Abstract
本发明提供了一种一体式厨卫灯，其包括扩散板、外框以及PCB板，所述外框的两侧设有对称的安装夹，所述扩散板设于外框前侧的中心区域，并且扩散板与外框通过超声波热熔接一体成型的方法相连接，所述外框后侧的周边通过密封条与PCB板连接。本发明具有百分之百的防水、防尘、防蚊虫性能，大大提高了厨卫灯的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及厨卫灯具技术领域，特别涉及一种一体式厨卫灯。
背景技术
现有的厨卫灯防水性能较差、防尘防蚊虫能力较弱，长期使用后，会造成灯具照明亮度变低，光线模糊，甚至会损坏，影响了灯具的使用寿命。针对上述现象，有必要对现有厨卫灯具做改进，以提高厨卫灯具的防水性、防尘防蚊虫能力，进而提高灯具的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷，本发明提供以下技术方案：
一种一体式厨卫灯，其包括扩散板、外框以及PCB板，所述外框的两侧设有对称的安装夹，所述扩散板设于外框前侧的中心区域，并且扩散板与外框通过超声波热熔接一体成型的方法相连接，所述外框后侧的周边通过密封条与PCB板连接。
进一步的所述PCB板上设有防水线夹。
本发明所带来的有益效果是：具有百分之百的防水、防尘、防蚊虫性能，大大提高了厨卫灯的使用寿命。

如图1至图3所示，一种一体式厨卫灯，其包括扩散板1、外框2以及PCB板3，所述外框2的两侧设有对称的安装夹21，所述扩散板1设于外框2前侧的中心区域，并且扩散板1与外框2通过超声波热熔接一体成型的方法相连接，所述外框2后侧的周边通过密封条4与PCB板3连接。所述PCB板3上设有防水线夹31。
本发明所述实施例的优点是：具有百分之百的防水、防尘、防蚊虫性能，大大提高了厨卫灯的使用寿命。

1.一种一体式厨卫灯，其包括扩散板(1)、外框(2)以及PCB板(3)，所述外框的两侧设有对称的安装夹(21)，其特征在于，所述扩散板设于外框前侧的中心区域，并且扩散板与外框通过超声波热熔接一体成型的方法相连接，所述外框后侧的周边通过密封条(4)与PCB板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体式厨卫灯，其特征在于，所述PCB板上设有防水线夹(31)。
