본 발명은 유아용 변형완구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 조립과 분해가 용이하여 유아들이 자유로운 형상으로 변형으로 다양한 입체물을 창작토록 하고, 그 흥미를 오래 지속시킬 수 있으며, 특히 입에 넣거나 하더라도 안전 및 무해하여 안전 규격에도 결격사유가 발생되지 않도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 유연성을 갖는 가는 금속재로 된 심재(10)와, 쿠션이 양호한 재질로 상기 심재(10)를 둘러싸는 변형부재(20)와, 상기 변형부재(20)의 양단을 마감하는 합성수지재의 캡(30)(40)을 포함하는 변형완구에 있어서, 상기 캡(30)(40)에는 각각 원의 중심에서 균등 각도로 분할되는 돌출부(31)(41)들과 홈부(32)(42)들을 원주 방향으로 반복 성형하여 일측 돌출부(31)(41)가 타측 홈부(32)(42)에 긴밀하게 끼워져 결합상태를 유지토록 하는 것이다.

Description

유아용 변형완구
본 발명은 유아용 변형완구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 조립과 분해가 용이하여 유아들이 자유로운 형상으로 변형으로 다양한 입체물을 창작토록 하고, 그 흥미를 오래 지속시킬 수 있으며, 특히 입에 넣거나 하더라도 안전 및 무해하여 안전 규격에도 결격사유가 발생되지 않도록 발명된 것이다.
일반적으로, 아이들의 창의성을 개발할 수 있는 놀이 중 대표적인 것이 찰흙놀이와 퍼즐용 블록이다.
찰흙놀이의 경우 아이들이 손을 사용하여 원하는 모양을 자유자재로 만들 수 있다는 점에서 창의력을 개발할 수 있다.
그런데, 찰흙놀이의 경우, 아이들이 찰흙을 부주의하게 사용함에 따라 발생하는 오물로 인해 집안이 더러워질 수 있으며, 찰흙은 일단 말라버리면 다시 사용할 수 없는 소모성 물품이므로, 찰흙놀이를 할 때마다 찰흙을 새로 사야 한다는 번거로움이 있다.
한편, 퍼즐용 블록의 경우에는 미취학 유아들의 인지발달을 도모할 목적으로 만들어진 놀이도구로, 삼각기둥 내지 정육면체 등 여러 가지 모양의 블록을 이용해 토막 쌓기, 퍼즐 맞추기 등을 수행하면서 놀 경우 심신의 발달과 아울러, 능동적인 사고발달 및 집중도 등이 자연스럽게 향상될 수 있도록 하고 있다.
이때 각 블록들을 서로 연결하기 위한 수단으로 영구자석과 이에 자착되는 금속볼을 이용하기 위해 블록의 각 면마다 영구자석 및 금속볼을 매립 고정시키게 된다.
그러나 퍼즐용 블록체를 이용한 완구는 동일한 모양으로 형성된 조각들의 위치를 맞추는 놀이이기 때문에, 퍼즐의 과정 자체가 지루하다.
뿐만아니라, 같은 퍼즐을 반복하여 맞출 경우, 횟수가 반복될수록 퍼즐을 맞추는 시간이 짧아진다.
따라서, 동일한 몇 번만 맞추어 보면 흥미가 떨어지므로, 새로운 퍼즐을 사야 한다.
즉, 퍼즐에 흥미를 잃지 않기 위해서는 계속적으로 새로운 퍼즐을 구매해야 하므로, 지속적으로 비용이 소요된다는 단점이 있다.
이러한 단점을 개선하기 위하여 국내 등록특허 10-0642501호에서는 유연한 케이블을 이용해 자유롭게 형태를 변형가능하게 하므로써, 유아의 창의력을 극대화시킬 수 있도로 한 변형 완구가 제안된 바 있다.
이 등록특허 10-0642501호의 구조는 심재를 둘러싸는 유연재질로 형성되는 피복재를 포함하는 변형부의 단부에 서로 확장 연결이 가능하도록 하는 결합부를 형성하되, 결합부의 구성으로 결합부 내부에 자성체가 일부 노출된 상태로 장착되는 구조로 구성되어 있었다.
종래, 퍼즐용 블록체는 확장 변형시키기 위한 수단으로 영구자석을 이용하게 된다.
이때, 블록체에 고정시키기 위한 방법으로 영구자석과 대응되는 크기로 구멍을 뚫고 접착제를 이용해 블록체에 영구자석을 부착하는 방법이 주로 이용된다.
또, 이 영구자석에 자착되는 금속판 내지 금속볼 또한 블록체에 고정시키기 위한 방법으로 금속볼과 대응되는 크기로 구멍을 뚫고 접착제를 이용해 블록체에 영구자석을 부착하는 방법이 주로 이용된다.
