为了使显示屏模组具有一定的防水效果,通常会对显示屏模组进行灌胶,灌胶的效果直接影响着显示屏模组的整体显示效果。现有技术中大多只是对灯面进行灌胶密封,对驱动面不做灌胶处理,当环境温度变化较大时,可能会引起显示屏模组的明显变形;在对灯面进行灌胶后,在灯珠的发光面上也会形成一层密封胶,这会在一定程度上影响灯珠的发光效率,并且可以看见PCB板底色,影响观看效果;密封灌胶后胶水晾干时间长,会严重影响生产效率。并且现有的显示屏模组一般会在线缆接头位置设计密封圈,并通过螺钉固定接头,其防水效果难以保证。
