블럭완구
본 발명은 블럭완구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다양한 무늬의 복수개 블럭을 다양한 모양으로 자유롭게 조립할 수 있도록 한 블럭완구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 조립식 블록완구는 여러 가지 모양의 단위블록을 유아들이 직접 결합 및 해체시킬 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 흥미를 유발시키고 성취감을 느낄 수 있게 하며, 이로 인하여 유아들의 창의력과 지능을 발달시키기 위한 놀이기구이다.
일반적으로, 유아 학습용 자석블록은 미취학 유아들의 인지발달을 도모할 목적으로 만들어진 놀이도구로, 삼각기둥 내지 정육면체 등 여러 가지 모양의 블록을 이용해 토막 쌓기, 퍼즐 맞추기 등을 수행하면서 놀 경우 심신의 발달과 아울러, 능동적인 사고발달 및 집중도 등이 자연스럽게 향상될 수 있도록 하고 있다.
이때 각 블록들을 서로 연결하기 위한 수단으로 영구자석을 이용하기 위해 블록의 각 면마다 영구자석 및 금속볼을 매립 고정시키게 된다.
상기와 같이 유아 학습용 자석블록은 여러 가지 모양의 블록을 쉽게 연결하거나 그것을 분해하는 과정을 통해 유아들이 공간개념이나 창의력 향상을 기대할 수 있었던 것이다.
종래, 자석블록은 영구자석과 이에 자착되는 금속판 내지 금속볼을 합성수지재 내지 목재로 된 블록체에 매립상태로 고정시켜야 한다.
위와 같은 기능을 수행하는 종래기술은 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1622351호에서 보는 바와 같이, 보드 게임판에 배치되어 여러가지 블록을 배치할 블록배치 영역의 크기를 변경하는 지지블록; 서로 마주보는 3쌍의 면을 갖는 단위블록이 적어도 2 이상 일체적으로 형성되고 상기 단위블록의 각면에 금속을 갖는 제 1 결합블록과, 상기 제 1 결합블록의 적어도 일면에 결합되어 원하는 모양의 변형블록을 형성하도록 단위블록의 6면 중 일면에 자석을 갖는 제 2 결합블록을 합치거나 분리할 수 있도록 구성된 결합블록; 합치거나 분리할 수 없게 미리 정해진 모양을 갖는 비결합블록; 및 상기 블록배치 영역에 대해 선택적으로 배치되어 상기 변형블록과 상기 비결합블록이 배치되는 위치를 변경시키는 방해블록을 포함하며, 적어도 1 이상의 플레이어가 돌아가면서 상기 비결합블록 또는 상기 제 1 결합블록과 제 2 결합블록을 결합하여 생성한 변형블록을 배치하여 블록을 쌓아 가로로 또는 세로로 한줄이 동일한 색이 되면 점수를 획득하여 더 많은 점수를 획득한 플레이어가 이기도록 적어도 2 가지 다른 색의 결합블록과 비결합블록 세트를 포함한다.

본 발명의 목적은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 다양한 무늬의 복수개 블럭을 다양한 모양으로 자유롭게 조립할 수 있도록 하는 데 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 블럭의 무늬를 손쉽게 교체할 수 있도록 하는 데 있다.
이와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 내부에 자석이 설치된 제1몸체의 표면에 무늬가 표현된 맞춤편이 부착되는 제1블럭을 복수개로 배치하는 블럭부와, 상기 블럭부가 배치되는 안착공간이 상부로 개구되고 안착공간 내측면에 복수개의 가압부재가 마련되고 상기 가압부재에 탄성력을 제공하는 쿠션부재가 내입된 받침부로 이루어진 것을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 제1블럭은, 상기 제1몸체의 상부면에 끼움홈이 형성되고 상기 끼움홈에 복수개로 나누어진 맞춤편이 끼움 결합된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 제1블럭은, 정육면체의 육면에 끼움홈이 형성되고 상기 끼움홈에 맞춤편이 끼움 결합된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 블럭부는, 정육면체의 표면에 걸림돌기가 돌출된 제2몸체의 상하로 끼움되는 삽입공간이 형성되고 삽입공간 내측면에 걸림홈이 형성된 한 쌍의 커버로 이루어진 제2블럭을 더 포함한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 블럭부의 내부에 제1센서가 설치되고, 상기 받침부 바닥면에는 상기 제1센서와 대응되는 위치에 복수개의 제2센서가 설치되되, 각각 센서가 일치될 경우 점수를 나타내는 디스플레이와 소리를 내는 스피커가 받침부의 표면에 설치되고, 각각 센서가 일치될 경우 빛으로 표시하는 발광부재가 가압부재에 설치된 것을 더 포함한다.

  1. 내부에 자석이 설치된 제1몸체의 표면에 무늬가 표현된 맞춤편이 부착되는 제1블럭을 복수개로 배치하는 블럭부와,
    상기 블럭부가 배치되는 안착공간이 상부로 개구되고 안착공간 내측면에 복수개의 가압부재가 마련되고 상기 가압부재에 탄성력을 제공하는 쿠션부재가 내입된 받침부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 블럭완구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1블럭은,
    상기 제1몸체의 상부면에 끼움홈이 형성되고 상기 끼움홈에 복수개로 나누어진 맞춤편이 끼움 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 블럭완구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1블럭은,
    정육면체의 육면에 끼움홈이 형성되고 상기 끼움홈에 맞춤편이 끼움 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 블럭완구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 블럭부는,
    정육면체의 표면에 걸림돌기가 돌출된 제2몸체의 상하로 끼움되는 삽입공간이 형성되고 삽입공간 내측면에 걸림홈이 형성된 한 쌍의 커버로 이루어진 제2블럭을 더 포함하는 블럭완구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 블럭부의 내부에 제1센서가 설치되고,
    상기 받침부 바닥면에는 상기 제1센서와 대응되는 위치에 복수개의 제2센서가 설치되되,
    각각 센서가 일치될 경우 점수를 나타내는 디스플레이와 소리를 내는 스피커가 받침부의 표면에 설치되고, 각각 센서가 일치될 경우 빛으로 표시하는 발광부재가 가압부재에 설치된 것을 더 포함하는 블럭완구.
