参照图 1至图 5所示, 为本实用新型的 LED灯盘结构, 其中, 图 1为本实用新型的具有 锁紧块的 LED灯盘结构的一种可实施例结构的立体图, 图 1为本实用新型 LED灯盘结构的另 一种可实施例结构的立体图, 图 3为图 1所示 LED灯盘结构的分解示意图; 图 4为图 1所示 LED灯盘结构的 A-A向截面示意图; 图 5为图 2所示 LED灯盘结构的 B-B向截面示意图; 本实施例的 LED灯盘结构包括灯盘 1、 LED光源组件 2、 LED驱动电源 11、 透光板 6、 密 封条 5、 压边边框 7、 密封盖 9、 电线密封塞 10和防水透气膜 12 ;
所述灯盘 1内呈槽状, 所述 LED光源组件 1和所述 LED驱动电源 11安装在灯盘 1内; 所述灯盘 1上设置有第一过线孔 17 ;
所述密封盖 9为盒状, 固定安装在灯盘 1的第一过线孔 17处, 并通过第一过线孔 17与 灯盘 1外部连通, 即与灯盘 1外部的大气连通;
所述密封盖 9上设置有第二过线孔 91 ,所述电线密封塞 10安装在第二过线孔 91内, LED 光源 23的导线贯穿所述电线密封塞 10和所述第二过线孔,并由所述电线密封塞 10密封所述 第二过线孔 91 , 从而使 LED灯盘既能连接到外部电线, 又具有很好的密封性;
如图 5所示, 所述密封盖 9上还设置有通孔 18 , 通孔 18处设置防水透气膜 12 , 从而使 密封盖 9兼具防水透气的功能;
所述透光板 6安装在所述灯盘 1的端面上, 所述灯盘 1与所述透光板 6的连接处通过所 述密封条 5密封;
所述压边边框 7安装在透光板 6的四周, 所述透光板 6镶嵌入所述压边边框 7中, 所述 压边边框 7被压合在灯盘 1的端面上。
本实施例中的 LED灯盘结构, 密封盖 9上装配电线密封塞 10 , 密封盖 9上贴合防水透气 膜 12 , 密封性好, 其保证 LED灯盘防尘防水的同时, 既保持 LED灯盘光源腔内外的气压平衡, 又增强了灯盘 1的散热效果。
本实施例中, 作为一种可实施方式, 如图 8和图 9所示, 其中图 8为图 3所示 LED光源 组件结构立体示意图, 图 9为图 8所示 LED光源组件结构的 C-C向截面示意图;
所述 LED光源组件 1包括 LED光源 23、基板 22和透镜 21 , 所述 LED光源 23安装在基板 22上, 每个 LED光源 23上安装一个透镜 21 ;
作为一种可实施方式, 本实施例的 LED光源 23为 30颗白光 LED光源, 每颗 LED光源 23 额定功率为 1W。
所述 LED光源组件 1包括 6组 LED光源 23 ,每组 5个 LED光源 23均匀分布在基板 22上; 所述基板 11贴合在槽状灯盘 1内部的底面上,所述 LED光源 23通过透镜 21的导光形成 LED发光面。
所述 LED光源组件 1的各光源 23之间用导线顺序串接, 使各 LED光源 23并联接入 LED 驱动电源 11 , 再把密封条 5固定在灯盘 1的端面上, 把透光板 6安放在密封条 5上, 最后把 压边边框 7罩在端面上后, 把压边边框 7上的压边整体压合在灯盘 1的的压合面(端面)上, 从而形成一体式 LED灯盘结构。
较优地, 作为一种可实施方式, 如图 1、 3所示, 所述 LED灯盘结构还包括锁紧螺杆 14、 锁紧块 16和锁紧块支架 15 ; 所述灯盘 1的端面上还设置有第一锁紧孔 19 ; 所述锁紧块支架 15上设置有第二锁紧孔 20;
所述锁紧块支架 15固定安装在所述灯盘 1的侧面, 所述锁紧螺杆 14分别穿过所述第一 锁紧孔 19、 所述锁紧块 16和所述第二锁紧孔 10 , 所述锁紧螺杆 14的一端固定在所述灯盘 1 上, 另一端由所述锁紧块支架 15和 /或锁紧块 16锁紧固定。 通过锁紧螺杆 14的转动带动锁 紧块 16转动锁紧, 方便灯盘结构的安装。
进一步地, 作为一种可实施方式, 本实施例的 LED灯盘结构, 还包括螺钉帽塞 8 , 所述 锁紧螺杆 14锁紧固定安装后, 通过螺钉帽塞 8密封其棵露的在灯盘端面外的端部,从而尽可 能完全密封 LED灯盘结构, 增加其密封性。
