盖件和显示屏,所述覆盖件设于所述围框主体的侧面,所述显示屏设于所述覆盖件的内侧,且在所述显示屏通电时,所述覆盖件与所述显示屏对应的部位能透出光线,在所述显示屏断电时,所述显示屏隐藏于所述覆盖件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空气净化器,其中,所述覆盖件与所述围框主体可拆卸连接;
    或,所述覆盖件与所述围框主体卡扣连接;
    或,所述覆盖件的内侧设有第一钩爪,所述围框主体设有与所述覆盖件的第一钩爪相适应的第一扣合部,所述覆盖件的第一钩爪紧扣所述围框主体的第一扣合部。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的空气净化器,其中,所述显示屏与所述覆盖件可拆卸连接;
    或,所述显示屏与所述覆盖件卡扣连接;
    或,所述覆盖件的内侧设有第二钩爪,所述覆盖件的第二钩爪紧扣所述显示屏的边缘部位。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的空气净化器,其中,所述覆盖件的内侧设有挡筋,且所述挡筋沿所述显示屏的长度和/或宽度方向设置。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的空气净化器,其中,所述上盖体还包括面板,所述面板设于所述围框主体的顶端,所述面板与所述围框主体可拆卸连接。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的空气净化器,其中,所述上盖体还包括面板,所述面板设于所述围框主体的顶端,所述面板与所述围框主体卡扣连接。
  12. 如权利要求6所述的空气净化器,其中,所述上盖体还包括面板,所述面板设于所述围框主体的顶端,所述面板设有第一钩爪,所述围框主体设有与所述面板的第一钩爪相适应的第二扣合部,所述面板的第一钩爪紧扣所述围框主体的第二扣合部。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的空气净化器,其中,所述覆盖件的内侧设有开口朝上的插槽,所述面板设有朝下的插销,所述插销嵌入于所述插槽,使得所述覆盖件的顶缘与所述面板的边缘紧贴;
    和/或,所述覆盖件的内侧设有朝下的插接凸块,所述机身主体设有限位槽,所述插接凸块嵌入所述限位槽使得所述覆盖件的底缘与所述机身主体的顶缘紧贴。
  14. 如权利要求6所述的空气净化器,其中,所述围框主体与所述机身主体可拆卸连接;
    或,所述围框主体与所述机身主体卡扣连接;
    或,所述围框主体设有钩爪,所述机身主体设有与所述围框主体的钩爪相适应的扣合部,所述围框主体的钩爪紧扣所述机身主体的扣合部。
  15. 如权利要求6所述的空气净化器,其中,所述上盖体还包括面板,所述面板设于所述围框主体的顶端,所述面板设有出风口,所述出风口设有格栅,所述格栅与所述面板连接。