이와 같이 영구자석 내지 이에 자착되는 금속볼을 부착하기 위한 수단으로 접착제를 사용하는 경우 작업 공정수가 증가된다.
그리고, 상기한 유아용 변형완구도 확장 연결하기 위한 수단으로 결합부 내측 수용부에 자성체를 장착하고 있다.
따라서, 금속재로 된 자석이 유아들 입으로 들어가게 되서 빨게 되거나, 이 영구자석이 불량으로 인해 이탈되어 삼키게 되는 안전사고가 가끔 발생된다.
이와 같이 인체에 유해한 접착제를 이용해 자성체를 부착하거나, 또는 영구자석을 포함한 자성체가 노출된 상태로 유아 입으로 빨게 될 경우 유해물질로 인한 피해 방지를 위한 유아 안전규정에 통과하기 어렵게 되는 등의 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점과 단점을 해소하여 변형부의 양단을 인해 무해한 합성수지재 마감캡으로 마감하면서 이 마감캡에 서로 확장 연결 할 수 있는 체결구조를 갖도록 하여 제품의 구조를 보다 간단하게 개선하므로 제작자는 물론 소비자로 하여금 경제적으로 이익을 줄 수 있는 유아용 변형완구를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 목적은, 인체에 유해한 접착제 및 영구자석 등을 사용하지 않아 안전규제에 통과될 수 있는 유아용 변형완구를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 타제품과의 차별화를 통한 제품의 신뢰도를 향상시켜 생산자의 이익창출에 이바지할 수 있도록 한 유아용 변형완구를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 유연성을 갖는 가는 금속재로 된 심재(10)와,
쿠션이 양호한 재질로 상기 심재(10)를 둘러싸는 변형부재(20)와,
상기 변형부재(20)의 양단을 마감하는 합성수지재의 캡(30)(40)을 포함하는 변형완구에 있어서,
상기 캡(30)(40)에는 각각 원의 중심에서 균등 각도로 분할되는 돌출부(31)(41)들과 홈부(32)(42)들을 원주 방향으로 반복 성형하여 일측 돌출부(31)(41)가 타측 홈부(32)(42)에 긴밀하게 끼워져 결합상태를 유지토록 하는 것에 의해 달성된다.
상기 캡(30)(40)에는 돌출부(31)(41)의 타측 방향으로 변형부재(20)의 외부를 감싸도록 외측에는 보호테(33)(43)를 형성하고, 그 내측으로는 상기 심재(10)와 변형부재(20)의 사이에 끼워 결합되도록 속이 빈 보스(34)(44)가 일체로 성형된다.
또, 상기 캡(30)(40)에 형성되는 돌출부(31)(41)들에 대응되는 크기로 장식판(60)에 끼움구멍(61)을 파내여 변형완구와 장식판(60)을 더 결합할 수도 있다.4
한편, 상기 변형부재(20)의 중간부 위치에서 다른 변형완구를 확장 연결하도록 각각 원의 중심에서 균등 각도로 분할되는 돌출편(51)과 홈부(52)들이 원주 방향으로 반복 성형되는 클램프(50)가 더 구비되기도 한다.
이러한 본 발명의 구성에 의하면, 변형부의 양단을 인해 무해한 합성수지재 마감캡으로 마감하면서 이 마감캡에 서로 확장 연결 할 수 있는 체결구조를 갖도록 하여 제품의 구조를 보다 간단하여 유아들이 조작하기 편리하게 개선할 수 있다.
따라서, 제작자는 물론 소비자로 하여금 경제적으로 이익을 줄 수 있는 것이다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 변형 완구는, 심재(10)와, 심재(10)를 둘러싸는 변형부재(20)와, 이 변형부재(20)의 양단을 마감하는 캡(30)(40)으로 크게 구성된다.
심재(10)는 알루미늄이나 구리, 철사와 같이 가요성 금속재질로 일정한 굵기로 길게 형성되며, 그 외부를 변형부재(20)로 피복하게 된다.
변형부재(20)는 인체에 무해하면서 탄성과 인성이 양호한 실리콘 및 합성수지재 중에 특히 EPDM재로 발포 성형하는 것이 바람직 하다.
따라서, 금속재질로 된 심재(10)의 외부를 변형부재(20)로 피복하는 것에 의해 유아들이 원하는 형태로 힘을 약간만 가하여 변형부재(20)를 변형시키면 그 변형상태를 그대로 유지할 수가 있는 것이다.
