或者,所述耐磨连接块处于传动上珠巢滑动连接之间并装配在中轨的上表面,所述上轨的底面装配有与滚动连接块轴连接的安装座,所述滚动连接块随着上轨轴线移动与耐磨连接块软性接触的同时在耐磨连接块动摩擦的作用下滚动连接在耐磨连接块。
或者,所述耐磨连接块处于传动上珠巢滑动连接之间并装配在上轨的左内侧面或右内侧面上,所述中轨内装配有与滚动连接块轴连接的安装座,所述滚动连接块随着上轨轴线移动与耐磨连接块软性接触的同时在耐磨连接块动摩擦的作用下滚动连接在耐磨连接块。
根据上述进行优化,所述耐磨连接块设有若干个圆弧槽位,若干个圆弧槽位分布在耐磨连接块上,所述滚动连接块的外缘设有随着上轨移动与圆弧槽位滚动连接的圆弧凸块。
根据上述进行优化,所述若干个圆弧槽位等间距分布在耐磨连接块的其中一侧平面上,以使耐磨连接块的其中一侧平面形成有波浪状的连接平面。
根据上述进行优化,所述耐磨连接块为至少一个板块状的软性耐磨片。
根据上述进行优化,所述圆弧凸块以滚动连接块的中心为定点等弧度地分布在滚动连接块的外缘上,以使滚动连接块呈滚动连接在圆弧槽位用的花瓣状滚动块。
根据上述进行优化,所述滚动连接块的中心开有轴孔,轴孔安装有与安装座轴连接的定位轴。
根据上述进行优化,所述滚动连接块的外侧面分别设有增加动摩擦系数用的限定凹孔,安装座上设有与限定凸块滑动安装或分离的限定凸块。
本发明的优点在于:利用动摩擦消音组件的耐磨连接块和滚动连接块,在滑轨开合期间,滚动连接块随着上轨轴线移动与耐磨连接块接触并与耐磨连接块滚动连接,以增加上轨与中轨之间的动摩擦系数,降低上轨轴线移动速度,达到消音效果,同时保证上轨和中轨按顺序开合于下轨,提高滑轨传动平稳性,确保抽屉的正常使用。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
根据附图1至图9所示,本发明的带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,包括依次滑动连接的上轨1、中轨2、下轨3,所述下轨3装配有与中轨2传动连接的传动下珠巢,中轨2装配有与上轨1传动连接的传动上珠巢。其中,所述上轨1与中轨2的连接之间设有降低轴线移动速度用的动摩擦消音组件。动摩擦消音组件包括耐磨连接块6和滚动连接块7,随着上轨1轴线移动以使滚动连接块7与耐磨连接块6接触并与耐磨连接块6滚动连接。
参照图1至图5所示,所述耐磨连接块6处于传动上珠巢连接之间并固定装配在上轨1的底面,所述中轨2的上表面装配有与滚动连接块7轴连接的安装座8,所述滚动连接块7随着上轨1轴线移动与耐磨连接块6软性接触的同时在耐磨连接块6动摩擦的作用下滚动连接在耐磨连接块6。
即,在滑轨开合期间,随着上轨1轴线移动,耐磨连接块6与滚动连接块7接触。同时,在耐磨连接块6带动下,滚动连接块7在安装座8上滚动并相对地沿着耐磨连接块6上移动,以使上轨1与中轨2之间产生动摩擦阻力,有效地降低上轨1轴线移动速度,达到消音效果,并保证上轨1和中轨2按顺序开合于下轨3,提高滑轨传动平稳性,确保抽屉的正常使用。
其中,所述耐磨连接块6设有若干个圆弧槽位9,若干个圆弧槽位9分布在耐磨连接块6上,所述滚动连接块7的外缘设有随着上轨1移动与圆弧槽位9滚动连接的圆弧凸块10。在实际应用中,所述耐磨连接块6为至少一个板块状的软性耐磨片。而且,所述若干个圆弧槽位9等间距分布在耐磨连接块6的其中一侧平面上,以使耐磨连接块6的其中一侧平面形成有波浪状的连接平面。所述圆弧凸块10以滚动连接块7的中心为定点等弧度地分布在滚动连接块7的外缘上,以使滚动连接块7呈滚动连接在圆弧槽位9用的花瓣状滚动块。
这样,通过带波浪状的连接平面的耐磨连接块6与花瓣状滚动块之间的软性接触与滚动连接,以扩大动摩擦面积,增加上轨1与中轨2之间滑动的动摩擦系数,降低轴线移动速度,达到消音效果。同时,保证上轨1和中轨2按顺序开合于下轨3,提高滑轨传动平稳性,确保抽屉的正常使用。
另外,所述滚动连接块7的中心开有轴孔11,轴孔11安装有与安装座8轴连接的定位轴12。有效地提高运行顺畅性与稳定性,确保滑轨的使用质量。
参照图1至图5所示,所述滚动连接块7的外侧面分别设有增加动摩擦系数用的限定凹孔4,安装座8上设有与限定凸块5滑动安装或分离的限定凸块5。
滑轨开合时,随着上轨1移动,在动摩擦阻力的作用下,滚动连接块7在安装座8上滚动,同时限定凹孔4会随着滚动连接块7与限定凸块5滑动安装。然后,在足够外力的拉动下,限定凹孔4与限定凸块5分离,以使滑轨继续打开或闭合,增加动摩擦力,又保证上轨1和中轨2按顺序开合于下轨3,提高滑轨传动平稳性,确保抽屉的正常使用。
参照图6至图7所示,第二实施例,与上述不同之处在于:所述耐磨连接块6处于传动上珠巢滑动连接之间并装配在中轨2的上表面,所述上轨1的底面装配有与滚动连接块7轴连接的安装座8,所述滚动连接块7随着上轨1轴线移动与耐磨连接块6软性接触的同时在耐磨连接块6动摩擦的作用下滚动连接在耐磨连接块6。
