如图1、图2所示,本实施例提供的多功能井盖包括井座1、井盖体2、独立启盖3、第一密封圈4、第二密封圈5、第一预埋件6、第二预埋件7。其中,井盖体2内嵌在井座1内,井座1将第一密封圈4压接在井盖体2的侧壁,在井盖体2的偏部贯穿其厚度设置第一开启孔21,将第一预埋件6设置在第一开启孔内,在井盖体2的中心贯穿其厚度设置独 立启盖孔22,将独立启盖3设置在独立启盖孔内,井盖体2将第二密封圈5压接在独立启盖3的侧壁。在独立启盖3上贯穿其厚度设置第二开启孔31,将第二预埋件7设置在第二开启孔31内。
参见图3,第一密封圈4为E型密封圈,即在第一密封圈4的内圈由上至下依次设置有第一凸部41、第二凸部42、第三凸部43,在井盖体2的侧壁分别设置与第一凸部41、第二凸部42、第三凸部43对应的凹槽(未图示),第一凸部41、第二凸部42、第三凸部43分别嵌置于对应的凹槽内。
第二密封圈5与第一密封圈4结构相同,且在独立启盖3的侧壁设置有凹接槽(未图示),用于限位固定第二密封圈5。
参见图4、图5,第一预埋件6包括预埋件本体61、底盖62、底座63、防水透气膜64、压盖65、开启口盖66。
预埋件本体61为中空结构,底盖62固定在预埋件本体61的内侧底部,在底盖62中心设置螺纹孔621,在底盖中心的顶面上设置环状下沉部(未图示),在下沉部内设置密封垫67。底座63包括同轴设置的连接部631和延伸部632,连接部631设置有外螺纹,使连接部631螺接在螺纹孔621内,连接部631向上延伸且直径增大形成延伸部632,延伸部632压接在密封垫67的顶部,在延伸部632的顶部下凹设置柱形沉孔6321,在连接部631沿其轴向设置气流通孔6311,气流通孔6311与柱形沉孔6321连通,柱形沉孔6321的孔径大于气流通孔6311的孔径。防水透气膜64嵌接在柱形沉孔6321内,压盖65固定在底座63顶部,压盖65设置有向下凸出的压接部651,压接部651向下延伸进入柱形沉孔6321并压接在防水透气膜64顶部边缘,在压盖65的侧壁设置有透气孔652。开启口盖66设置在预埋件本体61的内侧顶部,在开启口盖66上设置贯穿其厚度方向的开启口661。
第二预埋件7的结构与第一预埋件6结构相同。
本实施例提供的多功能井盖包括第一密封圈4和第二密封圈5,第一密封圈4设置在井座1的内侧壁与井盖体2的外侧壁之间,第二密封圈5 压接在井盖体2的内侧壁和独立启盖3的外侧壁之间从而实现了井盖的完全密封效果。通过设置第一预埋件6和第二预埋件7,使得井体内外空气可以流通,保证了井内外的气压均衡。防水透气膜64有效防止了水的渗透,防水透气膜64采用聚四氟乙烯材质,防水效果良好。在开启口盖66设置开启口661,便于井盖的启闭。当加油站量油时,不必打开井盖,只打开独立启盖3即可,使用简单方便而且可大大减少工人的劳动强度。
实施例2
本实施例为实施例1的一个优选实施例,如图6、图7所示,本实施例提供的井座1包括支撑部11和施工基准部12,支撑部11设置在施工基准部12的内圈,在支撑部11的顶部沿其周向设置凹齿111,在井盖体2的底部且与支撑部11接触的部位设置凸齿23,凸齿23与凹齿111的尺寸及数量相匹配,减少了因井盖体转动引起第一密封圈和井座、井盖体之间摩擦,增强了井盖的密封性能,延长了井盖的使用寿命。
在施工基准部12外圈的侧壁下方沿其圆周方向间隔设置有若干手抬孔121,其作用一是便于往井座1底部填充混凝土,以加固井盖;二是方便施工人员抬卸。
在本实施例中,多功能井盖还包括积水槽123、若干排水孔124和排水管8,参见图3,积水槽123设置在支撑部11和施工基准部12的连接处,排水孔124设置在积水槽13的底部,若干排水孔123沿施工基准部12的圆周方向间隔设置,排水管8与排水孔124数量相同,通常排水孔124设置5个,排水管8插接在排水孔124中,以便于微渗水顺利排走。
实施例3
本实施例为实施例1的另一个优选实施例,如图7、图8所示,本实施例提供的井盖体2还设置有若干加强筋24,加强筋24沿井盖体2的径向方向设置在井盖体2的底面,加强筋24提高了井盖体2的承重能力同时可减少井盖体2的自重。
在井盖体2的顶面上设置防滑花纹25,防止车辆或行人经过井盖时打滑。
实施例4