또, 심재(10)가 과도히 절곡되지 않도록 하여 심재(10)가 절단되거나 부식되는 것을 방지함과 동시에, 금속의 직접적인 접촉으로 인체가 상처입는 것을 방지하기도 한다.
그리고, 심재(10)의 부식변형 상태에서 다른 형태로 변형시키는 과정이 자유롭고 변형가능 횟수에 대한 제한이 없게 되는 것이다.
심재(10)를 피복하고 있는 변형부재(20)의 양단부는 합성수지재로 성형되는 캡(30)(40)으로 각각 마감 처리하게 된다.
본 발명에서는 상기 캡(30)(40)에는 각각 원의 중심에서 균등 각도로 분할되는 돌출부(31)(41)들과 홈부(32)(42)들을 원주 방향으로 반복 성형된다.
이러한 구조로 각각 동일구조로 된 캡(30)(40)들이 변형부재(20) 및 심재(10)의 양단부에 견고하게 고정된 상태로 사용자가 필요시 도 1에서와 양단의 캡(30)(40)들을 서로 결합할 수 있다.
또, 도 2에서와 같이 다른 변형완구들을 길이 방향으로 일측 캡(30)과 타측의 캡(40)들이 서로 접속될 수 있도록 연결할 수도 있다.
캡(30)(40)에 형성되는 돌출부(31)(41)와 홈부(32)(42)는 도 8a에서와 같이 원의 중심으로부터 90도씩 분할된 각도로 각각 동일 형상과 구조로 제작된다.
따라서, 일측 캡(30)에 형성된 돌출부(61)에는 타측 캡(40)의 홈부(42)에 끼워지고, 이 캡(40)의 돌출부(41)는 근접되는 캡(30)의 홈부(32)에 각각 긴밀하게 끼워져 결합상태를 유지토록 하는 것이다.
이때 금형 설계에 의해 캡(30)(40)에 형성되는 돌출부(31)(41)와 홈부(32)(42)가 서로 결합될 때 쉽게 이탈되지 않고 긴밀한 접속상태는 유지 가능하면서, 유아들이 힘을 가하면 빠질 수 있는 정도의 공차를 감안하여 제작하게 된다.
또한, 캡(30)(40)에 형성되는 돌출부(31)(41)와 홈부(32)(42)는 도 8b에서와 같이 원의 중심으로부터 60도씩 분할된 각도로 각각 동일 형상과 구조로 돌출부(31)(41)와 홈부(32)(42)가 각각 3개씩 형성되도록 제작될 수도 있다.
한편, 이 캡(30)(40)에는 돌출부(31)(41)의 타측 방향으로 변형부재(20)의 외부를 감싸도록 외측에는 속이 빈 원통형의 보호테(33)(43)를 형성하고, 그 내측 중심으로는 상기 심재(10)와 변형부재(20)의 사이에 끼워 결합되도록 속이 빈 보스(34)(44)가 일체로 성형된다.
따라서, 이 보스(34)(44)의 내측으로는 심재(10)가 끼워 결합되고, 보스(34)(44)의 외측과 보호테(33)(43) 사이 공간으로는 변형부재(20)가 끼워 조립된다.
이때, 상기 캡(30)(40)의 보호테(33)(43)와 보스(34)(44)에 접촉되는 변형부재(20) 및 심재(10) 둘레에 접착제를 도포하여 캡(30)(40)과 변형부재(20) 및 심재(10)가 각각 접착시키면 보다 견고하게 고정시킬 수도 있다.
한편, 상기 변형부재(20)의 중간부 위치에서 다른 변형완구를 확장 연결하도록 각각 원의 중심에서 균등 각도로 분할되는 돌출편(51)과 홈(52)들이 원주 방향으로 반복 성형되는 클램프(50)가 더 구비되기도 한다.
이 클램프(50)에는 도 6에서와 같이 변형부재(20)에 탄력적으로 결합된 상태에서 일측으로 또 다른 변형부재(20)를 확장 연결시키기 위해 캡(30)(40)과 결합하기 위한 돌출편(51)과 홈(52)이 한쪽 방향을 향해서만 형성되기도 한다.
또 도 7에서와 같이 변형부재(20)에 탄력적으로 결합된 상태에서 양쪽으로 또 다른 변형부재(20)를 확장 연결시키기 위해 캡(30)(40)과 결합하기 위한 돌출편(51)과 홈(52)이 양쪽 방향을 향해서 각가 2개소 형성되기도 한다.
한편, 상기 캡(30)(40)에 형성되는 돌출부(31)(41)들에 대응되는 크기로 장식판(60)에 끼움구멍(61)을 파내여 변형완구와 장식판(60)을 더 결합할 수도 있다.