在滑轨开合期间,随着上轨1轴线移动,滚动连接块7与耐磨连接块6软性接触。同时,滚动连接块7在安装座8上滚动并相对地沿着耐磨连接块6上移动,以使上轨1与中轨2之间产生动摩擦阻力,有效地降低上轨1轴线移动速度,达到消音效果,并保证上轨1和中轨2按顺序开合于下轨3,提高滑轨传动平稳性,确保抽屉的正常使用。
参照图8至图9所示,第三实施例,与上述不同之处在于:所述耐磨连接块6处于传动上珠巢滑动连接之间并装配在上轨1的左内侧面或右内侧面上,所述中轨2内装配有与滚动连接块7轴连接的安装座8,所述滚动连接块7随着上轨1轴线移动与耐磨连接块6软性接触的同时在耐磨连接块6动摩擦的作用下滚动连接在耐磨连接块6。
在滑轨开合期间,随着上轨1轴线移动,耐磨连接块6与滚动连接块7软性接触。同时,在耐磨连接块6带动下,滚动连接块7在安装座8上滚动并相对地沿着耐磨连接块6上移动,以使上轨1与中轨2之间产生动摩擦阻力,有效地降低上轨1轴线移动速度,达到消音效果,并保证上轨1和中轨2按顺序开合于下轨3,提高滑轨传动平稳性,确保抽屉的正常使用。
值得注意的是,耐磨连接块6具体选为非金属耐磨材质的耐磨块,如耐磨塑胶块、耐磨硅胶块等,滚动连接块7可选为金属材质的滚动块,或非金属材质的滚动块,如铁质滚动块、钢质滚动块、胶质滚动块等。
上述具体实施例仅为本发明效果较好的具体实施方式,凡与本发明的带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨相同或等同的结构,均在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,包括依次滑动连接的上轨(1)、中轨(2)、下轨(3),所述下轨(3)装配有与中轨(2)传动连接的传动下珠巢,中轨(2)装配有与上轨(1)传动连接的传动上珠巢,其特征在于:所述上轨(1)与中轨(2)的连接之间设有降低轴线移动速度用的动摩擦消音组件,动摩擦消音组件包括耐磨连接块(6)和滚动连接块(7),随着上轨(1)轴线移动以使滚动连接块(7)与耐磨连接块(6)接触并与耐磨连接块(6)滚动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述耐磨连接块(6)处于传动上珠巢连接之间并固定装配在上轨(1)的底面,所述中轨(2)的上表面装配有与滚动连接块(7)轴连接的安装座(8),所述滚动连接块(7)随着上轨(1)轴线移动与耐磨连接块(6)软性接触的同时在耐磨连接块(6)动摩擦的作用下滚动连接在耐磨连接块(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述耐磨连接块(6)处于传动上珠巢滑动连接之间并装配在中轨(2)的上表面,所述上轨(1)的底面装配有与滚动连接块(7)轴连接的安装座(8),所述滚动连接块(7)随着上轨(1)轴线移动与耐磨连接块(6)软性接触的同时在耐磨连接块(6)动摩擦的作用下滚动连接在耐磨连接块(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述耐磨连接块(6)处于传动上珠巢滑动连接之间并装配在上轨(1)的左内侧面或右内侧面上,所述中轨(2)内装配有与滚动连接块(7)轴连接的安装座(8),所述滚动连接块(7)随着上轨(1)轴线移动与耐磨连接块(6)软性接触的同时在耐磨连接块(6)动摩擦的作用下滚动连接在耐磨连接块(6)。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述耐磨连接块(6)设有若干个圆弧槽位(9),若干个圆弧槽位(9)分布在耐磨连接块(6)上,所述滚动连接块(7)的外缘设有随着上轨(1)移动与圆弧槽位(9)滚动连接的圆弧凸块(10)。
- 根据权利要求5所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述若干个圆弧槽位(9)等间距分布在耐磨连接块(6)的其中一侧平面上,以使耐磨连接块(6)的其中一侧平面形成有波浪状的连接平面。
- 根据权利要求6所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述耐磨连接块(6)为至少一个板块状的软性耐磨片。
- 根据权利要求5所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述圆弧凸块(10)以滚动连接块(7)的中心为定点等弧度地分布在滚动连接块(7)的外缘上,以使滚动连接块(7)呈滚动连接在圆弧槽位(9)用的花瓣状滚动块。
- 根据权利要求2至4所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述滚动连接块(7)的中心开有轴孔(11),轴孔(11)安装有与安装座(8)轴连接的定位轴(12)。
- 根据权利要求9所述带动摩擦消音机构的缓冲滑轨,其特征在于:所述滚动连接块(7)的外侧面分别设有增加动摩擦系数用的限定凹孔(5),安装座(8)上设有与限定凸块(4)滑动安装或分离的限定凸块(4)。