较优地, 作为一种可实施方式, 如图 3所示, 所述 LED灯盘结构还包括光源压板 4和光 源压板垫 3;
所述光源压板 4将所述 LED光源组件 1固定在所述灯盘 1 内; 所述光源压板垫 3置于光 源压板与 LED光源组件之间, 增加其密封性。
优选的, 作为一种可实施方式, 如图 3所示, 所述 LED光源组件 2安装在灯盘 1 内的底 面上, 所述光源压板垫 3紧贴 LED光源组件 1的基板 22表面, 光源压板 4压住光源压板垫 3 和 LED光源组件 1并固定在灯盘 1内的底面上。
较优地, 作为一种可实施方式, 如图 3所示, 所述 LED灯盘结构还包括用于连接 LED光 源 23的导线的接线器 1 3;
所述接线器 1 3固定在灯盘 1的底面上并置于密封盖 9内。
本实施例中, 所述防水透气膜 12贴合在密封盖 9上的通孔 18处, 所述电线密封塞 10安 装在密封盖 9端面上的第二过线孔 91 内, 所述密封盖 9罩住接线器 1 3并固定在灯盘 1内的 底面上, 所述 LED驱动电源 11固定安装在灯盘 1内侧壁处, 所述密封条 5固定安装在所述灯 盘 1的端面上, 所述透光板 6安装在密封条 5上, 所述压边边框 7罩住透光板 6后, 压边边 框 7被压合在灯盘 1的端面上, 从而得到密封性较好的本实用新型实施例的 LED灯盘结构。
较优地, 作为一种可实施方式, 如图 1、 2所示, 所述灯盘 1的外围形状可以是方形、 圆 形或椭圆形等多种形状。
相应地, 作为一种可实施方式, 如图 1、 2、 3所示, 所述压边边框 7为与灯盘 1形状相 应的方形框、 圆形框或椭圆形框, 其材质为工程塑料、 金属材料或合成材料, 其截面形状呈 L型或 F型, 由型材拼角焊接加工成形; 或者, 其截面形状呈一体成型的 L型。
压边边框 7压合过程为:
如图 6所示, 图 6为截面形状为 F形压边边框压合过程示意图, 截面形状呈 F的压边边 框 7的压边被压合在灯盘 1的端面上;
如图 7所示, 图 7为截面形状为 L形压边边框压合过程示意图; 截面形状呈 L的压边边 框 7的压边被压合在灯盘 1的端面上;
压边边框 7整体压合在灯盘 1的压合面 (端面)上, 用于固定透光板 6和密封灯体。 本实施例中, 通过选用不同的压边边框 7 , 实现不同的场合的安装方式, 实现不同形状 的 LED灯盘结构的密封。 以上实施例中所阐述的 LED灯盘结构为嵌入式安装, 但同样也适用 于吸顶式安装或悬挂式安装。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式, 其描述较为具体和详细, 但并不 能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。 应当指出的是, 对于本领域的普通技术人员 来说, 在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这些都属于本实用 新型的保护范围。 因此, 本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种 LED灯盘结构, 包括灯盘(1 )、 LED光源组件(2 )、 LED驱动电源 (11 ), 其特征 在于:
还包括密封盖 ( 9 )、 电线密封塞( 10 )和防水透气膜 ( 12 );
所述灯盘( 1 ) 内呈槽状, 所述 LED光源组件( 1 )和所述 LED驱动电源 ( 11 )安装在所 述灯盘( 1 ) 内;
所述灯盘( 1 )上设置有第一过线孔( 17 );
所述密封盖 (9 ) 为盒状, 固定安装在所述灯盘(1 ) 的第一过线孔(17 )处, 所述密封 盖 ( 9 )通过所述第一过线孔( 17 ) 与灯盘( 1 )外部连通;
所述密封盖 ( 9 )上设置有第二过线孔( 91 );