本实施例作为本发明的另一个优选实施例,如图9所示,本实施例与上述几个实施例不同的是,本实施例中的井座和井盖共同构成一个整体,即不可拆卸式。并且,本实施例中的多功能井盖上没有设置手抬孔。而其他设置均与上述实施例相同,这里不做过多赘述。井座和井盖构成一个整体后,与地面持平,从而可以保证车辆能够平稳经过多功能井盖。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述井盖包括井座、井盖体、第一密封圈、第一预埋件、独立启盖,所述井盖体内嵌在所述井座内;所述第一密封圈设置在所述井座的内侧壁与所述井盖体的外侧壁之间,所述第一密封圈的内圈设置有凸部,在所述井盖体的外侧壁设置凹槽,所述凸部嵌置于所述凹槽内;在所述井盖体上贯穿其厚度设置第一开启孔和独立启盖孔,所述第一预埋件设置在所述第一开启孔内,所述独立启盖设置在所述独立启盖孔内;
    所述第一预埋件包括预埋件本体、底盖、底座、防水透气膜、压盖、开启口盖,所述预埋件本体为中空结构,所述底盖固定在所述预埋件本体的内侧底部,在所述底盖中心设置螺纹孔,所述底座包括同轴设置的连接部和延伸部,在所述连接部外壁设置外螺纹,使所述连接部螺接在所述螺纹孔内,所述连接部向上延伸且直径增大形成延伸部,在所述延伸部的顶部下凹设置柱形沉孔,在所述连接部沿其轴向设置气流通孔,所述气流通孔与所述柱形沉孔连通,所述柱形沉孔的孔径大于所述气流通孔的孔径,所述防水透气膜嵌接在所述柱形沉孔内,所述压盖固定在所述底座顶部,所述压盖设置有向下凸出的压接部,所述压接部向下延伸进入所述柱形沉孔并压接在所述防水透气膜顶部边缘,在所述压盖的侧壁设置透气孔,所述开启口盖设置在所述预埋件本体的内侧顶部,在所述开启口盖上设置贯穿其厚度方向的开启口;在所述底盖中心的顶部设置环状下沉部,在所述下沉部内设置密封垫,所述延伸部压接在所述密封垫的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述独立启盖孔设置在所述井盖体的正中心。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述井盖还包括第二预埋件,在所述独立启盖上贯穿其厚度设置第二开启孔,所述第二预埋件设置在所述第二开启孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述井盖还包括第二密封圈,所述第二密封圈压接在所述井盖体的内侧壁和所述独立启盖的外侧壁之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述井座包括支撑部和施工基准部,所述支撑部设置在所述施工基准部的内圈,在所述支撑部的顶部沿其周向设置凹齿,在所述井盖体的底部且与所述支撑部接触的部位设置凸齿,所述凸齿与所述凹齿的尺寸及数量相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述多功能井盖还包括若干手抬孔,所述手抬孔设置在所述施工基准部外圈的侧壁下方,若干所述手抬孔沿所述施工基准部圆周方向间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述多功能井盖还包括积水槽、若干排水孔和排水管,所述积水槽设置在所述支撑部和所述施工基准部的连接处,所述排水孔设置在所述积水槽的底部,若干所述排水孔沿所述施工基准部的圆周方向间隔设置,所述排水管与所述排水孔数量相同,所述排水管插接在所述排水孔中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述多功能井盖还包括加强筋,所述加强筋沿所述井盖体的径向方向设置在所述井盖体的底面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述多功能井盖还包括防滑花纹,所述防滑花纹设置在所述井盖体的顶面上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能井盖,其特征在于,所述防水透气膜的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