이 장식판(60)은 본 발명의 변형완구를 통해 완성물을 제작할 때 특정 동물의 얼굴이나 꽃 등은 제작하기 어려운 점이 있으므로, 예로서 강아지와 같은 동물들의 얼굴 및 각종 꽃송이 디자인 등을 일정 두께의 판형상으로 장식판(60)을 성형하여 그 표면에 인쇄로 다양하게 디자인 된 것을 제공하게 된다.
그리고, 이 장식판(60)에는 끼움구멍(61)을 각각 파내여 가장 선단에 위치되는 캡(30)(40)의 돌출부(31)(41)가 끼움구멍(61)에 끼워지는 것에 의해 조립되어 완성물을 보다 완벽한 형상으로 제작할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
이러한 본 발명의 구성에 의하면 도 1에서와 같이 변형부재(20)를 둥근 원형으로 변형하고자 할 때 일측 캡(30)에 돌출된 돌출부(31)가 타측 캡(40)의 홈부(42)에, 그리고 이 캡(40)의 돌출부(41)가 캡(30)의 홈부(32)에 각각 긴밀하게 끼워 결합하는 것에 의해 둥근 원형으로 변형상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
또, 변형부재(20)를 길이 방향으로 다수개 연속 배치한 상태에서 위와 같은 방법으로 일측 캡(30)과 근접되는 타측 캡(40)이 위와 같은 방법으로 긴밀하게 끼워 결합하는 것에 일직선으로 길게 확장 연결할 수도 있다.(도 2)
이러한 구조를 갖는 변형 완구는 다수개가 하나의 셋트로 소비자인 유아들에게 제공하게 되는데, 변형부재(20)의 길이와 색상 및 굵기를 각각 다양하게 제작하여 유아들이 원하는 입체물을 다양하게 변형, 제작할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
이러한 구조로 된 본 발명은 예로서 도 9에서와 같이 숫자 4 와 같은 도형을 쉽게 완성할 수 있다
또 도 10에서 도시한 바와 같이 골격은 변형부재(20)를 이용하여 완성하고 전면에 장식판(60)을 결합하여 강아지와 같은 동물 모습으로 완성품을 제작할 수 있다.
또, 도 11에서와 같이 공작새나 도 12에서와 같이 꽃 형상을 제작할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 변형부재(20)의 중간부 위치에서 다른 변형완구를 확장 연결하도록 돌출편(51)과 홈(52)이 구비되는 클램프(50)들이 다양한 형상과 개수로 제공된다.
이 클램프(50)는 내경이 변형부재(20)의 외경보다 작게 합성수지재로 사출 성형되어 탄성을 갖는 변형부재(20)의 외부에 강제로 결합시키는 방법으로 임의의 위치에서 변형부재(20)와 클램프(50)가 상호 유동없이 결합될 수 있는 것이다
한편, 상기 캡(30)(40)의 끝단부 위치에서 다른 변형완구를 확장 연결하도록 상기 돌출부(31)(41)와 홈부(32)(42)에 대응되는 크기와 형상을 갖는 돌출편(71)과 홈(72)이 양측으로 각각 구비된 중간부재(70)를 더 구비하기도 한다.
본 발명에 의해 완성된 변형완구들을 이용해 나타내고자 하는 모양에 따라 주의력, 관찰력, 구성력 및 사물에 대한 이해력을 높일 수 있게 된다.
그러므로, 유아들의 인지발달이 향상된 상태로 취학하게 되므로, 학업생활에 대한 적응력을 높일 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 유연성을 갖는 가는 금속재로 된 심재(10)와,
    쿠션이 양호한 재질로 상기 심재(10)를 둘러싸는 변형부재(20)와,
    상기 변형부재(20)의 양단을 마감하는 합성수지재의 캡(30)(40)을 포함하는 변형완구에 있어서,
    상기 캡(30)(40)에는 각각 원의 중심에서 균등 각도로 분할되는 돌출부(31)(41)들과 홈부(32)(42)들을 원주 방향으로 반복 성형하여 일측 돌출부(31)(41)가 타측 홈부(32)(42)에 긴밀하게 끼워져 결합상태를 유지토록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 변형완구.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 캡(30)(40)에는 돌출부(31)(41)의 타측 방향으로 변형부재(20)의 외부를 감싸도록 외측에는 보호테(33)(43)를 형성하고, 그 내측으로는 상기 심재(10)와 변형부재(20)의 사이에 끼워 결합되도록 속이 빈 보스(34)(44)가 일체로 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 유아용 변형완구.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 캡(30)(40)에 형성되는 돌출부(31)(41)들에 대응되는 크기로 장식판(60)에 끼움구멍(61)을 파내여 변형완구와 장식판(60)을 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 변형완구.