所述电线密封塞( 10 )安装在所述第二过线孔( 91 )内, LED的导线贯穿电线密封塞( 10 ) 和所述第二过线孔( 91 ), 并由所述电线密封塞( 10 ) 密封所述第二过线孔( 91 );
所述密封盖 ( 9 )上还设置有通孔( 18 ), 所述通孔( 18 )处设置防水透气膜( 12 )。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
还包括透光板 ( 6 )、 密封条( 5 )和压边边框 ( 7 );
所述透光板 ( 6 )设置在所述灯盘( 1 ) 的端面, 所述灯盘( 1 ) 与所述透光板( 6 ) 的连 接处通过所述密封条( 5 ) 密封;
所述压边边框 ( 7 )安装在透光板( 6 )的四周, 所述透光板 ( 6 )镶嵌入所述压边边框 ( 7 ) 中, 所述压边边框 ( 7 )被压合在所述灯盘( 1 ) 的端面上。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
所述 LED光源组件( 2 ) 包括 LED光源 ( 23 )、 基板 ( 22 )和透镜 ( 21 );
所述 LED光源 ( 23 )安装在所述基板( 22 )上, 每个所述 LED光源 ( 23 )上安装一个透 镜(21 )。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
所述 LED光源 ( 23 ) 为 30颗 LED光源;
所述 LED光源组件( 2 ) 包括 6组 LED光源 (23 ), 每组 5个 LED光源 (23 ) 均勾分布安 装在所述基板( 22 )上;
所述基板 ( 22 )贴合在所述灯盘( 1 ) 内部的底面上, 所述 LED光源 ( 23 )通过所述透镜 ( 21 ) 的导光形成 LED发光面。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
还包括锁紧螺杆( 14 )、 锁紧块支架( 15 )和锁紧块( 16 ); 所述灯盘(1 ) 的端面上还设置有第一锁紧孔(19 ), 所述锁紧块支架(15 )上设置有第 二锁紧孔 ( 20 );
所述锁紧块支架(15 ) 固定安装在所述灯盘(1 ) 的侧面;
所述锁紧螺杆( 14 )分别穿过所述第一锁紧孔( 19 )、 所述锁紧块( 16 )和所述第二锁紧 孔( 20 ), 所述锁紧螺杆( 14 )的一端固定在所述灯盘( 1 )上, 另一端由所述锁紧块支架( 15 ) 和 /或锁紧块(16 )锁紧固定。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
还包括螺钉帽塞(8 );
所述锁紧螺杆( 14 )锁紧固定安装后, 通过所述螺钉帽塞( 8 )密封其棵露的在灯盘( 1 ) 端面外的端部。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
还包括光源压板( 4 )和光源压板垫( 3 );
所述光源压板( 4 )将所述 LED光源组件( 1 ) 固定在所述灯盘( 1 ) 内;
所述光源压板垫( 3 )置于所述光源压板( 4 ) 与所述 LED光源组件( 1 )之间。
8. 根据权利要 1或 1所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
还包括用于连接 LED灯的导线的接线器( 13 );
所述接线器(13 ) 固定在所述灯盘(1 ) 的底面上并置于所述密封盖 (9 ) 内。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
所述灯盘(1 ) 的外围形状为方形、 圆形或椭圆形。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的 LED灯盘结构, 其特征在于:
所述压边边框(7 ) 为与灯盘(1 )形状相应的方形框、 圆形框或椭圆形框, 其截面形状 呈 L型或 F型或者呈一体成型的 L型。
